Hi, I'm from Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala. I have taken mts connection 3months back my number [protected]. While purchasing the company assured 40gb data will be given @ 999 with 9.2mbps speed. Right from the first day still now, I haven't seen the connection speed crossing 1MBps. When I called the support they said my home is blocking the signal. So the speed is less and closed the issue. The team said if you goto next junction I will be able to browse @ 3.2Mbps from Kaloor junction. Distance between two junction is 10min max.Please help me

MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I bought MTS MBLAZE dongle postpaid with monthly bill of 1122 (plan of 999). They assured me that i will be getting like 9.8Mbps. Since i have been using the connection for the last 2 and a half months, i havent received speed crossing 1 Mbps in Ernakulam.

As a part of my work, while once visited Koratty, Thrissur, I was able to get good speed, like 4.3Mbps. I have given a complaint. After a guy came and had a check, he assured me that the problem will be rectified soon. After few days, while it was time to pay the bill a call from customer care asked me about the complaint. They told it cannot be rectified soon, and i have to cancel my complaint. I asked how can i cancel my complaint, which is not been rectified, the reply was again the same.

And I still cant get a speed crossing 1 Mbps, while staying at the heart of Ernakulam City. Its really a shame.

    my mts ultra wi fi no is [protected] and it is not working in Modi Nagar(201204) which is my home town so pl look in to this already i have talked to customercare executive so many times but no any sufficient solution is given so pl. look in to this Thanks Shashi bhushan

      On 23.10.2013, I ot te call from Ranveer Vats. He told me that there is pending bill of Rs.1800 and sending me legal notice. I paid Rs 1800. But after few days on 19.11.2013, I again got the call from to pay Rs.1800. I also paid that since he told me that I will get refund of Rs.1800. Now I fell like I am cheated. Please help me. Should i approach court for justice? My MTS no. is [protected]. The MTS no is of Mumbai .

        HI Team, I have taken the MTS device on Saturday 19th July 2014 and still it is not activated. Every time I call the customer care, they come up with the same statement, that we will get the confirmation call within 24 hours. But still it is not activated and recently came to know that the documents are not submitted. This was not expected from you people. If this cannot be resolved, please let me know the procedure to cancel my device and connection. I need my complete amount back.

          We had taken MTS Data Card two months back in the 1st month the speed was good but in second month we got a message on 18th, July that the data limit of 40 GB is over, and now the speed is very slow. We have not used 40 GB and now they are not responding for calls and mails. Please do something.

            worst service ever... could not retain me even till the first bill will come. Updated my name incorrectly in there system, when I tried to get it corrected, they refused. Then I took 10 GB plan to check the service first and got only 6 Gb on prorated basis of which I did not had any clue till it finished, because they do not show any data usage. When asked to change plan to 40 GB, they can not do it till next bill cycle, when asked to add speed booster pack and take extra charge from me, they say to wait for a pop up which never popped up, so they want to charge me around Rs.900 for 2-3 days of service. Take your dongle back and close this connection, I'm not going to pay anything more.

