This is very unfair to deal with costomer . this is a examle how MTS company cheats with customers. I baught a data card no. [protected] from MTS on 23 may 2015 from the date of purchage and activation I didnt able to connect my data card and didnt use it, when I comlaint several times to MTS customer care and mailed to MTS they didnt resolve my problem. officialy MTS has written 15 days refund policy but they denie all the time to refund amount . This comlaint is just aware all customers who want to use MTS data services. this is my personal request to all please dont put your leng in a scame. if MTS athorties hear me so be awake . Dear Sir/ Madam I m not happy to write you, this is very unfair to deal with customers . I have brought MTS data card from MTS sales executive, data card no. [protected] on 23 may 2015. in 1300 rupees. on 24 may i have receive confirmation for activation my data card, from the date of activation I will not able to connect my device with wifi and when I complaint this matter to MTS customer care they didn’t file my complaint, after arguments they give me reff. No. may/14966 on 25 may but my complaint not resolved, after that again I put complaint about connectivity and speed issue they do the same and reff no. is may/14966 30 may and again complaint no. may/18127 on 1st may, june/2678. I have mailed to customer care appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in and [protected]@mtsindia.in, Mr. upendra has given me copy paste answer according to him my complaint has resolve but no body will come to my home to look after sales services. This is not acceptable and very disgusting to treat customer, MTS company just sale there product and making money . At the time of sales, sales executive promises me about 9 mbps speed and after getting money your company disappear. Please let me know in which guidelines MTS shows customer will responsible for all negligence by company. Kindly take a serious action on MTS company employee who misguide and irresponsible behavior.     Dear Sir / Madam, Im Lokesha, ([protected]) I have previously used MTS DATA Card postpaid internet device [protected] problem is speed not as per our bill plan and network issue, So day one im calling to customer care and raised multiple complaints regularly, but Complaints are closed with out even resolving it and reason they put is customer not reachable, but we do get regular call from billing department 4 to 5 times in a month and asks when will u pay the bill and what mode you will pay. when we ask question they say we are billing department and complaint department is different, people repeatedly when calls they say you have used the net that's why we are asking bill, if connectivity issue means how could you use the net? I said them many times that I never claim that I have not used the net but always there is connectivity issue every time when I connect, I should restart data card 5 to 6 times. It may or may not connect after that. But im regularly paid bills, and finely I told in customer care pls disconnect your service and give me waiver in bill reason not resolve my complaints so i'm not getting your internet service properly in day one. And Im stop the using MTS in January 2015. And Mts send the bill amount 1122 mts not give the any waiver so im not paid that bill. And now in outstanding amount 2420 is showing. but still im saying give me waiver, and I will pay the bill. and give me best service i will use the your service. please help me.

      MTS Data Card Number- [protected] Customers executives calls every week requesting to recharge data cards. But at the time of my query they always give me the least and sometimes wrong information so that I always ended up calling and calling them and also waste my money doing wrong recharges. Before going out of state I asked them if I can be able to use my datacard in roaming and they they said you definitely will. Now when I am in different state and called them that I am unable to use my datacard they are saying me that I have to install a roaming software in my home circle only after that I can use it in roaming state, As I am now out of state for more than one year I cant use my datacard in my need in no ways. And its totally a waste. The most fraud part of their service is some of their customer executives are still saying that you can use it with roaming recharge plans(but practically it is absolutely not possible now).I made them clear that I don't have the roaming software still they are telling me to recharge it. What a good policy to loot money from customers . Hats off MTS.

        My mts no. is [protected] I have brought "MBLAZE ULTRA Wi-Fi " around 24/4/2015 and since the day i have brought this datat card i am facing one or the other problem . Till date 6/5/2015 ihave not yet revieved the speed more than 90kbps and some times for several hours it doesn't work. And other problem like it does connect with my wifi but 8 out of 10 times it does not gives proper speed, some times it doesn't even response (my phones just show 'NO INTERNET" ) And all time when i open mts i used to sit for long waiting for it to connect. i have complaint 7-8 times already to mts but their is no satisfying response from them. all time they say sir sorry ans sir sorry for the inconvenience . that's all i have recieved from their side

