Recently I have taken MTS Postpaid connection and they provided the ZTE device for the same but it doesn't have PPP VPN internet protocol hence I raised the complaint on the same day of device activated complaint no: MAY/9557. After doing several followups (50 times) Finally I got the device replacement with Huawei E315 on June 9th. Because of the device compatibility issues I was unable to use VPN service during that 13 days hence I requested for the bill waiver and the complaint no: JUN/6691 which has been raised on June 20th and for this also I did the follow up around 50 times for this too and today is the last day for the bill payment but till now I haven't received any response for this complaint. ALL THE TIMES MTS CUSTOMER CARE GIVES WRONG COMMITMENT TO DISCONNECT THE CUSTOMER CALL. I have spoken to Abdul Asif / Tambreez / Kumar from Escalation team, Nishant is the manager from Escalation team manager and they are not able to escalate to the issue to the higher level except email sending. BUT WHENEVER COMPLAINTS GET RAISED WE GET SMS AS TAT 14 HOURS BUT AS FAR TO ME THEY NEVER FOLLOWS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS PER TAT. I would suggest to everyone not to use MTS service because incase if you had any issues with MTS that requires support then you need to 15 days of work timing and lot of energy to fight with MTS customer care. MTS is providing WORST SERVICE to customers in the Telecom industry

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Surjadip Roy, I am from Kolkata. On last Friday (27.06.2014) I have purchased a MTS 3G+ dongle by exchanging with my previous Airtel 4g dongle & cash amount of Rs. 1099.
    At the time of purchasing the MTS dongle I have submitted the following documents--
    1. Office address proof, given by our HR dept.
    2. PAN card Xerox
    3. Voter card Xerox
    4. Passport size photo
    5. My official identity card Xerox
    I have requested the lady (Ms. Anita, Mb no [protected], who gave me the call to purchase the MTS dongle) to activate my MTS dongle as early as possible. She confirmed me that by 30th of June'14, my dongle will activate.
    Last Monday (30.06.02014) I called the lady (Ms. Anita, Mb no [protected], who gave me the call to purchase the MTS dongle) to know the status of activation, she told me that one person will visit my office to verify my address.
    At 4.00pm (on 30.06.2014) I got a call from [protected], that person told me that he is coming to my office for address verification. But, he did not came for verification.
    On (01.07.2014) when I called that mobile no ([protected]), the mobile was switched off. When I was trying to talk with the lady (Ms. Anita, Mb no [protected], who gave me the call to purchase the MTS dongle), her mobile was not reachable. When I was trying to talk with the shop (Mb no [protected]) from where the sales boy came, that mobile no was also not reachable.
    The owner of the shop (Think Tomorrow) is Ms. Madhumita (Mb no. [protected]), she is not receiving my phone.
    Please activate my dongle as early as possible, its my request to you. I am attaching herewith the invoice copy for my dongle, please go through the attachment.

Now they have genrated the bill of INR 2500 unncessary & blocked the out going services. Call center is always facing technical issue so they are not able to help even,

        Hi, Recently I have bought a MTS wifi dongle for Internet surfing in vikashpuri New Delhi. It is mentioned in the cover that speed will be upto 9.8Mbps and was assured by the deler and customer care person that i will get atlest minimum of 4 Mbps speed in worst condition as they have good service here. I am using the service since last 7 days and came to know that, the speed is same which is 700Kbps or below which is not even 10% of the assured speed. After complaint to the customer care, the person told me that what i am getting is a good average speed. I want to complaint against the company as they are miss guiding the customer during sale and after purchasing it, they are not maintaining their promises rather telling we will get same speed, and they can't help with an excuse of network issue. There were many complaint with same issue when i checked into consumer forum. Kindly take a serious action against company otherwise they will simply continue this practice and try to refund my money back which i paid for it. regards Ravi Kumar [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

          The MTS Mblaze Post paid data card promises to provide 40GB of Data usage per month and in the beginning they said the monthly charges will be Rs.999/- and then when the bill came for the first month and it was well over than what the said me and it was just above Rs.1122( yea you heard it right it is Rs.1122 per month) .. On top of this i'm not able to download anything.. So i sincerely say that do not buy MTS for 40GB ADD its just a trick to have customers that's all... IT WONT WORK...

