I am using MTS Broadband unlimited data pack Rs.550.00 for 5GB Day & 5GB Night usage per month at speed o[censored]pto 3mpbs and the No. is [protected]. On consuming the high speed day data I requested for a booster pack @ Rs. 125 for 2GB pack that was activated on 27.4.15. At the time the night data usage remaining was over 4GB. While downloading at 12.30 am on 28.4.2015 I expected the usage of the remaining night data balance of 4GB. But I was surprised to note that the usage was not from the balance remaining but from the high speed 2GB data requested earlier. The CC when contacted stated that first the new pack requested would be consumed fully and then only I could use the remaining balance night data. I had wanted to use the new booster pack for the day time but it seems that before I can access the balance high speed data I will have to consume the new pack. This I feel is taking the consumer for a ride as his free data is kept in abeyance and compelled to seek more paid high speed data. It is my wish that the company be called up for this unfair practice. The free night data should be used first before consuming the fresh pack.

    We bought a postpaid wi-fi connection of MTS on 16/02/2015 and got the data card. > > MDN Number : [protected] But our experience with the postpaid connection was horrible. We couldnt use it even for 5 minutes due to non-connectivity. I have made complaints atleast 10 times to MTS customer care as well as through e-mail. And no action was taken by the company to resolve the issue. The main problem was negligible speed of 0.01mbps which this company claim to be more than 5 mbps. I asked the customer care to disconnect the connection many times but they neglected it by saying the problem will be resolved soon. Even after all this, they generated my bill for Rs. 1014 and refused to disconnect the connection until the bill was paid. I asked them if I havent used even 1 MB of it whereas the plan was for 40gb, why should I pay the bill. But this demand was completely ignored. And this was not enough, i have received the bill for the 2nd month as well for Rs. 1802. And now when I have completely refused to pay the bills for the services which haven't been used, they are neither disconnecting the connection nor cancelling the said bill. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL FOR HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS.

      Purchased a MTS dongal on 28 Feb 15 having no [protected] which was having wi-fi problem. Then It was deposited to LAVA Cust Care on 03 Apr 14 for its rectification and replacement, it was replaced and provided to me on 24 Apr 15. I called up to MTS care for consideration of left over data of appx 10-12 GB. But no initiative taken till date. No the needful pls thanks

        I used MTS wifi postpaid data card for 2 months - january and february. i was using MTS wifi prepaid data card before this, wwhich was working really well. But the 2 months with the postpaid connection were horrible. I have made complaints atleast 10 times out of which only 3 were recorded. And no action were taken by the company to resolve the issue. The main problem was negligible speed of 0.01mbps which this company claim to be more than 5 mbps. I asked the customer care to disconnect the connection many times but they neglected it by saying the problem will be resolved soon. Even after all this they generated my bill for the 3rd month and refused to disconnect the connection until the bill was paid. I asked them to regenerate the bill according to the usage which was negligible but still they asked for the amount rupees 1124 which I plan for 40gb. But this demand was completely ignored. And this was not enough, i have received the bill for the 4th month as well. And now when I have completely refused to pay the bills for the services which haven't been used, so they are claiming for the legal obligations. This company is horribly fraud, never ever go for this company. Paying the bill is not a big deal, I can pay it anytime but the problem is the company's behaviour. Though I agreed with the terms and conditions before using the services, but that doesn't mean, I am liable to pay for this fraud

          My MTS no. is [protected]. I had subscribed to a plan of Rs. 999 for 40GB permonth. AS per that my monthly bill used to come to Rs. 1122. These MTS people changed the plan to Rs.1299 for 40GB without asking me whether I want to continue or not. I didn't know that & i ended up paying Rs. 1460 for the month of FEb. I was busy so didn't look into the details of the bill. When i got the bill for the month of march with the same amount of Rs. 1460, i checked the bill & found out that the plan has been changed without my knowledge. I called them up & they said that Sir we had sent messages & mails to you but I didn't get any mails from the MTS people. Else I would have stopped the plan then & there.I tild the customer care guy that I will be paying Rs. 1122 for the month of Feb & March since You guys didn't inform me for a plan change. I asked them that why didn't you guys call & ask me whether I want to continue or not. I told them that for the month of April I will pay 1460 since now i know the changed plan & by end of this month i will change my plan/.The customer care guy said u pay according to the old plan for feb & march & pay according to the new plan for the month of April. I was ok with it & made the payment. Now evey single day I am getting the messages to pay rest of the amount. On top of that these thieves have stopped my internet usage for the past 5 days. They are troubling me just coz i didn't pay the complete amount. It is a mistake on their part & not mine. I tried calling 3 times to customer care but they disconnet saying sir you are not audible. Please look into this as I am being troubled by their messages & not able to use the internet.

