Background: This company promises for 3G+ services with 9.8 MBPS speed with its product MTS MBLAZE Ultra. Issue : since we purchased this product never get even 1/10th of their promised internet speeds. Speed is just below 10% of what they advertise and promise. Their customer care refuses to take complains and call this as normal speed. Wrote many mails called many times customer care but no resolution was provided. Feel helpless and annoyed with such bogus companies and the condision of poor indian consumers who have not alternate but to suffer in the hands of these cheaters.     Dear sir, my name is swarup mondal, i have taken a new connection on[protected], my mts no is ([protected]), the dealer shop name is Think Tomorrow(129ASP. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-29), they have told me that i will be getting the connection within 2 days, but still now i have not got the connection, when i am calling they are disconnecting the line. I need to work on internet daily. so i[censored] kindly do something about this i will be very thankful.

      I have been using the Mts mblaze 999 plan for a couple of months now. The speed rarely exceeds 0.5 mbps. So I called the customer care and filed 3 complaints in 2 months and still no resolution. They claim they tried contacting me which is not true and then they claim the complaint has been resolved. When I say that the speed is still the same they give me a new case number. When I try to explain to them this is not good service I was told by the customer service rep that I should have checked about MTS before buying. That I must say was perhaps the most sensible thing I have heard from MTS. This is ridiculous and for some reason they insist on clowning around and not doing anything.

        I'm using a Internet data card of MTS of No. [protected] in my own name of Alok Mukerjee, from last one year and never had faced any problems related to billing before.For May'14 I had paid my monthly bill late on 30th Jun'14 which was due on 18th Jun, as I was out of station. I started facing problems with my data card in the Jul'14 1st week after paying the bill and instances happened after which are listed as below :- 1. In the 1st week of Jul'14 I faced connectivity issues regarding my data card for which I raised a complaint in MTS customer service on 1st Jul with Ref No. 1159. The same was processed. 2. Again I started facing connectivity and network issues the very next day and logged another complaint on 4th Jul'14 with Ref No- 20923 which was processed with out even calling done to me by anyone from any department. 3. I raised another complaint immediately on 5th Jul'14 with Ref No.- 24921, and strongly argued regarding connectivity issues at my house and other 2 work locations of city, to which the resolution given to me by customer care division was to visit nearby MTS centre. I had urged and asked them to send someone at my workplace but they refused saying that I have to visit the centre. Since my working hours are odd and I return home late I again said that they should send someone to my workplace place, but it fell in deaf ears. Nevertheless mydata card was out of service for next 5 days and was not used at all. 4. On 10th Jul'14 I got the data card changed which started working in fine way. (Please note that from 5th to 10th my data card was not used at all for 5 straight days) Till this time I had no idea that how and at what rate my billing is continuing for the month. From 10th again I had started using my data card. Meanwhile the bill of Jun'14 was duly paid on 18th Jul'14 5. On 29th Jul'14 I received an sms from MTS stating that I had used my credit limit to 100% and was asked to pay 2400 Rs immediately to retain the services. I was not able to understand what did that sms meant, and by the time I could understand my services were deactivated on 30th suddenly. 6. I had a terrible fight with the customer service team as how could they do it. The initial response to me which was given by the customer care executive was that I had not paid my bill, which for their kind information I had paid on 18th Jul only. Then again they said that now it is showing in their systems as earlier it was not updated. It was a very unprofessional way of such an large company that they did not updated their records till 30th. The Ref No of this call was 2071466. The call got disconnected after that. The call records (interaction recordings) of the customer care cell can be verified for this reason. 7. On 31st again there was a bitter fight from my side with the customer care department and had a long hard talk with the Team Leader also regarding the same. This day there was another reason quoted by them for the discontinuance of services saying that my credit limit was over used and that I had used a data of 10 GB in the current month. I asked them that how is it possible to use 10 GB in flat 20 days time when I have not used more than 3 GB in last one whole year barring 1 month. I had even asked them to check whether the plan was charged or billed with higher charges due to non up dation of my payment for 12 days to which the Team Leader denied and started explaining lot of technical jargons and other things out of knowledge to me. At one point I even asked him to disconnect my connection. I raised a waiver request for the non usage of 5 days which he did. The Ref no of the same was 2073115. The team leader said that this request can only be availed after once the bill is generated of the month.I repeatedly said that why should I pay any rentals when I was unable to use the data card for 5 days and why my credit limit was met when my usage is not so much to which his reply was not satisfying enough.Tole conversation can also be verified from the recordings that they have.My data card was not activated neither any solution was given to me. It was heights of harassment. I was told that I should wait for my bill to get generated and would have to pay 2400 charges of over use anyhow to retain my services. I was reluctant to pay the amount as I did not use this much data or was sceptic that the billing was not proper and a false billing method was implied to my Data card No. 8. On 3rd I went to the regional office at Vaishali Nagar and was told to pay a bil of 652 to regain my services, which I did. 9. Again after using 12 days I have recieved another sms today that my credit limit has been used and I should pay 2400 Rs to retain services. I urgently paid 600 Rs to restart services. My Complaint --- 1. Why my payment was not updated into system till 30th Jul'14 when I had paid the bill timely. 2. How did my credit limit started and got completed before the month end of Jul14, where I had even used a 50 Rs booster too. 3. What was my call charges from 1st Jul to 30th Jul. since I'am using a 499 plan in which I get 6 GB unlimited surfing which once utilised, charges 40paisa / MB. In last one year o[censored]se I have never crossed 3 GB usage, here I'am afraid that in this case my billing has been done with 40 paisa / MB due to which my plan got utilised faster, other wise in no way I can use 10 GB with in 20 days when I was never able to utilise my whole plan of 6 GB in a months time 4. The officials of MTS are not listening at all as they are reluctant and adamant in their behaviour saying that I will have to pay the total amount of 2400 generated again out of 1250 I've already paid in Aug'14 whereas my rentals are just 499. 5. Why my Waiver request with Ref No- 2073115 was processed even without calling or giving ear to my concern, and today when I called the customer care they said that the waiver request was false and cannot be processed in my favour. I asked why, the executive was unable to explain. The same can again be verified from the recordings. My question is why the hell should I pay for services not used due to faulty data card. 6. The customer care department has forwarded a mail to my email id stating what was my data usage of the month day wise. I repeatedly asked them to check whether I was billed as per the original plan or with a higher usage plan of 40 paise / MB, they said it cannot be the case. I'm still doubtful of the same. My stand is that I've already paid 1250 Rs this month which is more than double of my month plan, I would not pay any further and want a waiver to my rentals of last months bill where I did not used any data card for 5 continuous days. I also want a compensation of 50000 from company since I was not only mentally harrassed but my online business suffered too due to the same. Though the services of the company still remains the same and the outlook of their customer service department is pathetic, rude, lying and a unfriendly. It is my helpnessness that I have to have a data card for my business otherwise I'd have discontinued this pathetic service long time before

