Hi, This is Senthil, I have registered two service requests to cancel my connection in the month of Jan 2015, SR # 4573021, 4745488. I have also spoken to your customer support multiple times to cancel the connection and still I do not get any proper response. I never expected a company like MTS to work this way and they don't care for the customers. Please make sure this connection is cancelled and give a complete waiver of my bills, failing which I shall take legal action against your company. I do not want any bills in my name for a connection which is never used by me. My data care No : [protected] I have asked them to disconnect my service in the month of Jan 2015, but i have received a legal notice for non payment of the bills which i have not used.Their customer service is the worst in the world they dont have any answer for any issues. Please for GOD Sake DONT ever go for MTS!! Regards Senthil

      Sir, My MTS Number is [protected]. On 23/03/2015, I lodged a complaint (vide. complain no MAR/6411) that I my internet connection is erratic. Sometimes connection is there, and sometimes no connection. This is office supplied internet connection and used for vital work. While lodging the complaint, I have talked to 3 separate MTS customer care people, each giving me 3 separate solutions (1) Reset Browser (2)Delete files in %TEMP% (3)Reset the wifi dongle. Today on 26/03/2015, a representative called me up to inform me that my issue has been solved and so they want to close the complaint. When I said that the problem is still persisting, I was told that the prove was that I have used the internet today. He was trying to convince me that the problem was addressed. He wanted me to lodge a new complaint about connectivity. I have following to say: (1)I never claimed that I did not have connection. My complain was that the connection is unreliable. Sometimes connectivity is present and sometimes absent. Disconnecting and re-connecting back is not helping either. (2)Regarding false information, I did not write the entry into the complaint system. It was the problem of the customer care person who failed to understand my issue and lodged a problem into the system which was not true. (3)After talking to 3+1 customer care representative and waiting for said "24 working hours", cannot I expect a problem to be solved by a professional MNC like MTS? PLEASE HELP !!!           Recently[protected] I have Bought MTS post paid Data card. First 2 days only it was fine. From 3rd day onwards frequent connection drop is there (daily problem is starting from 6PM onwards). I have raised compliant on[protected]Complaint Number: Mar/8035). Without resolving the problem, compliant was closed[protected] by MTS people. When I have called to customer care they said that, they don't have option to re-open the complaint but the problem is still there. I dont know how to get refund and surrender the card. Thanks.

            I have purchases MTS 5 months back and since from the beginning the Internet speed is very very slow. I am paying for a 3G connection but the speed I am getting is worst than a 2G connection. I spoke to MTS guys several times and every time I have been told that the services would be improved shortly. Please either rectify this problem else cancel my connection as I am totally dissatisfied from the services.

              I have purchased a MBLAZE Ultra wifi device online, received that devide on 9 th March, send all my documents 10th march, resend it on 13th march, but still my device is not activated.

              Customer service not provided me any solution for this, they told me to submit my documents to nearby MTS shop, and shop keepers refuse to take my documents they told me submit your documents from where you have purchased the device .

              No body is interested to do anything, I have sent mail to Nodel officer and Apeliate officer but fro there also no reply.Th devise cost is Rs.999/-

Sir/Madam, Sub: MTS Data Card – MDN [protected] – Non usage – Surrendering of - reg <<<>>> I purchased the MTS post paid Data Card bearing No. [protected] from MTS show room at Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu. Till December 2014, I have used the Data card but not used the full capacity of the Data since there were many problems in the network connection. In spite of my repeated complaints, the network was not set right and your representatives either called me during my office hours or during my travel as I am an Executive Officer in an Government department. At this juncture, I took a decision to surrender my Data Card after making payment of Rs.1156/- for the month of December 2014. I informed my decision to your representatives who called me regarding the complaint of network, explained the fact of network failure and hence, the surrender of Data Card. But they gave me fake promises that I can get the uninterrupted network immediately after closing their call as they have updated the software. But they didn’t do anything to solve my problem and if I make further complaint, they told me to approach the nearest MTS show room with the Data Card. When I approached the nearest MTS show room in Trichy, they told me that the software updation should be done by the technical wing only and we can’t do anything in this regard. After that When I was called by your representative regarding this complaint, I told them that I no more need your Data Card and I will switch over to other company’s net connection. During this process itself, I paid the amount of Rs.1156/- for December 2014 on 19.01.2015 and conveyed my decision of surrender to the MTS show room at Thanjavur. But, now two months after my surrender of Data Card, I received continuous mails from your legal cell (Advocate - Mr.Veera) for MTS overdue of Rs.2292/- and legal proceedings threatening me by taking legal action against me to recover the above said outstanding amount from me with the cost and consequences arising thereof. I paid the appropriate amount in time for what I have used. The usage of Data Card for the past three months can now itself be verified from your end. Without using the Data Card since from January 2015, how can I pay for about Rs.2292/- for two months? As I am fully distressed on the continuous threatening mails to my mail id and SMS to my mobile, I can’t focus on my official works. I hereby sturdily confirm that I don’t want your Data Card further more and no more intimation of bills or anything should be from your end. Yours faithfully, (G.RAJALAKSHMI)

