MTS service, speed is very very bad, download speed is below 30 kbs speed. I tried to download mobile app 15.6 MB, It's took around 20 Min. I just activated on 13 Feb 2015. i spent 1200 for Data Card and to close the data card on 17th Feb 2015, they asking me to pay billable amount around 250+ for just 1/2 day (4 days it is not working). I used below 650 MB as of now, for closing my connection now they asking to pay Rs. 800+ on 20th Feb 2015 Today.(it is not working from the day 1). These people are not in professional, I am getting tensed to talk these people. Please help me to close this connection. My MTS No is [protected]

No use giving complaints her, no update from last 4 day's

    Dear concerned, I feel really sad to inform you that I've been facing several unresolved issues with my MTS Mblaze services, and as it happens, unless they are resolved immediately, I may have to leave MTS in the absence of an alternative: My MDN no: [protected] I currently own an Mblaze Ultra Postpaid, together with a data plan of Rs. 999/mo, however: 1. I applied for a change of my data plan from 550 to 999, and I was told that my request was successfully submitted, that I'll be able to use the new data plan from the next billing cyclw. However, come the next bill cycle, I found that I was continuing to receive the same old 5GB day + 5GB night data balance, not the upgraded 20GB day + 20GB night. On contacting customer support, and I feel really sad to say this, they were not even the least interested in helping me, they simply denied my problem. 2. A 2GB Speed booster pack, which I had applied for in my previous bill cycle, suddenly got activated in the new bill cycle, effectively deleting whatever balance was there in my account, and I am now stuck with just 2GB data at the beginning of my bill cycle, dated 16th February. When I reached the customer support with all this, they simply denied the whole affair, tried to deflect me elsewhere, didn't even take me into consideration. i am tired of ISPs who promise but not deliver, and the only reason I moved to MTS is because I had really high hopes from it. I have been truly disappointed, and may be forced to move to another ISP and leave MTS altogether, unless my problems are immediately resolved and my account credited with the proper 20GB day + 20GB night balance that I am paying for. Please see to it that my problem is resolved without delay, so that I am not forced to move on to another Internet Service Provider. Regards.

      Location/place: Vellore Name of company/service: MTS Datacard This is to bring to everyone’s notice that illegal practices being used by MTS India to recover the dues from customers. It is observed that MTS India representatives are pretending to be “Lawyer” from “Delhi High-Court, Delhi” calling the customers who seems to have some pending dues towards bill payments. In my case I had a MTS data card and disconnected as I was not happy with the service and the service request raised for technical issue was not addressed at all by MTS Tamilnadu customer care I had paid the bill in advance, but even after giving a disconnection request in September Month Request No. 2498356. I got next months bill which I chose not to pay as I already had given a disconnection notice.They asked me to pay Rs.2157/- Some one called from no. [protected] and said that some case was filed against me in delhi court and asked me to speak to the lawyer. I have called the lawyer and he said that i was charged against a cheating case filed under section 420 and threatened me to pay an amount of Rs. 80000 to court immediately, when i asked the reason and he has not answered my question and tried to reach him couple of times after that but he has not pick my call, the lawyer no. is [protected]. He also told that i have to appear in the court the next day for hearing., I was told that the advocate has sent two court notices to my address, but so far i have not received any kind of such letters to my address. He will take up the case in court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay him the settlement amount of Rs.80, 000 (Eighty thousand rupees only). Its not only me who has fallen victim to these calls but there are many more people who are falling in their trap everyday. I request you to take stricter action against these fraudulent people or also against any MTS india officials if involved any. This is clearly a case of “Contempt of Indian courts” and if any action is not taken from your side I will bring this issue to the notice of Delhi Hight court- Delhi. Thanks for your kind help.           Hi All, Please note that I purchased a MTS Mblaze internet dongle for Rs.999. When I am in chennai, I was not able to connect beyond .4 Mbps. I made a complaint and then I went to coimbatore. When I was in coimbatore, they did a speed test and it showed that the speed was 1 mbps. I agree that the speed was fine in coimbatore. I went to chennai again and got very slow internet, i called customer service for about 10 times and they are simply saying that they will attend and till date no one attended to me. They are using the test report took in coimbatore and then saying that the connection is fine. It takes 3minutes to download 1mb file. Is this what is called as 9.8mbps connectivity speed. They are really cheating me. I have requested for refund of dongle and they refused that also.

