I had purchased a 40 GB MTS dongle about a year back. I had been promised an internet speed of 9.8 mbps as per the sales executive and as stated in the cover packet of the dongle. Initially the speed that I got was 300 kbps which later got reduced to as low as 10 kbps. I had complained to MTS regarding this about 2 months back. However this issue remains unresolved till date. Currently the speed is hovering around 10kbps and at times 1 kbps too. Request you to please resolve this problem immediately. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with my MTS internet connection.

    I saw lot of review about MTS data services here and YES ITS absolutely bad network to get in . I am using MTS 3.1 MBPS datacard for past 4 years. but now in recent 2 years service and speed become very Poor and Cheating Offers .. Like, got sms from MTS recharge Rs 499 with usual benefits 5GB + Additional 2.5 Gb and i did the same. BUT they gave additional 2.5GB as dedicated account balance with validity 30 days only and cannot be carry forward next month. Then whats the use of this offer. Mailed CC of MTS, but its no use ( all know this) and communicated MTS Appelite Authority " Sir why balance cannot carry forward, then whats the use of this offer for customers and moreover MTS not mentioned a single word the excess balance only for 30 days and in special dedicated account which cant carry Fwd " His reply to me in short " We can't mention all the details in sms " ... just adding a word in sms " validity period and dedicated balance " wont cost them... just to cheat customers without clarity in offers /// Pathetic MTS Always .. Sorry for a lengthy .. this might be usefull for others . Thank You

      Dear sir/mam My datacard number is : [protected] I have complainted in customer care regarding the data card issues but they are providing me silly answers. Even authorised MTS service center as aggred that its should be replaced datacard due to data card problem. On call conference with customer care esculation department. Still the data card is in warranty then also they are asking me 850rs for replacement of data card. Buyed data card at rs 2150/- Service center asking charges 850rs And harassment by mts THIS IS THE FINAL IMTIMATION FOR MTS . TODAY END OF THE DAY IF I WILL NOT RECIVED REPLACEMENT ORDER FROM MTS THEN I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION ON MTS COMPANY .

        Myself Sivapiriyaa, House wife from Srirangam, Trichy Dist, Tamilnadu. I have purchased M Blaze data card on 12.09.2014 & the number is[protected] Got a call for activation on 13-09-14. As I'm being a House wife they asked for a deposit of Rs.1000. The deposit amount has been given on 15-09-14 to Siddiq [protected] who is a sales person from Reliable Marketing, 1 Municipal Road, PLA Showroom, Maruthi Complex, Cantonment, Trichy - 1 but without any receipt. The dongle Activation date is 16-09-14. When asked about the deposit amount they told that it will be reflected on the 1st month bill. As it did not get reflected, we checked with customer care and they said to check in the third month bill. Till Dec 14 we had no problem with the connection and we were paying our bills properly. Once we have shifted our location to Chennai West Mambalam from Jan 15 we were unable to use the service because of the connection issues and the problem with connectivity started. Even on several compliants from 28-01-15 the customer care persons did not agree & care about it to provide a solution for that. Compliant Number: 7523 So we requested for disconecction on 02-02-15 but it has not been done. Once the connectivity issue started we had thrown away the dongle. So they have started to pamper us to pay the bills and without resolving our problem also. The customer care person confirmed us by stating they had no records regarding the collected deposit amount from us. Then we spoke with the Sales Manager - Palani : [protected] of Reliable Marketing and also with Billing Incharge - Senthil : [protected] from the same company. Palani agreed about the deposit amount collection and also told that for around 5 members the deposit amount has not been uploaded. But no response has been received regarding the receipt of the amount after that. To have a follow up we had contacted Mr. Senthil so many times, who will always try to disconnect the call by saying so silly reasons. So to make a conclusion we directly visited the Reliable Marketing office where we found only the watch man to answer us and no staffs were also available. For the past 2 to 3 weeks we were getting threatening calls from so called advocates of Delhi for paying the outstanding bill amount of Rs.2574. We are also ready to pay the outstanding amount for the data we have used once the proper usage bills has been shown and it must be subtracted with the deposit amount collected. A person called Madhi stating himself as from the collection recovery department came to our house for verification and after explaining all the situation he understood that the sales team had issue with us. He also assured us to tell his name if we get any calls reg the payment. We are getting calls from the so called advocated from Delhi court once in atleast three days and remainder messages daily. When we asked to whatsapp the identity card of the so called advocated no one has sent us yet. This is creating more frustration on us. If any compliant has been filed on us we must have received a legal notice but it has not happened Today[protected]Saturday-14:19pm) Rahul-[protected] an assistant of Kishore-[protected] saying as an advocate from Delhi court called us and asked us to pay Rs.20000 as a fine amount and asking for our debit card and credit card numbers for getting the cash. Mr.Kishore was forcing me to pay the amount within 10 minutes or else legal proceeding would be taken on me and we need to be there at Delhi court if not a warrant would be issued against my name. My doubt is will the courts be opened on saturday and without hearing our concern can a warrant be issued? Once Kishore has disconnected the call, Rahul called me again to know the debit card details and I just disconnected the call. As they are asking for the card details it looks like fraudulent activities from MTS or by using MTS's name. And these so called Advocates from Delhi speaks fluent Tamil.

