Hi, Despite my repeated mails and calls to MTS customer care to disconnect my MTS post-paid connection, I am still getting SMSs and mails on further payment to be done. Issues started with MTS troubling me over a payment in February that I had made. Despite showing proof of the payments, there was no resolution provided by MTS or any support. After several calls and mails by me, I paid up extra and asked MTS to disconnect the MTS Wifi post-paid. Still there is no action from MTS. Not to mention the disrespectful manner of MTS staff. I wonder how can such a company even continue to do business it troubles consumers to this extent. I have had an extremely bad experience with MTS.

    Maine January main MTS Data card karida tha. or @549 ka plan Activate karwaya tha. 2 din bad plan activate hua. MTS wale kehte hai speed upto 9 MBPS Ayegi. or uski speed aati hai ..200kb to 500kb. or net bar bar disconnect ho jata tha. jab maine call krke Customer care m Complaint register karwayi to unhone kaha aapke area m network ki problem hai. 10-15 din m thik ho jayega.. maine pucha jb datacard purchase kiya tha tab to btaya nhi ki apke area m problem hai. or in 10-15 din ka bill nhi ayega kya ? to unhone kaha bill to ayega hi.. or unhone ek compalin no. diya (12307). or mere satisfaction k bina hi unka msg aaya ki apki complain 12307 solve ho gyi hai.. or uske bad maine unse connection deactivate krne k liye kaha to unhone kaha km se km 6 mahine to chalana hi hoga aapko.. or tab se maine unka data card use nhi kiya.. ab se har mahine ka new bill add krke dete hai.. maine kai bar customer care pr call krke deactivate karne ko kaha wo kehte hai 2 mahine ka bill pay kr do tb hum band karenge.. tb se har dusre din call karke paresan krte hain. or kehte hain aapka bill to aise hi badta rahega.. or unki jb bhi call aati hai m bolta hu service deactivate kr do..maine 15-20 bar usne bol diya.. lekin abhi tak meri deactivate nhi ki.. its very bad..

      Hi, I had purchased the MTS 3G WIFI data card on 28/02/2015. While buying I was promised for refund within 3 days, in case o[censored]nhappy with the services. The data card got activated on 3/3/2015, on 4/3/2015 the request for cancellation and refund was send through the email. I got a response on 14/3/2015 that refund will not be processed, as its already more than 15 days. Since then i have been following it up with them, but no success. On the call made to the customer care on 29/03, i was told that i am eligible for refund and the same will be issued within 3 working days. Still no action has been taken by the company.         On 6th of February 2015 I have purchased by paying 1000 Rs a monthly rental post paid plan 3g of 550 Rs against the Data card no. [protected], Richa Arora (My Wife) registered email id [protected]@gmail.com, Phone No [protected] and address is 79/1 Bhim Ghar Kheri Near Cosco Factory which was activated on 8th of February 2015. After 2 days ie on 10th of February 2015 the connection got disconnected. I have called your customer care and I have come to know that the no is disconnected from MTS. The issue was that on the same address one more no [protected] was activated in the month of September 2014 whose bill was overdue. Now when I investigate than I have come to know that it was registered in the name of Mr Rajat Bhandari with same address and Mr Rajat has registered the complaint of networking in the month of December 2014 or January 2015 to the customer care MTS. After so many follow ups with you no action has been taken against the complaint. He has also visited to the MTS store which is situated at the circle of Sector 4-7 Gurgaon Near Inox. After a month of follow ups when no action has been taken from your side he has informed you to solve the issue and he will clear the bill. Then he request in the month of February 2015 to disconnect the data card but you people has not disconnected the same and send us a bill of Rs 2000 approx. After a fight back of one month with your unprofessional company he has clear all the bills against the data card no. [protected] on 21st of March 2015. Now my concern is [protected] data card no is deactivated from your side on 10th of February 2015. 1. Without any prior information why my connection has been disconnected. 2. The data usage is only 594 KB and the bill against the same is Rs 337 which is more than half of the Rental plan. Also I have talked to the customer care executive Mr Dharmender on 21st of March 2015 8:21 PM for the complaint but he refuses to register it and cut the phone after a hold of 3 min. Then I again called your customer care to make a complain against your executive he has also refuses to do the same. Now every day I am receiving calls from your executive for the bill payment and every time I have to explain the issue. Nobody is going to listen and solve the problem.