                  I took MTS dongle in the month of April this year. Since then i am experiencing Network and speed issues. Evn if there are full bars the speed is very less i would be happy if i get 0.2 or 0.3 Mbps of speed, where as they claim a speed of 9.8Mbps. I have raised several complaints which are may/2675, may/5618 and july/8166. Every they were resolved with out even calling me back. When i sent an email i had to wait for 3-4 days for a reply. When i call them and ask to speak to supervisor they keep me on wait and then disconnect or tell me that the supervisor is busy and they will call me back.                     I have bought a connection of MTS postpaid 999 plan and Rs1500 for device, first two months speed was Okay, but after then that I was getting speed of 50 to 300 Kbps, not able to watch videos, download movies even taking so much time to open Gmail, I called Mts care for help, they said wait for 3, 4 weeks we are optimizing your are I live in ashok vihar gurgaon, I said okay I will wait, after 3, 4 months I called them they said please wait for 5, 6 more weeks I said I want to talk to your supervisor they put me on hold and hold and hold, then no supervisor available, all resp are like 10th passed boys, what they know is how to say sorry that's it, I called back again asked for supervisor they put me on hold and hold and hold and hold, no supervisor again, ( I think there call center is in village supervisor always in field) I complaint about my internet speed'N" number of time no response always wait for 3, 4 weeks from past 2 months there, reps keep on saying wait for 4, 5 weeks or else you will going to receive waver off on your bill, I said okay, bill date came I asked for waver off, marked a mail to them I got a mail back that you will not gonna get waver, and funny thing I have only used 7 GB out of 40 GB plan, at very first sales guy was like pain in my A** to purchase this, now I am getting Crap in return, even you can't get refund of your device, then today I called them again you know what again same thing wait for 6, 7 weeks:P, even my wife tried to contact them via there chat service which never work, the representative took her number from database and messaged on her whats app" this is sam from MTS " number of same is: [protected] on true caller it was anshul, and the representative saying sorry for inconvenience, I asked for supervisor agin same funny thing no supervisor on the floor he was [censored] outside( sorry for my bad words) I am using this language because of frustration, if you do not pay the bill they will harass you you going to receive recovery calls and mails from do kodi ka advocates, that's why people do not believe on indian brands, STAY AWAY FROM MTS, EVEN DO NOT USE INTERNET IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION BUT STAY AWAY FROM MTS complain number jul/44091

                      Sir, I purchased MTS Mblaze Ultra 2 months ago and since starting I am not being able to get a proper network speed. I registered a complaint and the technicians visited my home on 8th July, 2014 and said that they will install a small tower at my home that will provide me with proper network and Internet speed within 7 days. Its been more than 7 days and they have not yet even called me up for the installation of the tower. I contacted the customer care and my complaints were forwarded again and again but still I have not received any response from them. I am a regular user of Rs.999 plan but due to bad speed I am never able to utilize my 20 GB data. My data card number is [protected] and my complaint number is JUL/99743 which I received from them after the complaint was forwarded. I have been continuously searching for the a contact number of the Siliguri Office of the technicians from where they had visited my home. But I could not find their contact number also. I got the contact number of Kolkata branch but not of Siliguri. All my contact details are clearly given below. I want them to contact me immediately and solve my speed issue. The current speed that I am getting in my Mblaze Ultra is just like a 2G connection speed. And I cant download any heavy files because it takes a lot of time.                           Complaints are given the request for 40GB plan on 30 Jun 2014 that is not activated.
                          2. On 15 Jul 2014 3GB speed booster pack not activated from past 4 working days they said within 14 hours it will be activated its been 96 hours now..
                          3. Contact information its been 6 working days now not changed yet.

                          Whenever i call to your costumer care i need explain every time to every of your executive and have to wait for 5 minutes for there response and interesting is that they say i will arrange for call back with in an hour please trust me everyone and another response is it will be resolved by end of today so please wait sir.

                            Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I “ Madan Mohan Jindal” was using MTS dongle in DehraDun. My bill plan was of Rs444/month and my credit limit was Rs:1350. In this bill plan i use to get 3gb data. While I was buying this connection I was informed by their sales person that I will be getting the confirmation call from the company weather I want to use more than my bill plan or not. When my 3Gb data was used i didnt got any call or msg that my limt is over and neither the connection was disconnected, I came to know about this when I received the bill. The day I received my bill that very day my connection got disconnected and the bill I received was of Rs:1989 and after some days I received one more bill of Rs: 1066.75. 1st bill was for 1 month and the other was of just 10days. I just wanted to complain that how can my bill amount exceed the credit limit and without getting information how will i come to know whether my data got exceeded or not. I went to there nodal office but the head and the second head officer was not there in the office and when i asked the other people working there, then they said that they are not coming to the office from past 4-5 days. So i gave the written application in the office regarding my complaint but still i didnt got any solution moreover i came to know that they will be sending me a court notice for not paying the bill, But how can i pay the bill without my complaint getting resolved.                               Hi, I am using MTS connection for the last 18 days approx. They promised a speed o[censored]pto 9.8 mbps but I rarely get a speed very slow.even video is not playing properly. when I try to download a movie the movie gets downloaded at a speed of 20 - 30 kbps. Customer care doesn't resolve the issue and they only promise that it will be resolved within 22 hours. Even an engineer doesn't visit to check the problem and they close the issue saying that the issue has been resolved. . I am still continuing with my problem of slow internet speed and MTS is least bothered to resolve it, i am still waiting for their response but they do not.my MDN no. is[protected]...mobile [protected]...my name is Narendra Singh Shekhawat.