        So was happened to me..The same person named by(so called senior lawyer) kishore and anthorer lawyer named by Nithin sharma harassing me psychologically as if I had been filed for a case by TN Govt. Though I made a payment to MTS and not to TN Govt.
        mam i also got the same problem
        please file a online petition in change.org . that will help to get a resolution
        My MTS number [protected]... was not working when roaming and speed is very less not more than 1 mbps. So i have called MTS customer care and requested for cancellation. After one week i observed that cancellation didn't happened and bill generated, when informed the same to customer care they were asking me to pay the bill.

        In consumer forums i red so many posts that for every cancellation request MTS asks to pay some outstanding amount and will continue the connection without closing and threatens people to pay bills. Now i am receiving legal and loak adalat messages, I have all call records and emails as proof, but i am out side of India now. Please suggest me how to get out of this fraud.

          I am Srini from Bangalore...I have received a NOC, Sanction Letter, on your letter head signed by Manoj Roy of KROMA on payment of Rs 4550. I have been asked to Pay Rs 51, 250 towards STATE TAX for 3G Tower Installation .How authentic is this?

              I brought a MTS Mblaze postpaid plan for 1200 rs and I asked the mts customer care can we change it to prepaid and he said yes but after three monthes and I even asked is there any extra charges for changing the connection to prepaid he answered no. After three monthes of my usage I said I want to change my number to prepaid and then they said for changing the number to prepaid you will have to recharge for 509 rupees I was shocked by their answer and I asked them how much data will be there after the recharge he said 100MB. This is a very big cheating

