    After buying an MTS postpaid 3G wifi dongle the activatation was delayed by 20 days owing to the mistake of MTS employees who had wrongly updated my contact information and later followed the unfriendly ordeal. However upon bringing it to their notice that I might be required to approach consumer court, I was provided a new connection that was activated under two days. However after approximately 20 days my services were deactivated without prior notification and upon reaching out to customer care I was asked to furnish a security amount of 2000. I reached out to the MTS store employee where I bought the dongle from and he informed me that there existed no such thing. However he got back to me in a day and informed me that owing to the fact that many people in my area were not paying their bills, thus this policy was just adopted by MTS. So because somebody else was not paying bills, they disconnected my services under the impression that even I may not pay my bill once it was generated. Post the incident and termination of my services, a bill of 913 was generated in my name for the services that I had used and I received dozens of calls and even more mails and texts to deposit the amount. Finally I received a demand notice on August 4, asking me to pay the bill within one week of the receipt of the letter or legal path shall be pursued. However, on 5th(ht very next day) I received a call followed by a final demand notice asking me to pay the bill on 5th itself or legal action shall be take against me. Not only have the employees of MTS been negligent and unwilling to rectify the problems that I faced but went ahead to create a ground for harassment of one of their customers.

        No one bothered in MTS to resolve my issue, customer care is hopeless. Mine was prepaid wifi which was purchased/activated on 27-Jul-2015 and the 5GB free data was useless as there was no signal. Very frustrating. What is the use of giving 5GB data and you cannot utilize as purposefully MTS make the necessary adjustment in the server to deliver weaker signal to the said connections that's what I should feel now. I have written mail to grievance addressal but again they have very delayed SLA's for reply like one month.

        I have again recharged my MTS account trusting they will improve the signal strength, since its not free and I have paid. Expecting a positive response from concerned.

          MTS is really worst. I don’t know which problem I have to mention here. MTS is like govt service. Solution is not provided to almost all the problems. All my curses are with MTS. They looted my money and my mental health is affected due to problems created by them. 1. I use MTS wifi. Almost every 5 min it gets disconnected. Sometimes automatically connects and most of the times I have to connect it. The same problem I faced in my laptop. Every single minute it gets disconnected and I have to manually connect it. When I showed it to their executive, they asked me to go to LAVA store and surrender the card to get it replace. Initially they told 2 days. Later I had to fight to get it after 15 days, that too they gave me some old datacard. All this happened within 2 months only. Again within 3days that also stopped working. Again I had to go and fight to get new datacard. The new datacard again started causing problems within 2 months. 2. In my 6th recharge within 5 days they started showing my data balance as 0 even though I had not consumed even 1GB. I had no option and I recharged again for some emergency. Then again within 4 days 4GB became 1GB. They closed my complaint sending a message and since 2 days I am trying to reach their CC executives, but no one is attending my call. In the store when I checked my consumption details, I found how they have manipulated my consumption. This is not happening for the first time. 18 months back, I was using their mblaze datacard and 2 times they had manipulated my consumption. Even regularly I can clearly make out that they manipulate min 1 GB in every bill cycle. They are not allowing me to talk to any managers and not ready to accept their wrong doings. I am switching over to other trusted service with immediate effect.

            I am very very disappoined with your service . Tele verification has been done but since I had a recent change in address and i informed them about that, provided the proof and no one has come for physical verification.Its been a week. This is very disgusting, I feel bad for taking this conenction

              To, Manager, MTS Udaipur, Rajasthan Subject : Complain regarding change is plan without consent Dear Sir, Please to note that we have MTS Postpaid Basic Connection in the name of Dr Anushka Memorial Educational Society, Udaipur and our basic no. is 5133351, We have this connection since long time and since initial we have the plan of FWP 900 PLAN, suddenly last month we have received an letter saying that our plan has been changed to MTS 9 KA DHAMAKA PLAN Without our consent or any information, we have tried calling at many helpline numbers but did not got any satisfactory reply.                 I purchased a new data card from MTS on 22-July, 2015. From the very first day, it was not working properly. I complained number of times but did not get any solution from MTS. On 11-August, 2015-When I asked them to refund my money, they refused to refund any amount and told me that they will generate the first invoice and I have to pay that invoice as well and then only they will DEACTIVATE my account into their system.

                During this time duration I could not use their internet properly. Their internet speed is just around 50kbps which is not at all acceptable.

                MTS company is a cheater and fraud company. I will suggest everyone that NEVER BUY MTS INTERNET SERVICES.

                THEIR SERVICES ARE VERY VERY VERY VEEY BAD. AND THEY ARE FRAUD. THEY ARE CHEATER.

