Hi, I bought MTS MBlaze UltraWifi Datacard in April and datacard number [protected] on 18 August, 15 . I have been told that I would get speed upto 9.8 Mbps. But, from day 1 I have an average speed of 20 Kbps - 50 Kbps which is absolutely worthless after paying this much money of Rs 1500 for Dongle and Rs. 999 for Internet plan. I have been registering complaints regarding this from April and till now i am not satisfied with their responses. They contacted me and asked me to clear the cache and cookies like always. After observing the logs by keeping my dongle active for 10 hours, they still have no conclusion. And after this they reply that the area I'm living in has too many mts users, so that's why I wont be getting speed above this..is this the conclusion? after spending thousands. Why is the support reluctant to listen to me and every time mark my complaint complete without my consent, is it BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO MARK THEIR COMPLAINTS COMPLETE WITHIN given period of time? This is my 5th complaint against speed issues. This is clear case of customer care ignorance to solve customer problems. I want to file official complaint to higher authority in MTS or go to consumer court - whatever resolves my problem. My last complaint was JUN/3012 and before that was MAY/8840, which was the 3rd complaint that was closed in a single month without being solved. Ok so I raised another complaint that got resolved without any proper resolution. And the speed is still around 60 Kbps, where they closed the ticket saying I'm getting minimum speed of 400 KBps. Which is absolutely not true.
My complaints were:

JUN/4826 (closed)
JUN/4827 (closed)
JUN/5353 (still open- filed on 19th June)

I don't know how these guys are working, because till now I've called them more than 10 times in past two months.

JUN/5353 got closed, this time with different reason.. which was, that they tried calling me but couldn't reach me so marked my complaint resolved.
So I called them up again.
JUN/6426 got registered on 24th June, 15...which closed today (29th June) at 3:00 pm.
Resolution provided in the ticket was that although I'm getting 4-5 strength signals, my area is not good for MTS. They asked me to move to some another area where I can get good speed. Look at the reason, they want me to relocate to some another region just because MTS can't provide enough speed.
Then again, I called today, BUT instead of registering another complaint, I wanted to talk to the SERVCE ADVISOR.
For which they kept me on hold for 26 minutes, after which I had to cut the call due to the high tariff talk-time rates.

Please help, if there is anyone who can! Even complaints on this site :Consumer Complaints are not being looked upon. What is going on??

So this complaint was marked as resolved with a resolution that back-end team tried to contact me, but couldn't. So they marked it as closed.
Then I called them up, raised another saying why was it closed. JUN/6426 was raised on 24th June, 15.
The team called me and after observing the logs for 10 minutes, they said they will be sending a technical person to check the area.
A person did come to electronic city (as told by him), but didn't visited me, so it is possible that he didn't come at all.
And today the complaint was marked as closed. The reason provided was that the area has too many consumers due to which optimization of the network is not possible.
So instead of registering another complaint I asked for SERVICE ADVISER. They did transferred my call but kept me on hold for 30 minutes, because of which at last I had to cut the call due to high talk time rates.
I called them again, this time directly asked for Service Adviser's help.
He told me that he spoke to the higher level, and got the reply that its not possible to optimize the network in this area of Electronic city.

I'm tired of raising complaints, because there is no resolution, as I always get tied up in this infinite closed loop.

Please help with this if anyone can!! Even Consumer Complaints site has not responded to my queries.

    Poor connectivity issue on MTS no [protected] 1. I had decided to take MTS dongle on 1st June after MTS Sales Executive(phone no. [protected]) told me that I will generally get a download speed of 9.5 mbps. 2. The dongle was activated on 3rd June and I noticed that I was getting a download speed of only 45 kbps. I lodged complaint no. JUN/1455 in this regard on 3rd June itself. 3. Mr Piyush (phone no. [protected]) from MTS visited my house on 6th June after much chasing. He indicated that I will never get 9.5 mbps and I was wrongly advised by the Sales Executive. However, I should get around 2 mbps. I was not getting the same due to networking issues which would be set right by a different MTS team to whom he was advising. 4. I am still waiting that to happen though 12 days have passed since I complained and I have already incurred 12 days charges without getting the service I am supposed to get. 5. MTS is required to look into the connectivity and provide at least 2 mbps promised by their technician during visit to my house on 6th June.