              I got my MTSBLAZE dongle two weeks ago believing in the Demo for internet bandwidth availability for approximately 2 MBS from my home. After activation of the internet, I have been experiencing very poor internet connectivity due to low Bandwidth say I was receiving only 200 KBs or less.                 Hi, i purchased the data card (no. [protected]) on 24th June 2014. The no has been activated on 26th June evening around 8:00 pm. I was getting the very good data speed then.i
                started dowloading some movies on 27th june, but suddenly i got a sms
                from your side that I have comleted my alloted data of 40 GB and now my
                data speed will be low. where as i had used only 8.31 GB data. I thought
                that the sms i got by mistake. the very next day i tried to connect at different location but my speed was 77 kbps.. (very low) i couldnt open any sites. i tried different locations like noida, jasola, karolbagh, southex, nfc and may other locations but problem remain the same. Many a times i tried to call costumer care but each and every time i got different replies. the
                executive has logged a complaint (No. JUN/50771) on 27ht june 2014 and
                asked me to wait for 22 working ours. suddenly i got a sms that your
                problem has been resolved but still i cant use the data card. And none
                of your executive tried to understand my problem. MY DATA CARD IS NOT WORKING IN ANY LOCATION IN NEW DELHI.Kindly suggest that what should i do.

                  After the complaint lodged at MTS customer care for N/W speed issue and escalation to appellate, the appellate spoke to me .The funniest/cruel fact is, the scumbag doesn't even know what is service or resolution.He don't know what the real issue facing MTS network or do not have any ETA(Days/Months or even years)for the resolution to the problem. For him, there are two resolution. 1. To deactivate and get lost 2.If still want to continue paying, they will mark my complaint and update me when ever there is a solution, which even he has no idea about ETA(Days/Months or even years). I have taken the first option and deactivated the plan as per the problem resolution proposed by MTS appellate.

                    Hi I have taken a new post paid MTS data card on 25/6/2014 evening for an amount of 850 rupees. I do not know the sales guy name but his number is [protected]. The new data card number is [protected] and the receipt or form number is TNR90366018. Sales executive told me it will activate in 24 hours, but data card not activated till now 30/6/2014. When i call the customer care they said my details not updated to their records after that that only they can activate the data card. I sent the mail about this to MTS APPELATE but no reply. I am tired of calling and sending mails. I even do not know this sales guy has given my cash to MTS or not. MTS IS VERY BAD AND WORST in service and they not even listening my complaints.                       MTS is a company of mother [censored]ers & ..I was using their dongle which was supposed to give 3.1 mbps speed, which gave 0.7 mbps speed...I thought MTS ultra would be better with 9.8 mbps speed..from thestart in January 2014 itself, the speed was maximum 1.9 mbps...over months it got reduced to 0.9 mbps speed..even checked in their own server, it showed 0.9 mbps speed... Now the speed is 1X... claim 9.8 mbps..but see how it is..these must close down and go..

                        Hi everyone, I bought my MTS data card ultra wifi 9.1 mbps speed, I am post paid customer. I was really very much frustrated by their service from the day one i was facing the speed issues problem. Several times i made a complaint issues but no proper response from MTS team. i had visited directly to the office "Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd in Ambattur, chennai" more than three times even though no responses from. I will get a call only at month end to pay the bill. I had many times argued with them to " rectify my speed issues, otherwise i wont pay the bill until i get the proper service". team just started replying" ok its your wish but you will be get fine, at the day end you have to pay the bill with fine". I really frustrated about this MTS. I request everybody don't get attracted to high speed and unlimited plans offer provided by MTS. Don't waste your the money. Can anyone help me to make a legal action against them. thanks in advance I

                          Respected Sir,
                          I Jagdish Prasad have purchased a Mblaze MTS Ultra WIFI dongle on 19/6/2014 MY First Complaint is Against Backend team of MTS When it was the time of Document Submission including (VOTER ID CARD, AADHAR CARD AND PHOTOS) I have submitted with my latest photo with them but THE PERSON from their BACKEND TEAM will keep on asking for my new photo again and again inspite of submission of my latest photo with them.You tell me I know how i am and how my photo is.. Not That Person. and MY 2nd Complaint is after its activation in the morning I am having internet downloading speed of 0.11 mbps inspite of 9.8 mbps.

                          MTS Company & their representatives n their execuetives gives assurance that internet speed will be 6 to 7 mbps out of 9.8 mbps upto 40 gb bt when i am using it then i am getting speed of 0.11 mbps i.e 11 kbps.
                          When i talk to the customer care execuetive they say me after lodging the complaint they say "please be patience and please wait someone from backend team will contact you shortly".But Till Now i have not any call.