            I have a comlaint regarding the speed of my MBlaze Data Card. My Data Card no. is [protected]. Signal strength is good but speed I received was only 70-80 kbps till 5 GB (in recharge of 798, now data plan has changed) after that I received only 1-5 kbps. They promise a maximum speed of 9.8 mbps, and they are on 3G plus network. They should improve speed and provide 900-1000 kbps and after limit (5 GB) they should provide at least 64kbps, after all we are paying for it. I hope I will enjoy high speed Internet services soon.

              I am Santosh S Nayak.. My MTS datacard number [protected].. Is a new connection just 3 months old as I make this complaint.. Have not used at all Barring a few moments initially after which I just couldnt log in.. I even paid the bill of Rs. 500 + for having used it just for a few minutes only for a day.. though I made a complaint; was told that it will be resolved within 22 hours.. nothing happened, no executives for MTS made a visit to check on the problem nor any phone calls.. calls started coming in stating I need to make the payment of Rs. 1000+ for the subsequent month that too for non usage..I told them I had an issue with the connectivity and I am not using the connection..hence second bill also came after my telling to them on phone that no bill has come to me or in my email..but this time I took a stand of no payment as my problem remained unresolved..Again I made a complaint to the customer care for which I was told that my case remains closed as the executives tried to call me and I was unreachable.. Utter lies.. I used to get calls daily for the payment and I told all these people calling the same problem of mine regarding the connectivity and hence non usage.. this went on for sometime and the line got disconnected as per their status.. I havent checked on it as yet... after their disconnection process...I get the third bill too... for which I am unable to understand
              as to how do I get the bill for the disconnected line... But my problem remains unresolved till date.. I again put a complaint to the customer care...for which I am replied through sms stating that the problem will be resolved in 22 hours...which is still pending... I really dont know what to do with these people... today I get an email from MTS in the form of a notice stating I need to make the payment of Rs2212.00 within 7 days... Is this not cheating... Blackmailing/arm twisting tactics by MTS to harass me... what am i supposed to do.. I want to fight it out... I am already a subscriber of AIRTEL for the past 14 years and no complaints as such..even the customer care guys are so competent ..
              I want to nail this MTS... I have full documented proof of all things like communication from my side and their replies to it...I want the full waiver of Rs2212/- which the MTS have charged me in an unlawful manner..

