Hi Team, I have been using the MTS Data card “[protected] “for more than 6 months but before one month it stopped working. I submitted many complaints to MTS but all in vain. Every complaint was closed with the comments “we tried to contact you but could not reach to you” Later on I went the dealer from where I had purchased the data card Device. He personally called the field engineer who called me later on and replaced my Data card with old device which worked for few days and then stopped working again. In order to ensure the problem is not with my machine I used other New MTS device of my colleague that worked fine. Later on I tested my device on other system but that did not work. It is very pathetic and disgusting behavior from MTS that they don’t care for the customers and closed every complaint with the same comments that we could not reach you. My contact No: [protected] [protected] MTS Device No: [protected]. I am still waiting for the positive response from MTS. Meanwhile I am booking the complaint to Consume court. Let us see how it will go..

        hi, i have purchased MTS dongle in Bangalore. i have clearly asked them, whether it will work in Tirupathi or not. Person who has sold it, told it will work. but it dint work in tirupathi. and they have cut my connection with in one month. and now they are sending some notice for payment. i don't want to use mts now, because purpose of buying it was not fulfilled and the point of time i required the most. and i don't want to pay the bill as i have already wasted 2000 rs on this.

          Hi Sir/Madam, I am Karl Marx K, I am holding MTS number [protected]. I tried to pay Rs 2023 on 30-Mar-2015 via Net banking, transaction was not successful and got failure message. On next day(31-Mar-2015), I have received an email from MTS with below mentioned content. "We would like to bring it to your notice that the online payment made towards your MTS bill of Rs. 2023.00 for [protected] on 30/03/2015 has not been successful from your bank. The deducted amount will be refunded to your respective bank account within 7 working days from the date of failed transaction. " Still I have not received this amount to my bank account. 3 Months and 23 days completed from the date of transaction. I have called customer care several times and I am following up with customer care email id [protected]@mtsindia.in . every time MTS gives me new reference number for my follow up email. I have also mentioned this in the email which I sent to [protected]@mtsindia.in . Recently I have called customer care number and informed about this, they told me that they will call me in 2 days on my registered phone number with an update. 2 weeks have gone but I am yet to receive phone call from MTS. My latest reference number for MTS complaint is 5153585. Please help me to get the amount back to my account. Thanks, Karl Marx K

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          I do not get any update for my above said problem till now. I am trying to get my money Rs2023 from MTS for past 6 months(Half of the year). In case if I don't pay the bill, what MTS will do, definitely MTS will not keep quiet for these many months. I do not want to loss my money. Please help me on this.

            I had sent the mail to Mr Saju - Collection Manager - (Mob :[protected] M/s.Sistema, Ambattur Branch, Tamilnadu and he is informing me that I have to solve the issue with MTS Franchisee M/s.Sachin Links (T.Nagar - Tamilnadu) only. Please go through the appended mails and arrange to send me the NOC as on 19th Dec’14. From : [protected]@yahoo.co.in To : mohamed.[protected]@mtsindia.in;[protected]@mtsindia.in Dear Saju, I had closed the abovesaid MTS Data Card facility on 19th Dec'14 itself by paying Rs 1, 048 (Bill Amt for Rs 799 for Dec'14 along with Closure Charges) at Sachin Links (your franchisee located at T.Nagar) and the earlier mail sent to MTS India dt . 15th Feb'15 is appended herewith for further needful. Your Franchisee (Sachin Links - Mr Rajesh Mob : [protected]) does not have patience to listen customer problem and just simply putting orders, "get me the paid bill in an arrogant voice" and he is also replying me that he don't have time to check the payment made by me on his franchisee records. Also the above matter not solved by you since 15th Feb'15 and you are disturbing me by sending SMS to me on a daily basis mentioning "LOK ADALAT" during the months of May & June and now mentioning "ADVOCATE NOTICE" for no fault on my part. Further, I got a confirmation over phone from your earlier Counsel M/s.Vijay Associates (Mob : [protected]) that the MTS Data Card has been closed on 19th December itself and they are arranging for NOC from your end. Now, I am getting mails (Advocate Notice) from another Counsel M/s.Veerabadran Associates (Mob : [protected]) to pay the amount. I am sorry to communicate the way you are doing business with this kind of don't care Franchisee, which in long run, will affect business morale of MTS INDIA with the existing customers. Please look into the matter on a war foot basis and arrange to send me the NOC for Closure of the said MTS Data Card as on 19th Dec’14. In future, please restrain to send the disturbing Mails in this connection (or else) I will take legal action against your Company for no fault on my part.               Hi, Regarding the MTS bill payments for the below account Subscriber Name-Mr/Mrs. Kanda Swamy S Sub: Your MTS Mobile No/ DATA CARD NO : [protected] Account No: [protected] Net O/s.Rs.1766/- See i used MTS for 1 month, and from the day one i have lot of issues using the connection, this issue i have made complain to your customer care daily, take my records you can find more than 40 calls in my name.. But every time they told me sorry for inconvenience caused and finally they told i need to pay.. that time i was ok to pay but i dint even used internet properly for a single day. Finally i received a call from MTS madurai after 1 month of termination and the guy over phone call used very bad and vulgar words to make me pay the bills.. I paid 1100 for a use less device. .and now am receiving 1766 rs for a service which i never used. i can pay only[protected] = 666 rs . kindly change my bill and send, i will pay the remaining.. i cant pay more than that.. that too i have complained lot of times to MTS people that your guy used bad words to me.. u dint took any action.. now MTS people telling they will take action against me..kindly help to avoid this.. because they gave lot of mental stress to me.                 Dear sir/ma'am, I am hemant singh. I reside near Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I bought mbalze ultra wifi postpaid few months ago. I took a plan of 40 GB Unlimited. Initially for a month the data speed was satisfactory but after that the data speed is so poor that i have to access net from my phone instead of the data card. So now i am thinking to withdrew the connection and look for other better sources.

