I recharged mts mblaze datacard [protected] with Rs. 699 recently and have called twice at the customer care as my balance was only about 7 gb at the beginning and without using much net my balance came down to 2 gb. Also I have not got additional 2 gb data .Despite paying for 9 gb I can hardly use internet.I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of service.mts selfcare site is also useless...It does not open at all.

    Touch Pad of my MTS mobile stop working, which was purchased on 30th Jan 2015 from Amazon Order ID[protected]

    I have approached your service center on 23rd June 2015 and deposited my mobile for repair vide Job Sheet No SALASCDL630SC417.

    Your Service center on 28th July 2015 themselves change the job sheet vide no. SALASCDL630SC543 on 28th July 2015 and even not bother to inform the customer for such change.

    Till date my mobile is not given to me. I am following with your service center (Global Connexion & Services, Delhi) regularly.

    If MTS is not able to give after sales service, please return my money Rs. 6, 249/-.

    I am following with you people from 23rd June 2015 and till date no proper feedback is received from your end. Kindly release my money else I have to approach Consumer Court and then I will also Sue for harassment and mental unease. My work is also suffering.

    Your earliest reply towards return of purchase price, is highly appreciated.
    It is surprising that company email id also wrong '[protected]@mtsindia.in' which force me to put this on blog.

      In add they are showing mts m blaze wifi compatible with win 8.1 but its not true i perched it now they are refused to change. They are now telling that data card will not function with win 8.1 but in specification they mention it is compatible with win 8.1

        I took MTS connection on 30th of July and it got activated in late hours of 1st August after lot many consultations from our side. Even after that we received a speed around 20kbps(They promised a speed of around 8mbps). We registered a compliant for speed issue and they automatically closed the complaint without consulting us. When we called back to check the complaint status they told that issue is resolved. Still the speed didn't exceed 20kbps. We asked them to reopen the ticket and this continued for 3 more times. When ever we call to cc for statue they told we will be receiving a call from technical dept in 2 hours, which never happened. Finally we requested to refund our deposit for which they readily accepted as we didn't consume any data and raised concern in first week of activation. They told we will be receiving a call for the same from concern department. We waited for couple of days and again called to cc for the status.Then we were shocked listening that we have to pay the bill generated for the data consumed and then only we will get the deposit paid. Are they fooling us? Should we pay for unused service?

          Hello sir/mam I am Sagar Kumar My data card no. [protected] On 3/august/2015, when I making payment of my MTS postpaid bill amount 627. Due to transaction failed money has been debited from my bank account but I did, nt get any confirmation message from MTS about payment is successful or not after that I called to customer care he told me that" your payment is not made. You will have to make payment again and the money which was debit from your account will be refund within 7 days " after that i have made payment again through paytm website. I have called so many times to customer care about this issue but till now, I could, not get my money back . so, I would like to request you please look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible . i can show my bank pass where is clearly mention that two times same amount deducted from my bank account and i have also messages on my phone Thanks Regards Sagar kumar mobile no.             I have done before due date carry forward recharge Rs 399 for data card from MTS website through Net Banking of SBI and get successful recharge message also. Also amount get deducted from my account of SBI. Next day i came to know that all my previous data balance of 22 GB approx became zero by MTS saying no recharge done on due date. Since 11 July 15 i am requesting both MTS and SBI to consider my recharge before due date and carry forward my data balance but MTS deny to carry forward my data balance of 22 GB and refund amount in my account back saying it failed transaction.

              got this Mts connection on 10/7/2015. Got activated after I called them up so many times . I have paid 2000 rupees as a security deposit since I am bachelor. Right from the begin inning I didn't get the proper speed as they promised then i called them up so many times but atlast they told since i am living in a place where there are so many houses in it the speed would be like that. Then i requested them to close my account and refund my security deposit and i have paid the usage amount as well(Rs.480). They said they would refund my security deposit but i didnt get any call from them. then after a few days i called them up back again at that time they were saying that i havent paid anything as security deposit i got the bill. i need to get my security deposit back so please take any action.

                Hello Sir/Ma'am My Complain Regarding to MTS Data Card Services. I was using a post paid Data card/ Dongle of MTS, i have lost it and i have block by costumer care of MTS without police complain. its balance was due. Now i have purchased a new MTS postpaid dongle connection. Once i have received call from MTS that Sir please pay the due amount Rs 920, I told them to give waiver because i have lost my old dongle and purchased new its price is high than older i am in loss please give me some waiver MTS executive give waiver for Rs 220. I have told them to send me waiver mail executive said dont worry about that sir i am here i[censored] have any problem you can call me my office number. So i have paid Rs 700 without any waiver confirmation mail. Now company have blocked my new connection i have contact toll free no, executive replied me sir you will have to pay Rs 2420, I have complain MTS mail id and they have replied me mail please pay the amount Rs 2420 from active your new connection Because i have not paid full amount of my old connection. So Please suggest me what should i do against MTS to activate me new connection without pay any amount. One thing i have not pay the rental of last month still now of new connection. if i shall complain in consumer court please tell me the processor.                   First of all there are some illiterate executives are working there. I got the bill of 716 rs. which is 100 rs more then my normal 615 rs. When i asked them reason about it they told me that some king of activation is activated by me . So i asked them about that activation scheme which i activated as they told me which i completely not knowing, their ans is it is activated by at my home so i asked them one more time from where there should be some button on site or some kind of information that i have activated this particular service, but they told me that they can't give me information about service activated and put me on hold for like 20 min by saying will connect you in 30 sec. So please take some action about this frauds. MY MTS num is : [protected]

