I have ask MTS to cancel my bill plan change request, but i got two different answer from MTS, i.e. :- 1 MTS customer care on phone ( [protected] ) says we have accepted the cancellation of plan change and here after 999 plan will be there for nect billing cycle. 2 MTS email representative ( Ziyaur Rahman ) says your plan is changed. Two people two answer. Please do needful. I just want that, from yesterday what ever data I have consumed please deduct that amount of data and provide me 15GB(D) +15GB (N) data. I will not take any action regarding this. But if you are failed then I have to as this is a fault from MTS side.

    To, The Appellate Authority, MTS Limited, Kolkata. Subject: Non activation/functioning of MTS MBLAZE Ultra Wi-Fi dongle 3G Plus. Sir, With the deepest regret and a very heavy heart, I wish to bring to your kind attention the fact that on 28.04.2015, I received a phone call from a lady claiming to be associated with MTS, who introduced herself as Ria, from a mobile no [protected] who gave me a proposal to buy MTS MBLAZE Ultra Wi-Fi dongle 3G Plus at a price of Rs 1100/- (one thousand one hundred) only and further offered me an unlimited postpaid plan for a monthly payment of Rs 550/-(five hundred fifty) only. 2. As I was already using a MTS dongle for the last five years or so with a prepaid plan and was reasonably satisfied with the performance of the device as well as the company MTS, I agreed to the proposal as articulated in the previous paragraph and requested the lady who called me to deliver me the said device to my present place of residence at the earliest convenience. 3. On 29.04.2015 a person who introduced himself as Mr Anirban Roy [mobile phone no [protected]], came to my residence with the aforementioned device and delivered me a packet which contained EVOD Rev.B Data Modem, Travel Charger & User Manual and the MDN provided with the kit box is [protected]. 4. I paid Sri Roy Rs 1100/- (one thousand one hundred) only in cash and handed him the documents requested by him (Viz. Photocopy of Voter Identity Card, PAN Card and a recent passport size color photograph of myself). 5. I requested Sri Roy to kindly demonstrate how the newly purchased device works, but I was apprised by Sri Roy that it was not possible at that time but he assured me that the device will be activated within 24 hours of purchase. In this regard Sri Roy contacted Mr Deepak Jaiswal ([protected]) & Madam Ria ([protected]) and also requested me to have a chat with both the aforementioned officials of MTS over phone regarding the newly purchased device. Both of them also assured me that if I faced any problem as regards to the activation/functioning of the 3G dongle I can get in touch with them and they would do their best to assist me. 6. On the same day i.e. 29.04.2015, as far I can recollect, at around 8.00 pm, some one, who introduced himself as Mr. Shankar Sinha ([protected]) and a bona-fide employee of MTS, called me at my mobile no [protected] and asked me some questions as regards to my newly purchased device as well as my identity and being pleased with my answers, notified me that my new dongle would be activated within 9.00 pm on that very day itself and provided me with the provisional user id and password for the same purpose. 7. Being an existing MTS customer and reasonably satisfied with the company. I had no reason not to believe what was told to me by Mr Sinha. As such, I tried to use the newly purchased merchandise to connect to the internet and start exploiting it as boasted by the company on the cover of the packet containing the 3G dongle. 8. But contrary to the claim of Mr Sinha, as elucidated in the paragraph before the last paragraph, I was very surprised to find that I was unable to connect to the internet even after making several attempts to do so. I tried to call Mr Sinha on the same day after 9:00 pm, but to no avail, as Mr Sinha did not pick up my call, perhaps by design and not by chance. 9. On the next day, i.e. 30.04.2015, I made several attempts to connect to the internet using the newly purchased 3G MTS dongle but to no avail at all. Consequent upon the above, and being extremely frustrated, I called Mr Sinha at his mobile no [protected], but someone else picked up the phone and told me that Mr Sinha was unavailable to take my call but he was willing to listen to my problem and take necessary remedial measures. When I requested him to please introduce himself, the person who took my call did not wish to divulge his name rather he apprised me that he was one of the bona-fide employees of MTS ltd. 10. Consequent upon the above, I apprised this person the problem I was facing in detail and was told that my connection has already been activated by the company and I need to get in touch with the person who sold me the device. 