Cheating the customers & Worst Customer Service

MTS MBlaze erratic connection

Frequent Connection Drop

MTS Poor Internet service

I have purchases MTS 5 months back and since from the beginning the Internet speed is very very slow. I am paying for a 3G connection but the speed I am getting is worst than a 2G connection. I spoke to MTS guys several times and every time I have been told that the services would be improved shortly. Data card not activated

I have purchased a MBLAZE Ultra wifi device online, received that devide on 9 th March, send all my documents 10th march, resend it on 13th march, but still my device is not activated.

mts dongle activation process is due from 1 month

Speed not as promised

i am using mts internet data card since last 3 months but i am not getting even average speed. they promise to give 9.8 mbps. but actually the speed is just 500kbps. and when i contacted their customer care, the executive didn't gave any solution, and said that this is normal and average speed. and this is not for once only, i called them thrice, but am not satisfied with their answers. now i have to change the data card....