    As the issue was not resolved and no efforts were made by MTS even to send a representative, yesterday I advised MTS that I have decided to discontinue the services. On receiving this email, MTS decided to send an Engineer today. He advised that I would not get 2 mbps, rather I should expect 0.750 mbps. On checking my dongle, he was not able to get even that much. It was around 0.4 mbps. He advised that the complaint would be addressed by 29th June AN.
    There was no improvement in the download speed. On 2nd July, I advised either to arrange 750 kbps download speed (which is their minimum service standard) or arrange for a refund. On 8th July, my service was unilaterally discontinued without any warning or notice to me. Apparently, they could not arrange for a download speed of 750 kbps, even in the heart of Delhi next to Hotel Leela Palace. Regarding refund, MTS has simply indicated that it is against their policy. As a result, the dongle and my payment of Rs 1299 has become useless.

    i have take one reliance post paid SIM on 15.07.16 from sales Executive(phone no. [protected]) he talk me that sim will activate on same date but yet not active, i have already paid Rs300 while take the SIM card. now once i call to that person to take update for activation neither they pick the phone or any proper response.

    Pls take necessary action from the same.

      I got my Mblaze ultra wifi data card on 2nd Feb-2015, Since that time i am facing problem regarding network issue, complaining frequently from that time also, In the starting period they said that we are trying to solve you problem very soon but after 3 months they said there will be no any network improving symptoms we found, so you can't get the speed as prescribed. Now after 5 months i am paying the bills only, cuz after that the data card will be out o[censored]se. so please any one can solve the problem, help me in this regard M no [protected] Mts no [protected] Name sukant mishra

        i purchased a mts data card on[protected] it got activated on[protected] from then only whenever i surf the internet the speed is too low around 300kbps MTS promise speed of 8.9mbps, but when i surf the net the speed is only 200-300kbps i called them they said everything is fine my complaint no.is JUN/8286 complaint is registered on[protected]:13:00 i want a full cashback don't want to use it proof of speed is in the picture attached

          Hi Sir/Madam, I had purchased a dongle from MTS Blaze and found to be not working after usage of five days, i got the dongle without charger from that concern salesperson.either direct plug in and through USB both the way the device malfunctioned. upon activation of the product almost taken one week and however the device malfunctioned after few days of activation.Roughly I used about less than 5 hrs in total and after a while the device suddenly not recognized in my laptop.I called to the customer care and ask about the reason but there is no proper response and they did not even bother to change the dongle. I had payed RS 1000 for the dongle alone and I did not use it as I needed for the purpose. How come a product malfunction with in 10 days of fault? and also MTS ask me to pay RS 1800 for the bill, which is not relevant. Pls kindly help me to get rid of this. I actually went to nearest Mblaze center to seek help, but they ask me to pay the said amount and cancel the account. How should I bear the cost of not properly utilized the device and the purpose. honestly speaking I can pay the amount what the hours used for... but, what happened to my RS 1000 for the cost of device, i have the receipt of payment for the device that i'm holding for. why the customer care failed to take initiative to replace the device. they just expect me to pay the bill and cancel the account. I have not payed the bill stated for. they actually send me the demand legal notice to me. This is not my attitude to pay the bill, but i want to teach them a lesson of not taking care their customer. in this case they just see the money and not the customer. kindly help me, how to face this issue further. i have proof of bills and sms from customer care.

            I have complaint for slow internet speed on 15 Jan 2015, twice in February they didn't provide me any resolution for the issue, so I didn't pay bill for two month. After Guarantee of service quality from their side they said that my account will be re-activated and issue will be resolved on call I have also recorded the call. After 24 Hours when I call back them they said your account is permanently de-activated.

