I was facing connectivity issue with my MTS data card [protected] for past 30 days. Hence I have opened an compliant on 23 Feb, 2015 and got an feedback the compliant will resolved in 22 hours. Still it was not resolved, but got message that issue was resolved. On contacting customer care they simply said that they have called my but I didn't responded. It was very Worst response from them.     Hi. I had purchased a MTS WIFI DATA CARD FOR 999/- after much persuasion by the advertisements and messages I was getting last year in November.. From the beginning the agent lied to me about activation/registration and I had to wait longer than I was told and I had to even go to a service center for help with activation. However I though it was an initial issue and then I started using the Internet wi fi which was ok. However in 2 months in Jan my problems started again.My device went dead - it stopped working and the light did not come on. I had to wait for 2 days since the service centre was closed. Then I gave it and I was told it would be looked into free of cost since the warranty period was there. HOWEVER IT TOOK ONE WHOLE MONTH FOR THEM TO GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT DEVICE IN FEB. Even after that my problems were not over. When I went to collect the new device it was clearly a refurbished one but since the device was working I collected it. I was told that it would take 24 hours for activation. I waited however the internet was still not working although device was working and registering. After that it has been 10 DAYS AND I HAVE CALLED ATLEAST 25 TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER MY PERSISTENCE THEY AT FIRST UNDERSTOOD THE ISSUE. AT FIRST THEY JUST KEPT ASKING ME TO WAIT. THEN THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT THE NEW HARDWARE NEEDS TO BE MAPPED WITH MY NUMBER FOR MY INTERNET TO WORK. EVEN AFTER THAT I HAVE TO REPEATEDLY CALL THEM 5 TIMES A DAY AND THEY KEEP ASKING ME TO REPEAT THE ISSUE. THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND THEY SOMETIMES DISCONNECT THE CALL ON PURPOUSE SAYING THAT THEY CANNOT HEAR ME OR WHILE ON HOLD. THEY SAY MY SIGNAL IS BAD EVEN WHEN I AM CALLING FROM MY LANDLINE? WHEN I WAS SPEASKING ONCE TO THEM I HEARD ANOTHER AGENT TELLING SOME CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE THAT THEY CANNOT HEAR ANYTHING. I SUSPECT IT IS A TACTIC TO GET THE CUSTOMER OFF THE LINE. I HAVE TO WAIT ONE HOUR ON LINE IF I WANT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THAT TOO ONLY AFTER 10 DAYS OF REPEATEDLY CALLING. I HAVE BEEN SIMULTANEOUSLY EMAILING TWO DIFFERENT EMAIL ID'S AS WELL HOWEVER EVEN RESPONSE FROM THEM IS USELESS. THEY ARE ALSO CONFUSING THE ISSUE. ONCE THEY ASK ME IF I AM HAVING A SPEED ISSUE. HOW CAN I HAVE A SPEED ISSUE WHEN I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW WEBSITES? ON TOP OF THAT AFTER PROMISING ME REFUND FOR NON USAGE AND NON AVAILABILITY OF DEVICE IN THE 3RD MONTH AND NOW THEY ARE GOING BACK ON THAT ALSO. I AM GETTING CALLS TO PAY EVEN BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND THAT HAPPENED IN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS ALSO. THEY ARE CONSTANLY SENDING MESSAGES ALSO EVEN THOUGH THERE IS LOT OF TIME TO PAY THE BILL. TILL TODAY, 10 DAYS AFTER GETTING MY REPLACEMENT DEVICE NOR MY INTERNET IS WORKING AND NOR I HAVE PROPER CONFIRMATION OF MY BILL BEING WAIVED FOR 3RD MONTH.

      Dear sir, I purchased an MTS data card vide. no. [protected] on[protected] from om sai Telecom Delhii-11032 and he assured me that the speed is 9.8 mbps but since then, I have not seen the speed more than 0kbps -127kbps till today. I have made my complaints regarding this but no use. Can you tell me a place in Delhi where the speed is 9.8mbps? Due to this reason I could not start my new work of share trading. Evven the speed as I mentioned is not constant but fluctuate within a second. Please solve the problems or guide me to take the necessary steps. This problems is also giving me the mental pain and agony which cannot be compensated in any manner. With regards PREM CHAND Mob.[protected]

          They have the worst service . I have contacted them for the past 20 days and they are still not able to solve one small issue. And their customer care Mail id, i have never seen such thing anywhere you will only get acknowlegment mails and no response will be there even after 20 years. And the speed of the internet that is more aweful. So please go for anyother options instead of MTS if you want to live a normal life . Else you need to call mts customer care daily.

