I am an existing customer of MTS Ultra MBlaze (data card number [protected]) and have subscribed to Rs. 999 (40 GB unlimited) plan. I recieved an SMS from MTS (YD-MTSSER) that my plan has been changed to 30 GB (15GB Day + 15GB night) for the same Rs. 999, without anything request raised from my end. I called on your customer care and I was informed that the plans have been changed, however the 40 GB plan still exists on the website. Just want to understand that how can the plan data be reduced without reducing the price. I wrote to company and recieved the message that the plans have been changed and your new plan will be this only. I have invested Rs 1500 in the dongle as I liked the 40GB plan, but now when the plan is reduced, there is no incentive for me as my data requirement is high. Changing the plan after the customer has bought the hardware is highly unfair on the part of the company. I have therefore requested company o terminate my plan and refund my intial Rs.1500 of dongle. Thanks, Amit

    I am from trivandrum, kerala. My MTS DATA card # [protected]. On 3rd Feb2015, I requested to change my Post paid connection to Prepaid connection and paid all my dues with prepaid amount (Rs549) and gave all related documents to but the showroom people ( Ciya Communication Kp 4-80C, Vadakkumbhagam, Near Kazhakoottam Police Station.Pincode : 695082., Ph #[protected]) did not pay my money for my connection and the connection was still active. so i went again on feb20, 2015 and i ask them to check my account, the amount is not paid and on th same day they did the payment. my connection got disconnected and not changed to prepaid. again last of feb2015 i went their they said with in 7 days the connection will be active. again they ask me to submit the documents i gave the documents. last week went to enquire about the status they said we cant do the connection to prepaid. so i request them to give me as post paid connection but they ask me to buy a new device Cost around 1200Rs already my device same cost. now i am losing my device. Please do the need full to change my plan to prepaid. Still now my device is useless

      MTS makes fake promises to the consumers and even after filing the complaints continuously, there is hardly any response from there end. In my case they had kept generating the bills without resolving my issues. I had not even used 10 % of its total data and that to with a very very poor speed. They are absolutely cheaters and there their senior authorities are still sleeping.

        Dear team, It Is very sad to inform you that there is a bitter experience from MTS.The issue is that though I didnt take any MTS connection I am getting calls from MTS customer care to pay the bills.I had already informed them that I am not using any MTS connection.I had already sent mail to MTS customer care but no reply .The issue got more worst now.The company has sent me advocate notice by telling to pay rupees 1400 and court fees immediately.Since I am a bank employee I don't have much time to spare to go with this issue.           I recharged my MTS with a 999 UL plan near 26th March. The day usage got exceeded and today I decided to get 1499 plan. However I'm told that this new plan will not take into effect until my old one expires. This is just plain stupid. There is no such information on the website or no such warning was raised. As a corrective measure I would like either to have my day balance be increased to 18 GB which I would get otherwise or my money refunded. I have called the MTS helpline twice and have received no help except saying that I can't use it right now. Really lame and not expected from a company of such numbers. My MTS number is [protected]

            In september 2014 MTS put up stall in our Head Office i.e. NIIT Ltd., sector-32, Gurgaon. I purchased wi fi dongle from there and the executive who was present there his name was Avnish contact no. ([protected]). After many follow ups he didn't provide invoice of Data card. I also got busy after then n couldn't follow up more. Few days back my no. Got barred because of excess limit for which i paid bill n start working but next day itself device stopped working. Today i went to service centre he asked for invoice which i don't have then immediately i called Avnish he said i left job and gave me no. Of another persin named Santosh ([protected]) and suggested to talk to him and assured he will definitely help me out then i called this person he gave no. Of his supervisor named Sunil Mishra ([protected]) and asked to call him tjen i called him he assured me will send duplicate bill and asked to text email id n data card no. On his no. Which i immediately did and took confirmation also that he received it. After sometime he stopped picking my call then i called on customer care person named owais suggested me to visit nearby MTS outlet and collect bill from there but on outlet they simply denied and said we cann't help on this. Again i called customer care executive named sushma said that we cannot do anything in this and when i asked her to transfer my call to her supervisor she said we dnt have right to transfer call. I wanted to know from concerned person that why because of your useless executives customer must suffer. Executives don't have proper information they misguide customers and waste their time. My data card is only 6 mnths old only and under warranty request you to either send me duplicate copy of invoice or replace my device so that my work will not suffer. I used other data cards also like airtel, tata photon in my previous organizations but never faced such type of problems. I am working in a reputed firm and from past 3-4 days without data card my work suffering a lot. Kindly sort out this issue asap. Looking for a favourable reply from your side. Treat this urgent.               I am a regular user of Mts Mblaze Wi-fi for which I am liable to pay the company an amount of Rs 1223 per month. The last date for the payment is 18th of the following month. I have made my payments for the month of February on 18.03.2015, using online transaction system through the portal provided my the Company website, as I have done many times prior. However I was not provided with any receipts at the time of transaction, even though the said amount was deducted from my account. I had contacted the company on the following day regarding this mishap.I was assured to rest in peace as they sort the issue. However, the company has barred my connection, even after my repeated mails providing them with the transaction details and requests to validate the situation. They are asking me to pay the bill once again, which i absolutely refuse to do. Please Help.

