Hi Team Gave a cancelation request on 24th of july and it was cancelled on the same on 26th of july.. called to the customer care for outanding cleareance . As per the customer care agent they said that the amt is 1645rs after spending 45 min on call they gave me the info .. i would like to specify one thing here i given a wrong amt to pay which is lesser the amt which i paid. and after that i asked the customer care manager to take my call and Mr. Rakesh as he introduced him as a manager gave a outcall and requested me to make the payment of 1645rs . now you guys let me know what is the customer mistake in this . as they gave the info i paid .. now the i got mail from the appellet athority stating i need to make the payment of 100rs extra to get the NOC letter. And i have raised 2 request one is for cancelation for the present 2g connection and asked for 3g upgradation for the same connection they promised that they ill give but No response.. for collecting payment and all they used to torture us like any thing for providing the connection they are delaying ... Just See the mail which i am posting below this mail ... I sent a mail to MTS : HI Team Thank you for the information on outstanding amt and cancellation, You guys are helpful and user friendly. .. You guys have mentioned that outstanding is Rs.1, 616.00/- (approx), i have made the payment of 1645rs as per the customer care people ... So request you guys to send the NOC Letter to my Email id . and One more thing i got a call from from the retention dept regarding the up gradation of my connection .. they promised for the 599(10GB/3G) Plan and Pug & Play Device of 499rs on return of my present 2G device. I have request them to call me on august 1st and 2nd but no 1 had called me .. Request you guys to take my up Gradation request on a high priority and do the need full on the same ...     I have bought mts data card in navalur showroom. I have used for few months and shifted to new area.in new place network was poor even at 2g speed I can work.so I stopped using.for collecting the bill from call centre they have called me. I said in my area network is totally zero So I have not used for this month pls check the usage log. They have verified and accepted that I have not used from particular date.I asked for some conssessionn since without using I cant pay full amount.they said they ask to manager and confirm you.as they same they will call continues and say we will confirm with manager and inform u shortly. One day they called for payment.I replied when ur manger will confirm you.they said conssessionn time is ended so bo other go only if you pay you change to prepaid.atlast they gave me 100 conssessionn By saying connection will be closed you can provide your proof in showroom and change to prepaid. but next month they are calling and saying connection is not yet closed.still they are charging. My current bill is around 1600 without even using single kb.even now they are charging.

      I wanted to cancel my MTS Mblaze post paid connection with number [protected] due to poor signal strength in my area, which cannot be used in my conference calls, and was trying to get this done by contacting the customer care.I repeatedly tried to do this by calling customer care, but i never could talk to the tele caller through the toll free number. Finally, when i delayed that month's bill payment, the customer care representative contacted me for the sake of payment.I told him about the cancellation request and he promised me if i pay the bill amount till that date, they will do the cancellation. I could not do the payment that day due to some personal reasons. The same representative called me the following day and i paid the total payment till that date, including the late payment fee, expecting that they will take care of the cancellation. In the following days i expect message from MTS on the service cancellation, but i did not get any. After 7 days, i again got a bill from MTS for the remaining days.I tried to contact the same customer care person, but not able to get it connected. Please help to resolve this issue

        I talked to mts customer care today morning to get activated a 5 GB boost data paln but customer care noted it wrongly and activated a 2GB plan which is costly compared to 5GB if compare overall data use. I called back with in 2-3 hours (max activation time period is 16 hours) but they are not accepting their fault, rather they are telling me that I had told for 2GB. Their is call is recorded while one talk to customer care which will clearly show me telling for 5GB.

          I was using MTS post paid data card. The billing cycle of it is from 15 to 15 of every month. The due date for the bill is 03 of the month. I skipped the bill of may month, the due date was june 03rd. After june 6th the device stopped working. As in the services were discontinued. But they generated one entire month month bill from 15th june to july 15 and they are forcing me to pay two months bill. They are blackmailing that they will register a case. I am ready to pay for the usage what has happened. but not extra. My data card no is [protected]. I might pay, if i am forced lot. So, i request for refund of one month extra bill.

