Dear whomsoever consent,

Its really appreciated that you(mtc) have started an service of guindy to sirucheri bus no: 139, 139x were you have provided new buses and good service which use to run on time. but now a days your service is very poor were people need to wait for the bus no:139, 139x for more than 2 hours and its very irregular without proper timing in the morning and evening hours. from past 2 days[protected] to[protected] buses are not at all coming on time were before buses use to start at 8'clock from guindy which use to reach vanampet by 8:15am and the people who waited like an fool for the buses at that route and sometime buses use to start early and go early and not maintaining the timing at all. today we have called on mtc number, he told that 3 buses are running on road but he don't know that were the buses actually. so its an humble request from your end to take it forward and request to keep that on time and regular basis and give the services to people who are dependent on you(mtc).

    Respected sir,

    I used to travel in minibus frequently from velachery to rmz since middle of mar'2016. It takes 10 min only.

    The timings of the buses are become irregular since may'2016. I checked with the depot time keeper about the timings from 7.30 to 8. He said we have buses on 7.30am, 7.40 am and 8 am. If i catch any of the buses between 7.40 and 8 am, i can log in my office on time as my office time is 8.15 am and need to claim till 6th floor.

    But what happening -1. The 7.40 bus used to starts before 7.35 and 8 am bus starts at 8.10, they never maintain any proper timings..2. The conductor will issue the tickets 10 min before so we are unable to use other transport if we are getting late. 3. The 8 am bus will wait till 5g to cross then only it will start. 4. We doubt the bus driver and conductor helping the share auto fellows by following irregular timings. 5. I used to request the conductor whether it is a 8 am bus pls start on time, some times he follows the time table cursing me always.

    Today the bus started at 8.07, i asked the reason why e not following the regular timings, he started scolding me and insulted me in front of all the passengers. I gave 50/- as i was not having the change, he told me to get out of the bus after 5 min he gave the ticket with the change, then the driver joined to him, they called me like a street animal. I was so depressed with their wrong attitudes towards me. I just asked to follow the time table as i never asked to take the bus earlier. What is my fault? They are in to public service not to harass me. I want justice by keeping correct timings.

    I reached office at 8.19 am, half day lop.

    Today 6-july-2016, i traveled from velachery to rmz-bus no. Trj06080.

    I never checked 7.30 am bus as i come from tambaram and reach velachery around 7.35 only.

      sir pattabiram v. a. o stoping they are not stoping today28/06/2016 at 5:50 the bus b70 digital board deluxe bus we told to stop then also the driver didn't stop the bus. the conductor whistled and told to stop but he didn't stop please take further action for this school children are sufering they want to get down at v. a. o stop but the bus is at stoping at pattabiram stopping.
      please take further action against the driver if it is not possible we have to go the honble mla and complain — by v. a. o. stop passengers

        Buses are available during peak hours:
        Morning: 8:45am to 9:30am (At thiruvanmiyur)
        Evening: 5:45pm to 6:30pm (At l&t)

        Please consider introducing ladies' special buses during peak hours.

          since 30 years, in our village where peoples are mostly suffering for unsuitable bus stop
          Let me explain this clearly about that issues.
          120KET, 120E, 61ECT, 61ECU, mentioned bus number last destination is kilkondaiyar(my village)where only bus stop require to extend upto 700meters(kilkondaiyar samuthaya koodam) from the bus stand(perumal koil).if you do so which is relaible to our people for getting bus and also reach bus stop easily.

            Hi sir/mam,
            To whomsoever it may concern, i use to travel from t. Nagar to sipcot regularly in 19b volvo (Ac) bus. The problem in the bus is that the ac is not working properly at most of the times. When we (Passengers) asks the driver or conductor the response we use to get is that, "we cannot do anything beyond this, this is how the ac works in this bus" - but actually speaking the ac is not working... We are paying almost 3 times price compare to deluxe busses. But this is the service we are getting. I believe there will be a necessary steps taken to solve this issue.

