Issue with internet speed

I'm using this connection from last 1 year and from the very first day i am complaining for internet speed but they are not ready to listen anything and every time they gave same excuses that it will get fixed soon but till yoday its not fixed. unauthorized service activated

unethical behavior and mentally harassment

Unsatisfactory redressal of the issue by MTS & unfair billing

I held a MTS Postpaid Dataconnection ([protected]) which I stopped using from Feb 2015. Internet Connectivity and Speed issue since April 2015