            I'm having a MTS MBLAZE Post paid Data Card Connection. I'm using it since October 2014, I'm paying my bills only in online through Debit card. But for the last 2 transactions[protected] &[protected], the online transaction is failed but the billing amount of RS.1122 is debited from my account.I called the customer care and complained about this they said that there were no information regarding the payment which I made in their site, and on[protected] I was forced to pay the amount of RS.1122 again because that is the last date for paying the bill. If I fail to pay before[protected], 11.59 pm I have to pay the additional fine amount of Rupees along with the due amount. So, I paid the bill again in online and the transaction was successful. After 5 working days the amount is refunded to the bank account. But I made the payment twice. Now, again today[protected] I paid my bill for the same amount of RS.1122 through online, like last time the transaction failed this time too, Again I called the customer care, they repeated the same thing which they said before.               Hi MTS Team, In the month of August'14, I bought MTS device: [protected] with the plan of 999Rs per month (40GB) and the MTS executive promised us that the speed of the device will be around 3Mbps to 5Mbps, however this is not the case. We are hardly getting proper connectivity with this device at our location and the speed is not more than 10Kbps. It is not a single day case but it is happening every day. Also, the speed fluctuates a lot and most of the time the Internet gets disconnected. I am highly unsatisfied with this MTS broadband service as I am not getting the proper services which I was promised of. Hence please check what is the problem behind this OR simply return my money (which I spent on this pathetic device) so that I could switch to another broadband services offered by different companies.                     My ID : 87109423 . MBlaze.I did a recharge on 14th January on unlimited 20gb morning and night 20gb plan with validity for a month. On 26th january my balance finished and my speed reduced. So i recharged the same plan for 999rupees. They took the money but never credited my balance. They said i need to finish my previous validity before I can use the plan which i recharged on 26th January. But before this i was using it for a year i did the same thing without any problem, i recharge unlimited plan and it finished before my validity, they carry forward my balance, buy now they said cant. They said the plan i recharged on 26january will finish its validity on 24th february but i cannot use my plan which I recharged on 26th January till my 14th January plan finish its validity although its data usage is finished. Then they ask me to do a limited plan recharge for 3gb for 399 on 11th february. Then they never credited again. They take days to resolve. But still havent resolved. Just look at airtel, docomo broadband, they will carry forward unlimited plan. Just as easy, you pay and you get what you pay for it. BUT NOT MTS, THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND NEVER GIVE THE SERVICE. THEY COUNT THE VALIDITY BUT NEVER START THE PLAN. HOW CAN YOU CHEAT STUDENTS? WE ARE NOT EARNING, WE ARE NOT MILLIONAIRE. I WANT BACK MY MONEY.

                      MTS Give assurance for Internet speed 1.5Mbsp(Min) - 9.00Mbps(Max) . @Chennai, Triplicane we get only 250kb - 300kb. Give complaint (by Chat) on Feb 4 th for 2 Data card ([protected] & [protected]). Take complaint No.Feb1538 for [protected] only. Feb 6 th again give complaint for [protected] and got complaint No. Feb2113. Company said that this problem solve with in 10 th Feb. But we know that both complaints are closed.Yet not solve my Internet speed for this two No. mention above. From 4 th feb (when I found ) to tile date we get only ordinary / slow speed Internet, But I pay for high speed. How I pay fees for unserved service. This is CUSTOMER CARELEES SERVICE. Try to give company told(best) service then get service cost from US

                      very worst service, even i bought a data card 3 months back which says speed max of 9.8 mbps but i didnt even got 2mbps speed till date . and from the last one week its damn slow even google page is not opening .. when i call to the customer care they are always saying same dialog .. clean your temp files and restart the device . i did all possible clean up and restarted the device .. no change in speed . we are charged for the speed of 9.8 mbps but not even getting a 1 mbps . i dont know why they are not increasing the bandwidth .the worst thing is im in chennai a metro city even there they are not able to give a good speed ...hell with mts .. gonna cut the service ..i give zero star

