I had taken a data card connection of MTS. I had registered compliments regarding speed issue many times. But they did not willing to fix this issue.     I'm using this connection from last 1 year and from the very first day i am complaining for internet speed but they are not ready to listen anything and every time they gave same excuses that it will get fixed soon but till yoday its not fixed. If we talk about their customer service it is ridiculous as none have sense to talk with customers. I never suggest anyone to keep mts services. Its really bad

      Hi, I bought an MTS Wifi datacard a Month ago. But the Sales executive is not ready to activate my datacard. They got 1000 Rs/- for that card and still they are making me to wait. After a continuous follow up. The sales executive is telling that the datacard which he has provided me got expired. So he will provide me a new card. Still they are not ready to provide me a new one. I spoked to the Manager of that Sales executive, Customer care executive, Sent mails to Nodal and Appellate authority team. But no one is ready to interfere in this issue. Facing a Worst response from Customer care and Escalation desk team members… My Contact Number : [protected] Datacard Number : [protected]

        Hello I'm writing this, because I'm so pisst with the behavior of the MTS company .. I have mailed them so many times and told thr customer support officer that I'm not interested in using ur services, so kindly deactivate my post paid connection ... Still thy didn't do it .. And thy r Evey month bothering me with monthly billls .. Why I'm suppose to pay this ?? Wat kinda customer support thy have .. Thy literally can't take an advance of the customer . I'm so disappointed due to this .. This is my MTS number [protected] I hope this will solve soon

          Due to very low speed was following up with customer care from last 3 months. and yesterday no connection i was unable to work and raised 2nd complaint JUL/4716 and was assured to resolve in 22hrs. till now no service engineer called or connection speed is 100kbps/ no connectivity for 10mbps plan(30gb/mnth)

            My last recharge amount was Rs.100. I didnt activate any services. But Rs.30 is deduced from my balance. I contacted customer care service and asked for the refund. They told that it is not possible due to some reason. I didnt get any messages regarding the activation of services. I got many issues like deducing the amount from balance.

              I have purchased a MTS connection on March and Its activated on March 10 first one month i was in Kothamangalam Ernalulam District. then i moved to calicut on April 6. But here i was not able to connect MTS. and when i called them they are telling that because of high users they are not able to give good speed. then i have called customer care . first they didn't provide any complaint number after forcing they registered complaint. then continuously i called them and they were not able to provide solution. So i contact the MTS appellate after that also no use. then i told them to generate bill till that moment on June 11th. But they didn't do that also and generated June month bill also. then once i got call from MTS Team regarding the payment and i informed them to do the Solution for the Issue but they stopped calling now sending emails only and Not attending the number which is mentioned in the Emails.Here i am attaching copy of the conversation with appellate.

                Hello, We have taken a new MTS connection on 9th july 2015. Sales man Name: Michel, contact no:[protected]. We paiad 1200rs(MTS device -1000 + connection- 200). He had given us data card on 9th and said that we will be receiving net with in 4 hrs. But we were unable to connect to internet even after 1 day. We tried calling him As there is no response from him we called customer care. They told that it will be activated n 1 hr.Like that we called more than 10 times and we got same reply from them. Finally one tele caller told that our devive is activated on 9 th july and we comsumed 1.8 GB of data. Post that e called Michel again, this he responded and after 3 days on 12th he came to us and he has taken the data card and told us The data card which he has given us is wrong one and he will be giving the correct one in a day. He took that device and left our place. After 1 day we called him, there is no response from him. We paid money, We don't have device.Sales person escaped slowly along with device. We called customer care, they told that we have used 3 GB data. We don't have our device with us, but data is being consumed How????? There is no answer from customer care as well. Today is 16th july. I have been fighting for net connection for past 10 days. Now i don't want your connection. GIve back my money. and MTS must be punished. MYy data card no is: [protected] I SUGGEST FRIENDS PLEASE DON"T TAKE MTS DATA CARDS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                  i want to tell on a serious note that these companies have no rights to do such things with the consumer as they are only earning from us. i was using a mts data card no... i was really pissed of the services from last last 2 months as it was not in a usable conditions. these guys were charging me full amount without even giving the service which i was promised. i have tryed to sort out with customer care, they were saying to deducted this amount and i don't have to pay any thing for that . suddenly after a month some guys are calling me from different numbers that we are lawyers from tis hazari court and the kind of language and tone they are speaking is shameless they don't known how to speak even, they tried to harass me many times without such a illiterate tone and many times threatening me that we are giving you 1 HOUR of time give the money otherwise we will gonna do this and that ... i m filing case and u ll face many thing's and all...i cant understand what kind of judiciary is this, and how these people are appointed as lawyer as they even don't known how to speak . though after that i have done a payment of 1000 rs and told them please do not call and threaten us. he was agreed some how and said ok...but when i said i need a right mail or email that u ll not gonna disturb again or i need a legitimate document from your and that mts has hired you to do so, at that time also he was misbehaving and asking for the transaction id for the payment first then he will mail me the noc or the letter. but after giving him the id number when i called him to for the email from his end he was not picking my call and when i tried from a different number a lady picked my call and said with whom u wanna talk ..who are you ...?? i seriously want strict action for these people and i ll also assure that known buddy can purchase any product of mts also i ll convey this msg every where so that nobody will trust these kind of service providers . shame on mts..** these are the no..                     I held a MTS Postpaid Dataconnection ([protected]) which I stopped using from Feb 2015. I sent out a email communication on 25th Feb 2015 to disconnect the service as of 1st march and cleared off all dues till end of Feb''15. On 10th of March 2015 I called up the customer care to confirm on the disconnection when I found no response to my email communication and found that the connection was not disconnected. I again requested the operator to disconnect the connection, but came to know in April that the connection was still active when I received a bill for March''15. Based on my email complaint to the appellate, the bill of 518 was reversed and the connection was disconnected. But now a new bill has been generated for the month of April for 430 and has been harassing me through continuous calls, SMS''s, mails & final Notices. All my subsequent communication to the MTS Appellate has been left unattended. I am filing this complaint against this unsatisfactory redressal of complaint by MTS and to find a resolution to the issue.