                mere pass MTS ka Postpaid connection he, Jiska No. [protected] he. Pichle 2 mahine se Dongle sahi nahi chal raha he, maine kahi bar complain ki lekin har bar alag alag jawab milta raha. Me service centre par bhi gaya Lekin ye kaha gaya ki 10-15 din lagenge. Me business man hu, mera Web Designing ka kaam he, bina internet ke mera kaam chal nahi sakta, aise me 10-15 din ka time service centre ki taraf se manga bilkul galat he. Maine kaha mujhe Standby Dongle provide karwa do, to woh bhi nahi karwaya gaya. Thak haar kar me vapas aa gaya. Dongle me problem bar bar aa rahi thi, , , chalta chalta beech me hi band ho jata he, or Red light aa jati he. Maine MTS ko complaint mail ki, waha se reply mila ki bahut jaldi aapki problem solve kar di jayege. Unhone computer me setting change karne ko kaha maine woh bhi kar di, Lekin koi fark nahi para, Maine Dobara phir mail ki, to reply mila ki 22 ghante me problem solve kar di jayegi. Me Ummed karke intjaar karta raha lekin koi response nahi mila. phir massage mila ki aapse contact nahi ho paa raha he isliye appki problem solve nahi ki ja sakti. Me bahut nirash ho gaya or phir maine 955 par or 155 par bar bar call kiya jaisa ki mujhe massage mila tha...Lekin call nahi laga. Phir maine [protected] par call kiya or waha se kisi person ne call attend kiya, Maine kaha ki meri complaint No. 12618 ke regarding baat karni he. Mujhe aage se kaha gaya ki aap kuch der hold kar lenge, Maine kaha ki bhai sahab thora jaldi karna...jyada der hold mat karwana...usne kaha G sir, Theek he. Phir usne call ko Hold par rakh diya...Me mere office me baita hua, , , client ke samne...phone ko hold kare baita raha ki ab waha se koi jawab milega...ab Milega. Lekin jawab nahi mila, Woh banda call Hold pe rakh kar pata nahi kaha chala gaya. Kisi bhi tarah ki information ke liye computer me check karne ke liye jyada se jyada 2 minute lagte he. Lekin me barabar 21 minute tak reply ka intjaar karta raha, Lekin call hold par hi rakha hua tha.. Woh person reply kar hi nahi raha tha. Mere samne mere client baithe the, mujhe bahut sharm mahsoos ho rahi thi or bahut gussa bhi aa raha tha. Mera pura mood kharab ho gaya, phir me kaam bhi nahi kar paya. or AAkhir thak haar kar mujhe call Cut karna para. Ye koi tarika he. Ye koi Service he... Aisa karna to bilkul Saja dene jaisa he, ki mobile ko 21 Minute tak aap pane KAN par lagakar rakkho or samne se koi aapko replye hi nahi de. Me MTS par, Service me kami or complaint door nahi kare ka CASE karna chahta hu. Please mera margdarshan kigiye, mujhe aage kya karna he. Mere jaise na jaane kitne MTS ke upbhokta honge jo, is tarah ki paresaaniyon se jhoojh rahe honge. Please Help me.

                  I want to disconnect the MTS postpaid connection since i have facing connectivity issue from the very first day and till now. i called to the customer care number and told them to disconnect my connection but they asked me to pay rs.636 for first month payment. Hey i dint even use 1kb then why should i need to pay? I called many times to mts customer care excutives to disconnect the connection and refund me for a modem which is not used till now but there are no useful response from them. They are not at all willing to answer my question even. Horrable experience. Great service by them.

                    I am a cheated customer of MTS broadband. As per my subscription plan, I am entitled to get 3.1Mbps connection speed till the usage limit of 5GB. But throughout the billing cycle, I am getting a connection speed of < 150Kbps. Tried to contact the customer care in Bangalore @ number +[protected] to register a complaint but I was told by the customer care executive that I can not be supported ( for no valid reason ). Tried to escalate the complaint to MTS Appellate. But no satisfactory response from there as well. Hence putting it here for public awareness. Don't go for MTS connection !!!

                        I purchased a 3G post paid instant WiFi kit on satuday(16/05/2015) from MTS Showrrom, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I was not given a bill for this and they promised to give me the bill on Wednesday(20/05/2015) but there is no response from them. Also I was promised that the device would be activated on Monday(18/05/2015) by 9PM but the activation was done only today (20/052015) around 11.30AM. There was no response when I contacted the customer care over the phone for three times. Also the speed is very low. It's not even 1mbps. One of the worst customer services.

I tried to reach on their customer care number [protected], there is no option to register this request. Why should I pay any rental after 18th May 2015 because of the carelessness of MTS.                             I had got a MTS data card 4 months back. and right from the first day it had speed issues, so i raised a complaint . wt they do is they keep forwarding my issue telling ur complaint is in forward state plz wait... i kept waited and suddenly got a msg texting your complaint has been resolved. They i raised a complaint again like 5-6 times, the same thing was happening. I was even mailing for mts support...but not even a single reply... 4 months i have paid my bill for using nothing.. i get speed of 5kb/sec wt do i do with this.. so what i did was i started recording all their calls and messages...and kept collecting whatever i get... now still the same problem...i call and raise the complaint...they forward and resolve the complaint ... My question is why do they need to provide service if they cant take care of their customers... . . . . I have complainted in consumer court even with all the proofs... . . . u vl be busted

                              I have cancelled my MTS data connection in the month of Jan . After that there is no internet usage, I was told that once I pay the Jan month bill my data connection will automatically be cancelled . But I have got bills and calls from MTS to pay my monthly bills. I received a call from MTS Lawyer and then I paid Rs 2155, First I want a refund of that amount as I Have not used the service. Even after that I am receiving calls for payment of dues.