          Dear Sir on 14th April i asked MTS to stop my service because i have no use from now and i paid all the dues after conforming from MTS coustmor care and they took request on 14th April after one month i received a mail to that iahve to pay more 100/- rs as i have paid less last time and i paid after that few days later again i received a mail to pay 187/- rs this time they said it for 5 days bill rental which they took process to cancel my connection i asked them do u take 5 days to cancel connection they said it is 30 hrs process but thought i have to pay 5 days rent more over i said i requested on 14th April then why did you started on 16th April they did not answered and said you have to pay the amount any way. so i request you to help to get out of this. i told so many thing to them but they are not at all listening to me so in last i came to you for help hoping you people can sue them. so pls help me. reg kishore [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

              Around 9 months before I brought mts with the no [protected] just after few days i stopped using it because of its very horrible sucking slow speed. I complained this issue many around 70 times, technicians came to the house and said its the tower problem it will be fixed in 2 months but nothing has happened. we moved from bangalore amruthanagar 560092 to vijaynagar 560040 recently and i recharged it with 999 rs for 10 gb because i felt that vijaynagar is like a center of the city and i should get the good speed but the same very horrible sucking slow speed here also. MTS is a fake company to be there only in a country like pakistan and this fraud company cheating the peoples of india with their false advertisement and innocient peoples are theirs prey. Govt of india should immediately close this company by sending the top managers, ceos to jail. please share this info with every one and always away from MTS PRODUCTS

                I have a prepaid MTS connection. It was deactivated on 20th June and MTS representative told me that this is their temporary fault. After visiting their office, my phone was activated but didn't get back the account balance. I am following up with them for last 11 days and every time they are lying that it will be refunded within 2 hours.

                  Dear Madam/Sir I have purchased MTS data card whose number is [protected] by Company sales executive Mr Nitin whose mobile number is [protected] who came to my house to deliver data card with authority of one of MTS senior sales executive Mr Sandeep whose contact number is [protected] and he given me bill of that data card of Rs 999 plus one month free Rs 550 plan and the card is activated on 14/4/2015. Now i get bill of that free month which i am not going to pay because its free plan and no company have blocked my card and i get threatening and abusive calls from MTS telephone number [protected] with name of kalpna. i am enclosing copy of bill to you so please help me i feeling cheated and facing mental trauma. Thank you

                    I used MTS MBlaze for about just a month till Feb 9' 2015. Since then the device was completely unused. The connection was surrendered with all due payments of bill received in 1st week of April. I even collected a closing id and reference number. Since then my MTS is sending new bills and calling me asking to pay new bills even after connection closure. And today (29th May, 2015), I even received a call from a rude-behaved person who claimed to be speaking from Delhi District court claiming that they have a case filed in my name for not paying the bill. The number was +91 [protected]. This is ridiculous! How could a reputed company can take recourse to such coarse and substandard measures to claim money! I got the detailed information regarding my final payment and even the closing id. I don't understand how the next bills got generated. Is MTS system so poor? Or there is really some fraudulent acts involved? I went through the customer complaints and found that this has happened with so many customers. I need this issue resolved immediately.

                    Same happened with me, I got so many calls from this stupid, rude, person. WHO IS CURSING ME!! I AM A FEMALE FOR GOD SAKE!! SUCH STUPID PEOPLE.

                      I, Bhagyesh Makwana, am writing first time to such a platform which is helping people who are helpless against corporate thugs. I took a MTS Wi-Fi dongle (MTS MBLAZE ULTRA WI-FI). It was sold with some promises which are not kept. Download and upload speed is not even 10% of what they are committing on their product. Further, they do not resolve the issue nor refund the money. I have following points to make: 1. Why MTS is allowed to charge 100% when they don't deliver services 100% according to their sale specifications. Speed never reached, leave it. Not even 10% of what they show on product. 2. Does not this mean that they are pocketing general public money who are individuals by giving 10% service and collecting 100% rental. Shouldn't be there a case if speed is not achieved for those many days they should not charge. 3. I wrote back about the issue as soon as device was activated in responseto welcome mail but still this problem is not resolved. Trail mails are for your reference.I responded to marketing head then also issue not resolved. 4. Network engineers / technical team never responded timely. 5. I kept the Nodal officer also in loop still matter is not resolved. I need my money back. So as last resort I thought let me go to such platform. Request your HELP ON THIS MATTER.

Is [protected] its been 9 days i purchased my mts device only one day it worked after that the device is not getting connected to any device response from customer care they just give silly reasons like your complaint has been reforwarded or the engineer is coming or try in different device etc no end to it if you can't service well shut the company and refund my payment

                          I have Purchased MTS Data Card no [protected] and since i bought this device i am not able to use it at my place as there is hardly any speed. I have complained from march till today and each time they say it will be resolved. i have paid all the monthly bills but i have not been able to use their services. Now i want the refund of my data card and all the bills that i have paid as their service has cost me a huge loss.

