I have received calls from people claiming that they are legal hires of MTS and they are filing case against for the non-payment of bills outstanding. I bought a MTS broadband connection (MTS Number:[protected]) 3 years back and then suffered a lot with their pathetic services, as they themselves have not updated records for the advance payment done my me.Then, I had got in between the Distributor and company to settle issue to update their records. Then in the next month, they issued the wrong bill with extra charges and I asked them to correct, but they continued to claim that to be right. When I declined to pay, MTS discontinued the services and continue to charge the min. charges as that was postpaid connection for the next three months. This all happened in just 3 months and I had chased the MTS from their customer care executive to Nodal to Appellate, but no one listened to my concerns or ignored those. Since then they are harassing me with 'n' numbers of calls and I fed-up of explaining this to the new person calls me and assure to settle the issue by correcting the bill. Finally, after three years, I gave-up and thought of settling this and close this. Last month I got a call from a person claiming to an advocate and asked to contact Panjak Rajput ([protected]) to pay the dues. I called and told the whole thing again to him. The genuine amount was around 20% of total dues; however, just to close, I agreed to pay ~50% of the dues, as no one in MTS was listening to my concerns. I was told by Pankaj that you pay this amount online on MTS website and I will issue the NOC (no Objection Certificate) in 30 minutes once you send the proof of payment. Despite his assurance, I had asked him that I want the F&F request in mail from someone in MTS. Surprisingly, I had received the same in mail from Piyush Ranjan Samal (Customer Service Delivery, MTS, Delhi NCR) (Piyush.[protected]@mtsindia.in). Now, I made the payment and send the proof of payment to both of them. As should be expected from MTS, even after one month, I have not received the NOC certificate from them. Again, I have to chase them for the same. Nothing received till date. I am hoping that someone from MTS is tracking this and will listen and take action on the same.