                  I had used MTS internet connection for few months. It was not working as
                  they promised. Many days, It didn't work completely. Even after many
                  complaints they were just telling me it will fine within few days. They
                  told like they are facing this issue due to sharing their bandwidth with
                  reliance. After 4 months I requested them to disconnect and asked them to
                  procedure to surrender the device they provided after collecting Rs.1000
                  for it. But they didn't disconnect and keep on adding the internet charge
                  for the following months without disconnecting the connection. Now they are
                  asking me to pay for that also.

                  *Violation of Indian Laws: *

                  - As per the Indian Laws and DOT notification no 842-488/2004-VAS/2,
                  Verification of Address is mandatory. But till now they didn't do proper
                  address verification. It is essential for Indian national security.
                  - After disconnection they called me daily from different numbers
                  like([protected], [protected], [protected] and etc) and told me that he is
                  calling from Delhi high court and he is Court officials, a case was
                  registered against me so i need to come to Delhi court and gave me some
                  case number. Threatening in the name of Court official and faking his
                  identity is against our laws.

                  *I have enough evidence to prove my above charges against MTS.*

                    How the customer care service could say "please try with this solution and call again because there are other customers on line that ask our support?" The customer care service told me that if was not possible to solve the issue, another team will contact me in 2 hours (??). I apologize but this is the first time that one customer service make me feeling not satisfied. Normally when you contact a customer service you feel that someone want to support you. It doesn't help that some tell you "sure I'll support you" end of every sentence. Sure in your understanding.

                        Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention regarding the bill I have paid on 22/6/15 at MTS store in Jamnagar for the data card number [protected].At MTS store they took money and give me bill.They processed the bill two or three days latter. That bill reflects in this bill cycle. on the same day I kept my card in safe custody.I am not supposed to pay anything.Please see in this matter. Mohan Thakur [protected] Engineer IT Wipro infotech.

                          I have checked the data card internet connection details through the this site. one Fraud (Logesh) - [protected] called me and gave one MTS device. But 4 days crossed the device not activated. Please note this number [protected] and name Logesh. Internet connection cheater.
                          MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Very worst behaviour from that person Logesh.
                          Dont allow him to get the contact numbers from this site..
                          Beware of this Guy Logesh/Kumar his no is [protected]. He seems to be selling Reliance Wi Pod dongle as well. He sold it to me for 1200/- then disappeared forever, he does never mind to attend calls, best cheater I ever found.

                          The dongle never worked as well... he promised to refund the cash before selling, now, he never responds to calls... pls friends don't allow these Guys to fool you...

                          Friends, please stay away with this guy.
                          Beware of this fraud Lokesh. He will sell the datacard and respond to your calls. He considers the customers as fool and cheats everyone's money. He took rs1300 from me against an MTS dongle and committed to activate the line within 2 hours . The line was not activated as per the commitment. Later I tried to contact him but he didn't respond to my calls. They took 2 days to activate the card but to me there was a surprise waiting i. e MTS did not have connectivity at my place. I was getting speed not exceeding 20 kbps with which I was unable to browse any website. I complained to the MTS Customer care where they registered the complaint and said they will revert to me in 5 working days. First time in my life, I hear from a company demanding 5 days to revert on the complaint . 5 days isn't for fixing the issue but to revert. Funniest thing to hear but for a customer it is intolerable.