              THE PEOPLE (at MTS) ARE THE WORST AND THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!!! I regret being with MTS since I have been experiencing issues with the speed which is PATHETIC! A mere 0.5Mbps is the Download speed which I get on a 9Mbps MTS Mblaze modem (MTS number [protected]). Worst service and an even worse service provider. I spoke with their customer care who said there is an outage which will take another 4-5 weeks to get fixed. WT[censored] They are not even bothered informing their customers. And btw, I have been experiencing this issue for a few months now (atleast 4 months). Called once for the same issue and was very unsatisfied due to which I never called back. I have recorded the call with the MTS Agent and the Supervisor and I will share it on every social website including facebook and youtube and tell people not to go for such a lame company who can charge you a hefty amount but fails to provide the proper service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE WHICH I HAVE PAID IN ADVANCE FOR THIS SERVICE!!! From an unfortunate and unhappy MTS customer. Sreejith [protected]

He took 1500 Rs and yet my problem is not solved. I want your help to fix this problem.

Has been calling me and talking to me in a very RUDE MANNER. MOREOVER BEING A FEMALE HE IS CURSING ME. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR COMPANY. I KNOW HE IS FROM THE RECOVERY TEAM OF YOUR MTS. BUT ALREADY WHEN I HAVE SO MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST MY NUMBER AND NONE OF THEM WAS SOLVED, HOW CAN YOU EVEN THINK THAT I WILL BE PAYING MY BILL. I MADE MYSELF VERY CLEAR TO THE AGENT WHO CALLED ME. I WILL ONLY BE PAYING AMOUNT OF INR.999/- WHICH IS MY MONTHLY RENTAL SINCE NONE OF MY COMPLAINT WAS SOLVED BY YOUR TEAM. CURSING A FEMALE WITH WORDS- BHENCHOD AND ALL THE BAD CURSES YOU WILL HEAR GUYS SAY!!!                     And also, without notifying it to me, they just closed my number- the bill date was 18th of that month and yet they just closed my number by showing stupid additional charges, I even got to talk to the TL of the customer service and she promised that the internet and the dongle will be working in 24 hours time and i will be getting a call regarding that. but nothing happened like that.

My name is arnab Chowdhury n email id is [protected]@gmail.com. from last 1 months I m facing device problems so can't used the data so why should I pay the full bill as if I have not used the data. My plan is 40gb @ 1000. N customer care executive behaviour is so rude enough name prasenjit halder n shivshankar. Please do the needful.                         I bought the mts wifi few months ago. Till that time im facing speed issue with the device .. And whenever call Customer care they note the complaint .. And without reverting they say we had fixed your issue. But now i stopped paying bill for the datacard . because iam payin 1200/month for high speed but still its ver slow even bad then 2g services.

                            I had put in a request to disconnect my MTS Mblaze dongle in FEB 2015. Mobile no [protected]. I also Paid them the monthly rental plu additional disconnection fee and handewd over the instrument to the Pondicherry MTS office at 45 feet road. Inspite of this they keep raising monthly bills and has been harrassing me over phone regarding payment. It is their fault that the service has not been disconnected after such a long time. Their custome executive Mrs Soumya from Chennai had promised that the account will be closed once a final payment of Rs 1020 is paid. Now i have done so in order to finally get rid of the issue. On enquiry with the customer care number, i am told that the account is still active. God knows what kind of communication systems they have there. A simple disconnection request takes such a long time to process. I am not paying any more money to such fraudulent company. If they raise one more bill in my account i am sueing them for sure.                               Regarding complaint number JUN/2831. I have been following up with the customer care regarding the speed of my wifi data card. After 3 days of followup, I got a call from a customer care representative on 11th June 2015 who was least bothered about the problem I faced. He arrogantly said that the speed what I'm getting will be the maximum speed (0.92 mbps). MTS claims that the speed is upto 8 mbps which we will never get in our life time. The representative was also ready to cancel the connection if I was not satisfied. He did not even bother to clarify the issue or try to get it sorted in the coming days. When I said that I will cancel the connection if the speed does not improve, he siad "Thank you for calling MTS, Have a nice day". This was the only reply I got from your customer care representative.