                        I bought the doongle Jan 31st, 2015 for Rs.1200 + Rs.100 as installation charge.Got activated on Feb 3rd, 2015.. Intially before buying the doongle we called MTS customer service for demo. Immediate next day a sales person from nearby MTS showroom contacted us & told that they aren't having option like providing demo & the signal strength will be very good in my area(shollinganallur, chennai). ANd also they told if the signal strength is week they can register a complaint in MTS customer care & they will come & get back within one week time & they will return back the doongle money(Rs.1200). we took postpaid service scheme of Rs.799(exclusive of tax).Single strength is very very worst in my area.Literally disappointed. They cheated & wasted our time.. I raised this issue in customer care & asked them to get back the doongle & return the money. While buying the doongle & as well as when i registered the complaint(On Feb 11, 2015;complaint no.: FEB/4670) MTS service people told us about the doongle return policy & they assured they will return back the money... On Feb12, 2015 afternoon i received a call from MTS customer care for first time after i registered a complaint for return. But the customer service people responded very crucial, very worst behaviour & before resolving the issue she closed it, by giving the status as resolved & denied by saying as that we have used 1.7GB so that they can't take back doongle & return the money by giving the reason as that we have used 1.7GB. While buying or registering the complaint none told this kind of condition. I got suprised, While the signal strength itself is poor & no connectivity then how it will show the usage. On the same day (On Feb 11, 2015), my husband called the customer care atleast to resolve the signal/connectivity issue.. Again same kind of questions asking for too many times for making us irritate & customer service guy is asking us to buy wifi adapter for PC & test the doongle by connecting the PC thro' Wifi.. We are connecting the MTS doongle in USB port of our PC.. Customer service people are entertaining with us.. Again we registered a complaint (On Feb 12, 2015;complaint no.: FEB/5153), & they told that they will sent a technical person on Feb 13, 2015 by 5PM. But on Feb 13, 2015 by afternoon 12PM i received a call from customer service asking me to explain the issue... Mainly for our office purpose only we bought this doongle..Finally we lost our patience, money, time, etc.. I have Such a worst worst experience this MTS customer service & cheating people.. I never see such a service provider..I dont have words to scold or express my anger.. Please i beg you people don't go for this MTS at any point of time or else you will also face all this consequence.

But they were not disconnect My MTS and again recent new bill Rs. 1147/- but i m not using MTS from last 2 months. so kindily help in this regards . Please disconnect MY MTS as soon as possible

                              I have got the mts data card with the plan 999 - and i just used 3 to 4 GB for the one month so i asked the customer to change the plan they said i cant able to change the plan for post paid then i asked to deactivated the data card they did tat after paying the bill. after tat mts customer service called me and said tat why sir u have deactivated the service pls activate the service we will change the plan from next month nu and we will give u some offer to you i said ok if you change the plan i can activate the mts again... they have activated the data card and bill came for 800 rs as of offer after tat 3 month also no plan change i said y they said tat while deactivated time the request is taken so are able to change plan but this is 4 month still no plan change and i have charged 120 for value added service which is extra money on the 3month i said tat no value added is done by me .. they said u need to pay nu but 4 month also 120rs for value is added in my bill First time they said u have went to out of state and 2 time they said u may activated the sms pack what pack for the data card in sms i dono...3 time they said u have used some browser which is cost sir, , i just asked which one ... but no answer from them but now i am saying tat i will pay this bill up coming bill should be plan change as 550 .. now also they saying tat billing started sir, , , no cant able to change the plan what is this ? Really this is too bad ... if i call the customer service and ask some question like tis .. they just putting on mute for 20min also ... No use with mts showroom service i have asked to them they just calling to the mts service and asking no use now what shall i do for the mts