          Hi, we have purchased the MTS M BLAZE UTRA WIFI on 22/03/2015 Under bill number 248 from Tele City, 42 Bhagwan Park, Jharoda Majra, Burari, Delhi-110084. Further info on this product is MEID A000004E168F82, MDN [protected] without power connector. Which took a day to get activated per your company policy. Its unfortunate to say from very next day of activation i.e. 24/03/2015 on wards signal from this device went off. I lodged a complaint with your customer care. Complaint # MAR/16707. For which your customer care claims that they did called me. However on attending calls from your so called customer care got dropped miraculously!!! Then I got a message from your prompt customer care that as i did not picked up the call that is why they are resolving my complain????? On receiving this SMS, I called upon your Customer Care again and found the same scripted reply. Upon further inquiry I have been told to reset the device. Under able guidance of customer care I did so. Nothing happened. No improvement in the situation. Again I went to MTS mitra??? from whom I purchased this product. He told me that he could not do any thing on this. Luckily MTS sales agent dropped in at the same time. I told him my problem. Then I came to know that another customer is also facing same issue. Then sales agent and MTS mitra took note of our complaint and our products were taken back and have been told we will get our things back in working mode. Upon inquiring next day I have been told that software of my device is went off. Upon asking what to do get the things in order? MTS mitra told me that complaint is lodged with customer care again #MAR/19748 on 27/03/2015 and by 29/03/2015 afternoon or evening I will get the signal in my device as somebody will come from company to my house to restore the device software. Again I contacted your MTS mitra on 29/03/2015, he told me that I need to contact customer care, when I spoke with Feroz at 1712 hrs, he told me that my complaint is not resolved till now and they have been trying to contact me. He told me that I have to wait till 01/04/2015 till 1100 hrs to get my problem resolved. However no calls were received at my end. At 1737 Hrs. I get a message from your prompt customer care that they are resolving the issue!!! as they are not able to contact me. Awesome customer service and happy customer. Although I lodged complaint via email also but unfortunate to say nothing has happened till day. Now I feel my faith shattered by you and your proud customer care. Although I have been enjoying your another MTS product for more than a year now. I request you to restore my faith in your product and your services. Thanks Yashpal Chopra

            Hi, I have purchased Mblaze wifi Data Card [protected] on 19 Mar, due to connectivity and network issues I have raised 2 complaint which is closed as resolved but my issue remained same. Therefore I have sent an email at [protected]@mtsindia.in with scanned copy of bill for return of Data Card On 23 Mar. I did not get any response on it till yet. Whenever I called to customer care they said to wait for 2 more days. I am very disappointed with the customer services and support. I just want a confirmation letter from MTS so that I can return card and take refund. Data card consumption is less than 50MB and its still within 15 days of issue. Please help

Extra usage as per tariff plan.Thank you. And Recharge my MTS Number,[protected]:03:41 then receive two messages Recipients: 051213 Content: Thank you for recharging Rs.499.00 towards your MTS number [protected].Your transaction id is[protected]. Recipients: YD-MTSBAL Content: Thank you for recharging your MTS no.[protected] with 0.00 INR.Your current balance is 0.00 INR.Also, MTS is now on the 3G PLUS network Or my MTS Dongle successfully communicate on MTS Network, but Not connect to internet then I call MTS outlet Abu road. There Not Answer my call (Two time try). Then I call MTS Customer care Number [protected] and customer care executive ask my name? I say my Ratan lal S/o Laxman lal, ask my MTS number I say [protected]. Executive say: Your MTS Number is Temporary Deactivate. I request please activate my MTS number, then Executive say: your MTS Number is activate in 3-4 hours (I reconfirm it). And receive My Complaint No. 2777614.               My MTS No. is [protected]. I refilled it with Rs. 399 on 4/3/2017 for 4 GB. But my account balance shows all 00 and last date is 15/3/2017; i.e. that last date of previous refilling. Last time I refilled with Rs. 248 for 1 GB; and just in a few days it came to 00 balance; though I did not use it as I have unlimited Broadband connection of BSNL. I request the company to correct it.

