I don't know how some unwanted services activated on [protected]. These promotional services activate from you end; I have not submitted any request for this services.     Myself Devendra Sharma, First time user of poor service with MTS... from first day to till now may b 4 months has been spend but MTS Company (MTS) continue deduct the balance and there is no proof... many times i was told to CCE's but no response and replied we return your balance within 24 to 48 hours, but after 48 hrs no balance recd... again i call than they replied wait for 4 hrs... after 6 hrs BALANCE RETURN but again start a new promotional service and deduct the same... again i call how it is... than they again replied wait for 24 to 48 hrs... its a very difficult problem with me... i m suffering pls help me

      I have MTS blaze wifi MDN No# [protected]. It’s not working at all. Can you please let me know the aria or locality/ place where we can check its mentioned speed of 14 mbps? I am not getting the speed of 14 kbps. I have already make complaints regarding this several times on your call centre but all in vain. Nobody in your organisation is serious about my issue. At the time of sell your people boasting a lot about the speed. But the day I have purchased, I am not getting the speed of more than 10 kbps. So I m requested you please consider my complaint on priority otherwise I was forced to do something else to resolve this.

        MTS is the biggest cheaters on planet earth in telecommunication, biggest chor company of our times, they are so pathetic that a customer will want to abuse the first person he comes across from the company but probably restrains himself thinking that employees are only doing their job. Bloody MCs siphoned off my entire data pack in exactly one week in 5+5GB data plan when I had barely used that data card for half hour since the plan got renewed, they consider there customers to be complete . The problem is there is simply no effective mechanism to gauge the data usage and these MF take advantage of this fact. The TRAI has failed miserably to reign these @holes, it wont be surprising that they might be hand in gloves with such service providers, considering the fact that they practically do anything they want to, there is absolutely no fear. I have decided to stay with speed until the next billing cycle and [censored] their @sses if they decide to pull a similar stunt. Anybody opting for MTS should be ready to get conned on the first instance and I suggest learning choicest hindi gaalis to use with them while communication.

          I was promised that I will get 10 GB data free on MTS Mblaze Postpaid by Mr. Firoz Khan, MTS Kota. But the bill generated has no such free data and I was charged according to the plan. When I called him, he refuted his claim and threatened me to do whatever possible against him in an abusive language.               Dear Sir/Ma’am, This is reference to the telecon I had with one of your executive yesterday, I request you to take immediate action against him as he was using very abusive language over phone . For last few months every time when I receive call from your executives I am continuously requesting them to terminate my services of MTS data card no [protected] but they are not doing so . I am not using the data card .Yesterday I got a call from one of your executive regarding the payment and he started using very foul language .Below are the few sentences he used during the call. When I couldn’t hear his voice initially during call he said “ Are you deaf .At the time of making payments you people become deaf . You people are beggar, work in MNC and could not pay 700-800 Rupees . He was threatening me to make payment and saying me –I am sending you legal notice and come to the court tomorrow. Etc etc .He was continuously harassing me over phone . My sincere request to you to take immediate action against him. I need apology for this kind of behaviour by your representatives .Also please terminate my services immediately from MTS. It’s very shameful that these kind of people work in MTS who don’t even know how to talk.                 He introduced as a Michael, After Activating my device he ran away, he does not give any support regarding MTS related issues, if you try to call him means he tell one one reason for every second, reason driving, meeting, call conference, I am coming to your area only, etc, how he manage his family and friend I really don`t know, fully cheating life will not let him live with joy, they promised to give free Complements but after i paid they didn't meet the promises and cheated me with false promises. They don’t care whether you are a lady or a Senior citizen or any person, there plan to cheat to by marketing the device, If i ever find the sales man Michael Sebastian i will really slap him for cheating a lady and a Senior citizen. I have all the written emails for proof reg my cancellation but they are just ignoring it and dragging. Please avoid this Michael Sebastian for any future business, your time and your money will finally waste. May be Christianity teaches like this?                   I have bought mblaze ultra, MDN no.[protected] on 23rd MAY from SOLUTIONS UNLIMITED, but they have delivered any other dongel MDN no.[protected], this was due to the packaging mistake. The MEID no. on the packet is not matching with the DONGEL's MEID as in my sent pictures, IN the profile of [protected], my mobile no.[protected] is given, but any other name and his address is given in the profile.The owner of [protected] is Swapan Ghara, but there is given Subhra Chandan Mondal, and his alternative contact no. is [protected]. The office has taken the dongel for exchange but they returned the same dongel [protected] again, I have complained to many of MTS customer care no, but all are giving me another mobile no. for the solution, I have also visited head office but they can't do anything, today they have me another contact no. for solution A bill is sent to my mobile for [protected] which is not my number I have been struggling with this problem since last one month, I have done many phone calls, My time has been gone to wastage for this. So i request you to solve this problem as quick as possible.

