I boarded a MTC bus from Hindustan University Stop, Padur on 25th April 2017, 9.20 AM.
The bus No. was TN 01 N 8214.

I gave conductor money for ticket and he gave me balance money but he hesitated to give ticket. I asked him multiple times but he didn't gave me ticket.
He was forced to give me ticket since other passengers started listerning.

The bus was moving in Sholinganallur direction. I asked conductor to stop the bus at SIPCOT stop. He said me " I will not stop, Now you got your ticket . Jump off in running bus if you want to get down."
The behavior of that conductor was rude and arrogant.
He was behaving harshly even towards ladies.

I kindly request you to take appropriate disciplinary action against him

    On 15/04/2017 i boarded 570X bearing registration no TN 01 AN 1499 at about 4.30 am at Koyembedu bus stand and heard the words of conductor refusing 10 rupee coin from a lady " saying go and give police complaint". This unwanted words prompted me to write.

    I wanted to mention his(Conductor) name but he had not fixed the name on his shirt pocket.
    I silently got down at my place.
    I need an action regarding this.

    If i do not receive any feed back, i do not he hesitate to pull MTC to reserve bank of India

The Conductor was Very Rude & asked Bribe Rs.50 for Carrying Luggage. I argued it is Not Correct But he used Harsh & Indecent Words. Kindly Take immediate Action

        Respected sir
        Almost 50 staffs and students are using this 566 service from kuntrathur to kelambakkam route
        normally we got the bus at 6.40am at kuntrathur, 7.10 at chromepet. so we sreach in time that is 8.00 to 8.10 to kelambakkam.
        unfortunately, the time has changed and it is getting late for us to utilize this service
        Hence, we request you to kindly reorganise the timing of 566 mto lod timing and help us to utilise the service

          Reckless and arrogant driver .. he drove toward his left side and dashed my vehicle front door.. accident happened near Ramapurram MIOT hospital .. Both Driver & conductor are arrogant and claim that I came wrong .. really don't know how this possible ? this idiots drove towards left side hit my vehicle right side driver door...

            I would like to request MTC to bring up an idea like Boys should always stand or sit in back and girls in front.
            Usually in the morning travelling from thoraipakkam to siruseri is horrible, Boys are taking advantages out of it.
            Please implement this idea as early as possible.
            If possible please put more buses in peak time.
            I hope MTC will implement this idea soon

              One of the bus conductor of MTC bus route 49 (Iyappanthagal to thiruvanmiyur BUS route) always mis-behaves /acts indecently towards the lady travelers. It has become a repeated occurrence and every time the ladies feel uncomfortable due to his indecent behavior. Even after several warnings, his behavior seems the same.

              I don't know his name as no bus conductor wears any name badges.
              But I can give you the details of the bus last I spotted him and his indecent behavior.

              Bus Route - 49, (Going from Iyyappanthagal to Thiruvanmiyur)
              Travel Date - 24 th Feb, 2017
              Travel Time - 18:21 pm reached Mugalivakkam Bus stop.
              Bus License plate Number - TN 01 N4479

              Kindly take strict action and ASAP.
              As he is causing dis-comfort for all the lady travelers.

                Sir, the bus route 583D tambaram to sriperumbudur. Depot Alj-0439 is regularly running in this way. The particular mentioned number bus producing black smoke In cylensar. So the two wheelers passing members not able to cross the bus due very bad smell. We are also no able to travel the bus. We are already raise a complaint to the particular depot for last one Month. But no action to be taken up. So please take an action to rectify the issue and ensure the safety travelling in both passengers and road users. Hope this has been taken up consideration.

                  In chennai almost all digital board buses have no express sticker & no deluxe sticker
                  Daily many digital board local bus service buses in chennai not stopping at express bus stop places, being consumer we r not knowing whether this stops here, or not. No separate lettering / sticker indication, due to this many drivers r running w/o stopping at exp bus stop.
                  Addl board or sticker shd be made available for digital board local buses. Will the mtc madras transport corporation arrange additional board / sticker for consumer service.
                  Sometimes 4 to 5 digital board buses (In the same route) comes one next to other going w/o stopping even during odd hours. It is a common issue to be sorted

                  Bus route 25G from Poonamallee to Annasquare, i find all buses in 25G Route are Deluxe, WHY NO EXPRESS (Green board ) Bus service in this route, No white board at all.
                  What is the Ratio of any Bus Route for DELUXE BUS(BLUE BOARD) & EXPRESS BUS (GREEN BOARD) & ORDY BUS (WHITE BOARD)
                  Will the Poonamallee bus station Manager will Regularise this, else i have ask this question in R.T.I

                    Report is on Bus route to Thiruporur MTC bus driver and conductor.

                    BUS no is ADJ0807 and Vehicle reg no is TN01AN1555.

                    It happened today (13/1/17) morning. I boarded this bus around 8.00am from Madhyakailash to Sipcot.

                    Driver is impatient on stoppings. Trying to rush even before boarding the bus. One old man almost slipped and i catch hold of him.