                  Dear sir, Against my no. of [protected] in my name ie: Ratan Kumar Jain, I am so frustrated to receive innumerable repeated sms/ reminders in between 16 th. of every month till bill payment date of 3rd. of every month even before due date. I can understand for such reminders in case I fail to pay on time though that should also be with some sufficient time gap/ intervals. But in my case I pay almost every month always before due date myself yet I keep getting sms many times every day and this makes me very disturbed and tensed and I am thinking of discontinuing tour this service from next month unless and untill you make proper instructions / advices to your staff, concerned department not to send me any reminder till my due date. after bill is created, send it to me and one reminder you may send two days before due date. thats all what I need . I hope I am very clear and that you take note of it and that I am not disturbed in future ever after or otherwise I will discontinue with your company for ever. Ratan Kumar Jain.                     Very poor customer service. My dongle number is [protected] I applied for MTS dongle through website on Thursday 26 march 2015, same day evening it was delivered. He said it will be activated next day. One lady called me next day from MTS from this number [protected] and asked for address. later i didn't receive any call from MTS .already door verification also done . there is no response when i call to customer care they replying address is not updated and u ll get SMS but till now i didn't get anything . nearly 4 to 5times i call to customer care every day they reply same thing . today i tried to call but no one is picking up my call. seems they noted my number. With friends refe only i look forward to MTS but I am totally dissapponted with MTS. What should i do with dummy dongle bought for 1200 from MTS even i didn't get bill for that. sales man said he will send bill through registered email. its almost a week ago I need Solution.                       We bought new MTS wifi dongle on 16/02/2015. There was an activation issue but MTS customer care didn't support us for that. We got it activated with the help of nearby MTS store. Even then it didn't work due to non-connectivity. We again called customer care but all was in vain. Finally we requested for cancellation of the said connection. But even after multiple complaints and e-mails, the company is not cancelling the connection and has raised a bill of Rs. 1014 whereas we didn't use it for a single day. We have been regularly requesting for cancellation since the beginning of the connection. Please do the needful against the company for harassing the customers.

                        Hi, This is Surendrakumar, I have taken MTS Connection in Oct 2014 and at that time one person from MTs Bangalore came to our House and filled form and assured that dongle is free for us and collected Rs.1000.He did not give us any reciept or any confirmation email.He said within 2 working days they will activate our account but 4 days they didnt activate.then when I called customer care they will activate but even after 3 days they activated, so totally 7 days they have taken. Another thing they promised 9 Mbps but only 2 Mbps came and some time It will 1.5.For this reason I called somany times from customercare to deal this problem but no response.At the billing date I came to know that dongle is not free, I was literally Shocked.I called MTS person to address the issue but noone paid any attention. I told them very clearly unnless Someone clarifies my issues I m not going to pay my next month bill but there was no response and in the month of Dec 2014 they deactivated my account and they charged me additional one month bill and deactivated connection.In 30th March 2015 I called customer service and asked what is the procedure for activating my Account.They said simply you have to pay pending amount and that is it. On April 2015 I paid full amount Rs.2200 but now they are saying my Account has been permannently deactivated. I need Juustice.you cant cheat customers like this.what is use of that dongle which I paid.kindly aaddress else I will have raise a police complaint against your company.

                          I have purchased MTS data card (postpaid plan) but its net speed is very pathetic. I have complained dozens of times but the services didn't improve. Every time they keep promising and i paying the bill and now they have barred my data number for non-payment of bill even before the due date .

                              Dear Sir I have brought a MTS device for my internet usage on 24 March 2015 in Pondicherry and I came to Hyderabad. Now I am in Hyderabad only due to my job. I was trying to activate my account ([protected]) but I cant do so. I try to get the help of customer care ([protected]) they are treated me bad. they are not willing to get my compliment also and not connecting to technical team after a hard try they have taken only feedback (NO: MAR14567 and MAR14841) on 26 march 2015. till date I cant able to use MTS Internet and I cant activate my account. But today (29 march 15) when I called for feedback to customer care its surprise me that my compliant MAR14841 was resouved and my account was activated. when I rejected the statement they reverting me back saying to recheck after strong voice they just reactivate the compliant MAR14841 and not willing to take the compliant agents technical team and to my other surprise the Sr. Executive stated that they have registered ALL MY COMPLIANT UNDER FEEDBACK AND NOT COMPLIANT. I kindly request you to take necessary action agents MTS and help me to resolve my problem with compensation if my account has activated - My Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

                                Dear Sir, My name is Anwardeen. I bought MTS Post paid connection([protected]) at 05/May/2014 in Chennai, Tamilnadu but after 5 months I have changed POSTPAID connection to PREPAID connection. When I change POSTPAID connection to PREPAID that time I paid the amount 840 for that month usage. Because without pay the due amount MTS dealer(Big street, Opp to Karur vysya bank atm, Tripilicane, Chennai) told me, they can't the change to PREPAID connection. Then I paid the amount and then it's converted to Prepaid now. Last five months I am getting the call for the payment of 01-Nov-14 to 18-Nov-14 usage. Then I replied to them, already I paid the amount and now am using that as Prepaid connection. Finally now-a-days I am getting calls from Advocates and they are saying due to unpaid amount MTS is going to file the case on you in Delhi high court. I don't know why they are doing like this. Whether the person is Fake or not. I am getting the Advocate call from +91 [protected] this number. Please help me to resolve this. Do I need to pay again? Why they are threatening the customers? My question is without payment how they did the POSTPAID connection to PREPAID connection? Please help me and guide me to solve this issue.

