I used MTS internet postpaid 999/- plan for more the 6 months, I purchased this WiFi dongle in office by exchange offer, after started using this my internet speed became slow 12.0 kbps due to this not able to use more than 5GB/month though having 40GB unlimited. So raised a 3 different complaints but got a solution to reset the device.
After reopening the same complaint again for solution, got resolution as No Service in my Area.
So requested them to provide the service or else take back the dongle which is not useful for me without service. But they refused to take and forced to pay my outstanding bill of that month. From that month stopped using the service and paying bill.
As a postpaid customer post month also accounted without using the service (I used 2 times on that month to verify the connectivity as per MTS customer care executives request)and totally now my outstanding is nearby 2500/-.
Now also I ready to pay the amount, if my issue is resolved.

MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I called customer care they reply "sabke liye hua h ye plan" that means they want to tell "rehna hai toh raho nhi toh bhaad mein jao" .
When I purchased MTS dongle they charge 1599 for that now if I leave MTS then I lost 1599, because this is not refundable that's why those all companies doing whatever they want to do with customers.