                      I am using mts m blaze connection . mts phn no.: [protected] This no. is on the name of Suman yadav, since last couple of months no services are being provided by them they have really bad connection and so i decided to disconnect my no. i contacted their customer care a few times and they said that deposit your last bill and only then we can disconnect. After 2 days i deposits the bill and called again and again they are saying deposit Rs. 999 more and only then they can disconnect, while my no. was already barred by them a few days back as i forgot to pay the bill on time. They have already charged me for no services given and no again they want me to pay more.

                        विषय- एम टी एस (MTS) इन्टरनेट सेवा में त्रुटि से सम्बंधित- महोदय जी, उपर्युक्त विषयान्तर्गत निवेदन है कि मैंने माह जनवरी में महालक्ष्मी कम्युनिकेशन एंड इलेक्ट्रिक, फलोदी से एम टी एस(MTS) कंपनी का इन्टरनेट का डोंगल(MTS WIFI MBLAZE) खरीदा थाI जिसकी डेटा कार्ड संख्या [protected] हैI दिनांक 22/06/2015 की मध्यरात्रि को उक्त डोंगल ने कार्य करना बंद कर दियाI दिनांक 23/06/2015 को जोधपुर स्थित MTS सर्विस सेंटर पर उक्त उपकरण की जाँच करवाई गईI उन्होंने कहा कि उक्त उपकरण लावा कंपनी का है आप जोधपुर स्थित लावा सर्विस सेंटर पर इसको दिखाएँI मैं उक्त उपकरण को लावा सर्विस सेंटर पर लेकर गया तो वहाँ से मुझे एक जॉब कार्ड बनाकर दिया गया तथा 10 दिन बाद नया डोंगल आने की बात कही गईI तय समयानुसार मुझे दिनांक 01/07/2015 को नया उपकरण दिया गया एवं कहा गया कि अगले 24 घंटे में उक्त उपकरण कार्य करना शुरू कर देगाI इसी दौरान मैंने MTS कस्टमर केयर सेंटर से बात की कि मुझे जो इन दस दिनों के दौरान MTS की सेवा नहीं मिली है उसकी वैधता प्रदान की जाए जैसा कि MTS के नियमों में हैंI मुझे कहा गया कि आपको इसके लिए लावा सर्विस सेंटर के जॉब कार्ड नंबर उपलब्ध करवाने होंगेI इसके लिए मैं वापिस लावा सर्विस सेंटर गया क्योंकि मुझसे उक्त उपकरण देते समय जोबकार्ड की प्रति ले ली गई थीI श्रीमान् जी तत्पश्चात मैंने फिर MTS कस्टमर केयर पर बात की एवं वैधता बढाने हेतु शिकायत दर्ज करवाईI मुझे कहा गया कि 24 घंटों में (कार्यदिवस) में आपकी शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया जाएगाI महोदय दूसरी तरफ उपकरण के लेने के 24 घंटे बीत जाने के बाद भी इसकी सेवा शुरू नहीं हुईI मैंने फिर इससे सम्बंधित शिकायत दर्ज करवाई एवं मुझे भरोसा दिलाया गया कि अगले 12 घंटों में आपकी सेवा शुरू कर दी जाएगीI 12 घंटे बीत जाने के बाद मेरे पंजिकृत दूरभाष नंबर पर सन्देश आता है कि आपकी शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया गया है;परन्तु सेवा शुरू नहीं की गईI मैंने