                          I have Talked with Several Customer care execuetives on this issue but i have not got any satisfactory response.
                          Every customer care representative lodged my complaint in this issue but from that time to till now 26/6/2014 I have not RECEIVED any Call or EMAIL REPLY from them and when i am again complaining they don't talk mannerly and cut the call.it is so awful.i am in huge trouble and suffering through the loss of 1.8 lakh in my business in these days because of internet problem.IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD AND CHEATING BY THE COMPANY.
                          FIRST THEY TAKE 1 WEEK TO UPDATE THE DOCUMENTS IN THE SYSTEM AND NOT ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BUT WHEN THEY ACTIVATE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE 0.11 MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED INSPITE OF 9.8 MBPS.
                          A VERY STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST MTS COMPANY'S BACK END TEAM WHO ARE TOTALLY FRAUD.I ADVISE YOU THAT THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED Or BACKEND TEAM WILL BE SUSPENDED Because the pain suffered by the people is so high and they listen to the people at all and dont provide accurate services.
                          WHEN I SAY to A MTS's customer care execuetive that IF you dont provide me service then please disconnect my connection permanently then he said "Your Connection cannot be discontinued before 3 months".I HAVE UPLOADED PHOTO PROOF ALSO Please Go through it.
                          PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST MTS COMPANY THEIR TEAM AND SPECIALLY THEIR BACKEND TEAM.

                            Dear Sir, I was using MTS data plan since April’13 and I have stopped using the connection due to poor performance of internet. So, I wanted to close the mts connection, I got a call from MTS collection center on 25th Jun’13 for paying a total outstanding of 1666 after that they promised me to close the connection over the phone and I don’t have pay anything after that since i was not using the connection, I maid the full payment on that day and stopped using the connection. Now after a month they told me to pay another 200 rs and i refused to pay that as per earlier call, now they are calling me every alternate 15 days for that amount and i am explaining the same call again and again but they are not stopping the call. Today, I got the call from another agent from MTS asking 1100 rs and i explain the same situation again and he cut the phone after that. I am sick and tired from those calls, I want consumer forum to take a stand on this matter and close out the gap ASAP Now they have forwarded the case to legal and I am getting call from Neha Sharma for Rs 1000 or to come to tees hazari court, otherwise they will send me to Jail for nothing, I have not used their connection after I have given the disconnection on 25th Jun'13, at least this they can check in their database. I told them to check the phone call of 25th Jun'13 and they said they can't do that...it looks like they are fighting for RS 1000 from a geniune customer...                               I follow-up with MTS CC and they said they didn't get any disconnection request on 25th Jun after my bill payment and connection was re-activated and bill was generated, which is not my fault and their operational issue, where their employee did not report the disconnection request after getting a payment. when I said them to hear the call of 25th Jun'13, they said they can't hear it because of it was done from other department.
                              Now they have forwarded my case to legal and I am getting call from a lady Neha Sharma, that I need to come to tees hazari court for 1000 rs, otherwise they will send me to Jail for nothing.
                              I am really mentally sick now with this MTS collection strategy and fighting for RS 1000 from a genuine customer who has not even used their connection a single MB(at least that they can check in their database), Now that number is assigned to someone else called Abhinav and has been removed from my name.
                              Please let me know what should I do in this case.

                                I do not apply for any sort of services. Whenever I get a call from the company, I disconnect it. Still, every month I observe a deduction of Rs. 10 from my balance. But on 25/06/2014 Rs 30 was deducted. These involuntary deductions are completely not welcomed. Please take proper actions as it is becoming a new agenda of MTS.

                                  I have taken MTS post paid monthly Rs 999/ plan- connection and it got activated on 11-Jun-2014. From the day one the average speed i got is 20 to 30 kpbs. I made a complaint on 12-Jun-2014 and today is[protected] still it is not resolved. I made repeated follow-up calls to ensure for early resolution. Instead of solving the problem, they were rude in their response. They are making a wrong statement that "they took an appointment to fix the problem" which actually they didn't. When I asked them to clarify the temporarily disconnected the service. While connecting them in customer care, they are keeping the call in hold, disconnecting the call while talking, making false promise for a call back etc// It is a worst service care that I have met ever. The whole episode just gave me an mental agony? As a customer do we have any protection from such rude, insincere, cheap and dishonest service providers ???

                                    The reply I got from the MTS most responsible appelette authority, Karnataka circe. Instead of taking measure to improve the speed, the cheaters simply declined that even 2 Mbps speed they cannot provide for a 9.8Mbps connection. Check out their reply in the below screenshot image.

                                      I have mts data and i had rchg with 999 data plan.\ Firstly i was very disappointed with service of network, which was very slow to dow and surf. And later a week i came to know my data card balance is over and i was shocked how is possible and i called then and they said me you done too much upload that why your data bal is over, i said them it cant be but they dint solve the matter and hung up the call. Help and punish this people who treat customers like toys

                                        I have lodge the complaint for data-card not working on dated 15/06/2014 & got the complaint no. JUN/29343 which has to be resolved in 20 working hrs but not resolved then again complaint lodged & got another complaint no, JUN/38449 but this time without resolving & attending the problem msg. comes that your complaint is resolved & closed. thus i am not able to use data card from 15th onwards & most of my work is stuckup.