            Dear sir /ma'am At the onset I must tell you how appauled I am by the unprofessional behavior of your executives. It shames to even mention how hurt I am by the lacasadical attitude topped with bags full of arrogance. The case is as follows. 1.Documents submitted at mts store with the name of shree sai communications, vaishali nagar on 24 April at 1000hrs for migration to post paid on promises by the executives that the card will be activated by day end. 2.physical verification done on 24 th April itself at 1800 by your executive wit promises that card activation will happen in two hours. 3.the problems started thereafter... I waited for the night nothing happened. Next day once I go the said store they again promise the activation will be done in two hours. I waited for the day nothing happened.by evening I got worried and called the customer care but they won't entertain my problem but instead kept saying you have to wait we can't help you. They won't even register s customer complaint. That was atrocious. 4.next morning on 26 April once again I call the customer care they do my telephone verification and say the connection will be active in 20 mins. I received several confirmation messages. But to my shock nothing happened in next three hours. I called back again I was not entertained and given a cold response to wait. Finally after six further calls tht day they told me your physical verification is not listed in our system. This was the indeed the worst joke I ever heard because as I told before this by done the executive on 24 April itself. So I finally called up the person who did the physical verification and asked as why is this happening, and in his blunt reply he said he had done his work and submitted a positive result on 24 th itself. 5. After having add I open to him I add I one the customer care and they finally took a complaint we I think number apr/16164 and promised a revert within 16 hours, which also offcourse never came. 6.after having an ordeal for more than 72 hours wen I go the store again this morning and ask as why this kind of problem happened shud I register another complain, I was pushed with cold indifference saying do whatever you want we are not bothered. 7.i called up customer care again and asked them to take a complaint but even they refused. 8.how shud I react now.? 9.can you kindly help. My mts data card number is [protected]. 10.This is a clear case of lying, false promise, mental harassment and unprofessional approach.

              I recharged my MTS no [protected] on 23 april 2015 by 500 rupees. I got 600 as talktime.. From next day onwards i am receiving call continuously from their company for caller tune and jokes pack etc I registered for DND Tgey saying it will take 7 days to activate it Meanwhile they deduct my balance and reduced to 396, saying i opted for their value added services and all Though i never activated it After complaint they made my balance 508 But it should b 598 They saying now no balance will be refunded Please help me n call me on [protected] harsh goel