                    Critical is they are not stopping the bus on the allocated bus stops.

                    One lady got ticket for the said stopping and waiting to get off the bus, But the conductor didn't whistle on the stopping so driver didnt stopped on the stopping. After the passenger voicing out, the conductor is telling why dont you tell us earlier.

                    Is it not conductor duty to stop at the correct stoppings?

                    When i asked the conductor, he is rude replying that we cannot stop when no one asks us to stop.

                    I inquired if it is instruction from your dept, he is telling the same that when no passenger to get down, it is not needed to stop in the bus stop.

                    I wonder what if there are passenger waiting for this bus in the stop.

                    Please educate our drivers and conductors to be patient and friendly with passengers.

                    Safety is high concern while boarding and disembark.

                      Metro Buses are coming often through the Bakthavachalam School Road alongside with School Van, Share Auto, Cycle and Bike instead of Regular Route during the peak Hours for creating Traffic Jam. Parents find it very difficult to send Childrens to the School Campus in time. Please operate the Metro Buses in Regular Route for safety and security of the School Childrens. i.e. (Regular Route : Opposite to Catholick Church Route) From Korattur, Chennai - 600 080.

                        Today sunday by 6 pm i started travelling in 7m mtc bus from mogappair west towards broadway the registeration no. Being tn-01 n 7479. I sat at 8th row from front but the nut in the backside of my seat teared my shirt for about an inch because that nut was not tight enough.
                        I have lost previously two of my shirts for the same reason.
                        Can the authorities prevent such loss to the travelling public in future.

                          I would like to inform that the Tamilnadu Government Institution like wine shops ( tasmac) are not accepting Rs 500 & 1000 currency notes

                          As they are remitting the collected amount on the next day, and the banks are accepting Rs 500 & 1000 currency up to Dec 30 2016 there is no problem. . Why there not accepting Rs 500 & 1000 currency notes?

                          So I suspect that the amount collected Rs100 & below by the Tamilnadu Govt, sectors are used to make block money into white money of the VIP s' of Tamilnadu and politicians . Please Watch the remitted currency denomination by the Tamilnadu Govt. sectors.

                          If you are not watch this, there is no meaning of the announcement of PM of India. I suspect the whole Tamilnadu Government sectors are helping to their Masters to prevent the benefits of the announcement PM.
                          1 Please check the remittance currency denomination to the bank as the same as collected from public by the Taminadu Sectors . If not it is a big blow to the nation

                            I lost my phone (Black Colour along with red earphones) in Bus No. 102 cut before Sipcot Tech Park (Before Kelambakkam). This happened around 11:40 am (12/11/2016) and i had gotten into this bus after the Bus 19B had broken down.
                            I have seeked and registered complaints at Adyar and Thiruvanmayur Bus depots. My phone is still active and ringing. Please help me out.

                              Bus route for b21. regularly use the timing 7:30am to 7:40am two bus starts at gudvunchery, however today there were no bus from 7:30am to 8:30am. there were many people waiting for one hour for the required bus b21. when enquired regarding it, they told the buses had been stopped, but we request those buses to be available at 7:30am to 7:40am

                                I am staying in guduvanchery. My office located at Sholinganallur. Route 95c is very useful for me as well as many people over here. But this bus not maintaining proper timing. 8:45am it should start from bus stand but the bus is coming at 9:30am and then driver and conductor going for breakfast. They taking bus at 10am. Everyday I am reaching office very lately. Not only me there are 50more people affected on this everyday. When enquire in the guduvanchery depot they are replying in rude manner. Kindly take action.

                                  I am travelling in t70 towards thiruvanmaiyur bus express type dated on
                                  06.09.2016 evening 7.00 trip they charge rs.8 for vadapalani from cmbt as they have no change asking about that no proper reason bus no tn 01 n 7570.

                                  Is it change in charge for express. Up to mmda charge rs.5 then rs 8. I ask only rs.6 they told me to get down..

                                      My ticket no t-a68796 and the bus no: tn 01 n5252. time:17:16:43 mtc ordinary 29c. bus conductor behavior is like cheap. tell him to give respect to women in public. i don't have change and he told me to get down from the bus in a harsh way. he shouted rudely in front of everyone. its make me to cry. i don't know whether you will take action or not. but just give some respect for women in front of others. i hope you will tell him again it will not happen.

                                        Bus no. 77j, bus board no. Amj 0158 gunidy to west mugappair,
                                        Time : 6.30 pm, starting place : gunidy.

                                        I gave rs.20/- the bus ticket is rs.11/- i asked to him to give the balance amount rs.9/-. He told i give later. When my stop came. I asked the balance amount. He did not gave the balance change and then he troubled me in me harsh words. I have that conductor photo and i have voice recorder. Then i have the bus ticket also.

                                        It' s very rare of getting bus in city just because of 45 mts or more than of that avail bus from both end.if it comes means while a hour in the morning and evening it is difficult to travel by traveler those who are office mover.