                        Hi, I bought MTS MBlaze UltraWifi Datacard and datacard number [protected] on 18 April, 15 . I have been told that I would get speed upto 9.8 Mbps. But, from day 1 I have an average speed of 20 Kbps - 50 Kbps which is absolutely worthless after paying this much money of Rs 1500 for Dongle and Rs. 999 for Internet plan. I have been registering complaints regarding this from April and till now i am not satisfied with their responses. They contacted me and asked me to clear the cache and cookies like always. After observing the logs by keeping my dongle active for 10 hours, they still have no conclusion. And after this they reply that the area I'm living in has too many mts users, so that's why I wont be getting speed above this..is this the conclusion? after spending thousands. Why is the support reluctant to listen to me and every time mark my complaint complete without my consent, is it BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO MARK THEIR COMPLAINTS COMPLETE WITHIN given period of time? This is my 5th complaint against speed issues. This is clear case of customer care ignorance to solve customer problems. I want to file official complaint to higher authority in MTS or go to consumer court - whatever resolves my problem. My last complaint was JUN/3012 and before that was MAY/8840, which was the 3rd complaint that was closed in a single month without being solved. I'm attaching some snapshots for your reference, regarding speed that I'm getting. Ok so I raised another complaint that got resolved without any proper resolution. And the speed is still around 60 Kbps, where they closed the ticket saying I'm getting minimum speed of 400 KBps. Which is absolutely not true. My complaints were: JUN/4826 (closed) JUN/4827 (closed) JUN/5353 (closed) JUN/6426 (closed) I don't know how these guys are working, because till now I've called them more than 10 times in past two months So this JUN/5353 complaint was marked as resolved with a resolution that back-end team tried to contact me, but couldn't. So they marked it as closed. Then I called them up, raised another saying why was it closed. JUN/6426 was raised on 24th June, 15. The team called me and after observing the logs for 10 minutes, they said they will be sending a technical person to check the area. A person did come to electronic city (as told by him), but didn't visited me, so it is possible that he didn't come at all. And today the complaint was marked as closed. The reason provided was that the area has too many consumers due to which optimization of the network is not possible. So instead of registering another complaint I asked for SERVICE ADVISER. They did transferred my call but kept me on hold for 30 minutes, because of which at last I had to cut the call due to high talk time rates. I called them again, this time directly asked for Service Adviser's help. He told me that he spoke to the higher level, and got the reply that its not possible to optimize the network in this area of Electronic city. I'm tired of raising complaints, because there is no resolution, as I always get tied up in this infinite closed loop. Please help with this if anyone can!!                             Hi, I am shanmugakumar from Tamilnadu bought a postpaid MTS datacard and used for 3-4 months. Since I am not satisfied with their services, I tend to disconnect the datacard, Hence I seeked the help of MTS Chat4help and told them them to diconnect the MTS data card number [protected] and the request number is 4810185. Then I have paid the bill amount 618 rupees for the data usage. But, the customer care guy compel me to pay another 552 rupees saying as overdue.. I queried MTS, but they didnot provide me any proper response. Also I have replied to the email they send. but, there was no response email from them. Now, a lady and a guy called and threatens me that they have sought legal actions against me and they are from Delhi court. so I need to pay 25, 000 rupees. They keep on calling and threatens me. I am really frustated with the issue.Please help me with this issue.