11. Pursuant upon the above, I called both the so called bona-fide official of MTS several times, as alluded to in paragraph 5 supra over phone, but was stunned to find that both the mobile numbers were switched off throughout the entire day, which clearly establishes the fact the both the aforementioned officials bluffed to me previously and to cover their tracks purposely switched off their mobile numbers which were available with me. Thereupon, I called the MTS customer care and the person who took my call listened to my problem and intimated that the company has not received any of the documents which were duly handed over to Mr Roy at the time purchase of the said dongle. I was further told to get in touch with the person who sold me the device at the earliest. Since both the mobile numbers of Mr Jaiswal and Madam Ria were switched off throughout the day I had no other option but wait for them to respond. 12. Consequent upon the above, today i.e. 01.05.2015 I once again made several attempts to connect to the internet using my newly purchased MTS 3G dongle but with no luck whatsoever. Being extremely aggrieved at this incident I tried to get in touch with both Mr Jaiswal and Madam Ria but found Mr Jaiswals phone switched off and Madam Ria cunningly did not pick up my phone despite several attempts by myself to call her from my Registered Mobile number [protected]. 13. Pursuant upon the above, I called Madam Ria from another number, at around 11:00 AM and presto! this time a lady picked up my call made from another number which was unknown to Madam Ria. When I accosted the lady who took my call as regard to the behavior of non co-operation from the company MTS, she hurriedly intimated that she was not Ria but introduced herself as Rai Saha, which is extremely surprising to me. It was very clear that Ria and Rai are one and the same person, which is quite evident from the fact that she did not receive my call when I called from the registered mobile number and took the call when I called from a number which was unknown to her. Therefore, the culpability of this person is established beyond any reasonable doubt. 14. Thereupon, I apprised this so called Rai Saha the problem I was facing and was told that my connection will be activated before 2:00 PM and further assured me that she is going call me and intimate when my dongle has been activated by the company. 15. But contrary to the assurances given by this so called Rai Saha neither my dongle activated nor I received any call till 3:30 PM. 16 Being extremely perturbed, I for the umpteenth time called this so called person purportedly named Rai Saha and was apprised that due to mismatch between my present address and my permanent address my connection has been cancelled. Further, she apprised me that I need to send scanned copy of my Voter identity card by email to MTS for the company to take further action as regards my problem as already been discussed in detail herein-above. 17. Thereupon, I told this Rai Saha to send me an email elaborating the documents required by the company to resolve the problem faced by me. 18. Consequent upon the above, I received an email from s jha info.[protected]@gmail.com wherein I was told to upload scanned copy of my voter identity card for further disposal of the Company to resolve the problem of non activation of 3G MTS dongle which I purchased on 29.04.2015. 19. Sadly till now I have not received any reply from this s jha info.[protected]@gmail.com and my 3G dongle is still lying dead as duck. In this context, this is to affirm here that for the last five year or so I have been a customer of MTS prepaid internet service and never faced such a problem throughout this period. But I am deeply hurt at this appalling attitude of the company towards an existing customer as is elaborated in the foregoing paragraphs. As such I beseech your personal intervention in this matter and would like to implore you to kindly look into the matter urgently affording it the priority it deserves and resolve my problem at the earliest and take expedient punitive measures against those who have miserably failed to redress my problem despite being reminded of the same several times over phone and email as well.