            Dear Sir I have MTS data card No.[protected] which was purchased few weeks back but still internet speed not picked.Now am i getting the speed from 3kbps to 9 kbps. I am very very disappointed about this data card.if you are not increase my internet speed am going to broken with help of big stone. I was called lot of time to your customer care but nobody take as serious..the were simply said it will increase... Let us know when will increase after getting broken?????????????               In the connection with the below tailed mail and your earlier mail communication, today I had visited your MTS Shop to migrate my Postpaid connection to Prepaid connection.Then I come to know that my Data Card number has been disconnected permanently. But I could not understand at that time why my connection got permanently disconnected!!! Because as per TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) after receiving the customer request for disconnection the Service Provider disconnects the line as TD(Temporary Disconnection) for 90 days and after that the connection gets disconnected permanently. I had called MTS customer care but they(Mr.Sudhir Roy and Mr.Rahul Kumar) explained a different reason for disconnection, that is "non usage of service". Again I am surprised that I had made my last payment on 04/11/2015 and after that I had used the service till December 2014. My last bill was generated on 01/01/2015, then how come the connection got disconnected permanently on 31/12/2014. As per TRAI norms service provider can disconnect the service on non usages of the service after 90 days. In between I had faced a road accident on January 2015 and hence I could not contact your customer care for migration as per your earlier mail communication which said that I can migrate my connection after 3 months from its date of activation. The Date of Activation of my connection was 14/10/2014 and it crossed 3 months waiting period for migration on 13/01/2015. Now please explain me how a multinational company can break the normal terms and condition of TRAI? From the date of activation I had lodged approximate 10 complaints regarding my network issue. Instead of solving my problem, my connection got deactivated permanently.

                I am currently using the mts 3g plus wifi data card. Signal Strength is very very very very very...worst. I had ever seen these kind of network service. Obviously they have no ability to provide Network service. Please shut down you stuff and close your mouth and keep calm. Dont come forward and give advertisement and all (upto 9mbps speed)....totally nonsense network

                  I bought a MTS Ultra Wifi Datacard. When searched Olx.in one of the guy listed saying supplying new datacard & the 40GB plan is closing on the same day (after cross checking that was a big lie). supplied one MTS Ultra Datacard, paid Rs.700/-. They said will be activated on the same day. But they didnt do. I kept on calling customer care MTS they said no document has been uploaded. After that I kept on calling the below two guys who supplied the datacard. Vinod answered once telling me that will call me back in 5 minutes. And Rajendran answered once telling that will send his person tomorrow. Thing is that they gave me a defect datacard which isnt functioning. Peoples like these two are spoiling the reputation of MTS. They didnt give me a bill for the purchase. They never called me back or attended my call. Because of this I had undergone severe hardship was mentally disturbed. The pain and agony went to peak as I was running a travel agency issuing air tickets, bus tickets, train tickets daily. Without internet nothing was possible. Humour is that After getting the MTS on the same day I gave the vodafone datacard which I was using to my sister beliveing that MTS will be activated in a day.                     Sir I'm using MTS no. [protected] from last 4-5 years; didn't face any problem till some days back.. From few last month I'm in Delhi i. e. Roaming & I'm using my phone very little just to know who's is calling & if any important msg.. In last month they have deducted whatever balance I recharge with.. When i came to know that it happened customers executive denies it promptly.. But 2 days back they have again deducted Rs. 50in small denominations like Rs 5, then Rs 10 likewise. When I called customers care they accepted & assured that it'll get credited in my account within 2 days & no vas will be activated & no unnecessry deduction.. . in spite of this my balance is getting deducted every now & then.. I have finally decided to use MNP.. THANKING YOU MOHIT MY alternate no. [protected]

                      Dear Sir, I am facing the problem with my mts data card no-[protected].It`s a post paid connection 40gb plan and unlimited.My bill has come for rs2322 besides it should come as Rs999/- + serv. tax .Now mts company customer care says that I have used this device in roaming that`s why excess billing has been done.Whereas I am pretty much sure that I haven`t used it in roaming.The only condition with the broadband plan I am having is, if it goes in roaming that only bill could excess.And guess what that`s they have shown me in my current bill.I have launched complaint also with no-feb/15897.Even after resolving this complaint, they says device used in roaming.Plz suggest. regards Ashish Sharma

                          I have a MTS prepaid data card number - [protected] with which I have been facing problems since the time I have taken it! Twice earlier when I recharged it online it did not get recharged but my balance got deducted. Now I have last recharged this number for 699 on 11th Feb 2015.. I have not been using this number since the last recharge, but when I started suing it 5 days back the connection was extremely slow.. to the extent that it was not even loading one page properly. When I called to complain, I had to speak to three agents because none of them could evidently see the balance! They were instead asking me for the balance and as per MTS unlimited plans customers cannot check balance online! (that's one big issue!) Finally one agent took my complaint and the number is FEB/5418 which according to them is resolved but it's actually not! Firstly they told me that they will call back in 20 hours from 21st Feb 2015 and they called on 24th Feb 2015! And when they call they say that my balance is over!! which I have not been able to use! On the other hand the last agent who took my complaint had informed me that I have an unused balance of 7GB! When I spoke to a supervisor Udit Kohli at the MTS customer care today he said that the balance is exhausted. I am 200% sure that I have not used the balance and it's anyway not possible considering their pathetic network speed! I am extremely frustrated and angry and want someone to solve this issue and let me use the 7GB that I paid for even if for the last time!