                Hello, I just received a call from MTS telecaller and started harassing me and when I shouted that the issue is already resolved, then he started using slangs and called me haraam khaur and also abused my mother and sister. I want some serious action to be taken against these guys as they are really irresponsible and also they never resolved my request the way it should have been. There is a lack of proper communication between them and no one is aware who just called the customer before the present call. Emails are just ignored and there is no response unless you are talking to a delivery manager of appellate authority. This is really a serious matter and have to be dealt with on urgent basis. Please take up this issue on urgent basis and teach them a lesson for using such abusive language that too to a existing customer. Yes, unfortunately I am still using the service which I will be canceling since they are not civilized at all after using such language due to greed and hunger for money.

                  MY AVERAGE DOWNLOAD SPEED IS 500 kbps and as per tri norma the company should be giving me 20 percent of what it claims. Which is 2mbps.
                  I got auch speeds in 1st week after that NEVER.
                  I have a history of speedtest taken over many days and at different time.
                  I have attached 1 below.
                  MRS IS A SCAM. I never got the speed i wanted.i am regular in paying 999 bill for 40 gb and in the past i had mblaze cdma which was not 3G it gave better speed!!
                  Dont claim as 3g plus if you are at level of 2G
                  I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOUR COMPANY ITSELF IS A SCAM.

                    I bought MTS dongle after the confirmation of service coverage by them. It worked perfectly for 3 months. But after thet, since May to till date, the range is very poor in city area(Trivandrum city). I called the customer support executive and wrote to customer support many times. But they have not yet responded except a mail . in that mail its stated that they hope its solved. Worst service .

                        My no. which had been lost was not blocked by the MTS Customer care even after providing the following details: Name, Address Proof and Govt. ID Proofs (DL, PAN Card). The situation called for an emergency but I was more pestered with the consistent ads played by them. Even after lots of request and also telling them that my no. can be misused they declined to block it. Rather than not blocking it with the given proofs they ask ambiguous questions like tell us about our Value added services, Current call rates. Is it fair that the number gets misused? Why they are not blocking the number temporarily, when there is a provision to reactivate the number. It can prevent any form of criminal activity.

                          Raised complaint with MTS for slow speed on 29th June 2014. But still now MTS is not bothering about resolving. When called they are informing with in 48hrs it will be resolved. I recharged with 999 for unlimited plan. But I am getting speed upto 60-90 kbps. Complaint Number: jun/12137 Could some one help to resolve my issue as I am loosing my work and recharge aswell.

                            The people from MTS has been calling me daily for bill payment of a Internet connection (Dongle) which does not belong to me. I get calls daily asking for some guy Arjun and asking me to pay the bill. I have informed them several times that this number doesn't belong to Arjun. In reply they say that this is the only number updated and they cannot do anything. This has really been a torture for more than a month. They are literally harassing me and it has become a nuisance in my office hours. I would like to have an official apology from MTS and also compensate for the mental harassment.

                              When ever I just pick call, Rs. 30 got deducted from my balance...I lost this two times...Also requested to customer care to stop these calls but still getting much calls. Also requested to retrieve my deducted balance but they are not positively responding.