फिर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई(सीनियर अधिकारी के पास) तो मुझे कहा गया कि आपको अभी तक हमारे कस्टमर ने गलत सूचना उपलब्ध करवाई है I इसके लिए आपको अपने उपकरण का MEID क्रमांक हमें बताना पड़ेगा जिसे हम बदल कर पुनः शुरू कर देंगेI मुझे फिर 14 घंटे का समय दिया गयाI 14 घंटे बाद मुझे फिर सन्देश प्राप्त होता है कि आपकी शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया गया हैI महोदय जब मैंने डोंगल को चेक किया तो फिर वही ढाक के तीन पात सेवा शुरू नहीं की गई थी I महोदय इस दौरान मैंने फिर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई इस बार फिर सीनियर अधिकारी से मेरी बात हुई जिन्होंने मुझे कहा कि आप गलत प्रक्रिया अपना रहे हैं आपको तो नजदीकी MTS सेंटर पर जाकर इस डेटा कार्ड को स्वेप करवाना पड़ेगा तभी यह शुरू होगाI श्रीमान् जी मैं फलोदी में रहता हूँ एवं मुझे जोधपर का पता दिया गयाI मेरे लिए जोधपुर आना संभव नहीं थाI मैंने दिनांक 08/07/2015 को फलोदी स्थित महालक्ष्मी कम्युनिकेशन (जहाँ से उक्त उपकरण क्रय किया गया था) से संपर्क साधाI मुझे उन्होंने विशवास दिलाया कि आज शाम तक या फिर कल सुबह तक आपकी सेवा शुरू हो जाएगीI महोदय दिनांक 09/07/2015 मेरी सेवा शुरू हो गई;परन्तु वो दिन मेरी सेवा की वैधता का अंतिम दिन थाI मैंने फिर MTS कस्टमर केयर सेंटर पर बात की तो मुझे वैधता से सम्बंधित यह बताया गया कि आपने जो वैधता बढ़ाने वाली शिकायत दर्ज करवा रखी उसके रिमार्क में यह लिखा हुआ कि आज शाम को (09/07/2015 को) जैसे ही आपकी पहले वाली वैधता ख़त्म होगी आपको क्षति पूर्ति की रूप में आगे की वैधता प्रदत्त कर दी जाएगी I मैंने उनसे कहा कि मेरे इसमें अभी 7535 MB डेटा हैं यदि वैधता नहीं बढ़ी तो मेरा उक्त डेटा वैसे ही रद्द कर दिया जाएगा I मुझे कहा गया कि हम आपसे वादा करते हैं कि आपको आज शाम 12 बजे के बाद आगे की वैधता प्रदान कर दी जाएगी आप निश्चिंत रहें I श्रीमान् जी उनके कहे अनुसार मैंने डेटा कार्ड की वैलिडिटी नहीं बढ़वाई I दिनांक 10/07/2015 को क्या देखता हूँ कि मेरे खाते में ना तो डेटा बचे और ना ही वैधता बची I मैंने फिर 10/07/2015 को MTS अधिकारी से बात की तो उन्होंने फिर माफ़ी माँगते हुए मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की एवं मुझे कहा गया कि 11 घंटे बाद आपकी सेवा शुरू हो जाएगी एवं आपके डेटा भी आपको वापिस मिल जाएँगेI महोदय 13/07/2015 को फिर मैंने देखा तो सेवा शुरू नहीं हुई I मैंने फिर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई तो जवाब मिला कि आप कृपया 14/07/2015 तक इन्तजार कीजिए आपकी शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया जाएगाI 14/07/2015 मैंने फिर संपर्क किया तो मुझे ये बताया गया कि आपकी शिकायत का निवारण हो गया है और रिमार्क में लिखा है कि ISSUE NOT FOUND . जब मैंने सारी परेशानी फिर उनको