                  I have bought a MTS data card and it cant be activated.Whenever I tried to call the toll free number it is always busy throughout the day and if i tried to contact them via service charged call they would be picking my call immediately.The response they show is very irritating and whatever they say in their words will never be done in their actions.I spent nearly Rs 200 in complaining about the data card to them.Whenever I complain about my situation they would tell it will be resolved within 2 days but will not be solved even for 20 days or even 2 months.My 1000 INR which i spent in buying my data card goes in vain

                    I have purchased wifi dongle on 25th of Feb, order number:[protected]. Till now it does not activated. I have spoke approx 10 time to customer care executive, they are not doing anything only saying that please email to "[protected]@mtsindia.in" along with all your document. And email sent already more than 5 time. Every time when I call after explaining every thing from starting they replay again send email to [protected]@mtsindia.in. Although I did not get any reply of any email! So I want to refund this dongle.

                      I had purchased a MTS Mobile set through Flip kart last 16th Sept'14. Invoice No DEL/RET/TOU/14-15/1700. After receiving 15 days later it was seen that max time the set was hanged and when a massage received a non stop ring tone sounding until it was disconnected from its power. I try to search a service center from Internet and when I go that address, it was a miracle max service center left there position 1 or 2 years ago. I call to customer care for such searching but they gave the wrong address and wrong contract no. In this situation I am confused what do I do.                           I purchased MTS MBlaze Ultra Wifi Prepaid dongle with MDN number: [protected] on 15.3.2015 and it got activated on 16.3.2015. Since then the speed is just below 0.5 Mbps. I called customer care and they provided me with some troubleshooting steps; after which the speed improved and it was 0.9 Mbps for 5 mins. Then again it went back to 0.3 Mbps. I called customer ervice several times and raised a complaint with complaint no.Mar/5594. And I was told that technician will come to my place and do the needful, with which the speed will be improved. This is the worst choice I made of buying MTS dongle. The promised speed id 9 Mbps but the speed is not even 0.9 Mbps continuously. I am fed up with this dongle. It is utter waste of my money. I request the concerned authority to take some action and refund the money bcoz I know that the speed is never going to improve.

                            I was buying a MTS handset through Flip cart last 16th Sep'2014.Model ZTE D-286 (CDMA+GSM). This handset max time hanged and non stop ring tone sounding. I try to search a service centre of MTS but max service centre withdrew its position. I called castomer care for searching a service centre but they gave the wrong address.                               i am using mts internet data card since last 3 months but i am not getting even average speed. they promise to give 9.8 mbps. but actually the speed is just 500kbps. and when i contacted their customer care, the executive didn't gave any solution, and said that this is normal and average speed. and this is not for once only, i called them thrice, but am not satisfied with their answers. now i have to change the data card.

                                This is the [censored]iest ( I don't have a word for rotten ) service ever ... They Have a facebook page but do not provide customers to post on their page .. This tells you a lot about the company. Now I was promised a rebate on the unused data as I was not getting proper speed for 3 months and I am still not getting the speed. Oh I have a credit limit of Rs 3000 but they disconnected my service for Rs 300 and I was without internet for 4 days due to some banking issues .. Now their nodal officer never picks the call .. They DON'T have a toll free number .. since I have a mobile number from a different carrier I pay for my calls to this company and they put on hold forever. Oh the scenario is that my billing cycle is from 16 - 15 ... and my due date comes to 3 or 4th of the next month, BUT, I was without internet since 16th march ... My services were Barred ... I got my bank issues resolved today( 20th March 2015) and made a payment .. the internet is back .. But what about the 4 days which they wasted ... NEVER BUY MTS ... MDN : [protected]

                                  I am really frustrated about the services of MTS Chennai. They are not ready to contact with me in single person. I have raised many queries to them regarding my Data card issues from Day one. But they are not solving till now. I never met these type of customer care irresponsible works.

                                  You are 100% correct. MTS provides the worst customer service. They know how to launch a new complaint, but don't know how to resolve them. I am going to fire a complaint against MTS in consumer forum. They are cheaters.

Please enlighten me in what way you are involved in this procedure when it is a matter of transaction between myself and MTS organisation. We once again attach my documents for your activation purpose and would request you do this immediately.

                                      We have taken connection through your representative Mr. K Venkatesh (Mobile No.[protected]) and paid him Rs.1030/- through Receipt No. TG/K/[protected]/No.1379 Agency Name TRANSGENEZ SOLUTION & ENGINEERING PVGT LTD (PHONE NO.[protected] but they are not responding our calls we have called him several times I think he is ran away with my money. Please solve this problem.

This MTS Internet is very third class ...i am not happy with MTS internet ...If you want i will use MTS internet so give me good facility. i will give you 0 feedback in 100.
