Hi,
My name is parvez saifi my mts data card no. Is [protected]. I have purchased mts data card on 7-feb 2015 since i was facing speed problem and regarding this i have registered complaints many times. Complaints no. Mar/2650 and apr/2650 i didn't get resolution from mts still i was facing the same problem. Even i have paid the feb, march, april bill with these issues. They always assure that please make payment and your problem will be resolved soon, all the commitments were fake now i decided to permanently disconnect the connection but they didn't disconnect my mts connection and said kindly make payment of may and june bill after that we will permanently disconnect your data card. I asked, why do i pay of may and june bill while my mts data card already temporary disconnected from 25th may. They began to start bother me every time for bill payment. I am very disappointed with the service of mts but even then we agreed for the settlement of 2115/- bill on 1500/-

This is with reference to the discussion you have had with our collection representative in connection with settlement of your above mentioned account.
For settlement of your said account, kindly make payment of an amount of rs. 1500/- please note that settlement amount has been arrived at after adjusting all relevant charges and the security deposit, if any, paid by you to the company.
Upon realization of payment of settlement amount through demand draft /pay order/ cash/ credit card, the outstanding amount in your account shall stand nil. It shall be deemed to be a full & final settlement of your account and thereafter this communication may be treated as “no due certificate”.
This settlement offer is valid for a period of 1 days starting from 03-july-2015 to 03-july-2015 and you are requested to ensure payment during this period. After the expiry of the staid period, this offer shall be treated as null and void and the company reserves it’s right to take such actions, as it may deem fit, to recover the outstanding amount.
This is without prejudice to any of our rights whatsoever.

Hi,

As i have discussed with you that my total outstanding amount of mts data card [protected] bill is 2115/- and you were agreed for settlement with 1500 which i have already paid. Now all the dues has been settled. I request you to kindly disconnect my mts data card permanently.

If you will again disturb me by any call or massages so i will take an action against your company because i have already paid 1500/- as you have mentioned in your mail that kindly make payment of 1500/-.

I am attaching the bill receipts along with this mail.

After all this, i got a call from mts that you have still unpaid amount of rs. 615 i said that i have already settled the bill of 1500 he said that mail was fake and you have to pay 615 rs. After that he disconnect the call.

Today i got a massage again that your mts bill of july rs. 2115 is due on 18/7/2015 what the hell is this, i am out of my mind the company is there only to make fool to the customers and steels money from them. Please do needful for me..

    Team, This is to bring into your notice that I am not getting appropriate resolution to my problem that I have been trying to raise and fix since My connection is active. I bought this connection ([protected]) on 16th June'15 in morning wherein before paying the cash to the retailer I also confirmed that what if I do not get speed in my area - will I get my money back ? straight reply that was also confirmed by customer service people as well and he mentioned that yes - you will get 100% money back if you are not satisfied with the product and speed. 2 conditions - a. should be back within 15 days of purchase b. data used should not be above 1 GB. Now I agreed to both the terms and when I paid the money and got the card home 1st of all it was supposed to be activated as told by retailer within 24 hours of purchase since all documentation and verification was done in time still the connect got activated on 18th June in the morning wherein I had to call and take follow-ups with retailer and CC number of times. finally when the connection was activated I started using it - from the bery 1st day the speed that I am getting is not at all even 3G wherein the GUI of your data card shos that 3g Plus !! I started testing with multiple websites and also tested speed from your suggested website as well which is www.speedtest.net - however results were not satisfactory and after using and testing it for couple of days I had to take a call that its not worth of paying 1399rs. for this box where I am not even getting speed thats as per 2G if i compare it with other networks in my area. Now on 4th day of activation I called customer service and I was told that I have to send an email with the copy of my invoice to "[protected]@mtsindia.in"- where in the 1st email that I sent to this email ID was on 22nd June when I clearly stated that I would like to get refund as the speed is not as promised and I am not happy. all responses to multiple emails are attached from this email address which had no relevance to hat was told to me before buying a connection - rather I was sent some troubleshooting steps to further diagnose the speed issue - when I did this again usage went slight up from 1 Gb n day approx 100+ Mb and 160 MB in night - as this was asked by your technical team to check and confirm if the issue persists in only day/night and location as well! Moreover on welcome call that MTS make to its new customer I mentioned the same case and a supervisor helped me log a ticket with ref number JUN/18418 - however response as again same . Today evening I spoke with Mr. Sunny Yadav - Floor Supervisor, who clearly mentioned that if you are not able to get appropriate response from this email address - you will have to escalate this to delhi apellate helpdesk on this email address. pls. help me with my refund or else it will be more problematic in future since the rental must be on for this connection and MTS will also start sending bills soon that I am not eligible to pay even. pls. look in to this and help this customer. looking forward for resolution once for all - for any further queries please contact me @ [protected].       I have purchased MTS wifi on 09.05.2015 in mysore city, Karnataka.At the time of purchase i was provided with 10GB data.My next recharge due was on 11.06.2015.I have recharged my dongle on 12.05.2015 for Rs, 499.00, 3G, 5GB.but on 19.06.2015 i recieved a call from MTS to recharge it again, &i informed them that i had recharged it already, they diconnected the call.Later on 20.06.2015 all the 5GBplus 5GB balance was zero.I want to know how 10GB of data was used in 9 days.I wish to obtain the data usage in itemised version.I hope that yourself would do the needful or else i shall return the device to the seller.Thank You.

