SO I REQUESTED THEM NOT TO ACTIVATED IT SINCE IT IS NOT REQUIRED BY ME. ALSO REQUESTED TO RETURN ME THE DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH MONEY PAID TO THEM TO COLLECT THE SAME FROM MY PLACE.BUT THERE RESPONSE IS UN PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD REQUEST YOU ALL TO COLLECT AND FINISH THE DISPUTE. I AM YOUR OLD CUSTOMER AND HAVING ONE MORE DATA CARD.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

    Dear Team i am purchased mblaze ultra wi-fi connection with agent arvind kumar Add: A1389 rajiv colony mohan nagar ghaziabad Mob No.: [protected], [protected].dated[protected] i paid him amount 1000 for this and he told me 1000 rs recepit u can receive in your mail id when your no. is activate. and in the date 13/04/2015 i received message from your side is activation of your dongle is in process.but till date my postpaid no is not activated and when i contact your agent he is not able to provide me any solution regarding this and i don't want to any connection from your side .kindly issue my chque or dd Rs. 1000 for me. i don't need this type of services.

      This is I believe the very first case of telephone slamming in India, MTS people changed my bill plan and sent an SMS stating that your bill plan has been closed and when I have called their service centre, they are asking me to talk to their senior management. I just don't understand that how a company can do this? Again their customer service is also not good and they are not supportive to the customer et al. I don't know if they will ever respond to my complaint. But just to let them know I am going to lodge a complaint against MTS in consumer courts.

        The salem district customers dont buy MTS Broadband 3G data card. They are providing Very Poor Services. I am facing internet connectivity problem for the past 2 months. The customer care told as " In your area(salem) the 3G net signal not there so that internet not connected. but i have used in same area past one month without any problem.

          The complaint against MTS service by many customers is true. If you want to lose your money, you can opt for MTS services. These people will suck your money. Their service is very poor. They are the biggest cheater and block mailer to the customer by raising a legal notice even before the due date of our bill. MTS thinks that the Indian Laws are constituted by them. Please don’t lose your money from your hard work and don’t get cheated or block mailed by them. They will commit one thing at the time of taking connection and the MTS representative will come to your home and he would fill the monthly tariff by himself. Then he asks you to put your signature. But the first bill will make you to realize why have you not checked the tariff which was wrongly entered by MTS representative who will put the monthly tariff on his own interest so that he would get better commission by MTS. Don’t get cheated by them because there some good service provider like ACT, BSNL, etc. Aware and beware of service provider like MTS. If you are not willing to continue their service and when you request for disconnection, they will never disconnect the service easily, because they need your money. They will disconnect after 1 or 2months of your disconnection notice. NEVER NEVER OPT FOR MTS.

            I purchase mts data card on 27 nov 2014 . and my data card is activate on 29 nov . i am very excited to use internet and i connect data card to my pc . and then my data card is connected to internet .. I open www.google.com and then what i see my data card is connected to internet and google takes a 3 minutes to open ... It show me network 3 lines ... I will try to open facebook yahoo etc but it all takes a lot time to open after that i call to costumer care and tell them my problem ... They tell me in your area our network face a issue ... We will reduce your bill amount. And then after 15 days i recieve a bill of 650rs. I call to costumer care they told me this is your 15 day bill ... I shocked why i pay this amount i didnt use a 1mb of data ... Then they told me our network issue will solved in last of dec months you have to pay your bill in next 1 month bill we reduce your amount .then i pay my bill . and then in jan i again call costumer care and i told my internet is not working and they told me same like prevoius . and from this jan i call 10 times ... And always they told me same.then i decide that i dont pay my next bill. And in 20 jan i recieve my bill of amount 1099 something ... I didnt pay bill ... And then i recieve a approx 10 call from mts .. And i told them a same why are u didnt reduce my bill amout. And they told me sorry sir bil is generate we cant do anything .and then i cut call.. And from 10 feb my last due date is gone . and from this date i continuesly get a message call email from mts about bill payment . and in feb months i again recieve a bill of amount 2048 rs. I totaly shocked what is this i didnt use a 1mb of data why i recieve this bill .. And i totally ignored call msg from mts ... And now in present means today on 14 april 2015 i recieve a call from a delhi court and they told me i have a your case file i am advocate from delhi court and i fight this case . then i am tell him sir which case they told me sir i have not information about your case i give u a no. call them he is my senior . then he give me a no. And i call to ... He put call and says i am advocate from delhi court you didnt pay a bill of telecom company mts .. So what u want to do bill payment or i pass this file. I tell them my problem he told my sir i dont know anything about you and your telecom company . i have a your case file ... I[censored] want to pay bill then i hold your file for 1 and half hours ... Pls help me what i do ???

              I have bought MTS blaze wifi connection, it just wored for 10 days, after that I got an issue. I launched complain 6 times. But didn't get any response from anyone. Even customer care people are not supportive. Please avoid MTS, better go for anything other service.