बताई तो मुझे फिर आश्वस्त किया गया कि आपकी शिकायत का मेल में उच्च अधिकारी को भेज देता हूँ और अगले एक या दो घंटे के दौरान आपकी शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया जाएगाI तकरीबन तीन घंटे बाद मैंने फिर फोन किया और अपनी परेशानी बताई तो मुझे जवाब दिया गया कि अब हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते आपको स्वयं MTS को सारी परेशानी का ब्यौरा देते हुए एक मेल भेजना होगा I मैंने उनसे कहा कि मुझे उच्च अधिकारी से बात करनी है तो उन्होंने बात करवाई I उच्च अधिकारी ने बताया कि आपको मेल करने की जरूरत नहीं है मैं आपकी COMPLAIN को एक बार फिर आगे भेज देता हूँ और आपकी समस्या का समाधान अगले 12 घंटों में हो जाएगाI महोदय, इस दौरान मैंने (23/06/2015 से 14/07/2015 तक)कई बार और भी बात की और उनको उपभोक्ता मंच जाने की बात भी कही लेकिन मुझे मेरी समस्या का कोई हल नहीं मिलाI इसी दौरान मुझे कई जरूरी कार्य भी इंटरनेट के माध्यम से करने थे लेकिन MTS की सेवा सुचारू रूप से नहीं मिलने के कारण मैं उनको पूर्ण नहीं कर पायाI जैसे कई ऑनलाइन फॉर्म, रिचार्ज, महत्त्वपूर्ण मेल, यात्रा टिकट, पालिसी भुगतान, बिजली का बिल आदिI इसके लिए मुझे व्यक्तिगत रूप; से विभाग से अवकाश लेकर इन कार्यों को पूर्ण करना पड़ा I जिसके लिए मुझे आर्थिक हानि के साथ-साथ मानसिक परेशानी का भी सामना करना पड़ाI कई ऐसे डाक्यूमेंट्स जिसे मैं हमेशा ऑनलाइन मेल करता था अथवा भेजता था उन्हें समय पर भेज नहीं पाया जिसके कारण मुझे आर्थिक एवं मानसिक दोनों प्रकार की हानि उठानी पडी I महोदय MTS कम्पनी की उक्त सेवा सबसे बड़ी सेवा है जिसका मैं इस्तेमाल कर रहा था I जिसमे WIFI सिस्टम भी है यानि कि एक साथ पाँच लोग इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैंI श्रीमन् इस सेवा का उपयोग केवल मैं ही नहीं वरन मेरे तीन भाई भी करते थे I सेवा में त्रुटि के कारण उन्हें भी आर्थिक एवं मानसिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैI महोदय, हो सकता है कि अगले एक दो दिनों में मेरी सेवा शुरू कर भी दी जाए(विशवास तो नहीं किया जा सकता);परन्तु मैं अब पिछले लगभग 20 दिनों के दौरान पूरी तरह से मानसिक परेशानी से गुजर रहा हूँI अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी उपर्युक्त परेशानी को मध्यनजर रखते हुए मुझे जो आर्थिक एवं मानसिक क्षति पहुँची है उसका उपयुक्त मुआवजा दिलाकर (नियमानुसार) अनुगृहीत करें. साभार! दर्ज कराई गई महत्त्वपूर्ण शिकायतों का ब्यौरा १) जुलाई 3, 2015 (6:17PM) COMPLAINE NO.-3282252 २) 10 JULY 2015 (4:24PM) COMPLAIN NO.-3354333 ३) 14 JULY 2015(09:28PM) COMPLAIN NO.-JUL/11695 ४) 09JULY 2015 COMPLAIN NO.-6278794 ५) 09JULY 2015 COMPLAIN NO.-JULY/7383 भवदीय जयप्रकाश S/O श्रीं सोहन राम 79 बापू नगर, फलोदी (जोधपुर) 227, बागाणी नेवा कानासर, बाप (फलोदी)