                Bought a data card [[protected]] from MTS on 19th March-2015 and a personal verification was done on 20th March-15 for activation purpose. The claim was that the data card would be activated for internet in 2 days and even on 23rd March, the data card was not activated. When checked with customer care, they mentioned that the card is active, but I was not seeing any internet flowing from it. After a day’s ordeal, I noticed that the data-card is showing number 4707 at the end, but the box showed 4706. After several calls to the call centre and after much trouble got a MTS person to come home and give me another data card for me to use and by the time, it was 28th March. That is right, I lost totally 5 days and I could finally use my data card on 28th March – 2015. I bought a data card on 19th, which was activated on 23rd due to various goo[censored]ps and I ended up using my card only on 28th March. I wrote to MTS customer care requesting for waiver and initially they said NO to my request stating that I am using a post-paid connection and processing waiver is not possible. After I urged them in stronger words, they agreed to process waiver, but wanted me to wait till the bill was generated. MTS is very clever and they don’t give you any complaint number as such for any of your requests and will be saying to you that, your request is escalated and it will be taken care of. I am pretty sure that customer requests are noted in a slip-paper pad and the paper-pad papers are used to wipe of oily hands after snaking Samosas. The reason I am telling you this is, there is no follow up check by MTS on any of our complaints and when we call up MTS CUST-CARE to get a status, we have to explain our problem all over again. Ok, let me get back to narrating the remaining part of the problem. Now, in the month of April, I waited till 23rd April to cross as that is my “official” data card activation date according to their records. I did get a bill, but that was for the other data card number which I was having earlier, the one that ended with 4707. Again I had to explain to a CUST CARE person my problem that I had from the beginning, all over again. This time, both the data cards, 4706 and 4707 had the same contact info. That is, the mobile and email were mine and no wonder I got the 4707’s bill first. Later I requested them to clear of my personal contact info from 4707 ending data card records and got it confirmed. Now that I got my data card’s bill, I responded to the same mail thread [on 26th April-15] that I had with the customer care representative “Preety Sharma” with the bill that I received, for the data card number ending with 4706. To the rude shock, I got a response from her stating that a waiver in the bill amount is not possible as I was having a post-paid connection. The same person responded asking me to reach out after the bill was generated to check and initiate a waiver request. Also, there was another shocker to me, when I wanted to know data card utilization. The bill stated that I used 13.8 GB. This is absurd. I accept the day usage limit of 7 GB was used. I did download to an extent of 2 GB in the night, the remaining 5 GB is not getting accounted for. So, I wanted them to give me bill itemization, but they said it could be generated only from self-care portal. I under went so many troubles with MTS to activate the right data-card after 10 days of purchase and still they mention that I used 13.8 GB out of 14 GB. I also have to pay rupees 609 as bill for the month of March which was calculated on a pro-rata basis. I need MTS to provide me a monetary compensation of rupees 50, 000 for all the unnecessary trouble that I went through. Also, I need bill waiver for the month of March 2015. I need this be addressed in next 3 days.

                  After purchasing wifi data card, company did not provide single day net connectivity in patel marg mansarovar jaipur area connectivity. after various complaints and repeated visiting service center in jaipur, company accepted that we are unable to provide net connectivity in this area. ultimately i dissconnect the mts wifi forever. now company started own game for charging money for above data card connection. various calls and mails for data card bill payment, for the service which company had told in its mail--- that we are unable to provide net service in this area. even then Dhamki from delhi court lawyer and ultimately sent legal notice for non payment of that month bill. it is also highlighted i was regular user of MTS ultra DATA CARD since last 3 year. even a single payment i did not delay. this is the company profile, as i changed my ultra with wifi .they could not provide net connectivity. and then legal notice for non paying 1192/ rs. This company is a completely fraud and cheat company . do not buy its product.

                    i want to inform you that my mts speed is very low i am facing this issue from 2 weeks but due to lack of time i didnt complaint. but now i really frustrated by using low speed.so you resolve this issue or i complaint to TRAI. i also contacted with your cusomer care but they didnt resolve the issue and disconnected chat session. so if you cannt resolve this issue within 2 days then i will not pay and will file a case in consumer forum also. ambrish singh [protected] [protected]

                      Hello ... This is my second time here hoping to get a solution. I wrote here few months back with no solution till date. This MTS company is a fraud company with fooling people with fake advertisements. I have this M-Blaze Ultra I bought in February 2014, after seeing their advertisement claiming 4mbps 3g speed. But from the date I purchase till today I never got a speed of more than 10 kbps. You can view it in the screen shots I have attached as photo proofs. Even the upload speed cant get measured because the connection times out because of low speed. I am using this device in Chhatarpur Extension and I called may be 500 times to their customer services. First they usually pass the time saying can I hold for some minutes again and again. And in the end give me the same stupid reason that this area is highly consumed area and their technical team is working on it and will provide a solution in 4 weeks. Now the only thing that changed is that instead of 4 weeks they say as soon as possible and now they do not register the complaint to save themselves. I wonder their technical team consists of engineers who got their degrees by fraud and the bunch of people who are fraudulently looting the customer money by fake speed ads. I seriously don't know how to get a solution. I always wished to register in Consumer Forum as I have all the proofs to prove their fake ads . These people from MTS are among the worst human breeds born on this planet with selfish nature. I wish they and their whole clan would get punished in either way from God.