        Please contact me only through email.
        I have been writing to you for the last 20 days & even called at your customer service couple of times. I must say that you guys are incompetent in all the fields. You guys claim speed upto 9. 1 mbps however, in my area which is declared as over utilized area as per your reps has speed under 700 kbps which is ridiculous. I have been given option to convert from postpaid to prepaid but there is a charge of rs 509 / - all you only know one thing how to hrasse & overcharge your customers. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue. . . Or let me know if i should switch to some other isp

          My data pack expired on 05.07.2015. For which i had recharged my MTS account ([protected]) for Rs 499. An amount of 499 was deducted from my bank account, But the recharge not successful. I got a paytm order number and which shows that Waiting for operator confirmation. When i tried to contact even toll free number and their mobile number after a long computer conversation they divert the call to customer care and ends the call. i have lost lot of balance from personal number

          This is a clean case of cheating and i have lot of proof as screenshot and etc

            many times i called cc of mts but i bothered the services of mts and behaviour of cc employee . nobody keen to intrest to resolve my spped related querry with is pending from last 5 days or more complaint no is JUL 61 which is closed by mts cc without intemiated me . i cant beleive this type of behaviour mts do with our customer . I PAI THE AMOUNT OF 3G BUT SPEED WHICH IS GIVING ME IS 2 G IS IT RIGHT ????????????

              Hi, I have an MTS dongle cum WIFI. Its been more than a year but after 2-3 months I started facing troubles with the speed. I get some KBPS speed and I pay Rs 1120 for the pathetic service which is much below the promised speed. I called customer service atleast 8 months back and I was told that this is a matter of few days which has not ended till now. Now when I called again to tell them that there is no change in teh speed and its lowering day by day so I was shocked with the humorous answer...there is a increase in no.of customers and so we cannot provide good service and also that nothing can be done to make it better. Now is been more than 6 months MTS has not done anything to cater the needs of those additional customers.. may be they are waiting that most of them can voluntary stop using the connection beacuse of low speed rather than MTS taking efforts to keep up the words.