            Dear Sir This mail is regarding the disconnection of my MTS WIFI bearing #[protected]. Whereas a payment for Rs 2299 was pending due to not responding to my queries. I bought the device from MTS shop in Ottapalam, Palakkad district of Kerala. and I had the opted for the plan of 999rs and later after 3 months requested for plan change. But the Service centre person told me as the plan is changed to 555 or 500. later After a month I got to know the plan not yet changed and still in 999 Rs. When I tried to enquiry for the same the shop was permanently closed as for as my known. I requested Bangalore MTS centre which is located in Jayanagar 5th block for the same, they told me they cannot change the plan as I should got to the shop from where I bought the device, even I tried to contact MTS collection centre in Shoranur, Palakkad District, Kerala for the same. There also no response and I called MTS customer care for the same to enquire but the result is no where changed. Hence I have decided not to pay the bill amount just for the irresponsibility of MTS. After all what I wanted is to change my plan for that none of MTS related customer service people or centres are not interested. Later I got call from the MTS collection centre for the payment of the bill, I told the person I want one of MTS executive to come in front of me for the same. So that I can solve atleast some part of my problem. But rather than Bill payment they were not interested in any other talk. Later as per the assurance from MTS customer care person once the payment will be done they will change my plan. So I paid my balance due with total 2300. Now when I enquired they are intimating my MTS device is permanently closed hence I will not be able to use the device If I have to use service then I should buy a new connection!!!. My question here is now what should I do with MTS device now? All this problem occured just shows how good MTS customer care, after sales division. Requesting to do the needful and sort out my issues regarding disconnection or If re-connection is not possible with change of my plan then request MTS to take back their device.               I've been using MTS Mblaze internet for a year now and now when i'm getting no speed i called them registered 2 complaints 1st time around they dint even call me and closed the issue saying i dint pick and next time when they actually called me they conveniently told me that there is a building issue and that's why there is no speed the complaint nos are JUL/7471, JUL/8480.

                I've been using mts mblaze Datacard for seven months. I recharged it on 20th July 2015 at 3:20 am ( through rechargeitnow.com) with an amount of RS. 699 . Then, the amount of 699 was debited but I didn't find any databalance in my mts account . So. When I contacted the customer care., they told me the ' transaction failed' and money would be refunded back within 3 days . I called them four times ( which was a waste of time) . Only the time period increased to 7 days but still I didn't find a proper response. It's been 17 days till now the amount is not credited. Worst network ever!!! Network: Mts Mblaze.                   I complained about my MTS wifi not working. For a month no action was taken, I was unable to use the device. Inspite of complain, they charged me for the month. One of their executive called and used abusive language for not paying the bill. I called the customer care and no help was provided, I got to know that my complaint was not even registered by MTS customer care.

                        Hi, I am having a MTS post paid number : [protected] This is pavan yakkala, I put a request for the speed issue with MTS Data card, but customer care told MTS can’t provide service to my area as it is remote location. Hence it was agreed with MTS that MTS will refund the amount back. I have made several calls to customer care(literally I begged) and even got feedback that I need clear the outstanding due of 835.00    as I make use of 1.4 GB (I was not informed with this condition or policy while taking the connection), Finally, I have cleared it . I requested MTS to please process refund request for the device. My concern is, i have got the worst customer care and service experience. Thanks, PY Mob: [protected]

                            I have took this connection 6 months ago, i have been promised 8 mbps speed but it hardly opens youtube forget the buffering. i have done complaints appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in to also but no response was made. i so fed up that i have been simply paying the bills from 6 months without usage. today when i tried to pay the Bill it gave me error on the payment page. NONE of the services are worthy enough

                              I bought a mts mblaze (Meid a0000041c7d66, imsi [protected], mdm [protected]) for a postpaid broadband connection from babli media centre, near gariahat. Store manager prabir chakraborty.

                              But after paying in full amount for the product no proper bill was not given and after insisting much he promised to give the bill but to be collected by me itself after few days. May be he or your concern do not value for time but i do.

                              I was promised that there will good network at my area and the speed of broadband will be between 4 - 8 mbps. But after connecting the dongle i found there was weak network and the speed was not more than 100 kbps.

