I bought mts dongle in Jan and paid all the bills till i was using it. i called mts on 16th march from [protected] number. i requested for deactivating it as i was moving to mumbai. next day i received message that your request 1410675 has been processed. Now MTS executive is saying that someone else called on 19th march and reactivated it. My question is why and how you can activate my number from a call from unregistered number. MTS generated the bill for next 2 months and asking me to pay. Also, i never get any notification that your internet device has been activated again. I never used MTS internet after 16th of march. I have already paid amount till march. Please guide me what should i do ? Vivek

    Dear Sir/Madam, We have an ADSL connection in the name of Lords Education & Health Society which MDN Number is [protected] & Account number – [protected]. We are facing problem from last one & half months in internet services. Internet is not working in office hours. It comes for a littile bit time & gone for 1-2 hours countiniously. We logged complaints so many times but problem is still remains. when we logged a complaint, a technical person (Mr. Sunil-[protected]) come for some time & make changes in modem settings & in IPs, after that internet working for few minutes. When he left office, after some time same problem was there. We logged complaint earlier as well ( JUN/10407) on[protected]. Same things happens at that time also. Lastly your technical person suggested that if we face problem again then he will change modem, but again the problem is taking place everyday. We shared this with your technical person, but solutions has been not provide till date. We have problem with speed also, we send email to customer care regarding that (EMAIL attached). Yesterday we also register our complaint regarding internet connectivity which number is JUN/14996. We request you to pl. take up this problem on top priority as we are struggling fost 2 months approx.

      I have purchased a mts ultra surf internet device, and they committed minimum 5 mbps speed, but i ws hardly getting speed of 200 kbps but generates a complete bill every month. Even i submitted complete bill for at least 5 months and complained them regarding their services, and each every time i complained they provided me 4 to 5 days time and always use to send a msg that your issue has been resolved but that was never resolved. This time when i have not paid the bill because of services which were not proper so they are now giving me threats call to file some legal case against me.

        MDN [protected] I took MTS connection in February 2015 expecting very good connectivity. But due to poor connectivity and device issues I was not able to use this connection from April 24th. I called the MTS customer care and complained regarding the issue. Complaint id : apr/8266 One of their technician contacted me and replaced the device, but issue got worsened as it was nonfunctional device. I contacted the technician several times and he told me to wait for two days as it is an issue due to activation of sim. But there was no change even after two days. I reopened the compliant on may 9th. ID : may/3015. Technician called me twice, but I couldn't pickup the phone as I was busy. Funny thing is that you cannot call back the technician. You will get a message - "phone is switched off". I tried several times but could not reach them. On 15th MTS customer care called me and asked to pay the bill for April. I explained the whole story to them and asked them to cancel the service. They informed me that they can help only if I pay for the month of April. I paid the bill and they their technician came to check the issue. He confirmed that the replaced device was faulty and gave me a new device. Now they are calling me again and asking to pay the bill for May as they raised cancellation request on May 15th. I felt it was unethical to bill me for May because I haven't used their service from April 24th. They gave me a faulty device and took almost 1 month to resolve the issue with it. Their customer care has no answers about their poor service. My request for cancellation was processed only in June after repeated follow up. The device I bought is also of no use. MTS is totally irresponsible and do not care the quality of service they provide. In total it was a horrible experience with them.

          I am having MTS broadband having no. [protected]. I have taken this connection 3-4 months back, And from the very first day I am facing this speed problem. I have complained more then 5-6 times bt everytime they say that we are providing you more then 750kbps on high speed and 30-40kbps after crossing high speed limit. But speed comes on high speed data basis is 30-35 kbps and SOMETIMES 80-90 kbps BUT ONLY SOMETIMES and 3-4 kbps after crossing high speed limit. If any authority wants to check the speed they are more then welcome at my place. MTS Company is very big Fraud.

            My MTS number is [protected] Ive recently filed 2 - 3 complaints with MTS for non connectivity and low speed internet with no resolution but just false information. upon asking for a supervisor to talk to, ive been hung up upon several times. i either want this resolved asap along with some sort of concession on my bill if im not able to use the allotted data completely on pro-data basis and if there is still no resolution for the same, i may not be paying for services thereafter and would like my number to be suspended or disconnected permanently. Thankyou.

