Hello there I brought Mts connection [protected] in march month for 3g wi fi connection but this 3g connection not works in geeta colony area, the speed they commit is fake. So i requested to kindly disconnect my connection and i am ready to pay full and final amount. But instead of disconnecting it they again charged the monthy tarif which i hadn't used. I request them to reverse the said charges they initially admitted it but afterwards rejected the reversal request. Daily i got pathetic calls from collection team for the amount which i never used. I am totally furstrated with this situation and request you to interferance in it. Thanks Paras bhatia [protected]

      I purchased this above wi fi on 13-june-2015. (Wi fi no is [protected])
      It activated on 20-june-2015. (From mts)

      But actual activated on 28-june-2015.
      But after this device is not in working condition till today due to auto
      Disconnection
      And very low signals. Then i made

        Sir, I am using MTS CDMA mobile connection [protected] which I purchased in july 2015. And I recharged Rs180 in which I got Rs200. After that MTS starting calling my number from the following kind of numbers [protected]. Firstly they called me and offered service 'My private diary' for Rs30/30days and asked to press 5 to confirm. Now you believe me that without pressing 5, service started and Rs 30 deducted and I received a confirmation message . After this on 9th July I received a confirmation message without my knowledge that a service 'Hasi k phuware has been subscribed by me at Rs30. And after this a few minutes later I received saying thanks that I have subscribed 'HindiAdultJokes' and I was charged Rs30 for 30 days. And remaining balance was 110. (Aur itna hi nahi) not only this, without confirmation a service caller tune was started and Rs39 deducted and after all this I talked to customer care the debuted to return the charges that they can't do anything.           I have previously used MTS DATA Card with no. [protected]. I have discontinued its usage in march -2015. For which I paid march15 my bill. I have informed the Customer Care to close the connection . which was also accepted Inmayr’15 I received an e-mail stating there is a due They informed they will and but did not close the connection and kept sending the bill the for 2 additional months. there calls and informed them too about it and asked them again to close the connection. They still dint do the same. june15 they say we are calling from Delhi Court and they said you pay the amount Rs.1793 /- on mts website the case will be withdrawn . He asked me to do it immediately (within 30 mins he said) or the case file is going to the court.They gave me a deal line of 12 ‘0’ clock in the afternoon and if the payment is not done they are going to send the file for legal proceedings. Anyway, I immediately went to MTS website and initiated the payment process for the complete Rs. 1793/-.I have AGIAN raised a complaint to customer serviceI confirmed to clear the bill but I told the girl who called me to deactivate the card permentley for which she agreed... so I have paid and gave her the ref. number of the payment after the payment in end may and I thrown the card too... but again I got the bill for jun month saying the card is still in active and the complaint by last month was not been taken. now they are pushing me so much for pay the bill... so pls help that they are eating my hard working money... MTS, data card number is [protected] check my usage and it will show 0 kb usage for last three months TILL march 15 on wards no use your data card.my mts data card already temporary disconnected on last 3 months.They began to start bother me every time for bill payment. I am very disappointed with the service of mts I request you to kindly disconnect my MTS data Card permanently.If you will again disturb me by any call or massages so i will take an action against your company because I have already paid april / may not useing single day.so please check your end refund my money & disconect permanently .name : mrudula k mobile no :[protected] mts data card no : [protected]

            Sir,
            I have taken a connection from MTS and the number allotted to me was [protected].I am not using the device because of some connectivity problem since December 2014.But the company goes on billing and i paid the bill amount due as on Jan15. After calling their customer care i registered my complaint regarding the billing and as directed by the executive of the customer care i paid the amount of Rs.536 on 30/03/2015 and i submitted my request to cancell my number.For the last three months i was not informed that the connection is still active and today ie on 10/07/2015 i received a call from Adv Mini stating that an amount of Rs.900/- is outstanding and they are going for legal procedures.I have called several times to the customer and every time they confirmed that the connection is disconnected.Please advice me.I am PSU officer and the advocates are calling in the working hours.

