Dear Sir I m chasing MTS for my data card refund since 11 july and the TAT for the refund is 7 working days except saturday and sunday but till now i didn't receive any reward about refundable date or any committment from that side.     Dear Sir, I am using 3G data card of MTS no. given above. I am not getting the speed for last 10 -15 days. I have selected the plan of 10 GB usage. as on date Balance available is 3993.3 MB-N. Even though I am not getting the speed of 3G. A small downloading like Mozila Firefox took 95 minutes, it was started @ 7.am morning but it could not complete the downloading one software. It is never disclosed / informed / clarified while marketing and also not disclosed on your bill print also. On talking to customer care it is learnt about Day & Night time consideration adopted by the MTS is as under Day 8.0 AM to 12.0 PM = 16 hours Night 12.PM to 8.0 AM = 8 Hours After paying for 3G speed we are not getting speed is cheating with customer. Timings adopted by MTS is also wrong. General meaning of Day & Night means equal timing of 12 Hours each. Where as time consideration adopted is also miss representation / leading and wrong adoption of Time schedule and is nothing but cheating with consumers. Please consider equal timing sharing in day & night with equal GB distribution. If it is not considered as requested it will be reported to consumer forum. Please note. M.S.Patel

      my mts mobile no is [protected]..unauthorised ballance deduction complain in 24 hrs..tell ballance balance will be refund in 38 working hrs..i wait 48 working hrs..but the balance not refund.. the ammount is..rs 8/- refund date 30/07/2015 between 2 p.m..and another ammount is rs. 30/- refund date 31/07/2015 1:41 pm..please help me to get the money.

          I have paid my MTS data card bill on 17th Jul'15 for the bill period 01-06-15 to 30-06-15 but i didn't get any payment receipt for the same. When i called customer care they denied to sent the receipt saying that they wont send. As I have to submit the receipt to my company and i was getting the bill every month, they told me write a complaint to the customer care. After writing the complaint also there was no response my the team and they stopped attending the calls as well. My MTS number is : [protected]
          MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have paid my MTS bill on 19th Nov'15 for the bill period 01-10-15 to 31-10-15 but i didn't get any payment receipt for the same. When i called customer care they denied to sent the receipt saying that they wont send. As I have to submit the receipt to my company and i was getting the bill every month, they told me write a complaint to the customer care. After writing the complaint also there was no response my the team and they stopped attending the calls as well.           MTS service is the worst that I have ever seen. The company which doesn't give receipt, what else can be expected from it? Poor service.

            My Mobile number [protected], i taken this connection in 2010. Form that time onwards i am using the benefit of 2 second 1 paise (191 Plan). For this i have to make a minimum recharge of 900 for every six months. I made the following recharges: 152, 500, 201, 71 total = 924.00 For this i checked with customer care executive on the following dates: 01-May-2015 11-May-2015 15-July-2015 Based on their opinion i made the above recharges for that 900 Recharge commitment. But the benefits was disconnected. For that i raised the complaint No : JUL / 12044. Yesterday some one spoke with me and the said that the customer care people gave a wrong information, that 152 goes to net balance it won't come for main account. Again i check with the customer care they said that its not right you made recharge for more than 900. And the gave a new complaint number : JUL/12565 For this new complaint today Mr.Vivek Pillai CC Agent he spoke with me and he agreed that this mistake was happen by your end (MTS Side). But he said that MTS was not going to provide back the service to me. If the mistake was your end means why i have to suffer. I need the the same benefit. Kindly do the needful. Please give the Nodal Office number to talk about this issue.

              I bought mblaze ultra WiFi postpaid plan (my number is [protected]) but the speed is so pathetic. It is not more than 100 kbps. I can not even connect two device on this so called wi fi dongle.resolve it asap.

                For the month of Jul, I raised 4 Complaints to rectify signal issues. Out of 4 complaints 3 complaints were closed without my confirmation on closure. Every time After closing the complaint, they called me to say the issue is resolved. When I asked, how do you say the issue is resolved, then they would say "Outside of my house, they were getting more than 3.5 mbps speed". When I said no Tech personnel came to my house to rectify the issue & the issue still persists. When I insisted to reopen the complaint, they suggested me to call Customer Care number again to create a new complaint. This course took complete 1 month. For the last Complaint (4th Complaint), I spoke to customer care representative & strongly recommended the tech personnel to visit my house. I had to apply for a leave to get speak to MTS engineer & to fix the problem. He did all analysis & said the signal problem cannot be fixed due to other telecom towers conflict issues. So I asked to close/disconnect my MTS datacard # [protected]. Later I got a call my MTS accounts team to pay the bill. I said, I will pay & requested to close the data card connection. He was very rude (his name is Rakesh P). I was telling him, this month payment is delayed as I was expecting resolution to the signal issues. There had been very limited data transmitting through the device. It was taking significant amount of time to load a single webpage & it was highly frustrating to use MTS service throughout the month. He was saying, I don't care, please pay the bill along with late payment charges. When he said late payment charges, I felt like MTS don't care about customers. All they are concerned about is money. Then I too said, when I did not get expected speed & promised service from MTS, then why should I pay the rent. Then he rudely said, if you don't pay late payment charges & month rent, then the account cannot be cancelled & further rental changes will be applied. This is how MTS is cheating. All I need is a kind support from MTS to disconnect my data card & sent NOC. So that I wont be charged for further rentals. Ideally MTS must waive off Jul month rental & late payment charges, since there has been no quality/promised support from them. I spoke to MTS customer Care representative to confirm on data card disconnection, they promised me, that I will get a call on that regards in next 2 hours. For until next day, I did not receive any call. I called again today morning. Today they said, I will get a call in next 24 hours. Hope someone from MTS will contact me. Highly frustrating experience with MTS.