                              I have received calls from people claiming that they are legal hires of MTS and they are filing case against for the non-payment of bills outstanding. I bought a MTS broadband connection (MTS Number:[protected]) 3 years back and then suffered a lot with their pathetic services, as they themselves have not updated records for the advance payment done my me.Then, I had got in between the Distributor and company to settle issue to update their records. Then in the next month, they issued the wrong bill with extra charges and I asked them to correct, but they continued to claim that to be right. When I declined to pay, MTS discontinued the services and continue to charge the min. charges as that was postpaid connection for the next three months. This all happened in just 3 months and I had chased the MTS from their customer care executive to Nodal to Appellate, but no one listened to my concerns or ignored those. Since then they are harassing me with 'n' numbers of calls and I fed-up of explaining this to the new person calls me and assure to settle the issue by correcting the bill. Finally, after three years, I gave-up and thought of settling this and close this. Last month I got a call from a person claiming to an advocate and asked to contact Panjak Rajput ([protected]) to pay the dues. I called and told the whole thing again to him. The genuine amount was around 20% of total dues; however, just to close, I agreed to pay ~50% of the dues, as no one in MTS was listening to my concerns. I was told by Pankaj that you pay this amount online on MTS website and I will issue the NOC (no Objection Certificate) in 30 minutes once you send the proof of payment. Despite his assurance, I had asked him that I want the F&F request in mail from someone in MTS. Surprisingly, I had received the same in mail from Piyush Ranjan Samal (Customer Service Delivery, MTS, Delhi NCR) (Piyush.[protected]@mtsindia.in). Now, I made the payment and send the proof of payment to both of them. As should be expected from MTS, even after one month, I have not received the NOC certificate from them. Again, I have to chase them for the same. Nothing received till date. I am hoping that someone from MTS is tracking this and will listen and take action on the same.

                                Data card number [protected]. I purchased it on 17/02/2015 from World Vision, T-nagar. Actually I was getting it as door delivery from an Agent Venugopal for Rs. 2200/-. He assured me that it would be activated by evening. Now it is a week time from then and still not activated nor the details are got updated with MTS. Whenever I call MTS, they are telling that no details have got updated with them. Whenever I call the agent he doesn't pick up the call. The agency also picks rarely and telling some reasons like system error, my number was not reachable etc. Some times they say they would call back in 30 mins, but no call back. There was an executive named Vignesh, he was telling some reasons and when I was rebuttling him, he was behaving in a rude manner and finally gave a call back number and that was not an existing number. In the mean time I got 3 calls from different numbers for verification. But it did not seem to be authentic. When I called MTS they said no details have updated nor any verification. I feel something fishy and advice me shall I make a police complaint.                                   I use a prepaid MTS Dongle purely for internet data over laptop. The dongle has no sim either. I recharged online on 16.2.2015, Monday for Rs. 500. The data was transferred to my main balance. What is this main balance? If it is a sim based, then, this 500 amount can be used for other calls. When this data is applicable for internet usage, why is there a need of main balance? My net got over within a week, with an intimation that, my balance is low. So, I recharged once again with MTS as per the customer executive's directions for Rs. 499 5GB for 30 days. It's been more than hours, that I still haven't recieved my net balance. How long will it take? Wanted to know, if MTS is a dead slow poor service towards a customer? I have my project submissions tomorrow. Planning this, I recharged last week. I'm in need of internet data now. What do I do? I have complained 3 times to the website at MTS over net, called twice. What more can I do? Will the customer care reply me? Or can I recieve my cash back?

                                    my mts id is [protected].The MTS data card says that 40GB in 3GB speed for the plan 999.When I started using, I never got 40GB and speed as advertised.I raised complaint over phone and email however It wasn't rectified .I asked customer care to send a technician to check the speed and resolve the issue but they never send technicians.Customer care has got more time for collecting money every month.(i.e they starting calling before 5 days of payment).SMS also am receiving on daily basis.They never showed this much attitude in resolving the issue.Is there a department to check these kind of corporate activities, that what they advertised, whether they are providing or not?.I am very unhappy with customer care agents, calling on daily basis for monthly payments but never taken my unresolved issue to technical people.Some of my friends also has same kind of issue.They got legal notice from MTS for non-payment.MTS brand has to be stopped for giving false advertisement

                                        Mobile No:[protected] Account ID: [protected] My account was activated on 8th or 9th Jan 2015 but the device never got connected. I called MTS customer care and they asked me to visit the nearest office to upgrade the software, this is so bad as they cannot give the update patch online. Anyways I have asked them to cancel the services by calling customer service, I was told that I will receive call from MTS customer care about this. I have never received one from MTS and I visited the nearby office 2 times, i have got the same response. But during my last visit to the nearest customer care office, I was told that I have to use the connection for atleast 3 months to cancel it, this is somehting not acceptable. All i have got now is bill for Jan'15 for the device that is not working from day 1. Anyways, I am ready to clear the due upon getting the confirmation from MTS.