            Note: we were sitting in the ac bus for name sake. Because most of the passengers were sweating very badly. At times we feel that we could travel in normal busses then so called "ac" busses.

            Very disappointing.

              I am travelling from Kamatchi hospital to Tambaram Sanitorium as my office is in Mepz. The route is Kamatchi hospital stop, Eeachangadu, Crompet and Tambaram Sanitorium. It will take around 30 mins only to reach the destination if we have bus at right time. But daily I am waiting more than 30 minutes both on Morning and evening. There is no bu from morning 8:15 AM till 9 AM. That too, the bus coming after that is full of rush. We will not be step in also. AC bus is also not available during that time. Same case for evening 6:30 to 7.15 PM. It is wasting lot of time just for waiting for bus. Everyone is suffering a lot. If the problem is because the bus origin is Thiruvanmiyur, at least provide bus routes from Velachery to Sanitorium thru this route during the peak times. Else please increase the 91 frequency. It is really need to addressed as soon as possible, Because there are multiple office goers and other workers suffering due to thi.

                Today morning around 8.30 I boarderd 576 bus in kanchipuram. I am totally dissatisfied with the bus condition. AC is not working. And even there is no air circulation inside the bus. Since it is start of the weekday and morning many people boarded this bus. Everyone is suffering especially children since there is no regular air supply. We already called MTC complaint number requested to open door, but there is no response from them and as well from conductor. We paying for ac bus fare. But totally unsatisfied with it. Bus number is : TN-01 N-8637. And this bus is not in a condition to drive. Kindly check it out.


                P.s. No emergency exit door in this bus. Unfit to run this road condition

                  Sir, As I travelled in mtc bus this morning on the way to adyar when the stop came I was standing in foot board to get down .but the conductor misbehaved me an he is rash all the tine he do not respect anybody and he pushed me from the bus the bus number is19p the ticket number isT- A90302 but I don't know is name so I kindly request you to take action

                    I am a regular commuter of route no.S27 ( small bus) - porur to nandambakkam ( via kolapakkam - manapakkam). There are two nos of bus in this route. But for the last two months the bus is not coming on time or most of the times we are informed by the conductors that there is only one bus.

                    Kindly take action to regularise this and help us to travel peacefully. Because this is the only source of transport which we can use to commute from interior places like kolapakkam/ mugalivakkametc. There is no share auto facility also . If we are not able to catch this bus we have to walk long distances for getting an auto .

                      Every Monday morning there is lack of AC buses from Kelambakkam.. This results in heavy crowd and AC not cooling...Today bus TN 01 N8656 102 AC is holding more than 70 plus adults... We are paying about 2.5 times more than deluxe buses but still not able to enjoy it's advantages due to this..Kindly plan AC bus frequency similar to ticket cost planning.

                        I am a doctor. I was driving my Volkswagon vento car from Adayar to Thiruvanmiyur on Sunday.
                        At around 11.45 am near Thiruvsnmiyur signal bus route no 29C of registration number TN01 N8566 tried to overtake from left side and hit on the back of the car.
                        Back door of the car was damaged.
                        The driver was not at all bothered about the incident and behaved indecently.
                        I just needed an apology from his side because no one was injured.
                        Car can be repaired from insurance side.
                        I strongly condemn the callous attitude and indifferent behavior.

                        Most of the MTC buses after starting from the bus-stop immediately take the right lane and suddenly turn towards left as they approach next bus-stop.
                        Unless definitive strong action is not taken against the offenders, this is going to continue.There will be associations trying to protect the regular rash drivers.

                        Kindly take necessary steps to instruct the drivers to follow road rules first.
                        Take initiative at-least now so that the roads become safer - please.