      For the last billing cycle, mts had deducted my 500mb data usage which i was eligible to consume. As per my billing plan, my usage limit is 5gb. But effectively i could use only 4. 5gb since mts had incorrectly recorded my usage in two instances 200mb once and 300mb on the second instance. Beware of such malpractices, if you are a subscriber or prospective subscriber of mts.

        hi..im sandeep from indirapuram ghaziabad, u.p india, i purchase the MTS net connect from MTS they committed to me before activation you will got 3G plus speed up-to 9.8mbps more then the others but after activation a got the speed only 800kbps download and 500kbps upload and the net is working very slow the flies and folder are opening so slow and the net website are open very slow and im waiting when i want to do some urgent work when i do the complaint in MTS customer care they says to me in indirapuram we have maximum clients that's why you cant get the more speed of internet its a very bad answer when i pay for 3G plus speed plans then i need the service also at any cost of company not cooperated at this matter so guys be aware to MTS in future and don't take the MTS connection ever.

          I have a Data Dard No;[protected] in the name of Madhabendra Singha. on 14/5/15 received msg that used 40 GB data and thereafter I am unable to connect the net. This connection used my daughter for his study purpose. How It is possible to used 40 GB within 7 days. This problem is 3rd time as MTS send msg used 40 GB. I contact Customer care 3 times and they are not solve problems and some are very negligence of his duty and not connect the concerned authority so that they will solve the problems. You are requested that solve the problems, or mechanical error immediately so that I can used net connection. otherwise I will disconnect ny MTS connection and will go other operator.             Saw an add in quiker Add id is[protected] I ordered mts wifi data card On 7 may nd they delivered me on next day morning nd taken d desired amount which is 800 nd said ur number will be activate soon but now till this date its not activate I contacted d mts cust service they r helpless in this issue Nd try to call d guy but has not responding to me not answering my call nd switch off his mobile m going consumer court abt this nd report this this legally plz take d necsarry action against this ad id so that other ppl don't go through this

                I am a customer (data card no [protected]) of MTS and I am under package of 40GB(20day+20 night).Yesterday i received a sms that my usage package is 30GB with effective 16/05/2015.I have taken this connection only because i am getting 40GB @ 999.Now changing the usage is highly arbitrary and illegal.Moreover i have spent Rs 1500 to buy the Dongle believing you. If i am not getting 40GB @999 i am planning to go for another service provider.If you not entertaining my complaint i am forced to complaint cosumer forum under government.

                  Hi, I took the MTS Ultra Wi-Fi dongle a few months back for the plan of 40GB Unlimited for 999. Last month however, the plan was downgraded to 30GB for the same price without my consent. Once the threshold is reached, the company is providing only 32kbps speed which was not mentioned in the initial contract. We are thinking about replacing the dongle unless something is changed and if no action is taken, we would move into legal action for receiving compensation.

On talking to customer care, every time they are giving a new time and date for restoration. As my daughter is doing engineering, she is in urgent need of internet connection.                         [protected] 1. completly agreed with all of you who submitted complaint against MTS because same happened with me. i did not used dat much data and my high speed balance reduced. and its not first time that MTS doing. 2. MTS is small company in India and trying to establish its image but problem is that MTS do not have quality professionals. Reason: policy deficiency. and i am sure this company can not win hearts of people because of its dishonesty and rules. 3. Japan is using 200 mbps speed in throught the country and this non-sense company MTS is giving 32kbps after FUP. even 32 kbps is also people are not getting after high speed data finished. 4. you higher authorities of MTS guys, i do not know you are Indians or rusians or IIM pass out...etc all of you should be shamed on you because think can you stand against your main competitor's like ie: airtel, reliance, tata tele., local broadband isp's etc... do you have stamina like those giants...? ask yourself. your level is limited with Internet dongles only and only in some metros. do not you want to grow...??? you people are such a dishonest who are calculating data with wrong and lie way... 5. Sistema Tele... listen carefully this... its not time for 32kbps... as per your level min to min 512kbps after FUP you should provide and if you are here in my India just for time pass then do... i do not care... maximum to maximum i will pay bill and again shift with other isp. just think... i am taking 2gb extra high speed data and then downloading 866mb movies only and as per your record my high speed data reduced upto 349.5mb remains only... ha ha... what will happen...? i have one more MTS Data Card which i bought in 2010 and closed due to your cheating. again i came and same thing happens...? what rubbish sir... i am angry

When i bought this Satya(person) their relationship officer, promise that we have full network coverage in your area, I live in pushp vihar sector-4, new delhi. but I'm not even getting speed of 30kb/s.                             My Mts Data Card No:[protected], My data card speed are 017mb/s downloaded and for uploaded it is 0.16MB/s (http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]).I had placed a complaint to the customer care on 18th march and since they could not resolve the mater i placed a complaint to emailid:Appellate.[protected]@MTSIndia.in; the reference number for this e-mail is 670308 .the complaint no:(MAR/14120) the second email reference number for 2nd e-mail is 672898.They are not solving the network issue nor cancelling the data card .They are continously generating Bill.Pl try to solve the issue immediately.I am being continously called by MTS to make payments for service they are not providing by SMS, email and tele calls .I am going into mental torture and depression due to this.Pl help.