                I received the bill again with rental charges. On 29th MTS Customer Care officer confirmed to me that the account is in deactive state already as per my request. I will not be charged further with rentals. But Today again I received the bill.

                I called customer care again to enquire why.
                1. Conversation went on for 10 minutes, later officer told me that she will connect me to Service Advisor. I was waiting in a call for more than 20 minutes. Nobody attended to the call, so I had to disconnect.
                2. Immediately I called again, so that I can talk to service advisor. CC officer spoke to me & said she will transfer the call to service advisor. Again the same story continued. I was waiting for service advisor in a call, but nobody turned up. The call auto disconnected after 25 minutes.

                I seriously don't understand what kind of service MTS is providing. Really highly frustrated with MTS & its services.

                    This is your kind attention that my mts data card no [protected] was pending rs 1324 due to mts irresponsible services of mts because so many times I complained them but instead of doing something they always closed my request without any information finally after discussion with mandeep Kaur her no is [protected]
                    I deposited 1000rs in their account because she committed to give waiver of rs 324 and also send me a mail regarding waiver of rs 324
                    But still I am waiting for waiver updation and activation of my no now she is not picking my phone also

                      I have purchased the MTS card from the MTS official dealer 1 week back. They have told me that the speed will be near about 3 mbps. But at my location the speed is coming as 0.23 mbps.
                      I have complaint in the customer care. Customer care person from MTS was very rude and was not even ready to file the complaint. He told us we need to wait for 2 months and meanwhile they will try to resolve the issue.
                      Why should I wait for 2 more months and pay full for the 0 speed.

                        I have bought a MTS 3G data card couple of months back. The subject company is released a lot of advertisements on the internet, television, radio about the bandwdith speed and service it provided to its customers. I also bough the data card after coming under this influence, however, soon after purchasing the same, I have realized that the bandwith speed committed by the organisation under 3G plan is 14MBPS, however, the speed delivered by my device is barely 500 KBPS which is way below the expectations. After contacting the customer care I was informed that my place comes under high usage area and the team is working on it and soon the issue would be resolved, however, till date the issue still persists. I marked some emails to them stating that my work is getting effected due to speed performance, they just offered some troubleshooting steps, i tried all the relivent troubleshooting steps but it did not help. Since i was not getting good speed as promised i had to bare the loss of around 10000 Rs. as i was not able to complete my office work assigned to me during the weekends (2000 Rs. for weekend - Saturday and Sunday). I asked for some alternative but they were not even able to provide me any alternative so that i can complete my work nor they offer any of their representative to visit my place and test my device and the speed i am getting. i was so frustrated that i just asked to cancel my services over the email and they just did it without even giving any other type of solution, and they are also asking me to pay the bill for the service i did not get and even i lost money due to their service. I have attached the screen shot of the signal strenth and speed test.                             I made a bad choice of availing services from MTS India. Internet services provided by MTS India are pathetic & dishonest in terms of Internet speed. Also, they are very poor & unprofessional in handling customer issues and concerns. Promise of speed in mbps is fake and cheating strategy other than marketing strategy. They were unable to resolve the speed issue at all. Here my issue with MTS India: I was marketed of 3g in mbps speed and blinded me to purchase the device. It got activated within 3 days (appx.). On the very next day i raised the speed issue (speed was in kbps whereas they promised in mbps). From past 2 months, the issue was not resolved. i kept raising tickets and they kept closing it with some silly reason o[censored]nable to connect to device or unable to reach your number, etc. They didn't even perform site visit to understand the issue. Finally, i was not pleased to continue with the frustrating services from MTS India and asked for termination of connection. They took they own time in terminating the connection after several follow-ups. More interesting is that they generate a bill during this tenure of issue state claiming that the data was consumed and force customers to pay the same within the due date. This is the best cheating strategy of generating the revenue from public with faulty services & products. I would like to take this matter to any level so as to give full-stop to this kind of offensive/fraud activities and no more people are blinded further. Moreover, i was marketed in such a way that the entire deposited amount/device cost would be refunded if the issue is raised within 15 days from date of activation and the issue is not resolved. But, they are claiming now that its not the case or its a false statement. Also, all the email ids under 'Contact us' in their official website is just form name sake. No body responds and i haven't got any acknowledgement from it till date, inspite sending several followup emails. Worst!! In summary, i purchased the device, raised several issues on speed, struggled in getting updates on issues and resolutions, struggled to terminate connection. All these happen for 2-3 months and they generate a bill and ask customers to pay the same. What kind of organization is this???? What kind of services are they providing??? I can see many such complaints are already being lodged on MTS India. This is a serious issue and requesting the concerned team/regulatory board to action immediately.                               I am having speed issue with my mts data card mblaze, for that i have raised so many complaints and no action taken and they simply closed my all complaint tickets for this july 2015 month raised

