My MTS DATA CARD number is : [protected] I am getting sms for making a payment of 26/- towards the data card even after making the complete payment. However this charge came up after I had made the final payment of a date agreed after which the billing was told to be stopped. I was told that this is the final bill amount. I have been calling the customer care for two months now getting no response from them!! This was the same reaction when I called them for speed issue on my 2nd day o[censored]sage after the activation of the DATACARD. After I got the SMS I was told that this is due to the delay time charges and I have been charged for those last two or three days when the card was suspended, but the last amount that I paid was the calculated amount agreed by the customer care from MTS . So why am I penalized for the miss I am not able to make this payment too, do you expect me to travel 12 Kms the most nearest showroom one way to make a payment in so I use at least a RS 30 as amount for fuel to pay the outstanding RS 26 charged to me after the last date!!!

    Hi, Reg - MTS data card cancellation request. MTS data card # [protected] Name - Banuchandar G Mobile# +91-[protected] After 3 days of activation of MTS WIFI datacard, I raised speed issue concern by contacting the MTS customer care executive. A request has been logged - Req# FEB/6348 by 15th Feb 2015. Finally, after 15 days of raising the issue request (1-March-2015) a MTS CC executive has informed me that she would not be able to resolve the speed issue since the network in my area is weak. So she has asked me to close the connection if I do not want to use it. I again contacted MTS CC to close my connection and get a refund by 4th March 2015, to my surprise, I was told that I would not be eligible for any refund as 15 days has been passed from the service activation and I was told to close the connection by paying an outstanding amount of INR 689 in order to avoid any further bills. If you closely understand my issue, the CC person took 15 days time to get back to me with a resolution for which he/she should have supposed to close by 24 hours, which is the actual lead time to close any issue raised by the customer (as I spoke to MTS higher official)/ Also, I would be happy to use MTS if the speed was good in the first place. It is not me who like to close the connection but the service provider asks me to do so. So I am very well eligible for a refund irrespective of their eligibility criteria for expecting a refund.       mts-india Mar 4, 2015 Dear Customer, With reference to your query dated 3/2/2015 about MTS number [protected] regarding bill issue, we would like to inform you that if the services of an account is in active status and the customer has not requested for account cancellation, then customer is liable to pay the daily rental along with service tax irrespective of the usage made as it is a postpaid services. This is standard across all type of services. Hence, we sincerely request you to pay the outstanding amount of 1041/-. Let us know if you require any further help, we would be pleased to assist you. You can also mail your query/complaint to [protected]@mtsindia.in in order to provide you with better resolution. Thanks for showing interest in MTS. 5.3.2015 paid 1041 rupeee and then say that 1041 more pay and they close data card whay hell this tell me whay not close my data card i not use this service

        Hi, I hold a prepaid dongle [][protected] which was broken and thought to replace the device. when I searched for a prepaid dongle, One executive got in touch and I got the dongle. After reaching home i saw that it was a postpaid device which i dont want. I called the executive again, he have no proper answer. He is trying to convince me take the post paid. Need fix.             I got a call today from a lady Nisha Agarwal ([protected]) claiming to be from a Verification Department of Delhi District Court. She just confirmed my name, number and address and said that Advocate Vikram Rana has filed a case against me in Delhi District Court and hence I need to go to Delhi for the case. She further confirmed that she does not have any details of the case and gave me the case file number and the contact number of advocate Vikram Rana([protected]) and asked me to contact him to get the case details and decide whether I want to settle the case or promceed with the case. What should i do?

