Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply regarding disconnecting MTS data card service. Me the holder of MTS data card no [protected], viewed your mail and not satisfied by your reply. When I got the device I found the indoor connectivity is not fair. So I complained to set it correct. But the technician who attends this could not able to resolve the problem. If I have the device without indoor connectivity the purpose of mine could not be attained. You have stated in your very first mail the time limit for redressal of complaints is at least three days. But even after four months no remedial measures were taken. After getting your MTS data card i introduced five more subscribers. Since I’m not satisfied with your service, I wish to quit from this service immediately. Kindly adhere it. Assure the disconnection by your mail. The last bill amount of Rs.509/- for the month of April is requested to be adjusted with the device amount. P.S.Sundar MTS data card no [protected]

Dear Appellate,

In my indoor we have using only one mobile Wifi login. your MTS wifi device has connected only the download speed of 0.04kbps and upload speed 0.02kbps. (your technician also confirmed it)

From the beginning i am raising this problem but your end only asking the payment. not customer satisfaction. i am already paid three months bill without satisfaction. please resolve this issue ASAP.

    I am using a post paid data card from MTS, the number is [protected]. The plan I took from them is Rs.999/- 40GB unlimited. and now I have checked my plan which is active today is Rs.999/- 15GB. The company itself has downgraded my original plan without any information given to the customer. How can a Internet provider can decide and change customer plans??? Today I have called their customer care to make a complaint on this, and they said as per our new AJ Company Policy all the previous plans has been downgraded from April 2015, and my MTS data card plan also changed from 40 GB to 15GB. This is so ridiculous that a company can do such act without knowing the customer? They were running after me to take the data card initially by highlighting that i am getting 40GB data in a month, and now within months the plan downgraded??? that too with a same amount?? I want my old plan back without any delay and need the confirmation from the company. Or else will escalate the matter to next level...I have already mailed the same to their customer care and appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in. Need an urgent resolution!!!     i am also facing the same problem. They told that the 40 gb is reduced to 30gb, 15 gb day and 15 gb night. But i am paying same price i.e. 1122 INR. I think i should deactivate from MTS.
    Mts way of treating customers:-

    it will be funny u should read


    If MTS starts a QSR then they say unlimited breakfast, lunch, supper ...and take 999 plus taxes with customer

    then when they pay the amount they will say

    breakfast is from 10 am- 10.15 am
    lunch is from 10.15am -10.30 am
    Dinner is from 10.30am -11.am

    How much will the customer eat in one hour?

    can u satisfy his hunger throughout the day?

    So he has to starve rest of the day


    Let put it in this way...

    u might be getting salary of 50000

    will u be happy if they pay u 35000?

    in that 35000...u have to spend 17k in morning and 18 k at night

    I[censored] dont go anywhere at night what will u do? how will u spend money?

    so u have to return the non spending amount back to MTS


    Now i just activated 5gb booster pack ...and the funny thing is that even at night (as u follow russian timings)...even i have high speed data, it will be deducted from my Booster pack... WOWWW

      If you want to get a criminal legal notice, for an offence that you did not commit, then buy a MTS data card . It is a fraud company, threatening and cheating the customers . I bought a 3G plus MBLAZE ultra wifi data card in december 2014, in Chennai . I needed it very badly with immediate/fast activation. The activation process was said to be completed in 3 days and the data card did not work . On calling customer care, I was told to upgrade the software on data card in a MTS store. So I again went to MTS store and upgraded the software and then came back to find that it did not work. Again called up MTS customer care, and was told to go to store again and check . By doing all this I had lost one week and decided to cancel the data card and asked for refund. [By this time, I got another datacard from another vendor and got it activated and working in a day. ] I registered a complaint and a request for cancellation of MTS data card at customer service . My ordeal has just began. After two weeks, a bill for Rs.797 was sent to me for various charges.( remember my data card was not even working !!!). Then after one month, I got another bill for Rs . 969, which included late fee. I have been calling up customer service to refund and revoke all these charges as I did not use it at all. Then came a legal notice to my surprise for non-payment of charges. I was threatened that legal action will be taken if bill is not settled. I refused to pay thinking that justice will prevail. Today, 05/05/2015, I got a call from some advocate in Delhi High Court, that If it is not paid then Rs10000 will be charged. Is this threatening ? Is this goondagiri by MTS ? Shame on you. I think MTS people responsible should be punished and put behind bars for causing trouble to common people. Please dont buy or recommend it to anyone. By the way, My MTS number is [protected] .