                                I had purchased a MTS data card on 9 may 2015, i was facing a lot of network problem form very first day, their customer care executive accepted same after doing some online testing of it, I was told about some refund polic about it that i[censored]sage is less than 1GB within 15 days i can apply for refund, I even confirmed their refund policy from their MTS store as well as customer care center, Even i have a audio Recording of it, I have applied for refund since 17 may 2015, they asked me for testing again, which i did obeyed but it couldn't resolve the problem. Yesterday they are telling me that there is no refund policy and they cant provide any solution, Their customer care says the refund policy does exist but after so many days of long email conversation they are saying there is no such policy, Their customer care service is so arrogant, That they are denying any refund policy. I have recorded calls and email proof.I have already contacted their customer care and appellate customer service but they don't want to refund it, I have already applied for it withing stipulated period and have used less than 1 GB, but they are not interested to refund it.

                                  Dear Sir/madam, This is Vishal Patel. In the month of April I got message for MTS promotional scheme "get wifi dongle at 1099 and free laptop/travel bag" I found it interesting offer and I enrolled for it. When MTS agent came to collect my documents I asked about the gift. he told me once it will be activated you will get. I thought its fine and understand the importance of verification and activation. After couple of days when I enquired about the same I got the reply they are out of stock. Then immediately on 13th May I raised my concern about not receiving the gift to MTS customer care and clearly told them I am willing to pay my bill and would like to continue with MTS but you need to resolve this matter on priority basis and till the time the matter will be resolved I won't pay single rupee. I got the reply from customer care that they have already raised the issue to concern team. In between I was giving them reminders to resolve the matter but they could not. Now they have stopped my services, which is I feel completely unethical it is a mistake from their so called distributor. and more over I gave them assurance that I will clear my bill within 24 hours but I can't tolerate this kind of cheap marketing where nobody is answerable to customer and I am not asking for more than what they have committed. Hence I request you to look into the matter and get me the resolution by getting me the gift and giving me wave off from all the extra charges and allow me to use the MTS dongle. If MTS is not willing to do then I would like to discontinue without paying anything as I had already paid to get the connection and would like to join with some other service provider.                                     I was using MTS data card (Mblaze- no. [protected]) since March 2015. I was fed up with poor data speed despite a plan promise of 1mbps speed and I was being billed Rs618 per month. Therefore, I requested customer care to convert my plan into prepaid with better speed. I barely used my data card in April and my data card was closed. Post that I started getting calls and mails regading payment of two months bill. I wrote to MTS customer care and applete.del regarding my concern on billing and excessive caling from MTS staff for payment of bills. The matter was pending. However, I started getting threating calls from MTS staff, one such call came from Mr. Durgesh (working with MTS at Okhla Phase I). He threatend to pay the bills otherwise coercive action would be taken against me. It became ugly, when they stated calling my wife and threatening to pay otherwise they would send recovery agents at my home. Such unethical behaviour, poor services and excessive billing is absolutely unwarranted. After lot of persuason and dialouges with MTS, I got fed up and reporting the same to consumer complaints.

                                      I am using mts Ultra wifi since September 2014 and having regular issues with its network and if the networks are good then alson speed doen't change. I have 9.8Mbps capability datacard but it gives 40KBps rarely. There is no resolution provided from their side, I have been complaining since last year. I have datacard in warranty.
                                      MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have been using a mts data card(mts no. [protected]) for last 04 months. I have contacted the customer care for disconnecting the same 03 months back as another service provider have offered me a competitive plan. I have opted the 875 + tax plan as your customer care executive offered me the same plan at 675 + tax plan. So I have decided to continue as an MTS customer.When you first raised your invoice, the said deduction cannot be find. I have contacted the customer care for reporting the same.The customer care executive informed that the offered plan has not been active and he will activate the plan now itself. Also he said that the full payment to be made this time and the excess amount will be deducted when the next invoice raised.But in the second bill also they have raised the full amount without any deduction and plan change.Now they said it has not been active till date and will be active on 01st July.Kindly check your call history for your reference Kindly sort out the issue at the earliest either by said deductions and plan change or by sharing the details for disconnecting the same.Please feel free to contact us at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com/r.[protected]@mahindra.com for any further clarification if required.
