I have a MTS data card of Delhi Location, and i had used the same data card in Delhi, Bangalore location previously. I wanted to use the data card in Hyderabad location and i was not having the balance to use. So i recharged my data with a plan of 299 with 1 GB data for 28 days validity. While recharging it I was not even informed that before using in Hyderabad i would need a Roaming Pack as well and a software to install. This i came to know after i recharged my data card and contacted the customer care to log the complaint that i am not able to access the net even after successful recharge. The MTS has not provided me the complete information before recharging and my money is wasted even after recharge. The customer care advised me that i can use the data card from Delhi For MTS i think they just know how to make money by keeping their customers less informed, and then we are given idiotic advise from such imbecile customer care. I wanted my money back or if they can do anything so that i can use the data card with whatever information they had provided before recharging it and without paying any extra money. Ex-User of MTS

    I have bought my MTS POSTPAID DATA CONNECTION 9.8Mbps on[protected], it was activated by hotline release on[protected] at 08:58am. I got the confirmation SMS regarding my 799/- 12GB unlimited plan details.

    Few days later on[protected], I have raised the request to change the monthly plan to Rs.550/- One of your customer called and gave the wrong information about the requested plan is not available for my data connection. So no other choice, I have decided to continue the same plan 799/- .

    But, now[protected]:25 AM) my data connection was failed to connection due to temporary disconnection from your side. I have contact the customer care, he said that my current plan is changed to 550/- and my bill is more than Rs.2000

    Mam, I request to you kindly deactivate my connection permanently. It is really waste of time to speaking with your worst customer care service. Even they didn't informed me about the plan changes.

    Really, your data connection speed is very excellant, but I'm not interested to continue your service due to worst customer care service and I won't pay the unwanted amount except my genuine usage.

    I have tried more than six customer care executive, no one gave me proper solution.

      MTS MDN - [protected] I am surprised!!! I was surprised that in a first day of my MTS experienced MTS astonished me. SHOULD I/WE BELIEVE THAT FOR NORMAL BROWISING, I SPENT 1.2GB/DAY?????????? SHOULD I? How possible is this? I am counting MTS service. I found that MTS became faster and download speed reaches 900kbps (it only shows in the driver), but couldn't find any reflection in page load/downloading of file. See, to me, is a matter of thieving data and money.This is clear that this is IMPOSSIBLE to spend 1GB/day (while making no massive download), right?????? MTS is bluffing customers. MTS is thieving money and subscribed data on the name of high speed. I send the email to Datasupport.[protected]@MTSIndia.in on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 09:42 AM. I got the acknowledge automated email saying they received the email. Apart from this there is no response from MTS. Thanks Vijil Jones

        This is Soumen Mallick.I have taken a connection of MTS data card (MDN No.: [protected]) more than one year ago. Everything was going on properly. But in the month of October, 2013 I have decided to deactivate. So I request Binay Ghosh, employee of MTS, to deactivate.I also talked to MTS Customer care regarding this. Binay assured me that he will take care of this matter. So I was relaxed. But I was shocked, getting a bill amount of Rs. 967.00. Therefore I talked to BInay's boss Mr. Soumik Chatterjee (Ph No:[protected]) but he refused to talk regarding this matter. Then in January I received a advocate notice where it was witten that I have to clear my payment. But I am not supposed to pay this amount simply because I am not using the data card.Toady on 20th February, 2014 I have got a call saying that a case file (DL-810614, Advocate name: Mr.Vikram Rana) has been lodged against me. So naturally I go the MTS office, Bidhannagar, Durgapur, Burdwan, West Bengal and paind Rs. 967.00. In this way MTS harassed me and forcefully take this amount. But I just want to know why such kind of thing happens with me. How dare MTS is!!!

          My data card number is [protected]. I am using the internet from this data card from past 1.5 years and paying the bill amount properly every month. But in January 2014, though the due date to pay the bill was 18th, the disconnection happened on 13th. Which means 5 days before the due date. When I asked customer care representative, they told its for not paying the bill and credit limit is over. How can a customer know that the credit limit is over. Atleast some representative could have called and told that the limit is over so pay the bill. MTS disconnected the service without such intimation call/sms/email. Without intimation the disconnection happened is one complaint and second is the disconnection happened 5 days before due date.