                          This is with the reference to my complaints may/7797, june/4399, jul/5906 and jul/7294.

                          I have spoken to technical care executive from mts okhala office he said that due to high no. O[censored]sers in the area pin code 110059 i am facing low speed or network connectivity issue. He also said that it should have sorted out in 4-5 week.

                          Here my concern is that when i logged a complaint in may month with complain id may/7797 i got the same response ( it will get sort out in 4-5 weeks). Now more than 3 months have been gone still i am getting the same response from the mts executive.

                          Furthermore he gave me below option for the same:
                          1) i can apply for waiver off for unhappy with the service or less data consumption.

                            My date card no [protected], a fortnight back I have given a complaint of speed of net very slow on your phone [protected], my complaint was close without resolving the issue stating that they cant keep it pending more than 3 days, so to book it as a fresh, I am new customer and very prompt in payment, how such type action taken from your customer-care service, when it is assured to the customer that 3 G plus speed will provided, why complaint has been closed, I am getting daily problem in surfing downloading and uploading the datas, whether it is cheating process that company assured to his customer 3 G plus speed of net not actually 2 G, In case the company is unable to provide honestly the net speed total 3 G plus, I will with draw my customer-ship being post paid, Please confirm this issue within 3 days of receipt of this mail, side by, I may also advise what are the reasons the above complaint has been closed with resolving the issue complainant Date.15.07.2015 P.Singh/Agra

                              Hi Team, I have purchased MTS Blaze data card on 19th June 2015 online and it got delivered within 2 days. At the time of delivery i have submitted my photograph, later on shared scan copy of documents on mail to the vendor Thinkofus, all legal documents like Pan card, UID, Rent agreement which was asked. One of their representative visited my place for verification and it was done. After 2 days when i called think o[censored]s to check the status of activation of my data card, they told me my documents got rejected coz date has not been renewed in rent agreement, I said Ok. Then i renewed my Rent agreement and shared scan copy of same on Mail. After a week no body responded, when I called then they said ki address is not matching therefore documents rejected. No body responds until n unless I don't take follow up. Also they told me ki share the document of any of your friend who is having permanent address proof supporting address of Delhi. I shared the same on mail 3 days ago. I take follow up on regular basis on mail, still no body in their team are courteous to respond. Its almost month passed and data card not been activated not even they are making refund. I got pissed off with such lay back attitude of Think o[censored]s and MTS services. Please help me and resolve it ASAP. Thanks Neha

                                Date of Incident : July 2, 2015 till date Number registered with MTS : [protected] Description :This complaint is regarding the sluggish speed provided by MTS. I have bought an MTS mBlaze USB dongle nine months back. Like all the leading internet providers they also gave commitments to provide ultra fast internet but I have been getting average internet speed since. I used to bear with the average speed for some months and then the speed started to decrease gradually and from the last ten days it has broken all records of being sluggish. Now downloading small files seem to be a luxury for me, I am not even able to surf the net as usual.My smart phone's 2G internet plans work better than this. I tried contacting customer support addressing the problem but no concrete response from them. Sometime they even hang up on my call. I am hugely disappointed by the type of service they are providing. All they want is the monthly payout from customers and customer satisfaction doesn't come on their priority list at all. I have also attached a snapshot of the download speed tested from http://www.speedtest.net. It looks like the download speed is 0.04 mbps on a 3G data plan. Suggested resolution : As a resolution I want MTS to have a serious look into the matter and refund the last three month's bill amount back to me. There are many other customers like me who are suffering from the same problem. Its the firm's responsibility to provide good customer service and be a fiduciary rather than leading them to consumer complaint forums.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, My data card no [protected] name Arpit Gupta submitted request for deactivation of MTS data card on 7july 2015 request no 1640720 .I had paid all billed & unbilled usage of this number & regarding this I had received acknowledgement that your request is processed & your no is deactivated but yesterday I again checked & found this number is not deactivated again rerequest for deactivation, request no found July/1387 but my MTS no is still not deactivate...please do the needful asap

                                      i recharged My MTS (prepaid [protected]) Wifi Data plan with 499 carry forward on 10th July while I had 7 GB Data left in my account. But to my surprize my plan is changed, my 7GB data is gone my 499 amount is gone (which I paid through on line banking- ICICI Bank[protected] NET BANKING, BIL/[protected]/MTS Recharge/RECHARGEITNOW.C 499.00.), and I am given only 1.5 GB Data with 4 days validity from 10th July to 14th July. there is no such data pack in their list which takes 499 for 1.5 GB with 4 days validity. my complaint was not resolved Complaint No: JUL/1248. I received a call but useless i had a chat twice on their My account support but they kept on saying your complaint has closed.and there is no wrong deduction found in your details. i also sent mail to their customer care address two times but received no response. submitting their message box picture to show the data plan, validity and date of recharge.

                                      Just because of your prompt action MTS has refunded my money but my 7 GB Data is not given back which was in my acount at the time of my 499 caryforward data recharge on 10th july. since it was their mistake which is proved now, they must give back my 7 GB Data whic is of the value of Rs 699. they should immideatly give it back in my account.

                                        Broadband recharged for MTS No-[protected] as follows through net banking payment gateway. Rs.399/- recharged on 06.07.2015 but a/c not credited again Rs.399/- recharged on 08.07.2015 but a/c not credited again Rs.100/- recharged on 12.07.2015 but a/c not credited again Rs.100/- recharged on 12.07.2015 but a/c not credited again recharged today for Rs.248/- now it working today . Tomorrow it can be confirmed. So total amount Rs.998/- to be credited. Email sent to MTS narrating my grievance. But no response received. PLease see that my a/c is credited.