                        Hi My MTS Data Card was not working but i raised many complaints but they did not solved but each month they are asking to pay the complete bill, they cancelled the request raised for waiver for the days not used. the only solution and answer they say is Sorry for the inconvinience. MTS is really horrible they are not considering the customer problem for them, for each month bill i will be getting nearly 2 calls a day, but for the complaints i didnt even got single call back or no solutions given, they will close the Complaint after a week, customer needs to wait for nearly a 10 days.                           My MTS number is [protected] Purchase date 24/12/14 Subretailer: Hardi Enterprises, Vadodara Hiren Patel [protected] Terif Plan 7gb day + 7gb night unlimited plan 699 per month + service tax I pay 3 month advance rent 2360/- and get dongle free under a scheme My first and second bill pay by subretailer...he deposited 530/- and 1100/- in the month February and march respectively but hi did not deposit in the April month so I pay 530/- with penelty in the April month because without paying my services you will blocked. still my subretailer not deposited my 730/- balance amount. So please solve immediately my problem otherwise I will complaint in consumer court against my subretailer or MTS for fraud.

                            MTS gave me a device promising me the speed of 9 mbps but the actual speed which I not even 0.3 mbps. The device frequently disconnecting in direct usb connection and also via wifi. They are simply looting the consumers on fake promises. I also contact service center regarding this issue, five times. Each time they closed my request as problem solved, Even any technical team not called in phone also. Now the device completely waste which cant used for anything else. Power adapter only usable to charge with usb cables. So thick twice b4 you go for MTS, that would be buying power adapter for 1300 bugs.

                              I have purchased MTS Emblaze Data Card(MDN [protected]) from one of DSA named 'Mehek Enterprises' situated at 1st floor, f-300 Marudhar Plaza, New sanganer Road Shayam Nagar Jaipur. Which can further be reach by phone [protected] I inquired about their services on 04 April 2015 and in response to that they sent one of their representative named 'Zeeshan'([protected]) along with the data card device. He committed their service to be good in my area with no issue. I would like to tell you that I lived at sec 22, Haldighati Marg Pratap Nagar Sanganer Jaipur. I paid the sum of amount RS 2200 via check datated 04th April 2015. Since I purchased MTS services I could even use the Internet service through MTS flawless, even I can hardly see a simple youtube Video or Skype Chat with my family. I get back to their one of representative named 'Himalaya' which can reach by his phone [protected] and tell him the inconvenience I have been facing due to poor network conditions. He consulted on of his senior member and get back to me with something like "We can't provide MTS services in your areas as we still being under construction so you would not get that much of Internet speed as it should be as per the Plan" I was astonished because the same should tell by Zeeshan who visited and convince me to get the services from MTS in my area. After analyzing the situation I asked them to withdraw my connection and refund my amount which I paid to them but they denied to do so. I understand that this is a pure example of misleading customers by the DSA Mehar Enterprises on the behalf of MTS. The device frequently disconnecting in direct usb connection and also via wifi. They are simply looting the consumers on fake promises. I also complained four time on speed & frequent disconnecting, but all the time request was closed without resolution and arguments they made was that I was not reachable or the device was not reachable. None of the technician guys came to my house even after multiple calls.. From the [protected] this number i got the data card, when i called up for problem after the purchase of 5 days, he simply telling i am not owner to replace the device.                                   MTS service is bad, when you approach the customer support they promise to solve it but doesn't do so. Eventually you end up paying the monthly rentals on postpaid connection and if you don't, they try harass you by threatening to file legal against you. I have spoken and written several times, paid my last dues, but the connection was not disconnected at any cost. Basically MTS does not want to loose customers. They do it so that by collecting monthly rentals they can grow themselves and earn profit while not providing support.

                                    MTS is fraud company they don't deliver the services they promise. They gave me a device promising me the speed of 9 mbps but the speed which I got was only 0.4 mbps can you believe it. They are simply looting the consumers on fake promises. I also complained twice on speed but both the time request was closed without resolution and arguments they made was that I was not reachable or the device was not reachable. None of the technician guys came to my house even after multiple calls.. And when I asked for deactivation they asked me to pay the first month bill then only it will be disconnected. Although I paid bill which I shouldn't and deactivated the device as their resolution was not good enough for me. But they have sent me the bill even after disconnecting it.my MTS postpaid dongle number [protected]. This connection was disconnected 15 days back but I recieved acknowledgement today for cancellation with bill amount of 624. First of all thier service is really bad and then why should I pay the bill. Also they should refund the amount for the device as device is worth nothing.

                                    I have few friends who experienced the same with MTS. They are cheat and company itself should be banned.