                                Even I got call from this number today, They said they are calling from Advocate Praveen's Delhi Office one person spoke to me in Tamil and threatened that he would sue me in Delhi Court, I asked him for what he never said anything but disconnected the Call. What should I do?? Kindly advise

                                Hello, my name is Faiqa Khan. I am goi through the same problem. I had taken MTS data card 12 GB package. But all my GB's got consumed without me even using it. I called them up and noticed them about the problem. Also, asked them to deactivate my connection. That too, in less than a month's time. Now I did not use those GB's so I don't see a point as to how am I liable to pay the amount. It's 932 Rs though. But still. I have tried complaining many times. Have yold them about the problem. But they keep calling me asking me to talk to customer care or file a complaint. Which I have done thousands of time already. Heights crossed when today I got a call from a lady saying she's calling from advocate Dharam Singh's office. And that I need to solve the issue. I don't know what to do. Mts is fraud.

                                  Dear Customer Care, Ref: Connection No. 1446028 I have been post- paid custmer of MTS internet connection for the last 8 months. Yesterday in evening I made request for the speed booster and paid Rs 125/- for this purpose.( vide Ref No. 1446028) The executive attending my call assured me that the speed booster will be activated in 30 minutes or maximum it will take 90 minutes time. Although official time for speed boosting is 16 working hours but normally it takes not more than 90 minutes time. All through the night I kept on waiting for the speed booster to be activated on my connection. But still, it has not been done. It is a very serious matter as I use this connection for my profession. Due to urgency of my work, I have made extra payment for immediate boosting of my net connection. The billing period of my connection ends on 31st March. So after that automatic boosting will be done. Please look into the matter and order for the immediate speed boosting.                                     I purchased a MTS Wi-Fi Data card (No. - [protected]) on 21st of Feb 2015, During the installation of data card, some error was encountered, Starting from 21st of Feb 2015, I logged my complains through MTS Customer Care many times but I didn’t get any support from MTS Technical Team. Because o[censored]nsupportive approach of MTS, my official assignments/work started suffering. I DO NEED NET CONNECTIVITY FOR MY OFFICIAL PURPOSE so I had to purchase another data card. As per MTS company policy, a data card can be returned within 15 days of its activation and data consumption should be less than 1 GB. On Monday, March 02, 2015 01:13 PM, I mailed to [protected]@MTSIndia.in to process return Request against my ‘MTS Wi-Fi Data Card (No. [protected]). As per there acknowledge mail, they supposed to respond me back within 24 working hours but they respond me on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 12:02 PM saying that MTS do not have the provision to refund the amount of the device.

                                      My datacard no is [protected]. After lot of issues, even though I have not used the MTS data card but I have paid all my outstanding amount. MTS has promised that, after I pay the outstanding amount they will be processing the refund amount for my data card Rd.1000/- after many follow up they have confirmed as like my refund has been started and they have asked me to collect the refund amount Rs.1000/- in the below location. MUKESH INTERNATIONAL (MTS Show room) NO.200, Velachery Main Road, Selaiyur, Chennai - 600073, Opp. Alfa School As MTS costumer care people called me on (24th March) and asked me to collect the refund amount from the about said branch, So i have reached them by phone on the same day and have told as i will be coming by next day (Wednesday) for getting refund amount. But when i visit the above said branch on Wednesday the store employee has confirmed that they received the mail confirmation for my refund but the store (in-charge) owner is not ready to give me and he has asked me to come back after 2 days. Hence i have reported the same to the help desk through email and call as well, again they have sent an email to me on yesterday (27th MARCH) still they are saying like even though MTS head office given mail confirmation, he will not provide the refund amount and not getting proper respond. When i call customer care they are also not providing any update or proper respond. Even i have sent an email as well but for that also no respond. When even i call help desk they will say as arranging the call back in 24 hrs but if i wait for 24 days also they wont give the call. It seems for everything we need to fight with them for everything. I am really depressed because of the MTS management, customer care people and the Selaiyur branch in-charge. Please do not close this compliant until i get the refund amount.