                              " not even called me and not even tried to resolved my issues and finally they not even confirm to call if this issue is solved or not" without informing me all these things they simply closed all my tickets. . .

                                Initially I had an unlimited plan and I had some speed issues for which I wanted to cancel the connection. when I placed a request for cancellation the agent called up and said he will improve the services and the speed would get better. Since I was sceptical, I went for a minimum plan of 444/- with 3 GB limited Data to try out. I check with the customer agent if I would be intimated once I reach the 3 GB limit for which they said yes, I asked the same question 2-3 times to make sure that ill receive the SMS once I reach the 3 gb because I know it would cost huge if I use the data beyond the limit and all the time they said I will be informed. since I believed the agent I kept on using the data as I haven't received any message. however I had some doubt for which I contacted the customer agent and they informed me that my usage was not beyond 3 GB. however one one day I relieved message that my outstanding amount is reaching my credit limit of 3000 rupees. I was shocked and approached the customer agent. At this point they inform me that my data usage is close to 6 GB. And when I try to explain the situation they don't seem to care and all they keep saying is to pay the outstanding amount of 2112/- I approached the MTS appellate and they say that they did a case study and they are not giving waiver. My whole point is if i was not misinformed about the notification policy i wouldnot have gone beyond 3 GB, but they dont seem to get it. Can anyone please let me know what to do.

                                  I am being harassed by MTS Collection Team regarding my Data Card ([protected]). Following is the issue - I raised couple of complaints regarding my internet connection. Issue was the frequent disconnection. I contacted customer care team several times with no luck. There was no resolution provided to me. My last complaint (JUNE/14262) which I raised on June 23, 2015 was closed without providing resolution. Same thing was done with earlier complaints. I was told that I was unreachable But I have always picked up their phone. Moreover, Phone is not the only medium to contact. They could have dropped me and email as well. Frustrated with bad service I was getting, In my last call with customer care, I mentioned that I will not be using this connection if you don't fix the issue in given time frame. And as per my words, I stopped using the data card and never plugged in after that. Now, I am getting more than ten calls from several difference numbers saying that they are calling on behalf of MTS/Collection Team asking me to pay the bill else they will send someone at my home. They are threatening me. This behavior is very unprofessional. I always paid my bills on time till the time I received promised service. Now, I won't be paying any pending bill as my complaints went unattended. I wasted my time, money and energy to get it fixed but all in vain. I request you to contact the concerned team to close this issue. I don't use your services. Get the connection disabled and stop contacting me. I request you to take this matter on priority. I already had a word with my lawyer and If you continue harassing me by any means (threatening calls, legal notices etc) then I will have to file case against you under Indian Contract Act 1872, Consumer Protection Act 1986. Their representative has visited my place and tested my device on his laptop the speed issue is still there. The customer support extended by MTS has been atrocious to say the least. There has been no follow up from any senior officer from MTS. MTS is ruthlessly selling its products without thinking even a second about the problems or losses the customer could have to bear due to this behavior of their. I AM DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY MTS SERVICE TO ANYBODY. BUY MTS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

                                      I am using the MTS connection for the last 5 Yrs.-[protected]. Last week I have taken a new number-[protected] it been a very bad experience for me because on 19th to 22nd july at every day and night they have deducted 30, 40, 45, 50, 58 rs. amount. When I call to customer care they told me that the amount will not be refundable, how could this possible that they have activated the service without giving me any information.
                                      I would me highly obliged if you take necessary action & refund my amount ASAP.

                                        I purchase MTS wifi connection 1 month back. In first week of purchasing I got very good speed. But since den I'm getting avg speed of 300KBPS. I register a complaint on 26 June and they said "Every thing is fine @ our end" Every time I asked to resolved my issue, they send their predefined email template. They haven't resolved my complaint yet