                                    I did not get the resolution for it so far. I did not receive any calls from MTS and no refund is issued to me. Instead they are sending me offers for new recharge and sending messages for paying bill by 4th of this month
                                    Why dont you guys file the case against, such a cheaters, who habitually doing it shamelessly, where I have filed the case against them for cheating me for imposing an used, Post paid second hand Device / Modem on 17 th April 2015, where I had paid for the same on 13 April 2015, They delayed to deliver the same is because somebody had suppose to return, the same has to be imposed upon me, the same defective Modem which cause the frequent disconnection from 25th April 2015 own wards, subsequently dead within few months, Still I had been forced to pay for their unused data After making several communication, they dont show mercy to exchange to a new one, I was in bedridden stage from 31 May 2015 to the middle of August, my service had already terminated from August itself, Still the company shamelessly bothering me by calls, messages, emails in my both I D, ( Actually they hacked the second I d, why I am sure is, I had provided only one mail I D ) and threatening calls by the name of Calling from High Court, Supreme Court, why to say, these cheaters hadnt left the name of National Consumer Center, at Delhi etc, I had recorded all the calls for the proves, and several complaints I had downloaded from the internet which the Consumer Court is reluctant to consider till my last appearing, Ya I had forgotten to mention when I filed the case against them for the compensation as well as asking the party not to bother me by any manner, I had filed the case om 28 October 2015, after having 32 real proves the Forum is dragging the case by giving dates and making some or the other reasons till last hearing, It hasnt end there, The forum insisting to make me yet another second Additional Affidavit, by the insisting of the guilt's Advocate, The irony and the important point is, The same panel Members of the Consumer Forum had been convinced earlier, and had asked for the Witness Evidence, suddenly they drop the idea as according to the guilt's Advocate.. and postponed to 21 March 2017, with the changed Affidavit, but I will not going to make the same, and will approach with the earlier made Additional Affidavit on the next date on 21 March 2017, let see, what the panel do ! Anyway I have to finalize on 21 March 2017, Dont know what will be the outcome, whatever out come comes, I will make it big, So guys instead of putting / uploading these kind of your problems, you must knock the door of National Consumer Redressel Forum, Then see, how much Justice you should get from The Judiciary ?! ... One can knock the Concerned higher Authority If we denied the justice by the district consumer Forum for sure ...

                                      Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I lokesh sanadhya had been using MTS Mblaze Dongle since 2013 & I have upgraded my device mblaze [protected] to MTS 3g plus wifi dongle on oct 14 Mblaze no [protected] but now mblaze is not connected propery .it's disconnect again and again. i have complaint about this problem at least 4 times but my problem is not solved by customer care and said to me to go service center but i have not purchase bill of mts device bcoz your mts shopee at jassuser gate, bikaner branch not give me any bill now it said that it's not sold any device to me .In records my device purchase at parnami distributers, hamumangarh . how it is possible ? plz solved my problem .

                                        Hi, I was using 999 (40 GB) plan ([protected]) and was satisfied with it. One fine day I started experiencing slow speed. First I thought it can happen sometime. Than I received message from strange no. +9110 that 15 GB limit was exhausted. Now first thing is there was no mention of my MTS no. or even MTS company name in message. How the hell could anyone understand that message is from MTS and for which MTS data card. Initially I thought message is from Airtel. Pure stupidity and shows how unprofessional they are. Secondly and more important part is that they changed my plan from 40GB to 15GBday+15GBnight without informing me. They didn't even had the courtesy to send me an SMS. I think that's also illegal. I called up customer care to ask what is the issue and this customer care guy didn't even tried to help me and just took down my request to close the connection (funny). I believe they just want to close the connection who have older and more beneficial plans.Guys beware of this company.

At the time of buying your data card, your executive said that this plan will never change for the older/existing subscribers. You guys are liars that is why you are not growing in comparison with other networks.

                                        How can you change any plan your self without intimating your subscriber. I have never seen any operator changing plan for existing customer and that to without intimating subscriber. Even if one has to change, one only discontinues with the plan and comes out with a new plan for "New Customers", they never change plan for the "Existing Customers".

                                        Please do not change my plan and keep it 40 GB without Day/Night factor. If this will not be there, I will not pay the last pending bill. I believe they just want to close the connection who have older and more beneficial plans.Guys beware of this company.