                          I am a frequent traveler in mtc bus from cmbt to siuseri (Sipcot) .
                          I would like to bring into notice that most of the volvo ac bus conductor's of 570 doesn't carries the change with them when they start from cmbt bus terminus.
                          Today ie. (11/03/2016), i took 570 volvo ac bus from cmbt to sipcot entrance and the bus ticket cost is rupees 55, as usual conductor told me that he don't have 5 rupees and have asked to get it while i reach the destination (Sipcot entrance).
                          When i have reached the destination point, conductor told me that he don't have 5 rupees with him to give.
                          I have suggested him to please carry some sort coins with you for giving the
                          Necessary change to the passengers .
                          Immediately conductor started arguing with me and said he can not bring the change and asked me to bring proper change when you get in or else
                          Don't catch the bus. Also, he started abusing me with the bad words in-front of other passengers.
                          It was really a bad experience today and not the right way to behave with passenger.

                          Please take appropriate action. Thanks.

                            Today One MTC BUS (M52), TN01 N 5392 @ 7:30am Way from polichalur to guduvancherry has not shopped in many intermediate stops in which it actually has too.. Only there were 4people (including driver, conductor, myself and one more), but even then the driver has omitted many stops in between..

                            And this is not the first time.. I have physically noticed the same bus continuing the same thing n number of times... I have physically faced many problems like gng late to my office etc because of such irresponsible drivers and conductors.. And I hope many others would have faced the same problem..

                            Please take action i[censored] wish our nation to improve..

                              Dear Sir, My name is Ganesh, today morning I travelled in a MTC bus from Ambattur Estate to Guindy SIPET. I gave Rs.50 to conductor for one Rs.13 ticket, he asked me change for 3 rupees, unfortunately i don’t have a change... He said “if you don’t have change getdown the bus, I shocked ! then I requested to conductor give me the ticket now, you can give the change before my stop is reached. He is refused my request & gave 15rupees ticket, I asked why you gave 15rs ticket instead of 13rs…?                                 I have travelled today morning (05-Jan-16) from Velachery Check post - Adyar in 21L- time : Morning 9 AM - 9.30 AM. ticket cost for this trip is RS.9, Ticket Number : 196155, i have given Rs.10, but conductor didn't give the change Rs.1.i asked him one rupee change, he didn't response properly, he used some unwanted words.he didn't give the change to other 10 passengers also.Please take necessary action on ASAP.

                                    Today 16-Dec-2015, i have boarded 95 bus from TCS, Karapakkam stop. I was standing in steps, i couldnt move inside and im having amount in hand to buy tickets. Because i was standing in steps i couldnt pass the amount to buy tickets. Next stop karapakkam bus stop, ticket checker came and asked about ticket. I have explained him clearly that i have boarded bus in last stop and i was standing in steps couldnt pass the amount, i showed him the amount i was having in my hand. The conductor is not bothered about the issue, he stoop up from his seat only after checking inspector get in to the bus. The checking inspector was forcing me to pay the fine. Then the public started supporting me, argued with checking inspector. Then they started abusing the public and me. It was so embrassing that it was not at all my mistake and forced me to give fine. That inspector never concerned to ask y the conductor is dint give ticket. After all public started shouting, checking inspector got down without asking fine. But still the conductor started speaking abusing towards me and the peoples supported me. Please take necessary action towards this issue. This is not only hapenning for me. this happening for so many peoples in chennai. For everyone, public will not support like that happened in my case. Ticket number : 385268

                                      V51 bus was not stop in Echankadu. Echankadu stop has the board that V51 will stop to that bus stop. We will not stop in that in bus stop because this V51 blue board, Conductor said.. So next day i got into V51 Green board bus but they also replied the same. Note:- There was no V51 white board bus V51 bus is the only the way to get down in Echankadu, if the passenger coming from velachery..

                                        The Bus route No.65K from Avadi to Poonamallee. (Via Kannapalayam). The driver not driving the bus via kannapalayam village. they choosing the way to go to ponnamallee or avadi through avadi to poonamalee main road, they not entering into the kannapalayam village. In this regard so many times i am contacted higher officials of avadi depo but they are not responding properly. Due to unproper of services of this route drivers and conducters, so may passessgers including school and college students are affacting and they cannot reach the destination on time due to these misbehaviour. hence i am requested you to kindly take steps towards proper service.