        I am having MTS internet connection No.[protected]. I had requested for booster for my above connection on 29.03.2015 and I was given to understand that the same will be activated within 4 hours. I specifically requested that if the booster is not activated as informed i.e. within 4 hours on 29.03.2015, the same should not be activated as I will not be requiring the facility. Inspite of my clear instructions, the booster was activated on 30.03.2015. A bill for Rs.140 is raised which I have not paid since the same is against my request. On 22.04.2015 in an arbitrary manner, my internet services are stopped and I am being forced to make payment for the services which I have not availed.

          Hello, I have not Used MTS service for the month of April, , It was disconnected in the 2nd week of April even though the bill is generated for two months March and April, , I had issue with speed with this network it was not solved, , Complaint date 9th of march..not yet solved.

            Sir last month also it happened..I had a wifi dongle of mts no. [protected] registered on mobile no.[protected]..I take recgarge of prepaid 999 rs.which give 10 gb days and 10 gb night..but when 10 gb day time is over..even in night it does not work..it caused me a losss of 5000 rs Due to no nertwork in night..im frustrated...it is also unlimited but spees is not at all of surfing also..please do it fast else I woulf habe no option except going in court..

I HAVE SAID THAT I NEVER HAVE APPLIED FOR ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REFUND THIS BALANCE AND STOP ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE IF STARTED TO MY MOBILE NUMBER. BUT ALL IN VAIN.                   I have wifi postpaid dongle of mts MBLaze. Very Slow Internet speed. Bandwidth is 9 mbps. In speedtest.net only 30kbps speed. Page will take huge time to load. I have buy it before 1 week and it is started heat up. I have complained many time they say to reset it and asking for start for monitoring and then says everything okay they can not send people at home. Google ping is breaking and on his server ping is works fine without break. They said it is working fine because his own sites load okay and ping well.

                    Hello Team, Its been very frustrating to follow up with MTS care. i purchased wi-fi dongle of MTS no: [protected]. From first day we don't have a good speed experience with it, now we purchased the laptop, when i connect it to the laptop it is not configured in it and i am not able to connect the Internet normally apart from WiFi. I made a complaint for this three times in Customer care, but all time they close the complaint with the remark ""Customer is not responding so we are closing the issue"", however i have not received any calls from their side for the resolution.                       I'm an MTS customer since last few yrs. but thy hv gone worse while mking nonsensical adverts. I recharged online using citibank on 29th April for 499 - it said successfull!!! (money deducted from card) but no connection till night - customer care gv diffrnt reasons - server down, takes 12 hrs...all dat jazz the supervisor was RUDE n he din evn know the difrencee betwen "takes 12hrs" n "within 12hrs" (what kind of floor supervisors do u hv????) On April 30th around 1PM called u guys spoke to Sheetal - d WORSE customer rep i hv evr spoken to in my life. Instead of pacifying, she wanted to overtake the conversation n insisted i listen to her. Whn i told her she needs to listen, she kept mum for a long time when whn I asked question. When i said u r supposed to reply, VERY ARROGANTLY she said u told me to listen so i was listening" (whr do u pk up such reps from???? She BLAMED me for being unprofessional n rude!!! VERY ARGUMENTATIVE She did not connect me to any supervisor when i asked her to do so twice. when I asked for her supervisor name she said "Sangeeta". I wont be surprised if she lied. She was ARROGANT, RUDE, MANNERLESS, evrything opposite of wat is expected of a customer rep. I duno what hapned to the call cuz i directly heard the IVR menu. I want my money back for the failed recharge. and definitely i'm so luking forward to a service provider who knows how to handle customers with respect...whch is the basics Apart from that i'm going to post this in public greviance forums and also mail the MTS members on LinkedIn I hope for an immediate action and quicker response!!! Thanks for adding on to my Frustration !!! Bangalore