            My MTS No:[protected]
            Plan: Corp MBLAZE 1299 - ARP3 3GB

            I took a MTS data card on Nov 2012, after this my bill got generated from 1/11/2012 to 30/11/2012 for Rs:182.97.
            I got little doubt on this bill, i paid the dues on 12/12/2012 without caring.

            After this I got problem with this device, requested them disconnect completely on "1/29/2013 2:45:24 PM"
            MTS customer care told me that it is disconnected(Request no:R[protected].

            They sent a bill for the month 01/01/2013 to 31/01/2013: 38.35/Rs.
            This is not correct bill, i did not use the devise. I said to customer care your web portal not accepting for 38.35/Rs.
            Customer care told me that, we did care for this amount, you can pay when ever you want.

            After disconnecting the devise, from 01/02/2013 to 01/04/2013. Again MTS activated my device without my notice.
            They sent large bill of 864 Rs. I said i have not switched on the device why i should i pay.

            They blacked me, Now today 2/17/2014 they sent court notice saying
            i need to pay: 898 Rs
            Legal charges: 500 Rs
            Total : 1398/Rs

            I called customer care,
            i said, i will pay you following amounts, even though i have not used single time after 31/01/2013.
            01/01/2013 -> 13.45
            01/02/2013 -> 38.45(Feb due they are saying-- why?)
            01/03/2013 -> 52.86


            I am not paying following bill.
            01/05/2013 -> 712.36 --> do not know why i need to pay this bill i disconnected the devise on "1/29/2013 2:45:24 PM".

            They harassing me now.

            I called customer care, i said i will pay till 01/01/2013 to 01/03/2013. They are not responding.

              I'm Gaurav Gambhir, using MTS number [protected]. I've complained
              to your customer care regarding wrong Deduction of Rs 100 from my
              account (JAN/21414). And the same has been resolved without my
              permission and without even informing me, which is quite
              unprofessional on their part. And when I contacted customer care,
              they said the deduction is done due to some sort of content downloads
              but that was 100% false statement. Firstly I haven't download any such
              things which caused any deductions, secondly
              there is no such content available in India which can cause deduction
              of your account, as I'm a web developer and IT service provider, I know
              this very well that there is NO SUCH CONTENT AVAILABLE ON INDIAN
              NETWORK/INTERNET which can deduct your account's
              main balance. These are the Guidelines by TRAI(Telephone Regulatory
              Authority of India) and DoT(Department of Telecommunication) that you
              can't deduct balance from main account of any customer specially without
              their knowledge(if any).
              I've even complained with the Appellate authority but No One paid any head..
              My only concern is that I want my complete balance back which was wrongly dedicated by you.

                This complaint is regarding MTS post paid connection. I already stopped this service in January itself because i was not satisfied with the bill they charge every month. I called to customer care dept and asked them to stop my service. In feb they called me and said i have to pay 1300 Rs because my MTS connection is not stopped yet and it is barred on 4th Feb.
                I mailed them twice at customercare.[protected]@MTSIndia.in but I didn't get any satisfactory answer. I am ready to pay 610 rupees because this amount if for December month. But i wont pay extra charges.

                Now they are mailing on my other email id and harassing me. Please help!

                  I recharged my mts mblaze prepaid with rs 1999 on 8th feb. an offer was showing up from mts saying i would get 17 gb instead of 15 gb with validity for 90 days if i recharge with rs 1999 within 10 february. but till now i didn't get the extra 2 gb. i repeatedly emailed mts customer care but till now they have done nothing. and also mts is not giving that internet speed which they mentioned. i need your help. please do something, i need your help.