                              I called the store manager as well your customer care and after waiting 2 days when the matter was not resolved i went to the store to surrender the product and get my money back. But the store manager kept insisting to wait and promised me he will take the charge and resolve the matter soon through talking to your technical persons.

                              But, neither the store manager did anything to solve the matter nor your servicing team ever visited my residence to see where the problem lies.

                              Although your billing section is very active and kept on disturbing me on phone or by sms to pay the pay the bill.
                              But i can not understanding what for i am going to pay, am i going to pay the bill for service which i did not get.

                              All these detail information is being conveyed to your billing section and to your customer care but you billing department without resolving the matter keep on pushing rather giving warning that my broadband are going to be disconnected if the due bill amount is not paid. Thisconnection is really ridiculous, the connection to be disconnected which is not there at all. Is this type of fraud business you are offering to your customers.

                              Now the store manager is refusing to refund the money i have paid for the dongle which is useless to me rather he insisting on to return the dongle to him without refunding the money.

                                On 2/8/15, after recharging my MTS mblaze ultra data card ([protected]) with Rs.248 for 1GB data for 30days as claimed and shown on online recharge window (screenshot_1 furnished for reference) only 750mb data has been added up with no extension in validity period. Customer care ([protected]) on being contacted in this regard has said that as per their latest data plan, Rs.248 recharge would only add up 750mb and not 1GB. But, they have failed to provide any substantial proof on this as far as the official website of service provider i.e. MTS is concerned, which shows no information about Rs.248 recharge (ref. screenshot_2) and admitted that there is certain gap in furnishing the latest information on the official website of MTS. Also, no confirmation on when the latest information would be available on website and possibility of zero recurrence of similar phenomena in future was obtained even after a 35minutes long conversation over phone. During the whole conversation, the customer care guys has kept their shy to answer whether consumer could be cheated to follow such wrong information under similar situation while recharging their data card or what step MTS should take to compensate its cheated consumer with such false and incomplete information produced by MTS itself. No complaint docket number has been provided to undersigned. Urge TRAI to put this issue up with due importance for an effective measure.                                   My name is Sashi Kant Prasad. My MTS data card no is [protected]. I last used this connection in Jan 2015 and in the same Jan Month I lost my dongle and since then i never used it. I complainant many time to customer care for proper termination/closure for this connection.But didn't got proper closure solution from customer care executive regarding my matter . Since i used this connection till Jan 2015, i was ready to pay the bill for Jan month which generated in Feb 2015. I tried to pay bill online but was not able to pay the amount and in the march month i got due amount Rs 1674 and in April 1875. .I am ready to pay Now all off sudden after so many month i started getting threatening sms and Lok Adalat notice. They are not terminating the connection Permanently and sending me the Lok Adalat Msg .I am ready to pay Jan Month bill but they threatening me to pay 1875.Please advice.

                                    I face speed issues for using Mts Mblaze from Day one. i call to cc they asked to me speed issues only come for few days bt they didn''t resolve it. Today i also call them nd they said wait for 5 week we resolve itin 5 week. when i open 2 tab than net stop working.

                                      I did order a Post-pay Mblaze dongle in name of my spouse - Dilruba Khatoon (I stay in Bangalore while she stays in Kolkata) on 11 Jul 2015. 1. MTS crew came and provided the device to my spouse at her Kolkata address. Then he unnecessarily charged INR 100 as an installation charge from my spouse. 2. The delivery boy taken the money and ID proof documents of my spouse and informed that the internet connection will commence on Monday(13 Jul 2015) onwards. But nothing done on 13 and 14 Jul 2015. On 15 Jul 2015 my spouse got call that the connection can not be commenced because she is a student (for your information she crossed the age of Adult franchise) which they never informed at the time is selling the device.                                         I am not satisfied with the current status of mts data card in my region. Have called [protected] consumer service, they tell me that due to high usage speed is decreased. Told me to wait "20 days" . They say " use slow not even when we promised high speed. You will be charged fully" . Even after twentyyyyy days, problem is not resolved. I do not want to use this . Mts no is [protected]