                            When I purchased the data card, they told me that it'll be activated in a day or so but it took more than 4 days to activate and that too when I made a number of phone calls to them. now that it has got activated, I received an e-mail telling me that the plan chosen by me if 7gb day and 7gb night. I had not chosen this plan, the plan that I chose of 5gb day and 5gb night. When I called up in the customer care, all they told me was that they could do nothing about it and I forcefully have to pay the bill. Why should I pay a bill for something that I had not asked for? Really irritated with MTS service from a week.

My ph no is 91 [protected] at West Bengal circle.Today (30/04/2015) I am recharge Rs 10 & Rs 27 but automactically activae unused services & lost my money 27/-, when i called customer care and asked about this matter, they said me that it will not be refunded and very miss behave to me & cut the phone call.I am not satisfy MTS services. help me in resolving this problem or i may switch to other network...

                                I have bought MTS ultra Wifi Post paid connect for Rs 1200 on 1st Mar 2015. I was advised, in case of coverage / speed is poor, if I raise a complaint they will provide the refund. I didn't face any issue for the first month. I have utilised the given 10 GB Day + Night. But from April 7th I didn't get proper speed. most of the time devise not getting connected. I have raised so many complaints but no body looked, they closed everything as Congested area and i won't get speed. for last four days devise is not even connected a single time. They are asking me to wait for some time, with out mentioning proper date. They won't resolve my complaint, i won't able to connect to internet but they will ask to pay the monthly rental. Why should i pay the monthly rental when there is no service provided? I have asked this question to customer care representative they are not ready to answer. They asking me to go for disconnection. Then why the hell I paid 1200 for this MTS device? I don't know how to take this up further.

                                  i used mts data 6Gb in night on 16 April(12am to 7am) corresponding to my bill cycle (16 to 15. i have given request in previous cycle to change plan from 40 gb to 10 gb from this cycle. after getting no response from mts i complained further to change plan then my plan changed but they consider my used data at day time instead of night time. now i am requesting to do the change.

                                    My name is avish patel my mts no : [protected] on 13 feb i had deactived my dongle due to fault in it.still i got bill of that month rs 1122 when then i tried there care no there wasnt a suffiecent reply coz every time they claim something different ie some say i activated dongle by calling them while another say it was done by mts store . while my stand is clear that i havent use a single kb in feb nor i have activated my dongle after feb 13

                                      I brought MTS wifi device from maninagar MTS retailer on 11/3/2015, prepaid connection with 3 month validity...within 20 days device had connoctivity error. I contact retailer but not satisfactorily answered. Again and again I visited and finally on 6/4/2015 filed complained regarding device connectivity error. They assured problem will corrected within 12 days but even after 25 days no any person came for that. I frequetly visited their local franchise but they everytime postpone for any reason and till date no any step is taken regarding device error.                                         i have been facing speed issues from last 6 months but not a single resolution. instaed telling me to disconnect my connection so i even told them to the disconnection several time but they want me to write mails send an application and blah blah . but without my consent they keep on changing the data plan. firstly i was having 40gb ul 999 data plan which automatically migrated to 20+20gb and now there's is a limit that they have downgraded to 15+15gb. while they can downgrade my data plans without consent then why are they not closing my connection. because for every month due to speed issues i am not able to use even 10% of data and still need to pay full amount. so for last 6 month they getting the money free of cost . and there customer care and executives are not bother about the customer grievances.