                Dear Sir We have purchased one MTS ultra WiFi dongle postpaid connection (MDN -[protected]). It is not working properly as per commitement by the company. Several times it shows no data connection. Its speed is very slow. So please resolve the problem earliest possible, otherwise return our money.

                    I Purchased MTS dongle for internet but from the beginning till today I didn't get a proper speed which the company promised, my downloadin/uploading speed is 0.64/0.54 mbps till last check on 2-april-2015. Company promised me that they will provide 3.1 mbps speed for internet. I called so many times in customers call regarding this issue and I got the same answer that there is network issue in area and problem will be resolved within 3-4 weeks but its almost 3 months past and i am still facing the issue, So i want to complaint against MTS for not giving me a proper speed and want my money back for the bills and dongle cost.

                      sir, Data Card NO: [protected] Past 3 months am having problem with your Network I raise complaints More Than 1000 Times. No proper response from your side. In right side corner of the system Netowork symbol is there shows no internet access for every 10 min. while using wifi no problem but using with PC am face this problem. Please Ensure thatif you solve my issue mean then oly i will pay your bills and then continue your service. This kind of porr sevice you where having. cheating people. Bull !!! please do the needful.

                              Hi, I had purchased the MTS 3G WIFI data card on 28/02/2015. While buying I was promised for refund within 3 days, in case o[censored]nhappy with the services. The data card got activated on 3/3/2015, on 4/3/2015 the request for cancellation and refund was send through the email. I got a response on 14/3/2015 that refund will not be processed, as its already more than 15 days. Since then i have been following it up with them, but no success. On the call made to the customer care on 29/03, i was told that i am eligible for refund and the same will be issued within 3 working days. Still no action has been taken by the company.                                 Dear, mts ka data card mujhe sellman yeh keh kr sell krgya ki aapke location pr iski bahut acchi speed hai aur plan bhi acha h... maine usko yeh bola ki pehle wala mts ki speed nahi aati thi.. toh usne bolo pehle problem thi ab nahi hai toh ab speed acchi ayegi aur usne apna datacard sell krne ka target pura krne k liya mujhe wo mts ka postpaid datacard de gaya aur kaha ki agle 20 min m activate ho jayega.. uske baad wo 4 din baad activate hua aur uske baad usme speed hi nahi aa rahi.. aur m 1 mahine se bhi jada se complain kr raha hu pr koi response nahi h. uska bill bhi aagya aur ab phn aate h ki bill jama karao. sir/madam plz mujhe in sab logo se aur is mts se solution kara dijiye.. regards.                                   My Mts dongle is dead/off for around 6-7 months, and for some days they are calling me for Bill, talking to me rudely and harassing me for notice, before also some advocate called me from their side and talked rudely to me, that time I paid the bill because I don't want to be in court trouble and that time speed issue was there but now this is a limit, can anybody do anything?

                                    Hello, For over a year I have used this snail pace internet connection of MTS and due to not being satisfied with their service, I had called the customer care on March 19 for deactivation. The customer care guy said he is not authorized to take this request and will ask the retention department, but till now I have not received any calls from them. They are really shameless people, I have called them numerous times as well as have mailed them numerous times for disconnection, they are not even bothered to reply back or answer me. The MTS really sucks. I advise others not to opt for this connection due to their very poooooooooooor service. Nonetheless, I won’t be paying their bill as I don’t require their service.                                       I HAVE PURCHASED MTS ULTRA WIFI AND IT OFFER A SPEED OF 14MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED BUT IT ONLY OFFERS VERY SLOW SPEED AS LOW AS 2G.MY DONGLE NUMBER IS [protected].AND MY PINCODE IS 682018.I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ARE SAYING MY AREA HAVE GOOD RANGE FOR USING THIS DONGLE ..I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS HAPPENING WHOLE. THEY ADVICED TO USE EXTENSION CABLE AND TO RESET DEVICE . I DID IT ALL BUT STILL NO CHANGE OCCURS. KINDLY GIVE ME THE RIGHT SOLUTION TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.I ONLY GOT INTERNET WHEN I CONNECT MY DONGLE OUTSIDE MY HOME. AND IT IS JUST 2G SPEED... HELP ME..

                                        I have purchased MTS ultra wifi dongle..it was activated. And i could'nt connect to internet .It is only available when i connecting it outdoor.But its speed is very low as 2G. And i have tried resetting the device, using extension cable.But still the problem is not solved. Kindly solve my issue please.
