Hi, I was using 999 (40 GB) plan ([protected]) and was satisfied with it. One fine day I started experiencing slow speed. First I thought it can happen sometime. Than I received message from strange no. +9110 that 15 GB limit was exhausted. Now first thing is there was no mention of my MTS no. or even MTS company name in message. How the hell could anyone understand that message is from MTS and for which MTS data card. Initially I thought message is from Airtel. Pure stupidity and shows how unprofessional they are. Secondly and more important part is that they changed my plan from 40GB to 15GBday+15GBnight without informing me. They didn't even had the courtesy to send me an SMS. I think that's also illegal. I called up customer care to ask what is the issue and this customer care guy didn't even tried to help me and just took down my request to close the connection (funny). I believe they just want to close the connection who have older and more beneficial plans.Guys beware of this company.

At the time of buying your data card, your executive said that this plan will never change for the older/existing subscribers. You guys are liars that is why you are not growing in comparison with other networks.

How can you change any plan your self without intimating your subscriber. I have never seen any operator changing plan for existing customer and that to without intimating subscriber. Even if one has to change, one only discontinues with the plan and comes out with a new plan for "New Customers", they never change plan for the "Existing Customers".

Please do not change my plan and keep it 40 GB without Day/Night factor. If this will not be there, I will not pay the last pending bill. I believe they just want to close the connection who have older and more beneficial plans.Guys beware of this company.

    I am a user of MTS data card. I received a call from an MTS marketing representation towards MTS data card and its services. Although I am an existing user I had shown interest for some attractive plan if any, towards further addition of a new connection apart from existing one. The sales representative called me up on 20/04/2015 from a mobile no [protected] naming Sarmistha. In abscence of thorough knowledge about the different plan & offer she, handed over the phone to another representative. Actively I started the conversation for some new & attractive plan, which the sales representative failed to explain the same and ended saying " For High end Food" you want to pay "Low", and disconnected the line. This behaviour was shocking and untolerable, as to how a sales representative himself calling for selling the product does not convenience the buyer and insults with their own words and manner. The experience was really disappointed.

        Hello. My mblaze number [protected] was deactivated on 16th March. And my bill for feb- march of Rs. 922 was paid by the due date. Still I got a new bill of Rs. 181. While cancellation I had enquired from customer services that will there be any more bills to be paid, but they assured me that 922 was the last and final bill to be paid. I had enquired the same from MTS mini store (Rakhi Communication, Barrackpore) They also told the same. I've not even plugged in the device after 15th March but still I've received a bill. When I emailed customer care their reply was " Dear Customer,

        Thank you for writing to MTS.


        We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.


        You have expressed your concern in the email dated Sun, 19th April '2015 regarding MTS number [protected] about service disconnection, we would like to inform you that on behalf of your request number 1496445, your services have been temporarily deactivated since 20-MAR-15.


        We would be sharing the final bill of full and final outstanding amount in the next month. We would request you to kindly pay the same for processing the request of permanent disconnection.


        If you require further assistance please do get back to us. We would be glad to assist you.

        My mts number [protected] jan i face so many connectivity issue and i inform so many times to mts Cus cae but i get replied systems not update and call cut during speaking i paid my feb2015 bill and i want to request disconnect the mts by call but they didn't reply try to brain wash me so i have move to mts store to deactivate my mts on 27th friday they assure me they surely deactivate my mts mblaze wifi dongle i ask bill and cancellation evidence but they give bill only and i have mts final bill settled but next month i receive bill of 1122rs still now i get 1734rs and advocate notice 20 above msgs so plz friend don't buy fraud = MTS... if it still continue i take legal action towards mts wait and see...

          I was sold with a defective modem which didn't work even for a day. While I was trying to return it and get my refund of Rs.2200/-, they generated a bill amount of Rs.1725/- for 0MB used and no service provided. I had been haunted with repeated phone calls and sms which led to no resolution of this issue. Finally instead of paying me back, now I received a message stating "Advocate Notice generated due to non payment of Rs.1725 for your MTS A/C no."

            Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I Miss Sreemoyee Kayal had been using MTS Mblaze Dongle since 2013 and with an assurance of enhanced speed up to 9.8 mbps I have upgraded my device to MTS 3g plus wifi dongle on January 2015 Mblaze no [protected].But to my surprise I never get my speed above 250kbps and on an average my speed ranges from 100-200 kbps and very recently it has been degraded within 50 kbps when i have my data balance within limit.I have complaint regarding this speed issue on[protected] MAR/3870 and on[protected] APR/1542 for which it was assured to resolve within some stipulated hours but to my surprise both of this complaints were closed without resolving my problem and on further inquiry i was again provided with a complaint no on[protected] APR/4889.I am really perplexed with this system of providing false complaint no which is not even resolved and even closed.I just want to be clear whether this speed issue problem will be solved or not and if this is the maximum speed that I will be getting in the near future then please don't give any false assurance of resolving this speed issue.I will be more than happy if necessary actions are taken rather than harassing us by providing a mere complaint no which is not even taken on a serious note.I have been paying my bills which cost me around Rs.1122/-month for mts 3g plus service but till date i am deprived of those benefits for which I have been charged since January 2015.I want to settle this matter finally without any trouble and harassment on both sides and assure me whether this low speed problem can be solved or else I would like to go for other options who are available in the market and who value their customers more than MTS is valuing us this recent days.This is the first time I am facing such a horrible and worst experience from one of the leading operators.               sir/mam, i am a mblaze customer. m using mblaze wifi dongle with 999 plan and u have assured me that i will get a speed up to 9.2Mbps but what i get is only 0.6mbps hardly. i have called you and one of your operator assure me that this problem will be resolved with in 2-3 days and now 18-20days had past. i try your customer care number but it is always busy. Few days ago I mailed u the same but didn't get any response. Kindly give a sure response that will i get a higher speed or not so that i can change the connection to any other operator. i am sharing the result of my speed below: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]

                Dear sir, Its not even 1 years since I have taken MTS connection and they are imposing new data plans on existing customer. In July, 2014, when I have availed new MTS connection they charged 999 + Taxes = Rs.1122 monthly and providing 40 GB (high speed unlimited usage without time limit like Day/night) Now they change my plan - > 15 GB Day and 15 GB Night ( Total 30 GB) on same price. (means they charge more 25%) I don't know, how they can imposed any plan without consumer's concern. This is cheating, to add customers by providing lucrative plans initially and later change them at their own discretion. In my case I dont accept this plan, and please restore same plan (old). And if you are not agree then i am not interested any more in MTS India. Please take back your MTS DATACARD device and return my refund for the dongle.                 Same this has happened to me and I have tried and tried to get a response from the customer care; all they tell me is that they don't know and they will arrange a call back which never comes! I don't understand why companies in India take their customers' rights so lightly! MTS's attitude has been nothing short of appalling and I am seriously thinking about legal action!
                Same happened with me as well. My no. is [protected]. They never informed me. I think thats illegal. Also when I called customer care, instead of helping me out their customer care huy took my request to close my no. I think they want to close the nos. with older and more beneficial plan.

                  Hi, I'm using this MTS Mblaze for the past 4-5 months & it was fine but this month I got the balance 5gb day & 5gb night, within first 3-4 days I received the message that my 5gb day data has been used, I have no idea how it's been used because I'm using the way I was using it for last 4-5 months. Need to know the reason for this asap. Secondly before sending the reminders for the bill payment kindly check your system whether its been paid or not.                     From the day of purchasing the MTS data card, I don't get network speed greater than 250 Kbps. On the 3rd day of purchasing i registered the complaint and the technician was keeping on checking for the solution till the first month bill got generated and most of the data were spent by the technicians for the network speed check up.                         I had been using an MTS datacard ([protected]) last year for which I had raised a complaint for low internet speed As the issue had not been resolved, I stopped using the card. On 29th Dec 2014, I was asked by the MTS call center person to make a full and final payment of Rs.572 along with a written request for disconnection which I gave to the person who collected the cheque. After collecting the payment, MTS has again raised another mail asking for further payment to disconnect the datacard (one on which they never resolved my complaint and hadn't been used for 4 months). Now they have sent a mail as legal notice to make payment without still specifying whether the datacrad will be disconnected. Note: Well, the irony here is that MTS is asking me to make payment on a datacard with a dataplan of Rs.200 per month while I had replaced that card with their WiFi model which has a data plan of Rs.1000+. So, if I am forced to use that card again, I will disconnect their Rs.1000 dataplan to use their Rs.200 dataplan.