                                To whom it may be concern MDN No. [protected] This is in regard to the problem in network connection while using MTS postpaid data card. I took the connection on 11th of May 2015 and got activated the connection on 12th May 2015. Since that day I am facing the network issue. I complained the same to the customer care on 14th May 2015 and once a executive of MTS operated my system through remote access to resolve the issue and when he found that it can't be resolved by the same process then he told me that Sir, a authorized personnel of the company will come at your place and resolved the problem. Such concerned personnel came at my premises on 18th May 2015 and after all his steps/ efforts, he came to know that company's network site of this area is under process and back end team is working on it and it may be completed by the end of June, so the network issue will be resolved by the end of June 2015. I agreed with concerned personnel but the problem is that I opted for Rs. 799 Plan where company is providing 12 GB "3G Plus" and beyond 12GB company will provide unlimited Data usage with "2G or lower speed". But right now due to site work in process of the company I am getting the later one speed i.e. "2G or lower speed", which company is providing free of cost with the above plan of Rs. 799. The whole discussion is in regard that while I am not using that services which was opted by me then for what should I pay. The problem is on part of company and still I am ready to wait till June end when the site work may complete. But the point is, when the problem will be resolved by June end then either the company have to waive off the payment or should hold the services till June end until the problem is resolved. I already call to the customer care executives more than 20 times and always they said the same thing that we can provide only those information that are updated on our system. Every time they tried to not to resolve the issue. I thing it was the first time when I talked to the customer care executive for 1 hour & 27 minutes. such a illiterate persons they are. Now, this is the last time and I hope you may consider the problem and provide an acceptable solution or else I have to file an application to the consumer court or will send a legal notice to the company that where company was not in a position to provide "3G Plus" service then why they quoted that we will provide you 3G Plus service upto a extent. Such a ridiculous service I have ever received.

It may be noted that when i purchased the data, which was activated on 22nd December, 2014, it was guaranteed by the sales executive (Mr. Sandeep -Mob No. [protected]) that if you would not be satisfied by the services within 15 days and requests for refund of deposit amount i.e. Rs. 999, the same would be refunded. Since the service of data card was very poor and the MTS executive did not resolve the issue, i requested to close my connection and refund my deposit amount. 3. Subsequently, the connection was closed on 30 December, which is within 10 days of activation of my data card. 4. Despite my several telephone calls, my outstanding amount of Rs. 999 is yet to be received by me. In addition, company is continuously demand of Rs. 200 from me, which is non-sense. 5.Hence, it is requested to refund my deposit amount of Rs. 999 instead of claiming other charges. I hope the matter would be resolved by your side very soon.

                                    I raised an complaint on 14-May-2015 for MTS Blaze speed issue, which I was getting a download speed of &lt;50Kbs, where my plan is Rs 999 for 30 GB/month at a speed of 3.1 Mpbs.
                                    But the customer care replied that for my location (Velachery, Chennai) max speed limit is 400Kbs. But that is also not received by me. When I questioned them, why I have to pay Rs999 for 400Kbs speed. They are simply asking sorry for it, and telling about alternate plans that I can use. If they can’t provide the maximum promised speed of 3.1Mps then why are they selling the product after reaching the max limits?
                                    I don’t know how they are satisficing the customer by providing 400Kbs for a location by collecting hive price.

                                      i bought a mts data card [protected] plan 40 GB unlimited, after 3 months they changed the plan 20gb day and 20gb night after few months again changed plan 15 gb day 15 gb night, from yesterday my data card is very slow, i checked with cx care, they told i consumed the 15gb day data, but i am not consumed that much of data they are showing fake records and they did not give usage records, and then my night usage balance is 12Gb i have used more than 6gb they are showing fake usage . did not respond properly

                                        As said for my MTS no: [protected], the connection was activated on[protected]. I have purchased your dongle in view of 20GB + 20GB = 40 GB for 999 plan, but after activation I came to know that I have got 12Gb+12GB=24GB plan @999. So this is illegal to me as before activation you should inform me that I cannot get the plan that I preferred as the plan changed from your company. So now I am requesting you to kindly Block this connection immediately as I am not interested to run the same.