              Dear Consumer Complaints Team, This is Praveen Kumar from Chennai, I have taken a MTS Data Card on 09- Oct -2014, with the following tariff. Tariff Plan : REV-999-20GB DAY_20GB NIGHT - UNLIMITED Monthly Rental : 999 MTS Data Card No : [protected] Account Number : [protected] And I raised a Compliant on speed related issue on above said MTS No. as follows, 1, Compliant No: Nov / 1641 dated :05-NOV-2-14 2, Compliant No : Nov / 6404 dated :18-NOV-2014 3, Compliant No : Nov / 7548 dated : 21-NOV-2014 And this is third Compliant on Speed Issue but so far the problem is not resolved.Need to take necessity action to resolve same or else request to terminate the above connection on priority. But they did not terminate the service. If they give good service I'm not going the surrender, and the usage of 40GB 3G Internet with 9.8 Mbps speed, Wifi But can't use 3 -5 GB per month due to poor service.                 I have a MTS data card wifi [protected] which i got in nov. 14 after that nov month i will get the speed of like null.cannot even browsing no website response soon like 2g working, ...i compliant on mts customercare..they said in your area our technical team is working and at end of month u will get speed..but this fault message give continuously for three months..in march moth they still says the same that technical team is working..blabla... i m using data card in jaipur in three different locations...also in bundi city but no where i got the speed...

                  I GOT CONNECTION OF MTS WIFI DATA CARD NO.[protected], WITH A PLAN OF 550/- ACCORDING TO THIS PLAN I WAS PROVIDED 5 GB (DAY USAGES FROM 8AM TO 12 AM NIGHT) AND 5 GB (NIGHT FROM 12 AM NIGHT TO 8 AM MORNING) NOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IF CONTINUE TO USE DATA CARD FROM MORNING 5-8, AND I DO NOT DISCONNECT THE SAME AT 8 AM, ENTIRE USAGES ARE COUNTED IN DAY USAGES INSTEAD OF NIGHT USAGES AS PER PLAN. ON COMPLAINT THEY ASK ME TO DISCONNECT THE DATA CARD AT 8 AM MORNING AND 12 AM NIGHT DAILY TO AVOID THIS WRONG CALCULATION. WHAT THE FOOLISH ANSWER, I WILL WAIT AT NIGHT 12'O CLOCK AND WILL SHUT DOWN THE SAME, OTHERWISE THEY WILL DO THIS WRONG PRACTICE, IF THIS IS TRUE THAN WHY THE SAME IS NOT APPLICABLE VICE-VERSA, LIKE CALCULATION OF DAY USAGES IN NIGHT USAGES

                    We have requested for cancellation of MTS wifi dongle service in January 8th 2015. That time they have told to pay the bill amount of 1496Rs/- we have paid the bill. But after 1month again we received the bill for the January in the month of February and the customer service told not to pay the bill and they will disconnect the service. After 1month again we got the bill for month of February. Now they started asking to pay the bill then only they will disconnect the service. We have raised the ticket with customer care but of No use. Our MTS dongle no [protected] Kindly help.

                      I has taken an mts data card in 22nd dec 2014and number isv[protected] and registered a complaint of speed on 26th dec it. i has recieved a call and has been informed to visit the mts centre . I has visited the MTS centre, nit faridabad and they has admit that these circles are having issues in speed and confirmed on mail that your refund of data card has been initiated and do not use the data card.I has since then not used and now to my surprise i has recieved reponses like we don, t have policy of refund and we will not be responsible for commitments and telephonic complaints, as they are not valid according to us. Please Do not use mts data card. they do not provide services as well as the feedback regarding the employees are non professional and they has sent the bills which i has not used and now recieving calls regarding the payment.                         Dear Sir
                        I have purchased MTS BLAZE ultra wifi dongle from Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110020 on 27 February 2015.
                        My connection have not started yet. I have completed all the formalities and given my Aadhar card hard copy as a proof. I had called MTS consumer care so many times but they said that they have not got any documents of mine.I also contacted to my salesperson who sold me this data card but he was saying that he has already sent my documents in the company.Physical verification of my id has already took place on 2 March 2015. But still not any strict action has taken place regarding my connection. I hope you will soon solve my problem. The photo of receipt attached below.

                          I am using MTS Data card and i got message from MTS customer care.. Your bill was generated and you will pay 1113rs before 5th March 2015. You got one when you paid your bill before 28th feb 2015. the offer is, you got coupon code from MTS up to 2500rs from KFC. Till i did not get my coupon code. Am very disappointed from your service.. Many times i am called to Customer care for help.. He/She tell you got message with in 24 hrs but i still got any message from MTS.. Please take further action for my problem. I will hope you for my problem. Thanks...

