One of your executives from Bangalore office called Nemesis solutions( i guess franchisee of MTS, Ph no[protected]forced me to buy MTS Mblaze data card for Rs 1300 with a Dataplan of Rs 499 @5 GB speed, Till then i was using Docomo for similar package.
Once i purchased MTS, to my shock I was told that my plan was 3 GB speed at Rs 444 for which i disagreed but was forced to go ahead as i wanted the internet services very badly since all my work had stopped by then and also had discontinued my Docomo service.
Subsequent to this event, i was made to wait for 7 days just for activation and after a week i received a message that my data card is activated, I plugged in my device and to my surprise, the device was not working. I raised a complaint request for which i was promised that it will be resolved in 1 hour but nothing happened even after 24 hours.
I have now asked MTS to deactivate my data card( first of it was not activated at all)and i no longer wish to continue as customer with MTS.
I would like MTS/Nemesis solutions to refund my datacard which costed me Rs 1300 and has caused mental stress.
I will be pursuing this case with the customer forum and will register a complaint if my money is not refunded in 24 hours and tender an apology.(all your customer care executives were abusive and non coperative)