              Initially i bought this MTS connection ([protected]) as they promised to give me 40 GB for 999rs plan which will come 1122 per month. Later this was changed to 15 GB day and 15 GB night (12 to 8 only) without asking any consent from us. Later when i asked, they told me like the plan has changed and now it’s not possible to give 40 GB which was committed earlier and they are not will to cut the amount which I currently paying to them. Now literally i could use 15 GB alone from 30 GB plan due to the tricky timings. I need a resolution for this issue at least 30 GB with day and night time limit or a change in the amount.               Bejoy, i am currently facing the exact same problem. I have been getting harassing calls from the office of a lawyer named NARENDRA KALRA, of 34, Tis Hazari Court.
              I have refused to pay the bill for deficient and incomplete services, and i dont think it is appropriate to entertain the bill when the said company has cheated the customer.

              I had bought the MTS data card a year back, and my plan was 40GB for 999. Suddenly in May, 13 days into my monthly plan cycle, i get a text "you have crossed 15.00 Gbyte usage and your data speed will now be restricted".

              When i contacted them, this was their reply:
              "MTS reserves the right to change your minimum monthly bill plan cost and benefits upon intimation before changing the same."

              I wasn't ever been intimated about this change in my minimum monthly bill plan cost and benefits. It seems drastic that my plan has been changed from 40GB to 15GB, and i feel that this is completely unwarranted. Whereas data is becoming cheaper and there is more competition, reducing the plan benefits seems to be a very unlikely move.

              MTS replied saying that they have the right to change the plan. It seems to be a way to wrangle your customers whom you have attracted into your fold by first offering more than attractive pricing. At the time when i had bought your device, your plan was by far the best one on offer in the market, and one trusts a vendor to maintain similar competitiveness. I’m disappointed that now you have completely turned around your word and betrayed your customers.

              I have repeatedly asked them to please locate for me the instance when they have intimated the same to me either via email/sms. And there hasn't been a reply to that.

                I raised an deactivation request on my data card mblaze details data number:[protected] on the month of january. And they confirmed deactivation and gave an reference number is 4583082. Now i am getting a message stated as " legal notice has been sent due to non-payment". Getting an threatening call from lawyers .
                I told them to deactivate on january and then how come i charged .Please dont use mts .

                  I registered for Internet Bill Plan: REVB-550-5GB postpaid plan under which I was provided 5 GB day usage and 5 GB night for one month I have received a message this morning that the my Bill plan is reduced from 5 GB D/N to 3 GB D/N. I just contacted the Customer Chat Services and they informed me about the same. May I please escalate this? There was a reason why chose this plan and I don't feel this is right if you just choose to reduce the amount of data usage offered under the plan. I haven't seen this kind of absurd action before having used different data services.

                    I have a MTS datacard which I have bought from MTS before 6 months. Now this data card (dongle) is not giving the speed they promised. My number: +[protected] I have complained about the problem before 2 months at one of their outlets. They said it's a problem in this region and will be resolved in new one month. But the problem still continued. So I called their customer service department and they said that they will resolve the problem in between 22 hours. This is what I got from them. Your complaint no. JUL/2244 has been registered on 08-JUL-2015 12:41:15 . Your complaint will be resolved by 22 working hours. Thank you. But no response from them yet (6:01 am 10 July). And I have lost many valuable time because of this and I was delayed in some of my works. Please take immediate action on this case. Thank you.

                      Dear Team, I am an existing customer of MTS and using a Mblaze data card ([protected]). I did a recharge for 5GB data plan and the recharge is done on 30th June 2015. But the same was finished on 5th July 2015. I have not downloaded anything I have used my data only for browsing that too only for 2-3 hrs, then within 5-6 days how it is possible that 5GB data is finished. When I called to customer care they are not supporting and not ready to listen any words. They are trying to cheat their customer. Request you to please take some hard action against such companies.                         I am using MTS LAVA dongle from November 2015.There was no complaint with that dongle. But I lost that dongle on 02nd July 2015 and purchased another dongle (ZTE) on 04/07/'15 from your authorized dealer E4SPEED, SARoad Vytila-682019. But when I connect it to my laptop instalation is not happening and the dongle is not working. Then I gave a complaint to your dealer and he forward it to YL-MTSCOMPL on 06 July 2015 and is registered (JUL/1679). Instead of providing me a new dongle in place of the faulty dongle which I have purchased as brand new for Rs.1500/-, your person is telling that he can give only a repaired dongle which was used by someone else. This is unacceptable to me. So I request you to provide me a new dongle immediately.