                          Sir, I wish to inform you that I have been using the MTS data cards as given below: Prepaid cards: Numbers:[protected], [protected] Post paid card: number: [protected] I had been contacted your agent for some years back and informed me that the post paid card is very useful and requested to buy a card. After a hectic discussion I have bought the Post paid data card. However, it was not working (connected) after two hours on wards. I have made number of calls every day to inform the problem. But no use. Then I called the agent and asked him to disconnect the connection and get back the Data card. I have received no reply for that also. Then time passed out. After that I forgot the matter and I thought that I lost Rs. 2400/- paid initially. However after two years some body contacting from different phone numbers that I have been booked for non payment of Rs.1935/- for two month periods for which I have appear in delhi court and pay a fine of Rs. 30000/-(Thirty Thousand) otherwise I have to undergo for 7 years jail term. I have explained to some calls patiently about the incidents but no use. Then I have decided not to use the remaining Prepaid MTS cards, for which I have paid so far more than Rs.25000.Now I request you to kindly check the actual time I have used the Post paid card and accordingly please send me a bill to my Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com so as to enable me to act accordingly. Otherwise I may not use hereafter the two prepaid numbers also. If necessary I will return the two prepaid data cards in any of your customer care centres located in Trichy or in Pondicherry.                           I have already made a complaint about the poor and misleading services of MTS. However I have not received any positive reply so far, but the agents of MTS are harassing me by making frequent calls and sending SMS more frequently and threatening you will face legal action.

                          Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                            I had submitted an application dated 24/02/2015 for porting my BSNL prepaid Number [protected] to MTS prepaid. My unique porting code is BL 511925 dated 23/02/2015. The MTS dealer (MTS, S.S. Kovil Road, Thampanoor, Trivandrum) received my porting application and issued a prepaid MTS CDMA sim. (Sim No.OMH[protected] Mo1) The dealer guaranteed to convert my BSNL No. [protected] to MTS prepaid within seven days. The MTS authorities contacted me and tried to convert the schme 'prepaid to postpaid'. I did not agree to that. I wanted only prepaid connection. So far no action has been taken by the MTS authorities to port the number as desired by mer. In the circumstances I request that immediate action may be taken to allow the porting as already ordered by the porting authorities. Thanking you, Yours Sincerely, Sd/- (S.                               This is for your kind information that I Mr.Tomal Chatterjee Mblaze no-[protected] have been using the device since 2013 and i was offered mblaze wifi service with a promise to offer upto 9.8mbps speed and so I have upgraded to mblaze 3gplus on jan 2015 ([protected]) but to my surprise I was not getting the speed upto the mark failure to which I contacted the MTS customer care on [protected] via compalint no APR/1841 dtd[protected] and request no-1580574 and 1588449 dtd[protected] and[protected].I have been getting a speed of 50-100 kbps on average which is much below the expected belt.The complaint was closed without solving whereas the requests are still in process.This is the first time i have been facing such a worst experience only from MTS.I have been paying for the last months for 3g plus service but for no productive purpose as the service was poorer than 2g service.Even the customer executives are not attending this complaint on a serious note and their services are too prolonged and delayed which harasses me on daily basis and make me suffer a lot for their irregularity.Hope this problem will be sorted as soon as possible or else I will be bound to look for some other option due to your unsatisfactory service.I never expect to get such a worse experience from MTS Thanking you

                                This is not a good practice I have bought MTS dongle 1.5 months ago. It is not activated yet. I have already called to customer care more than 30 times. Calling cost to customer care & time is disgusting. They are neither returning it nor giving me solution to fix the problem. Its really bad service from MTS. What should I do now ? Please help.

                                  I am Srinivasan Durai, an engineering graduating student from Tamil Nadu.i purchased mts mblaze(No:[protected]) in november of 2014. i was facing network issues from the date of purchase and i was often complaining about it to the customercare, but i dint get a proper response. So in January of 2015 i called the mts customer care and asked them to deactivate my number as i was not satisfied. but they dint deactivate my number and they have charged me for the next three months for the data i have not at all used. they have also filed a legal complaint on me. when i further contacted them they said my number was not deactivated and if i am not paying i have to face legal charges.
                                  MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    data card no [protected] Recharged by Rs 299/- on 18/3/15. Received sms that validity will be up to 15/3/15 balance made 0 on 14/4/15. almost 6 GB data usage was avilable. Recharged on 15/4/15 but balance not carried forward. where message receive after recharge on 18/3/15 shows validity up to 15/4/2015

                                      A person named Avinav (ph. no: [protected]) called me up and mentioned that I had a lot of points in my credit card to be redeemed. Then he asked me to verify the credit card number and then he did some transaction by which I got an OTP from the HDFC bank and he asked me to type the same from my phone. Then he debited rs 7999 from my account in the name of gifts8home_payTM MUMBA. When I investigated, I found the phone number from MTS Delhi NCR. I am surprised how a company like MTS is not doing any KYC while providing SIM card. How come a person who can do an open online transaction from a site which has no registration. HDFC has no clues about this although it has been happening since long. I have no idea how to sort it out. But I will fight till the end. Regards, Sambit.
