Inaccurate data balance deduction

Poor Network and not keeping promise of refunding

Non Activation of MTS dongle no. 8459654301 from last 1 month

I m really unhappy to express you that my mts no. [protected] deducted 2 rs everyday without prior notification. One month ago i recharged 87 easy recharge on my number but after 2 days my balance deducted automatically.since then i lost approx 34 rs. I want this service fully deactivation as well as my lost money back otherwise i completely disconnect mts service and network....