                                Am one of the consumer about the MPT mobile phone ( Hand Set with Sim Card ) in the past 4 1/2 years in coimbatore District ( Tamilnadu - India ). In Coimbatore ( shop Address : 100 feet Road Gandhipuram ) a new MTS authorised sales centre opened on that day I purchased a mobile phone with LAVO company tie-up ( MODEL NO : CG132 ). With in a week the phone was to the create trouble to give the service based problem. Immediately to approach to the purchasing centre and they have suggested the authorised service centre with in near the same location ( Service Centre Address : O2 Link, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore ), Dated[protected]. After 20 days the service centre called me and gave a LOW RATE LAVO PHONE HAND SET. I argued that the sales centre manager for the phone Based on I WANT MTS COMPANY CELL PHONE ONLY and NO NEED ANOTHER ONE. Again the sales centre manager agree my statement and again they send the replacement LAVO handset on[protected]. Now the time today[protected] sales centre manager Mr. Sumbath called and to collect you another Hand Set in LAVO company. Complain Highlight : I like only MTS Product, there is no alteration to other one. Requisition : Please give your support and Help to collect my MTS CG132 model. Yours truly, K.                                   mts sold me with faque network speed details, which suppose to be 2mbps but getting only no coverage or 40kbps speed.i wasted Rs.1200 & 1 month time without browsing.i want you to stop selling MTS data card where there is no coverage.

                                    sir iam sreedhar shenoy, and no. is [protected], suddenly iam unable to make or receive call through this no. when tried it shows as call lost . when contacted mts outlet they say my sim has been damaged and asked to get new sim, but unfortunately the sim is not in my name .mts outlet staff behave rudly and denied to help by saying this sim is not in my name. i had been using your the no since 9 years at the time of purchase of sim i had submitted req. doc but i got the sim in others name, which i came to know after 5 yrs since then i had been asking and told to submit the document for change of name but went in vain. AS iam in profession, iam finding difficult in interacting with my customers and clients .
                                    my request is if not able to activate my present sim issue me the new with same no. or change the name of the sim in my name or let me know what i can do to solve the above problems . or provide the sim with same no for few days so that i can convey regarding the change of telephone no. pls do some thing understand the problems . From past 3 years your company care for customers are very bad.

                                      I got an MTS wifi datacard recently. After struggling for 1 week - due to MTS executives error in filling state as new Delhi instead o[censored]P - I got it activated yesterday! MTS promised a maximum speed of 9mbps! I asked the executive willit give atleast 6mbps? He said 7 mbps assured sir. I was praying for atleast 6 mpbs. To my worst dream, MTS giving me a speed of 0.49 mbps! This is cheating. Now no responsible reply from MTS. They cheated. my MTS datacard no: [protected] regards jishnu mithre (+91 [protected])

                                        I bought MTS data card WiFi on 02/01/2015. They delivered on 4th Jan, on same day all documents were submitted. 2 days back somebody came for verification, another person called for verification – both informed all formalities were completed. But Till this moment I didn’t get it activated. My documents not uploaded – as per customer care executive. I bought this through online, but the retailer who delivered it is “think o[censored]s” who’s contact number is [protected]. They never attend call once they see my number or they try to fool you by telling ‘we are looking into it”. Rude people. Senseless people. After writing mail to MTS executives: nalini.[protected]@mtsindia.in; ashish.[protected]@mtsindia.in; shallabh.[protected]@mtsindia.in, my house owner acknowledged to me that he got a verification call on Sunday forenoon(yesterday). They have already completed physical verification by vising my house, meeting house owner and seeing the original rent agreement etc. Now after all this delay. After complying with all their verification process - today on Monday(09/01/2015) at 12.01 hrs I am getting an SMS in my mobile registered number ([protected]), that “Your MTS postpaid CAF is rejected due to document non compliance. Kindly contact your sale point. MTS” from MTS. I don’t know what is this “non compliance” all about? I submitted my Passport copy, rent agreement, photo, and even my HCL id card copy. I am a Legitimate income tax paying Indian Citizen with no criminal case. And working in an identifiable Indian IT company – HCL technologies Ltd., in their Noida Sector 60, office. I have no history of non payment of any bills in my life. I pay bills, I pay tax, I live in this democratic country. Now at 17.00hrs I got a call from Nalini – promising me to get it activated by 21.00 hours. She sounded more sensible – accepted that my form filled wrongly by their executive – Instead o[censored]P it was filled New Delhi. God save me. Waiting for next development. Hopefully a final activation.