                              Hi, My name is Vinod Kmar, I bought MTS Ultra Wi-Fi dongle connection with number [protected] in December 2014. I informed MTS customer care several times that the speed they promised of 9Mbps speed which I'm not receiving but they kept giving silly reasons Then I finally registered a complaint with MTS customer service, complaint no. MAY/1822 on .07/05/2015 They informed their technical team will check on this. On 09/05/2015 I received a call in morning to keep the devise on for 5 hours which I did for 24 hours without switching off. Today 05/10/2015 I received their call but could not attend because I was riding bike. Later I received SMS stating they have closed the complaint. Then I called their customer care, the person informed me that they called me thrice which is false by the way hence they closed the complaint. The customer care person was very rude in his tone and response, also there were no seniors around to speak to me. I want to lodge official complaint against MTS for not keeping their promise of providing 9Mbps speed which I never saw in 6 months o[censored]se. I want them to compensate me Rs.10, 000 for the trouble and aguish I have gone through. Please help me.

                                I have purchased new MTS DATA CARD MBLAZE ULTRA @ Rs 1499/- at 3 G plus speed upto 9.8 Mbps as committed by the company.When I used the data card the speed I got was between 0.5 Mbps only as compared to 9.8 Mbps.I raised my complaint to MTS customer care today bearing no MAY/5273 on 10/05/15. The same problem was with MTS DATA CARD old model and I raised the complain for that also. After contacting 5-7 times they sent a technician who just did the speed test and speed was around 50 kbps. Now the problem is this MTS MBLAZE ULTRA speed which as their appellate authority is backing them with the reply that you are getting a decent speed of more than 1 Mbps and we can not provide you more than this speed.I am attaching all the supporting document that how MTS is cheating the customer by offering up to 9.8 Mbps speed but in fact they are not able to provide half of this speed. They should provide me the speed for which they are charging me otherwise my data card cost should be refunded with no monthly rent along with Rs 5000/- as compensation for playing with customer’s feelings.

                                  Hi, my vodafone bill was increased without any reason, When i called customer care i got to know that i made a call on 55555 and got deducted for this but i didn't make any such call. they in creased my bill without any reason. it is really very bad, how they can do this with their customer.                                     Dear Care, I am requested several time for permanently disconnect the mts device no. [protected], on feb 2015. after my request mail also they are generating bill even I am not using this device from past Feb 2015 till date. any how without using any MTS services, I apid total billed amount Rs.1701 in Apr 2015, when device was not in active mode. but without any my communication with MTS care/executive, today again I received a massege from MTS regarding bill, they are generared Rs. 299.00 amount of bill. what is this, may I know the reason for this type of activity.                                       Hello, This is regarding my MTS data card (# [protected]), which had stopped connecting my lap top to Internet. Then I raised the issue to customer care who advised my to go the service center and gave me the address which actually was a shop for selling mts data cards, then I called up customer care again then I was sent to some other service center where I was told that my data card will is not of particular manufacturer (Lava) so we will not handle this. Then Again I called up customer care then they registered my complaint and promised resolution in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I again contacted MTS customer care then they told my its 24 working hrs exuding all holidays so effectively its 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 May 2015 for me. My data card is under warranty and while taking connecting I was confirmed on the spot resolution which is actually false statement proved... please help for the same.                                         It's been 4 days i am waiting for resolution to issue which MTS could not resolve. Now i want to disconnect the service but no one from support team responding, just promising that i will get call in an Hour which never happening. Please help me to proceed with dosconnection.