                    "Hi i am Uma, i have done recharge of 375 on 30 Jan 2013 on my data card [protected] of MTS, but did not get data from MTS and they deducted 375 rs of my bank account 24650 of karnataka bank debit card, at the same time i called to MTS, they told they will refund money with in 7 working days, after 7 days i called to them but they are extending the date, and 13 feb 2014 one of team leader spokes badly with me . please take some action against them, please resolve my problem as soon as possible. thank you

                      While purchasing the Mblaze device and datacard from Staples in Marathalli Bangalore, I was assured of the following as I had insisted on these. MBlaze is not able to meet them and I feel cheated due to false promises given by the sales executive. 1) Connectivity in Bangalore: Have never experienced the speed Mblaze has been advertising and claims better than others 2) Connectivity in Mumbai as I keep travelling for official purpose: Was told this is available. After reaching Mumbai, it was not working and on calling customer care they said that I had to purchase a roaming pack and also install some roaming software in the laptop - Not what was told to me 3) Connectivity in Kerala: Again as i keep travelling. The network is very poor across the place (shows only 1 bar with 1X speed) where i am living and the customer service always says that it is not because of network or range. The customer call sevice is pathetic as I have to explain all basics multiple times. Secondly, they asked me to do several settings in my comp which again is not working. I am just asking them to tell that it is network coverage issue and nothing cant be done. In that case, i will stop calling them which also they are not agreeing to. 4) Connectivity in Chennai/Tamilnadu: not tested yet

How possible is this? Last month my 12BG access got ended in just 18-20 days and now in this month it took just 12-13 days. Believe me, it has never happened in last 3-4 years. Then I was downloading 3-4 movies, watching videos, using internet for my work. Such a crap has never happened before. What the hell is this? I am counting MTS service. I have already taken 2 videos of my screen and both it are proofs to demonstrate how MTS is thieving DATA. Yes, I found that MTS became faster and download speed reaches 900kbps (it only shows in the driver), but couldn't find any reflection in page load/downloading of file. See, to me, is a matter of thieving data and money. This is my 2nd serious issue with MTS. I know, MTS can show me the list of data that have been fetched on day to day basis, but this is also clear that this is IMPOSSIBLE to spend 1GB/day (while making no massive download), right??????                           Hi, I have an prepaid mts mbalze data card - [protected]. When I connect it with computers able to detect device, and network strength is full. Connection is been established successfully. But when tried to browse any site ite reports "page not found". When verified with mts service center chennai, they say device is good please check with contact center. When raised an complaint in the mts contact center an executive is sent to my home last week (jan- 25), he too verfied the device said will contact me shortly about the device status so for no reply. Dunno what's the problem is. Please take necessary action. ContactNo: [protected]

                            I'm using mts daTa card since last 3 months, as per rules if i want carry forward un used data balance i neee to recharge for 399 validity 30 days... So last time i've recharge as 29 dec of 399, so as per rules i need to recharge for 399 after 30 days, so i tried to recharge as on 27 jan 11 pm. Due to low speed of mts on line recharge payment not proceed. I've tried many times to call customer care but it is the worst custmor care, to connect. I've visit mts zonal office at rajkot on next day, but no body ready to listen my complain, l've wait for 2 hrs there but not getting even water... So i've gone to outlet for it, they file my complain and said that no result will come for this issue... Pls help.me get through Manoj vasoya [protected] Email [protected]@gmail.com

                              Respected Sir, I'm using data card no. [protected], As per mts co rules, for carry forward data balance I have to recharge for Rs. 399 on 30th day, I've recharge last month as on 29th dec 2013 for Rs. 399, validity for 30 days... Validity expire on 27 Jan 2014, At 11 pm on of 27th Jan. I've tried many time to recharge the same, but due online payment getway used by MTS co was not responding and payment not proceed after filling all details of credit card, not only once but I've tried many times, Not only this, I've visited MTS zonal office based at Limda chawk Rajkot, but they are not ready to listen my complain and after many request they suggest me to register complain at any retail MTS outlet, so for that I went to Yagnik road outlet and done the complain no.                                 I had recharged my MTS mobile an amount of Rs.36 which offered 1 paise per 30 second of call duration for local on-net minutes MTS-MTS and all other networks 1 paise per 1 second for 90 days. I had found out about the offer in MTS official website for West Bengal of which I am a resident. But after the recharge I found that the MTS call costs were 1 paise per 1 second. After calling the customer care support I was told that it was only valid for certain locations in West Bengal. I prefer MTS because it provides such lucrative offers to the customers (and i will continue to if it keeps on providing the same), and i don't want to place any charges. But all i want to say is that PLEASE MAKE THE WEBSITE OF MTS more sprcific to the offers placed so that no-one else is robbed again (though minor) like this. PLEASE MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS.