                From March 8th - April 15th my device had some problem. I have given 4 complaints (Ticket#: MAR/7044, MAR/11506, APR/541 and APR/6180) to resolve my issue during that time (Because MTS people closed my ticket without addressing). Finally MTS people came and fixed on April 15th 2015. I confirmed and I asked the waiver for that. But MTS people are not ready to give any waiver. I said then I won't make the payment and close my connection. But MTS people asked me to pay Rs 898 to close the connection. Even I clearly told (Sent a written email also) I won't make payment since I suffered lot because of this issue and I have taken new connection because of your lazy people. But MTS people haven't listen and they generated next month bill also (Which is Rs 1806). They send a mail and called about the bill payment and said the same thing. Even I also strict with my decision. Since I used only 8 days on March and 1 day used on April (To test the connection). Today (04-Jul-2014), some one called (from [protected]) and they told we got a complaint against you please reach ([protected] - Kishore) to know your complaint details and she said my complaint no is DC504. I called and enquired about my complaint and he said MTS raised complaint. He said, "If you want to resolve the issue in TamilNadu then I will give 3 hrs time and pay your Rs 1806 immediatly" otherwise we will send a arrest warrent letter from Delhi police. I explained my concern and I told, "I can pay only Rs 500/- (Since I used only 8 days)". But he used bad wards and disconnected my call. He really hurt my hearts. I called again and I asked How you can speak like this. But some one taken and he said sir is in meeting, you can talk to the sir after some time. Please help me to resolve the issue and take action on them. I have post paid connection and I have call history which I made during the Issue period.

                      I purchased MTS Blaze after seeing their lavish advertisements that give 3 G speeds. However when I purchased my dongle from their outlet in Gurgaon (MTS Galleria) they gave me no receipt for the purchase. Even though they told me that it wont be a problem and MTS did their verification. However since using the same for the last 4 months, I have still not experienced 3 G speeds. The speed they provide is ridiculous sometimes coming down to 100 kb/s for an entire day / week !! When I complain to the customer care, they give their complain numbers but nothing happens. If you ask again why, then they will simply say that they are helpless. They even harass you if you try to disconnect by stalling you and saying that technical person will call you for disconnection, but that never happens even after 2 weeks. I request you in this forum sincerely, to disconnect my MTS connection because I honestly didn't think that a multinational company can be such frauds. Please disconnect immediately otherwise I will be forced to appeal in consumer court as I feel cheated by you. Picture of comparison between my MTS broadband and cellular 3g network.                         From last two months i am suffering from MTS Company for unnecessary balance reduce my Balance from my Mobile number which is mention above. I put my complain so many times but MTS representative can't solve my problems. MTS representative just saying to me that You are activate Night Pack, Beauty Pack, Info Pack and whatever, but this pack is not activated by me.                           Initially i bought this MTS connection as they promised to give me 40gb for 999rs plan which will come 1122 per month. Later this was changed to 15gb day and 15gb night without asking any consent from us. Later when i asked, they told me like the plan has changed and now its not possible to give 40gb which was committed earlier. Actually they have also committed speed around 4-6(i don't remember correctly) mbps but now i am getting some kbps speed only. When i complaint this to them, they just asked me to delete the temporary internet files and to check the connection.When i checked, i didn't find any difference. But the person who talked me logged off without getting the feedback from me. I need to get a worthy reply from your end.

                            MTS Mblaze Wi-Fi Old offer was 5GB 499/-, but now they reduce at 4GB for same value, even they are not bother to inform all customer. Now we are suffering, why we need to suffer for those cheater service provider. I need my 1GB back otherwise took my device & give me my money back.

                              I had ordered for the MTS wifi card for the 40 Gb @Rs999 plan on 20 October 2014. Received it after lots of hassle and follow up. After activation I faced continuous problems with connectivity and speed which was no where near the 3G speed that it was intended to be. I have raised numerous complaint with the customer care which was closed without any resolution. On one instance the customer care refused to take my complaint - 2/11/2014, after which I emailed the customer care but received no reply. Despite all this I paid the November 2014 bill in full though I barely managed to use 1/4 of the data. By end of the month, it did not even connect to the internet and the data card stopped working. The final complaint was raised on 26 November 2014 during which I asked them to terminate the services as it was not working, which as usual was closed without resolution. They generated the bill for December 14 and January 15 and have been harassing for payment though the card never worked and I had asked for it to be disconnected. They have now been threatening legal action and today I got a call from supposed lawsuit in Delhi High court from [protected]. This is highly unethical and harassment when the company has not provided the services it has promised to and not resolving complaints raised. I do not require any refund of the Rs. 999 +Rs.1100 I have paid so far for the data card that has barely worked. I just want this nuisance and harassment to stop.