                          Actually i am bought new conncetion they have also committed speed around 4-6(I don't remember correctly) mbps but now i am getting some around 60-100 kbps speed only. When i complaint this to them, they just asked me to delete the temporary internet files and check change location to check the connection.When i checked, i didn't find any difference. But the person who talked me logged off without getting the feedback from me. I need to get a worthy reply from your end.

                            With due Respect I want to draw your kind attention towards your internet services in Bankner village and narela area of Delhi. MTS internet does not have range in these areas and 3G data card net works poorer to a 2G net especially, during the time between 12 pm to 6 pm. it both wastes customers money and spoils MTS company's image. I had complained about the poor services to your customer care through your customer care number but still the situation is similar. so it is important for MTS Internet to improve the services and internet speed to regain the faith of its distressed customers of Bankner and Narela area.                               MTS is a worst service provider. I also has faced problems related to the speed and now its about bill payment. Since the the purchase they people were not giving 3g not even 2g speed but raising the bill on regular basis. Now asking for the bill payment for those months when I was not able to load even a single page.

                              MTS doesn't deserve to be in the market as they just fool the customers.

                                I got a MTS data connection on Jan 5th, During that time they assured that we will get 4Mbps speed.But i have got only 10kbps to 50kbps at max some time i have got 120kbps. I have raised a complaint to customer service, but they have closed the complaint without providing any solutions.Moreover i have used only 3GB of data for a month of feb because of speed issue.But i got a whole month bill (Rs.898).I have stopped using it and i haven't paid the bill till now.They have deactivated my connection on mid of march. They are asking me to pay 1806, They used to calling and torturing.I asked them to reduce the amount of device cost from the bill amount.They are not doing it.Today i got a call from some person, he told he is an lawyer and MTS raised defaulter case agaisnt me and he asked me to pay the bill amount. Then i argued with him to reduce device cost then finally agree to pay (Rs. 806) and he agreed to give final settlement copy.I made a payment to MTS.But later i came to know that ****fraud**** is an MTS employee.He didn't picked up the call.He is not providing final settlement copy. Kindly take some action against them to save consumers.

                                  i bought a MTS data card Number [protected] as per the informations conveyed by the show room that it has got 8mbps speed but it was having only 64kbps after lot of complaints nothing working out i called up the cus care and informed them to deactivate and made the settlement as they agreed that just to make the payment and we will deactivate it after this and surrendered the datacard to the person to whom i made the payment but after couple of months i am being tortured saying call from delhi legal chamber ([protected]) and need to make payment for next two months also (feb & march) else case will be filed a case in delhi court chamber.i am being mentally tortured for their fault though i have made payment 28 jan 2015 untill the last day of my complaint and i did not used it anymore.every day i am getting calls from different numbers ([protected]) and harrased.please do not but any product of MTS they just sell and kill us.

One of your executives from Bangalore office called Nemesis solutions( i guess franchisee of MTS, Ph no[protected]forced me to buy MTS Mblaze data card for Rs 1300 with a Dataplan of Rs 499 @5 GB speed, Till then i was using Docomo for similar package. Once i purchased MTS, to my shock I was told that my plan was 3 GB speed at Rs 444 for which i disagreed but was forced to go ahead as i wanted the internet services very badly since all my work had stopped by then and also had discontinued my Docomo service. Subsequent to this event, i was made to wait for 7 days just for activation and after a week i received a message that my data card is activated, I plugged in my device and to my surprise, the device was not working. I raised a complaint request for which i was promised that it will be resolved in 1 hour but nothing happened even after 24 hours. I have now asked MTS to deactivate my data card( first of it was not activated at all)and i no longer wish to continue as customer with MTS. I would like MTS/Nemesis solutions to refund my datacard which costed me Rs 1300 and has caused mental stress. I will be pursuing this case with the customer forum and will register a complaint if my money is not refunded in 24 hours and tender an apology.(all your customer care executives were abusive and non coperative) Suresh [protected]