                                  Hi, I have been facing too heavy issue with MTS since last 10 days. I purchased a new MTS Mblaze Data Card, gave documents and paid amount for device, on 10th Jan. As far as everybody knows, activation for any Data Card doesn't take more than 1-2 days. For me, it took 10 days even after I called to customer care every day. Every day when I called them, they tomorrow. Lots of tomorrows went away, even after sending escalation mails to Nodal and Appellate officers, they took more time to activate. I don't understand where this customer service is running away. After reading this incident, hopefully if its clear to other customers. Please everybody think once before you opt for MTS service.                                     On 7th Jan I have applied for the data card from MTS India from their Kasba outlet, Ritam Associate one of the service outlet of MTS India. And after too many follow ups finally on last Sunday 12th Jan, after a verification call I have received a sms that my data card is activated and ready to use (DC No-[protected])...So accordingly I uploaded the Data Card and trying to use it...But I couldn't as the message keep on coming that data card could not recognize the remote computer.I immediately give a call to customer care and report the same. The Executive told me to use several ways to do it and even trying the same it cannot be connected. On Monday 13th Jan morning I register a complaint and in return received a sms that within 10 working hours it would be resolved...My Complaint No. was JAN/6372 with MTS India I am highly disappointed to inform you that even after 9 complete days of the complaint it has not been resolved and I am still unable to use this new data card.In between I have spoke to Customer Care several times and every time I have been told the same thing that "It would get resolved within 24 hrs...I need to hold patient"...But it has not been resolved even after several calls and complaints .Later I register the complaint with the Nodal Officer of MTS India and send them a e-mail...but still my issue has not been resolved. So finally I decided to take the help a Consumer Court and registering this complaint so that my services of data card should start or else I get my money back.                                     Today I even poke to the MTS India - MTS Blaze Data Card, from where I purchase the datacard and ask them to take care of my complaint...But they refuse it and ask me that only Customer Care can resolve t]my issue...
                                    I expect kind suuport from Consumer Forum on the same..

                                      I had given 700 Rupees on Saturday 15th January 2013 for a data card - Mblaze_Hilink(Wireless) and till now not able to access, I have requested executive for guide, but no response. Your team showed good enthusiasm and energy to collect money but not for guide and when I called the executive with the phone number [protected] he did not even pick up till now. the same person called me 10-12 times to get appointment and collect money. Enthusiasm to collect money is admirable which disappears when required to serve the customer.Today 21th January 2013, Again I called the numbers of your customer executive, till now no response. I've got no resolution of my complaint and I am surviving without internet. Please help me to disconnect my connection. Thanks Ashith
                                      yes true from my side also, i have purchased from one mts data card from an executive he has lo t of interest in taking appointment and collecting money he has collected 1500/- but so far no interenet connection i have complained so many times to customer care but no one has helped me out this is really worst service from mts which i didnt expect from mts.
                                      Never Don't Buy MTS Mblaze Data Card. All are Cheating Group, No Response from Customer Care Also. So Be Aware of MBlaze Ultra Speed 9.8 Mbps

                                        My MTS mblaze datacard number is [protected]. On MTS website I was checking Postpaid(btw, my connection is already postaid from day one) tariff plan there I saw a plan of 799 giving me 10GB unlimited data after that speed will slow down but the connection is unlimited. I called cutomer care on 30th dec. 2013 to change plan they said that that change of plan is only possible in between 1 to 7 of any month, I then called in 4th jan 2014 they said ok it will be done request no. is 222504. On 16 internet speed got slow after 4GB o[censored]sage as per their connection software. I called customer care they said that due to technical fault plan was not changed (don't know what excuses they were giving) they said it will be corrected in 24 "working" hours which is actually 3 days, WHEN I called after 3days they are saying that plan is 799 and is activated from 1st of jan. Firstly it's 21st jan 2014 today I am not going to pay 799 as speed is still 144kbps whch comes after 5GB usage secondly they are lying on my face that it was activated on 1st jan 2014, secondly even 5GB they are not providing properly changing the speed to lower but their own software is telling it's 4GB used. PLEASE HELP.