                                My MTS data card number is [protected]. I have been sending mails, trying to contact their customer care for disconnection of data card. The custoemr care put me on hold for 15 minutes withoug result. This happened 3 times. Each time they put me on hold for long time and come back saying there service advisor is busy. Then they said they will arrange the call. I have never received their call. I feel cheated, first with buying their data card which does not give desired speed. Not i have to simply pay monthly rental because they are delaying disconnection. I want them to immediately disconnect the services.

                                  I had purchased new MTS MBLAZE postpaid connection (No. [protected]) on 15/06/2015 from Royale Teleservices, Sector 4 & 7 chowk, Gurgaon. When it got activated on 17/06/2015, I checked the downloading speed which was only 20.0 Kbps. I immediately called the representative of that MTS store who informed me that the tower that covers my area caught fire and will be okay within a day or two. After 3 days, I again checked & the same issue was still there. Co-incidentally, I got the welcome call from customer care executive & I explained him the problem. Then he informed me that the connectivity issue will take 6-8 weeks to get resolved but you have to pay your monthly rental. I asked for the Deactivation & Re-fund after a long discussion. According to procedure (executive informed me), I will get the FULL REFUND if:-
                                  1-- I APPLIED FOR REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER ACTIVATION &
                                  2-- MY USAGE IS BELOW 1 GB.
                                  I have fulfilled both the conditions & raised the request for deactivation and also verified on call.
                                  Then I mailed the scan copy of INVOICE BILL with usage(till then, 456.282Mb as informed by their executive) on 27/06/2015 to their mail id- [protected]@mtsindia.in.
                                  I got mail revert that I won't get REFUND due to company norms on 29/06/2015.
                                  Even after so many attempts, I didn't got the valid reason for the rejection.

                                  Now, I just want my FULL REFUND ASAP. Please help...

                                    hello this is ANUBHAV GARG from PITAMPURA DU-62(NEAR INCOME TAX COLONY), NEW DELHI. I have a postpaid mts internet wifi dongle mdn no. [protected].The dongle is registered under my father name RAJESH GARG. my complaint is about the internet speed. even after complaining so many times there no improvement in it. There is only a silly answer to it that the no of connection are more in the area. if the company is taking money for 3G+ network then they should provide speed. request you to take some concern steps to increase the speed as it very low to do any work. thanking you rajesh garg [protected]

                                      I had purchased MTS 3g+ ultra wifi dongle 2 days back, the sales people were in so much hurry they delivered it on the same day when said yes to them. They confidently said i would get 3 to 4 Mbps Speed in Electronic city area. Ever since i connected i am getting only 0.1Mbps( i am attaching the speed test result). even after making repeated complaints they are not even bothered to respond back. When i called them they say that my phone was not reachable morning at 8 AM!. If i tell them to visit my home and solve the problem customer care says back end team works only from 9 to 6 and does not work on weekends and i should be available in my home the time they call me!. (which means i have to be at home waiting for their call). I have even told them to take the device back and refund my money but they keep saying the issue will be resolved but no sign of any improvement. complaint No: JUL/72, MDN:[protected]

                                        Complaint No: jun/6540 raised on 24th June 2015 and Jun/8137 raised on 29th June which was for not meeting TAT for the first complaint. On 1/07/2015 got sms that both complaint has been closed. This complaints were initially raised for no speed for a 3g+ connection for which am paying more than 1000 rs per month.Pls look in to these fraudsters activity
                                        MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Please look into it as am paying on time every month.Now its been not working and because of which i had huge escalations in work. So please make sure they are penalised for the same or else give discount to my this month bill.MTS people already took log and find its way below 200kbps which is not acceptable for a 3G+ connection.Please do something against these irresponsible team
                                        Will there be any update or require years for atleast a reply. In between my 3rd complaint Jul/384 also got closed saying resolved wherein they were not able to provide any solution
                                        There is a packet loss of nearly 20% and still the MTS people are hiding and escaping from taking the responsibility.