                Hi, I have taken a connection MTS internet, chennai . They have promised 6 MBPs speed will be there to my home connection. After I installed they speed is only 400 kbps and I am unable to use it anything, I have requested a complaint regarding the speed issue and metioned if it's not resolve I don't pay even one paise in the bill and I stopped using the connection. Now I have called to customer care for request to cancellation lot of times, but no one not take action on this. But now they have sent the legal notice to pay money for the two months due total cost :Rs.1682/- (I am not interested to pay without using anything) The below are the my account details MTS No. [protected] and Account No. is [protected] Please do need ful in this case.                     My MDN number is [protected] I live in Gulabi Bagh area and here in this area I seldom get high speed Internet normally it hover around 66 kbps to 500 kbps at any time during 24 hours. My plan is that I should get Hi- speed Internet up to 5 GB around 3 mbps and after that I will get around 154 kbps but I normally get slow Internet. I have recently registered a complain on march 8 2015 through customer care number regarding the same and they have given me complaint number MAR/4851 and after 1 day they have called me about my complaint and they accepted yes there is a problem in your area related to Internet speed and we are working on it and your complaint will be resolved soon and we are closing your complaint from our side but still I am facing the same problem I have waited approximately 1 month but nothing has happened.If I am Paying bills on time I should get good service but they are failing to provide good service. I am very fed up with MTS service and costumer care. I am facing this problem more then a year and whenever I call the customer care they have script to tell customers even they don't book your complain and say do the steps which we are telling you then call us back and some have even denied to book my complain by saying if you are getting 300 kbps then speed is OK from our side so what I should expect from MTS they are giving me lots of stress even I am not able to open sites because of speed some time I only get 20 to 70 kbps speed I want to know by MTS that are you providing me dial up connection or broadband connection? But when i purchase this data card after 2 days i realise that what is the [censored] services it is. BY ONLINE AMOUNT 949/-... I already paid the amount of 90/- but when i use this i receive the speed of only 1.3kbps. so plz solve my problem.And also i put a complain against this service 10 TO 15 time... MTS STAFF S NOT CALL ME..I WANT MY REFUND AMOUNT.. but no body solve this problem every time this just call me and say pay your pending bill.. how can i pay the amount with out use this service...CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY POOR SERVICE VERY, , , VERY, , , VERY, , , POOR.                           i have purchased mts postpaid mts wifi dongle.. after some months i had de-activated my mts wifi dongle.. now again i want to re activate my mts wifi dongle.. NOW, mts company people are saying that you again need to purchase another wifi dongle to use, you can not re-activate your dongle.. Now that Dongle's money is waste.. company is doing froud with customers..

                                Iam using your net connection for past 2years and till date iam not happy with your connection ..when ever i sit with some improtant work, it takes hours for me to send mails, which deals to delay in my work ..i have called your customer care several time and till date they have not been responsive to my quires but they are very keen in collecting the bill ..so would want my net connection to be improvered Thank you..

                                    Hello My MBlaze postpaid no: [protected] I'm writing down this mail to bring to your limelight the constant problem regarding the same. I bought the device and got on hand for use on 2/3/2015. 1. From day 2nd till 7/3/2015 I had problem regarding activation and installation and sought for customer care help and finally bought some results in activation. 2. Then onwards I have constant internet disconnection problem and called back again for assistance regarding the same. - they guided me towards the network settings and restart with the setup. Same was done by me but it made no change on internet connection. 3. I again called back the customer care after a day gap. - they now guided me for troubleshooting. Same was followed step by step by me and again it made no change on my internet connection. 4. On 11/3/2015 my wife called customer support regarding the internet problem faced - customer support got the call on hold thrice and got disconnected thrice - finally when the person spoke they kept repeating the previous complaint we had done registered i.e regarding activation of Mblaze. - customer support person was not able to understand the problem we tried explaining. - no solution provided but just the same repetition of trobleshoot settings were told. - we did enquiry if we have to go for some other plan that had more speed, but they continued with repetition of troubleshooting and told any plan will not help until we did troubleshooting - no help lend when asked for technician to come down and check regarding the feasibility of the internet. Troubleshoot steps and settings were again done by wife as explained to her by your customer support, yet we observed no results on the connectivity. 5. Customer support had informed us to call back on 11/3/2015 to get feedback on the recent concern placed by my wife but neither I nor she received any call. We are having pathetic time facing problems due to the internet connectivity on day to day basis since day 1 I approached MTS only after your person produced the report of good feasibility at our locality ( Kasavanahalli - Sarjapur) I have never seen such carelessness and negligence attitude towards their customer from any other network providers. You neither have easy to use device which a customer can instantly start using soon after activation nor you provide personal assistance in solving the problem. In fact you have kept us hanging with problem in using your device. Since we have bought the device we have just waited for the device to blink green light and to work with internet. We were told the device has a speed ranging between 1mbps to 2mbps, I have never seen the speed in mbps its always in kbps and mostly in bps. Sometimes the indicator above the 3G seen in homepage of Mblaze will have cross mark too ! We are highly disappointed and irritated with the device and also with the way you deal with the concerns shown by us. More surprising is that, you have not provided with trial period nor a supervision of the device after activation of it by customer. As told by my wife on call to your customer support, we have decided to go for disconnection of MTS Mblaze. I now claim to get refund on everything I have paid for the device and internet since we have not used a bit & byte of it in the past 10 days. Device is just active/ blinking and serving as showpiece in the plug point. I'm ready to immediately handover the device. I request you to take needfull action regarding the same ASAP

                                      I am using my MTS data card at G.D Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase III, New Delhi-96. I have submitted my complain to the MTS customer care. My complaint number is APR/3580. I have got a message from the MTS customer care that my complain has been resolved. But I am still getting the same problem. I hope that my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                                        Respected Sir/Madam, I on-line purchased pre-paid MTS wifi data card with full payment on-line on 27th March 2015 and I expected to get within one week. On 30 April one person called to my mobile and addressed that he is the concerned person to deliver the product. His name is Abin Graj and his mobile number is [protected](E-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com), he offered a post paid connection instead of prepaid. My order : [protected] (Fulfillment In Progress) I got SMS regarding my data-card number on 03/04/2015 and declared that the equipment is ready to activation. I did not get the item even today, then how I can activate and use the same. Yesterday one guy called me(His mob N0:[protected]) to receive postpaid MTS data card instead of pre-paid and he advised me to take first postpaid and later it can be changed to prepaid and he cancelled the call. Later I tried to call back him but he did not attend my call or did not deliver the ordered prepaid card.