                                Hi I Purchased the MTS dongle after being promised speeds upto 9mbps. After Initiating a complain, I was told that I will get good speed by next month. But there was no improvement of speed. I was told that they were realigning the antenna's and I will definitely get the speed, still no improvement. Finally I called them up and asked them to close my account. They didn't do so and asked me to first pay the bill due amount which I did. Later I as told that they are sending a special engineer who should be able to fix the speed issue. To check whether the speed issue is related to my location I gave the dongle to my friend at RK Puram where the dongle gave a decent speed. So it was now clear that the issue was related to my location which did not have good MTS Signal. I asked them to buy back my dongle as I cannot get good speed So my point is why sell something when they cannot deliver on the promise. Why didn't they close the account why the payment was delivered. Its not about 1700 rupees, its about feeling helpless and cheated. Now I am stuck with a dongle which they refuse to take back. Stuck with an account which they refuse to close Stuck with a provider who refuse to listen. The account details are as follows. MDN No – [protected] Account ID – [protected]

Of MTS which is [protected] .My balance has deducted from my account balance on 19 july 2014 .And the complaint no. is JUL/46487, when i asked from costumer care executive Named NEETU says it willn't bake to u .Pls sir do something and I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, My MTS number is : [protected] . i'm using 999 plan ( 9.8mbps ) but i'm getting maximum 2mbps at full HSD signal, i called customer care and told my problem but executive kept silent, i ask her then shall i close my connection, then she replied u can go to nearest MTS showroom and close the connection . Really how nice this customer support is . i got my connection just 1 week before . even i'm not getting speed that is ok, but this customer support is really screwed me . I'm not gonna pay my bill until i'm getting resolution . you can take any legal action against me if you are not ready to resolve my issue. Regards, Sathya Narayanan M.

                                      This is how MTS harasses and exploits its customers without providing adequate services. I had purchased an MTS data dongle (connection No. [protected]) in July 2013 with a free two months' subscription. The plan was informed to me by some marketing agent Armaan having mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] by SMS that a laptop bag is being provided free with a new MTS data connection. I paid the money to a representative who visited my home in Ghaziabad who delivered the data dongle by hand. However, he assured that the laptop bag shall be delivered to me by post shortly. Mr. Armaan over telephone assured me that the connection shall be made active within 24 hours. I provided my KYC documents in complete to the representative who visited my home to deliver the dongle. later on, I received a call that some more documents are required which I immediately sent by mail. Despite of that, my connection was not activated. I had to call hundreds of times to Mr. Armaan and the customer care centre for activation of the same but it was activated by the company only after one week. In this way, my entire professional and personal work was held up for non availability of internet and I had to bear a significant loss of time and money. Many absurd things happened in this duration. One customer care representative informed me that my free subscription has already exhausted. I conveyed him my anger how is it possible that 2 monnths' unlimited free subscription got exhausted in seven days without even being the connection activated. He accepted some technical problem on the part of the company and assured me to resolve the same. When the connection was activated I felt that there was no network in that area of Ghaziabad where I was residing despite of the fact that the area is situated in the main city of Ghaziabad. However, I conveyed my problem to the same Mr. Armaan and the companny's customer care also but no resolution. I kept on complaining to all for many days that the MTS network is not catching in that area of Ghaziabad and that either my problem be resolved or my connection be cancelled. But no concrete response I received from any end. Also, I kept on calling mr. Armaan for my pending laptop bag but he never replied satisfactorily. Most of the times he did not receive my call. In these circumstances, I had left with no other option than to forget my loss and take a new connection. I continued my old Airtel connection and kept MTS connection idle. However, after the expiry of two months’ free subscription, the company generated fresh bills. I had even written to customer care to discontinue my connection but no action. Now, Mr. Armaan had stopped receiving my calls. Even if he by mistake picked any call, he would disconnect on one pretext or the other. When I written to customer care for non receipt of my laptop bag, they asked my entire details to mentally harass me despite of the fact that they could see all my information from their database when I had provided them my name and MTS Number. When the unwarranted bills generated by MTS were not paid by me, the company started threating me of legal cases. I have so far received several calls from number [protected]. I have even received legal notice also for payment of said dues with interest and costs. Though I have explained them entire position as above, the company is still continuing harassing me by threatening of legal actions. It is my humbleness that I have not so far filed a case against MTS for mental harassment, financial loss and intimidation. If the company continues with its torture, I will be forced to file a criminal case against it. There is no question of making payments for undue demands of the company.