                            COMPLAINT NUMBERS : JUL/8598 AND JUL 9110 keep on following with customercare no use, unable to provide the relevant solution, few persons called and told me that they have increased the bandwidth so now there wont be any problem speed will be more than 1.5 mpbs, but still the speed does not crossess 400kbps, very worst and pathetic customer care and from the support side and from feedback team. two complaints were raised on 19th and 20th, the customer care and your team is only keen on closing the complaints without verifying from customer, my recent complaint also closed by a lady told me that they got feedback stating that i will reiceve 1 mbps speed and closed the complaint, how can she close the complaint without getting customer feedback, means actual speed the customer has to confirm to mts if the same speed is recieved from him as said by the customer care, if this fails then mts has to do some workaround to solve the issue, but this is never going to happen i believe, and she is saying me this your have used 3 gb in 6 days so your speed is good, if the speed is good this 3 gb has to be finished in a days time, idiotic reply from mts, and keep on saying that peak hour and non peak hour, please send me a statitics to help me to identify which are all the peak hour and non peak hours, another wage answer by mts, if the mts cannot meet the minimum 1.5mbps speed at any cost during peak hour and non peak hour, why the f... given advertisements as this is the fastest... and fooling the customers, give me solution i need a speed of around 1.5mbps and anytime i connect the dongle, other wise take back the (donkey) dongle and refund my amount. or else let me know by the written mail that if the speed cannot be improved from mts, let me file this is consumer forum. further. need a solution. and dont say that you tried to contacted me in my mts number, dont you have any sense, that is a dongle number how come u can contact me on that number, my number is [protected]. contact this number is some time we also have work if the phone was not answered dont just leave as it is, just try to call back after some time, and dont close the complaint without the customer concent.

                              Hi, My MTS details are ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] MTS NUMBER [protected] On July 12 i have got a call from the MTS india bill service desk requesting to pay the bills. This bill was generated after we payed the last month bill. We have payed the bill with out using the data card. But requested to terminate the service permanently which was not done by MTS india. And repeatedly sending messages and calling us and torching us like anything and on july 12 I requested the customer care to send a mail proof that the connection will be disconnected if we pay the last generated bill 319. The next day i have payed the bill and got a message that we payment was successful and on july 12 we asked the customer care to deactivate the service upon receiving the payment. Plesaae find the employee details of the customer care employee rajeev employee id BI9281. I would like you handle it as early as possible. Now yesterday we got one more message of 1000 rupees bill pasy which is harassing for us. We have contacted the customer care but there is no reply which is frustrating for us. So could you please help us in this scenario. I'm attaching the mail proof of communication with proof.

                                    I took postpaid WiFi data card from MTS and was informed that the plan will be 10GB per month for Rs 550 ( as committed by the card delivery boy and their retail store)and I paid an amount of Rs 1299 as the device cost on 12th June 2015. My physical verification was done by MTS team on the same day at my local address. But due to some internal delays within MTS officials my card was activated on 24th June. And when I got a call for activation I was informed that my plan which is activated is 6GB only for Rs 550 per moth. On complaining in their customer care and even writing them mails for complaint they have not taken any actions. I asked them to close my connection and refund my money which I paid for the device (Rs 1299) but they are not even bothered to listen. This is a serious problem which is being faced by customers as these companies are making fool of customers. Please revert asap. Thanks Arnav Arya [protected]

                                      Hi, I am #mts dongle user and my number is [protected]. Your MTS agent provided me details as I will get 3G internet speed for 40 GB then it will be reduce after that but I am facing internet speen issue from last two-three months i.e I am getting around 0-100 kbps internet speed and I am paying bill as it generated, I did complaint about it but no action taken over my complaint even your executive telling me "you are the only one person who is facing such problem all over India no one complaining about #mts internet speed." It is the most ridiculous, worse response I had from such reputed org. It is highly disappointing service, I need back my amount back which is I pay for dongle I did not pay monthly rental because I am using #MTS services. I already inform you to disconnect my connection but you did not make any corrective action on it. Now I am getting executive making my call and talking me on‪#‎unprofessional‬ way to pay bills and using abusing language. Give me, your corrective response for below words: 1. why should I pay the bill while I am not using your service. 2. if I have already told you to disconnect #mts service then why you didnt make any action on my complaint. 3. Its ‪#‎mental‬ ‪#‎harassment‬ if you are making ‪#‎unnecessary‬ call for bill payment rather then resolve the earlier complaint as I did.

                                        My divice very slow. Some time note working
                                        I am go to near shop. I tel my proplem. But note solve. Our comlpaint register. After day give the call customer care. I say my proplem but note responce call back. Then this divice continue. My divice change after. Thats all. I am go to law order case file. That cheating this prodect.. 3g plus.. Note 3g plus only 2g speed. Igive the mony rs 1300 back this company thats all