                            Believe this is my 6th or 7th complaint. My first complaint raised April 16th regarding internet speed. As per MTS am using 3g plan but actually in real time getting 5-10 kb/s. Getting tired raising too many complaints but still no response. Monthly bill they can able to generate properly at rite time but can't fix the issue with in a week. Worst customer service never had this kind of service with any vendor. My written complaint am not going to pay my coming month bill because have not paying for 2g internet. paying 1200 Rs and using 10kb/s seriously terrible. MTS backend team never make call between morning 9-10 AM or 6- 8:30 PM.. They can give you call only on my working hours and ask me to connect the internet. Never understand customer situation.                               I am an MTS Mblaze postpaid user. Number is [protected] Location : Kakkanad, Ernakulam State : Kerala Plan : Rs.999 for 40GB unlimited (without any limits) I have been using this service for almost an year now. I had also previously used the MTS service 2 years ago. I am having high regards about this network. When I used it 2 years ago, the speed was great. Now when I use it, the speed is too low. I don't remember an instance when I viewed a video in Youtube without buffering. At most times, the site browsing (especially facebook) is too low. This is not an issue with me alone. I have several friends who are having the same issue. When we call the customer care, they inform that 'Kakkanad' is a high usage area and they can't do anything about it. Is this the way that you guys should handle it. You are getting money from all o[censored]s. If the usage is high, you should make arrangements (extra towers) to fix this. None o[censored]s are satisfied with your service in this area. My MTS plan is Rs.999 for 40GB unlimited usage ( without any limits). This is why I bought it. I have office at morning and I want to use it at night. But you guys have sent me a message yesterday morning telling that 'My 15Gb usage has crossed and the data speed will be restricted'. Now, I am not able to browse a single site. Is this the way you should do this. I subscribed only because of the 40GB unlimited plan ( without any day/night plan without any day/night restrictions). This is why I am paying Rs.999. You guys call me more than 10 times including missed calls if I miss to pay my bill. But there wasn't any communication regarding the plan changes. What is this ? Will any of your customers be satisfied. Here, we are having Idea wifi plans of 60GB usage (unlimited) at the same cost. Even though it was 40GB, we all bought MTS. But, now we understand that it was a mistake. Please, I use Internet mainly at night after coming from office. If I don't have enough speed during that time, this device is of no use to me. I don't want a plan change. I subscribed because it was an unlimited 40GB plan without any limits. If you can't hold onto what you have offered all o[censored]s 'customers', then please inform. We will have to take other means. In short, we want the old plan itself. Because that was the plan that what was offered to us. Contact Number : [protected]

                                Hi, I tried to change my plan from 799 to 599 tariff. As per the store executive he confirmed that from the date of 799 plan activated (15 days from activation) please inform us so that we can switch the plan. As per the advise I informed them to switch the plan, but they are informing that the request was cancelled and the same tariff continues till now. There was't any communication on it and the reason for rejection is "599 plan not available". If a plan is not available then why do they take request and there was not even single communication on it. I have't seen such a worst customer care and the worst approach from an executive.

                                  I recently (on 16 May) purchase MTS 3G plus dongle. My number is [protected]. I am getting spped less than 0.5 mbps. From day 1 I am raising complaints. Answer from MTS customer care team is that I am using window 8.1 and their dongel does not support this window. window 8.1 is latest and preloaded in my laptop and I was charged 6000 rs for this how I can uninstall this.                                     last on 21.05.2015 my mts([protected]) balance was deducted. next day i called to customer care, they assured me to refund that balance. three times my money has been deducted. Onece Rs 23, Rs 08 & Rs 08, tht means total around Rs 39.they told me some services was activated, bt after that they told me that it's their fault & thats why money will be deducted. but yet my balance not refunded. now just 6 days before I called to customer care & they told me now that they will not refund my money & they will not give me any complaint no against these case. so i need my money back.i am giving you just 21 days further to resolve these problem, otherwise i have to take another step at our end.

From the date of purchase this connection I am not able to use your 3G service because there is very low network in my area (Sarojini Nagar-New Delhi) PIN 110023. customer care is not able to give me satisfactory answer for the same.
