keep on following with customercare no use, unable to provide the relevant solution, few persons called and told me that they have increased the bandwidth so now there wont be any problem speed will be more than 1.5 mpbs, but still the speed does not crossess 400kbps, very worst and pathetic customer care and from the support side and from feedback team.
two complaints were raised on 19th and 20th, the customer care and your team is only keen on closing the complaints without verifying from customer, my recent complaint also closed by a lady told me that they got feedback stating that i will reiceve 1 mbps speed and closed the complaint, how can she close the complaint without getting customer feedback, means actual speed the customer has to confirm to mts if the same speed is recieved from him as said by the customer care, if this fails then mts has to do some workaround to solve the issue, but this is never going to happen i believe, and she is saying me this your have used 3 gb in 6 days so your speed is good, if the speed is good
this 3 gb has to be finished in a days time, idiotic reply from mts, and keep on saying that peak hour and non peak hour, please send me a statitics to help me to identify which are all the peak hour and non peak hours, another wage answer by mts, if the mts cannot meet the minimum 1.5mbps speed at any cost during peak hour and non peak hour, why the f... given advertisements as this is the fastest...
and fooling the customers, give me solution i need a speed of around 1.5mbps and anytime i connect the dongle, other wise take back the (donkey) dongle and refund my amount. or else let me know by the written mail that if the speed cannot be improved from mts, let me file this is consumer forum. further.

and dont say that you tried to contacted me in my mts number, dont you have any sense, that is a dongle number how come u can contact me on that number,
my number is [protected]. contact this number is some time we also have work if the phone was not answered dont just leave as it is, just try to call back after some time,
and dont close the complaint without the customer concent.
MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
they promised. Many days, It didn't work completely. Even after many
complaints they were just telling me it will fine within few days. They
told like they are facing this issue due to sharing their bandwidth with
reliance. After 4 months I requested them to disconnect and asked them to
procedure to surrender the device they provided after collecting Rs.1000
for it. But they didn't disconnect and keep on adding the internet charge
for the following months without disconnecting the connection. Now they are
asking me to pay for that also.
*Violation of Indian Laws: *
- As per the Indian Laws and DOT notification no 842-488/2004-VAS/2,
Verification of Address is mandatory. But till now they didn't do proper
address verification. It is essential for Indian national security.
- After disconnection they called me daily from different numbers
like([protected], [protected], [protected] and etc) and told me that he is
calling from Delhi high court and he is Court officials, a case was
registered against me so i need to come to Delhi court and gave me some
case number. Threatening in the name of Court official and faking his
identity is against our laws.
*I have enough evidence to prove my above charges against MTS.*