                      I used MTS internet postpaid 999/- plan for more the 6 months, I purchased this WiFi dongle in office by exchange offer, after started using this my internet speed became slow 12.0 kbps due to this not able to use more than 5GB/month though having 40GB unlimited. So raised a 3 different complaints but got a solution to reset the device. After reopening the same complaint again for solution, got resolution as No Service in my Area. So requested them to provide the service or else take back the dongle which is not useful for me without service. But they refused to take and forced to pay my outstanding bill of that month. From that month stopped using the service and paying bill. As a postpaid customer post month also accounted without using the service (I used 2 times on that month to verify the connectivity as per MTS customer care executives request)and totally now my outstanding is nearby 2500/-. Now also I ready to pay the amount, if my issue is resolved. Complaint nos raised: JAN/4113, JAN/4114, MAR/287

                        At beginning the MTS agent said we have good signal in our house and sold their wifi device. For first 2 days it worked with less speed ofcourse. But after that there was no signal and it didnt worked at all. After calling the customer service every one hour, they came home after a week. They checked and closed the complaint without my notice. When i rang the customer care, they said that the signal is low in your area, so better switch the home to good location. I was fed up. And then no use of the MTS data card. Please dont buy this. Check with your neighbours for a provider with good signal and opt for the same.

                        MTS is a cheat.

                          I was using mts dongle more than 1yr in the plan 999 40gb. In the middle they changed the scheme In the morning 20 gb and nite 20gb without my information and now they are saying that they changed the plan for 30 gb but they didn't reduce the money still paying the amount of 999 they promised me that they wont change the plan without my knowledge but they changed my plan and now they are not reducing my amount also so i need a clear statement for this and i wont pay the bill now till it get resolve. Thank You

                          They are cheaters same problem with me.
                          I called customer care they reply "sabke liye hua h ye plan" that means they want to tell "rehna hai toh raho nhi toh bhaad mein jao" .
                          When I purchased MTS dongle they charge 1599 for that now if I leave MTS then I lost 1599, because this is not refundable that's why those all companies doing whatever they want to do with customers.

                            Respected sir, i am Sushil Kumar, i am using mts cdma smart sim number [protected] MY INTERNET SPEED IS TO SLOW LESS THAN 200 TO 300 kbps Complaint many time in mts customer care and appellate officer no one help me nd not solved my problem they give m excuses like in peak hours number o[censored]sers use internet. My address is house no p 44 street no 9 shankar nagar ext delhi 110051 SIR, I AM JUST FED UP OF ALL THESE NONSENSE BY MTS... SIR... PLEASE HELP ME... AND GIVE RIGHT DIRECTION TO ME... AND PLESE..                                 I had purchased MTS MBLAZE Ultra wifi on 6th Aug 2015. This is a registered MTS outlet. Till today (16th Aug) a cashmemo for that has not been provided to me by the Outlet at 109/A, Rashbehari Avenue, Kolkata 700029. The concerned seller is stating various absurd reasons like the heavy rain, cashmemo out of stock, death of some persons relatives etc. After four visits to the outlet I forced him to give me a hand-written acknowledgement. I am still awaiting the arrival of the cashmemo book. I wonder how he is allowed to sell the products without bill by MTS. Will MTS overlook a cashmemo requirement for any later need?

                                  I had subscribed to a MTS internet Dongle from the stall that they had set up in the campus. I had paid them INR 600.00 while availing the same from them. In the month of June i paid them INR 483 or INR 493 and requested them to discontinue the services. SInce then i have not used the dongle at all. Since then, i have been continuously called by them to pay the outstanding amount. I am tired of repeating myself to them stating that i have already paid and to discontinue the services.But this has been falling to deaf years. To add to my frustration, they have also sent me a legal notice under section 403, 405, 406 and 420 stating that i have an outstanding amount of INR 1395.00. I fail to understand why should i pay for the same when i have not used their services since June. They have been harassing me and this is going out of hand. I would sincerely request you to assist me with this and take action against MTS. I am in the verge of losing my peace of mind. I would like to sue them and for them to compensate me for their harassment. Please advise. Thanks!

                                    I have MTS connection but from day 1 am getting speed which is not even like 2G. Sometimes I am not even able to open web page also. So I have to switched to my mobile network for my work. They are making fool of customer. Whenever I call their call center they always has 1 excuse that work is going on in my area. But they didn't inform when they were selling. Even if its true why should I suffer. If i asked to register complain they just do formality to give me a complain no and that's it. If I delay my monthly payment they will charge me penalty but what about their service from last 6 months shouldn't I get compensation for this? Now I am planing to file case against the company.                                       Having no connection from 6th august and lodged complaints almost daily but the company's customer care takes my complaint and till date it has not been resolved and they are messaging me to pay last months bill with almost no response for the current problem and yet again messages that they have closed my complaint even.i want to sue them for the harassment they have caused.

                                        Fraud #1 second month rental as per customer care screenshot: inr 458/- second month rental as per mail screenshot: inr 550/- *****how can be there twoo rentals for same month? fraud #2 have been asking for detailed invoice and all mts send is written mail or messages, how do we check our bills? fraud #3 the connection was disconnected from june 1st week 2015 onwards, why they are demanding money for that month and that too overcharged when there was no usage? still there is no reply!