                  I have requested to port my no [protected] in mts. After process of 7 days i have received an sms form mts to welcome in mts to verify the ID. But my sim card is not working. And i m not able to call customer services or 999 to verify. After that i have visit mts store the suggest me to go mts head office at jodhpur but they are not giving me properly answer or responding properly and i have gone there 3 to 4 times but my mobile no is not started yet.                     Hello Sir/ma'am, I have purchased a MTS connection 3 months back. at the time of purchase they told me that the speed will be upto 2mbps to 4mbps, but in real the speed is 2kbps and sometimes much more slow... i paid the bill for first month but during the 2nd month the speed was the same when i caleed to the customer helpdesk no. they told me that there is no such service activated by the de-activation of thaty service they can increase the speed. After that whenever i tried to call the helpdesk as well as the person who was available at the time of purchase, they did not responded to my calls. Now, they are asking me to pay Rs.2171 which is totally unfair. My plan was for 20GB and due to thar slow speed i have not used 2GB even. Then, why should i pay this much amount to them? Now, who so ever is calling me from their end is using abusive language and I am not going to bear all this... Please resolve this query... Thanks! Kusum

                        I have raised deactivation request on 24th June. MTS asked me clear the unbilled amount. So I cleared amount Rs 585. They said it will be temporarily deactivated and permanently deactivated on 30th June. In the month of July, I have received a bill of amount Rs 43 for billing amount between 24th June till 30th June. I have cleared that bill also. Again this month ( Aug ) I have received another bill amount Rs 53 for billing period 1st July to 3rd July. I called customer care and they are saying as per Govt. rule, they will change me 7 days additional. They have deactivated on 30th June. So they will charge 7 days rental amount for deactivate. I feel this is incorrect. They are doing false billing and saying its as per Govt. policy. Please suggest me what should I do.

                          As many times i recharge my account each and every time their is unnecessary deduction from my account balance on the name of value added services.On contacting customer care they told the money deducted cannot be refunded.This time most of the amount is deducted out of 240 Rs.They heresy me all the time.My CDMA no is [protected].                             Worst company, blame their customers for their fault. My No. [protected], complaint No.- AUG/3075... I received call from technical team 3 to 4 time, from two different numbers...[protected],[protected]... saying...our support staff called you but you didn't answered... they are really blaming their customers...and today morning (08-Aug-2015), I received two text messages from MTS, which read as... First message "Your complaint No. AUG/3075 has been RESOLVED. We tried to contact but unable to reach you. For any query kindly call 199 (Toll free)"... MY QUESTION... if they didn't reached me, then, how do they know, that my complaint is solved. Second message "Your complaint no. AUG/3075 regarding the SPEED ISSUE BELOW 384 KBPS has been closed.                               I was purchase mts dongle in 1000 rs and postpaid plan there in no proper network in my location. I was complaint to executive but he did not came. I was called many times for cancel my connection but he did not respond, than y first month bill due but company not cancel my connection.I did not use 1 mb data also. So why i pay 950 rs for bill. My 1000 rs already waste for dongle. Please help me for doing some steps

                                If any one actually reading this and taking necessary action resolve my issue asap. I am calling to customer care number continuously getting no positive response. I took this connection in urgency where i clearly asked for prepaid connection but at the end of the month I came to know its postpaid when on due date i received bill for the same.

                                  Dear Team, Very Good Evening!!! I have been facing a lot issue with the internet services with 'MTS India". I have lodged my complaint on 25 June, 2015 till date the issue has not been resolved. And i am continuously getting calls from the MTS team to pay my bill.I have told them until or unless my issued is resolved i wont pay a single peny to them. they are just like the beggars. There outlet salesman promise that i will be getting the speed of 9 Mbps but i getting the speed of only 10-30 Kbps . Fraud and wrong information provided at the time of selling the product. Company is saying that if i am not going to pay the bill they will lodged a complaint against me and discontinue my services with them. I will be obliged if you can help me out in this matter.                                     I wanted to cancel my MTS Mblaze post paid connection with number [protected] due to poor signal strength in my area, which cannot be used in my conference calls, and was trying to get this done by contacting the customer care.I repeatedly tried to do this by calling customer care, but i never could talk to the tele caller through the toll free number. Finally, when i delayed that month's bill payment, the customer care representative contacted me for the sake of payment.I told him about the cancellation request and he promised me if i pay the bill amount till that date, they will do the cancellation. I paid bill amount of 1014 rupees but they are not cancelling it

                                      Dear Sir, I Purchased a Postpaid MTS data Card on 06-July-2015 From a Mts Shop At Rs.1599. But when i used this the Data card have full signal But not providing the speed more than 100 Kbps when i talked about this to retailer of MTS he does not solve my Problem and he told me many times it will be give the good speed after checking but Data card does not gives speed more than that.                                         I purchased an MTS postpaid wi fi connection from Meerut 4 months before. MTS no. - [protected]. From starting I noticed that network showing full signal but speed was very slow. That was taking too much time for uploading, then i complaint. After 4 days i got a message on mobile that my complaint resolved, I checked but it was still same. I talked to costumer care and he assure me to look in that matter. But one month pass so i again complaint that no. was- may/1078, after 5-6 days i got same message that my complaint resolve. Again I talk to Costumer Care and told that it is not good way every month i not used your services because net speed is too slow and i paid your bill same day with in an hour. So he book my complaint again that no. - jun/ 417. This time also same happened and without any action from MTS i got again message that your complaint resolved. So I hurt coz without any use i paid about Rs. 650/- monthly. They think costumer are FOOL. I called again to costumer care and told them if they not solve my issue then i will not pay any bill. So inot paid next bill of Rs. 627/- after that they barred our Dongle and called my wife for due bill and misbehave with her. Now every day they call me and my wife and threat us for legal action. They used abusive language with us. Shame on MTS management you are real robbers, real cheaters...

                                        Today again my wife received a threatening call by MTS Call Centre for due amount and they used very abusive language. So I decide to go to consumer court. It is too much.