              Myself Amiya Ranjan Ray having MTS datacard number - [protected]. Last Saturday (13th June), I inquired on purchase of MTS card on just dial.Then with in few minutes I received call from one of the caller (+91-[protected]) telling that he is from MTS and he explained the plans and options.Upon my consent he arrived at my home(faridabad) to collect the payment (Rs. 1300 for the datacard) and documents.I purchased it on strict condition that it will be activated on the same day before 6 pm.Also the plan I chose was monthly Rs.700 for 14GB (7GB day and 7GB night). I waited till saturday night 9 pm.Then I called to the person and he promised to do the verification on Sunday.Once again whole sunday I followed up with the person. Same situation continued on monday (15th June) too.Meanwhile in the evening I got a call from another MTS person Rahul -+91-[protected] (he claimed to be supervisor).Surprisingly he conveyed me that my chosen plan was available till sunday only and we are proceeding with another plan (750 Rupees monthly with 12 GB). It means I have to pay more with less data in comparison to the plan I chose. When I asked clarification from them, they told me that the plan will be revised with in two months.And they will make cheaper plan for me, which I assumed as false promise. Since the verification was getting delayed and I was not able to use the Data card I requested them to refund my money and take back the MTS data card.The supervisor Rahul said that he will tell the executive to refund the amount. After that they stopped picking my phone.After trying continuously the supplier picked the call and informed me that he will refund.But till yesterday they did not refund the amount.Today morning (18th June0 when I talked to him seeking clarification, he said now it is activated and can not be refund. They have activated the 750 rupess plan for which I am not at all interested. In continuation to the trailing mail, also please note that I was promised the speed of 9 MBS while selling the product. But the actual speed I am getting at home is varies between 40~100 KBPS.And sometimes maximum 200 KBPS. I raised the complain with customer care regarding the speed. (Complaint number -JUN/11755) on last friday and I received the reply that it will be resolved with in 22 hours.Again today morning I followed up.I was told to wait up to 24th June for resolution.Meanwhile I received a message today that the referred complaint has been closed. Upon contacting the customer care, they clarified that the problem is not resolved.The reason cited to me was that the number o[censored]sers in my area are more henceforth net speed is slow.And I was shocked to hear that it would take 4-5 weeks to resolve the problem. But they denied to give any written communication(either by mail or msg) and asked me to mail customer care. Also I got welcome call call from MTS today and I shared the issue with the executive (Kavita). She was not at all interested in this issue and aburptly cut the phone. -If the number o[censored]sers have increased and due to that net speed is slow, It has not happened with in a week.You must be aware of this traffic issue. If so, why I was sold the product with wrong information.This is clear case of cheating by MTS. -Just apolizing for everything do not mean anything.Why should the customer suffer due to your technical problem? From the day I have chosen MTS datacard, I am facing so much of problems.The worst kind of service you are providing. I need proper resolution.

                  I bought this modem only after confirming that it is supported in windows 8.1. (Mentioned in the back cover). But now it is not working in my system and when i contacted the customer care, they said that they are having problem in 8.1 OS and asked me to change my OS. I don't wanna change my operating system and i need either a solution for my problem or a refund for my product. Where should i complain for this issue??

                      I have been using MTS MBlaze from Jun 2014. At the time i took, the connection plan was 999 INR for 40 GB. I was able to use the whole 40 GB at a fair speed. Those days normal speeds were between 1 to 2 MBps. At non peak times i could get as much as 3 Mbps or more. The advertised speed was 9.8 Mbps. That was the time MTS started growing in market. They lured so many customers with the same plan i took. Everywhere you could see their kiosk counters selling these dongles. And slowly the speed started declining, packs were cut short. Nothing was done to optimize the network with growing customer base. [protected] Internet Plan[protected] Below is a brief history of how my 40 GB plan shrunk to 15 GB in less than 1 year. Initially - 40 GB/Month, 144 Kbps beyond limit Later - 20 GB Day, 20 GB Night (12 PM- 8 AM) Now(in 11 months) - 15 GB night, 15 Day, 32 Kbps beyond limit Who is going to use that night usage. Torrents never worked as they had filtering in network which limits torrents to 30 KBps. So in the end my 40 GB Plan got shrunk to 15 GB. I pay the same 999+ 14% service tax for a lower speed of 0.5 MBps or less. Since the plan was unlimited, beyond limit the speed was limited to 144 Kbps which means a 1 MB page will take 55 Seconds to load. Later this was changed to 32 Kbps, which means your browser will time you out and you have to opt for an add on pack. ------- Network and Speed ------- With the growing customer base the network speed is going still down. I made several complaints with no use. The customer service technical person will call me and ask to do a speed test or play a Youtube video. They call at around 12 AM or so, which is not a peak time. And the speed will be around 1 Mbps which they call is normal and close the ticket. See, i took a 9.8 Mbps connection and they are providing me only 1/10th the speed and they say its normal. For around 2 months i couldn't use the connection as my speed at evenings were 0.2 to 0.5 Mbps. Even simple pages like Google wont load. Connection breaks always. Downloads might run, but web page loading always breaks in between. I submitted several complaints in vain. Below are my ticket numbers. Complaint numbers: MAR/7995 APR/1116 APR/3717 APR/8495 MAY/392 No proper solutions was implemented. [protected] Customer Service[protected] The worst of it was the customer service. Some people even cut the call in between while others will put you on hold for a long time and cut the call. When i found the customer service useless, i sent a complaint regarding this in mail to Nodal officer with CC to Appellate. But no one replied. Again i sent a complaint regarding the low speed issue. There was no response. If the top level can't care you, why should you blame the lower levels. [protected] The end of story[protected] I took a 40 GB Postpaid plan at a speed of 9.8 Mbps and i have learned to be happy with a 15 GB usage at a speed of 0.5 Mbps. I pay more than 1200 a Month including Addons. But i will soon be moving to an alternative connection.