                                MTS people gave wrong commitment including appellate in billing dispute. Initially I paid Rs 1000 as security deposit and got the connection activated after 4 to 5 days only after I paid the security deposit. I bought the modem on October 1st 2014 via COD option and recived the modem after 8 to 9 days. It got activated from 16 of oct 2014. They ask me to pay Rs 1000 as security deposit since your hometown address proof is out of service.I paid it. Initially they gave commitment regarding my security deposit Rs 1000 as, we would deduct during first month (I got full bill Rs 1122 40 gb postpaid plan), later they told it would be done on final bill (Now they generated bill of Rs 471 for Jan 16th to Jan 28th 2015), now they told we would be generating ANOTHER final bill in which we would adjust the security deposit. . I decided to close the connection by end of January 2015 billing cycle (mine is 16th to 16th) after slow connection and especially because of wrong commitment regarding billing and security deposit. I raised complaint for slow connection and for billing dispute too. I complained them and informed them via email communication. I paid only Rs122 for the Dec to Jan billing cycle stating that their statement "It would be done on last month." For doing disconnection they further ask me to pay Rs 1000 and they gave the commitment Rs 1000 would be adjusted with final bill (Jan 15th to Jan 28th which is of Rs 471 for service charge - i did not use the modem during that period.) They temporarily disconnected my service since Jan 28 2015 after I paid Rs 1000 for Dec 2014 to Jan 2015 billing cycle. However, I requested for cancellation by 14th Jan 2015 and I keep on sending them mail regarding disconnection request they did temporary disconnection with delay. They did not adjust my security deposit with my final bill of amount Rs 471. I asked them and now the situation is, another final bill would be generated. What a surprise! They told that your deposit would be adjusted with ANOTHER next final bill (Mid of march 2015). I dont know how many bills they would generate as final bills. Not able to close the postpaid connection . They are not willing to close the connection for customer.

                                  Sir, I made complain to MTS so many time but they give complain number like FEB/9875 and after 2 days they will close the complain and say it will be resolved in 20 working hours but so will come to resolved the problem they only charge money monthly so plz do needfull.MTS NUMBER=[protected] thanks

                                    I have sent two mails to mts but haven't got any reponse - I have purchased mts dongle on 25 feb and till 27 i had used max to max 6gb but in the 27th night when i checked my balance it was showing as zero. I dont know how it was showing zero balance when i had used approx 6gb only. Also after this i made a recharge on 28th morning at 12:36 a.m. of amount 499 but at that time the wifi was not working, it was showing as connected in my cell but i was not able to surf in the net. I spoke to the customer care executive also they said me to wait till morning. I spoke to them again few minutes back when i saw that 2.2 gb of balance got deducted from my account out of which 675 got deducted at the same time when i recharged my account though i have not used that also they agreed that 1.5 gb got deducted by mistake. I don't understand how the balance can be deducted unnecessarily without any usage, are you trying to fool us by showing us attractive advertisement also the internet speed i am getting right now is less then 20 kb/s, slower than a 2g network. I am really sick off from the service of mts. Mts device no. [protected] Also one more mail - I am not able to understand how the balance from my account is drastically getting deducted. Today early morning at 1:00 balance in my account was 2800 mb and now at 11:20 the balance is showing 1200mb. I dont understand how, when i would have used only maximum 100mb, the balance deduction is showing 1600mb. I had send one more mail 24 hrs back regarding the same problem and i have not yet got the responce of that. I feel that there is fraud which mts is doing with me, if this problem can't be resolved I have to make a complaint in consumer Court and have to deactivate the service with mts.

                                      MTS consistently deducting internet balance from the account although we have not used the internet. There customer care facilities are also very bad. They are telling fake records about the internet usage and when we ask to mail us the records, they denied. Very bad impression from the company.

                                        These people are literally fraud peoples.Beware of them they say that they provide services at minimum prize but they will never deliver from last 3 months I am facing problem with device and network but they are rectifying my complaint.They are not good with their service, unfriendly peoples, Never up to the mark just not serving well. If you have a complaint forget that it will be get clear. Most of the staff lies about things they meant to do they will conduct false promises and never to completed work.
