I took MTS connection on 30th of July and it got activated in late hours of 1st August after lot many consultations from our side. Even after that we received a speed around 20kbps(They promised a speed of around 8mbps). We registered a compliant for speed issue and they automatically closed the complaint without consulting us. Fraud in carry forward recharge and make previous 22 GB data=0

I have done before due date carry forward recharge Rs 399 for data card from MTS website through Net Banking of SBI and get successful recharge message also. Invalid Bill Amount

Speed issue, not ready to solve

Pathetic customer service and cheats

Changing the plan without any information

Unethical practice of business by MTS

Worst connection speed