                              Dear MTS Team, Please read my observations and MTS-overall-experience carefully before replying: I should have written this email much earlier but I seriously think that any further delay could result into my unexpected/unwanted landing in JAIL. I realize that I am not eligible or capable enough to copy the inhuman actions that your executives or collectively your Company follow. If you check my subscription details and entire interaction history, you'll find that right from the time of connection setup, I've had regular disruptions with your Internet services and upon trying to receive assistance from your Customer Care team, always received a grossly-inappropriate response. Your marketing team has promoted your MTS WiFi product so well that no other ISP stands better and your product seems to be the Ultimate but regretfully, MTS failed to invest in Customer Service which is why the Primary-Ppoint-of-Contact for consumers, i.e., Customer Care helpline results in unexpected harassment of the customer. **Your customer care executives are absolutely inhuman, they do not know how to talk, how to converse, lack tolerance, patience, manners & etiquette. So, talking about terms like ownership and responsibility becomes merely an illusion. Multiple complaints were raised by me[I trusted them that they would've raised, I always hoped that they actually did what they promised; however they did not!!]. Your executives most of the times didn't tag their interactions, didn't raise SRs, didn't even write in the notes while they promised and as a result everytime I called in CC, the new executive was blank about my previous interaction moreover, refused/denied to give out any information related to the previous interaction; I had to repeat the entire concern to which he didn't pay any attention[Please get the calls audited if you don't trust me]. I tried contacting the CC many-a-time but didn't receive a suitable/human response. Consequently, I didn't even pay the first bill generated. None of your teammates cared to ask me why I was disappointed moreover they continued giving me threatening phone calls asking me to make the payment asap. I tried explaining the problem to them as well but they refused just like your inbound executives and now on 22-June-2015, I came to know that MTS has filed a legal case against me in the Civil Court for non-payment of my bill[668INR]. I want you to understand how much would the compensation-amount be if I escalate my genuine problem to higher levels; say the Consumer-Forum..!! For the sake of supporting my statements I've also got recorded voice calls(capturing my conversation with your CC-executives). I Promise that either you'll carry out a Wise settlement in time, or MTS in a few years will be completely uprooted from Meerut City at least (if not from the entire country or state). I'm preparing to share my bitter experiences with MTS on social-media, in my friend, Social, and Professional circle so as to spread awareness amongst the people. Everyone should know the reality of MTS customer care. These were your words in the previous email "We thank you for sharing the feedback and giving us an opportunity to improve our services. It is our privilege to have you as our valued customer and we look forward to a long and fruitful association with you. We earnestly hope that this does not affect your patronage to MTS." I wonder if your team actually comprehends the meaning of all this., they would've tried contacting me if they did.                                 I ordered mts data card dongle from flipkart which gave an offer that ull b giving 10 GB initially free! and when it came home and activated they just provided me with 5GB! when I called them, they just simply told that policies have been changed! SUCH A CHEAT THEY ARE!

                                  I am not satisfied with your service. as I had an offer that we will get 3+1 GB with a recharge of Rs.399 as, I recharged on 16 jun 2015 with that offer but i got only 3 GB of data but not the extra 1 GB data as it was to be credited in our account within 7 days of recharge as it was 23 June 2015 but till now it has not been credited. so. I wish you will credit my extra data balance as soon as possible.

                                    I have been using MTS dongle for quite some time. It was ok ok for some time initially. recently i started facing issue regarding speed and connectivity. I contacted customer care after 10-12 days when it became unbearable for me. Now i am told that my area is facing some technical issue, and their so called efficient technical team is working on it, and it will take another 7-10 weeks (what an efficient technical team) to resolve the issue. I am not able to use the services i have paid for. My amount can not be refunded. validity can not be increased. what the hell. i should just wait and watch, and on top of that, i had to pay to act like a dumb and mute. MTS system is efficient where it should not be, and it is a garbage where it should be efficient. for me MTS is "MAHA TURBULENT SERVICES"..

                                      I'm Rajesh and my MTS mobile internet data card (MBLAZE) # [protected]. Below are the complaint numbers raised by MTS customer support for the internet speed issue. FEB/8500 FEB/12024 MAR/5848 I have purchased the MTS data card and the sales person promised the speed of minimum of 6 MBPS & maximum of 9.2 MBPS but what I have really received is less than 1 MBPS (indoor) almost everytime and also the connection was not stable. When I made a compliant with MTS support many times, but they closed all my complaints without resoving the speed issue. finally at the month of February 2015 the support engineer from MTS had visited my house and checked for the speed indoor & outdoor. unfortunately we have received very poor speed of less than 1 Mbps indoor as well as 1.3 MBPS outdoor. He took the readings and told me that I will be getting a call from customer care for fixing this insufficient service, Due to the poor infracture setup they accepted that they cannot provide promised speed of 8 Mbps. I have asked them to disconnect the service once for all and paid the pending amount Rs.833 and also asked to collect the Data card that they have provided. Failing to provide the service which is promised, I have spent lot of my valuable time on talking to customer support & making complaints again & again, which gave me lot of mental pressure and my purpose o[censored]sing the internet at good speed has completely spoiled because of poor service by MTS. I completely stopped using the internet after 15 days and asked them to collect the data card back from me. Inspite of that, they have not collected the data card back from me but they started generating the bills though they are unable to provide the service or support. Now I'm in a mind of taking this issue to the consumer court and file a case against MTS. I expect quick attention by MTS on this before I go to the next level.

                                        I AM USING MTS DATA CARD SINCE ONE YEAR BUT I AM FACING SPEED ISSUES FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS, I HAVE LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT BUT THEIR REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR AREA IS OF HIGH USAGE CUSTOMERS SO YOU WILL NOT GET THE SPEED THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR COMPLAINT WILL NOT BE SOLVED. I AGAIN SPOKE TO CUST CARE REP HE TOLD ME THAT PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BUT WHEN HE HAS NOT ANSWERS. MTS IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY COMMITING HIGH SPEEDS ON DATA CARDS BUT NOT ABLE TO GIVE IT.