                        I m living in east delhi, I have been using mts wifi data card since 2 years and now from last 3 4 months its speed had gone down to 2g speed infact worst then that . 3 4 times i have called customer care and they say we will solve this issue soon ?                           We bought a dongle Mblaze ultra wifi a week back from a local MTS dealer o[censored]rs. He actually said that we would get 15GB bundled pack with the netsetter itself. But we got only 5GB and we asked him regarding the same but he said the plan is there and we should get 15GB. He then called some supereior and found that the offer plan ended in may itself and he didnt know that. Then why should he give us the wron info in the first place? If this will be the case with your salesperson of dealer or whatever.. How can we trust you to buy something related to MTS in future?

                            I subscribed to MTS from February, and after the first few weeks, the interent service has gone down rapidly. there are long periods of no service at all. and now the situation has worsened and no service is provided in the evenings. MTS internet service reduces to extremely slow to non existent in the evening. The customer care centre operator states that given the congestion in the area, they are not able to provide the service. Earlier there was no service in the day as well, On complaining they restored i the day. their data plan allows for only half the bought data to be used in the day time, and rest i the night time. With no internet service in the night, am unable to use the data that I paid for.. every month I am paying for double the data that I use. because of their intentional non provision of service.

                                I am using MTS data card for last few months. I asked to activate a booster pack on my MTS data card no. [protected]. I get message that booster pack is activated. However speed was very slow as I usually get when the threshold limit is exhausted. When I contacted customer care they said that you have to pay for booster pack also (while I haven't used that). Second incident of my current billing cycle. My billing cycle is started from 16th June and Till 18th June half of my data is drain while I haven't used it that much as most of time time I stayed in my office and used vodafone 3G data. They are calculating fake data usages so that consumer have to opt for booster pack and in booster pack also they are doing fake data calculations. Also they are not porviding any itemized bill so that I can check my data uses.

                                  Hi My name is ASHUTOSH. I disconnected my MTS data card and pay all their dues and my data card was permanently closed by MTS. I have MTS dongle which is not useful for me. So I went to the outlet and ask the person for selling my data card n he said no we did not take the old dongle then another person in the outlet asked me that I have seen tihar jail. I was shocked then again he asked me the same thing n told me if I sell the dongle then go to tihar. Then I told him to speak in proper way then he abused me with bad languages. So how can a service provider talked to his customer in a weird way. Plz take some action against him then at least he will talk hiscustomers in a proper way.

                                    I Dhiraj Sharma a client of MTS Data Card ( M Blaze ) which was purchased on dt:13.03.2015 through MTS service Provided M Power, P-847/A, Lake Town, Block – A, Kolkata – 700089 & payment given through HDFC bank Cheque 016054 dt: 18.03.2015 amount Rs. 2354/- as ADVANCE 3 MONTHS RENTAL vide Money Receipt No: 1714 dt:13.03.2015 by Mr Bijay Kumar executive & MTS data plan sold by MTS executive Lady +91 [protected], [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected], . After that 1st billing generated on 16.04.2015 amt Rs. 441.00, continuous following up with M Power Executives (MTS executive Lady +91 [protected], [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected]) but no one bother to answer my request neither payment made in stipulated time at last payment done on 08.05.2015 & same again bill generated Rs. 606/- bill generated & after rigorous followup with MTS Mpower executive but they neither bother to provide solution nor they response any call, if anybody pick up the call they response very rudely. I’ve already make complain directly in MTS customer care where Mr Kuldeep lodge a complain vide complaint No: JUN/3311 regarding wrong commitment by Dealer / Retailer … Attached MR copy .. Note: Same Copy sent to Consumer forum, PM grievance Cell, also in Local PS for false & cheating, misleading client

                                      Hi I am Basavaraj, my dongle no is [protected]. In January 8 the I gave a complaint to disconnect the service due to poor service. MTS people said me to pay the bill, I paid full bill and told to disconnect, but in Feb I got bill. I called to customer care and asked, they said its not disconnected u have to pay the bill. continuously I got a bill for 2 months. June 6th one lawyer called me and told me to pay the bill and I paid, he said here after words u won't get any bill like dat. but now again they sent a bill for this month. I am frustrated of this. we gave 1000 advance while taking new connection. they are not returning dat also. please help me.

                                        Hi, I Rohit Kumar Mittal was using a MTS Data Card dongle no. [protected]. I had disconnected the dongle and paid the full and final payment. But the company MTS is telling me that I am still having some pending amount. I had already paid the final settlement amount and had already disconnected the connection. But MTS is regularly sending me messages about the due amount. I am very much disturbed by this and its hampering my daily work. MTS customer care is telling that I have to pay the amount by hook or crook. But why I should pay the amount if I had not used it and I had already made the full and final payment and disconnected the connection. Kindly help me in this matter.