                              sir/madam, when i make complain to the mts service center they give me complaint number after that automaticly i got mesaage that your complaint has been resolved before solving even home visit did not fulfiled and then i make another call to mts service center they said that we have called you many times but your phone was switched off...

                                Sir, Mai shailesh kumar.my mts data No-[protected]..mujhe march month ke middle me hi net conection ko deactivate kar diya..aur msg bheja gya ki aapka bill 1200rs somthing ho gya hai...mera net conection aaj tak deactivate hai...but bill amt badhta ja rha...jo aaj abhi tak 2000rs kr diya gya...bill details ke hard coppy magane per diya nhi jata...mujhe samajh me nhi aata ki maine etna data use kiya nhi...aur bill etna ho gya...jo mere najar me false hai...mail ka reply bhi nhi diya gya..aur phon pe dhamaki compny ke logo dwara diya jata hai...gali bhi diya jata hai...mujhe phone pe mansik Pratarit kiya jata hai..jise mai pagal ho sakta hu.. Sahab aapse request hai ki problem ka samdhan kiya jaye...mai mts company ke logo se paresha ho gya hu

                                  Hi, I am using MTS connection for the last 2 months approx. They promised a speed o[censored]pto 9.8 mbps but I rarely get a speed of more than 1 mbps. Most of the time the speed of 0.2 - 0.5 mbps. when I try to download a movie the movie gets downloaded at a speed of 20 - 30 kbps. Customer care doesn't resolve the issue and they only promise that it will be resolved within 22 hours. Even an engineer doesn't visit to check the problem and they close the issue saying that the issue has been resolved. Through the sales executive Mr. pankaj ([protected]) i reached one person by the name of Mr. ravi ([protected]) who promised to help me out but even after some days he stopped picking up my calls or responding my mails. The last time he picked up my call, he behaved rudely and told me to reach to customer care executive. Such is the behavious and response of the people working over there. I am still continuing with my problem of slow internet speed and MTS is least bothered to resolve it, but they are efficient in one thing - they will call u up daily for their payment.

                                    MTS Mblaze wifi connection number is [protected] . I lodged a complaint yesterday that is 14th july with the complaint number JUL/15160 and they promised to resolve the issue within 22 hours! However i am yet to get connection. I have only used approx 18 GB as told to me by customer care, whereas i took the postpaid connection of MTS for 999 which gives 40 GB UL usage. However, my connection got disconnected suddenly without any notice. And when asked to the customer care to help me, they ask me repeatedly what is the issue even though i already told them 100 times of the issue. They are deafs or what i dont know, but when am paying for something i must get FULL SERVICES. I dont want to pay for something for which i dont get any service neither will i pay any amount for such a connection. Treat your customer professionally. Dont take them as granted. And i[censored] cannot resolve the issue and restore the connection, disconnect the number as its of no use to me, and forget about getting any bill amount from me. This is just the 1st month am using MTS and am already irritated and frustrated by your worthless internet connection which is there to be disconnected always!

                                      I purchased a new dongle of MTS MBLAZE Ultra WIFI MDN# - [protected] from MTS Delhi. It was activated on 18th Jun'14. However, the speed was pathetic in my area, I registered a complaint for the same on the same day. Complaint number is – Jun/36437 Even MTS technician visited my home to check for the speed on 21st of Jun’14 and they informed me later that my house is out of their coverage area and there is no fix date when the issue would be resolved. They confirmed me that I’m entitled for full refund as MTS is not able to provide me the services. Still, I've not received refund from them, Pathetic people they are. All those people who are issues with MTS, please unite through this post, we would file the case in consumer court consolidated.                                         I recently buy mts mblaze my mts number is [protected] they given me using datacard from the day one i cant able to use tat dongal but iam resived bill Inspite of making complaints n number of times net is not getting connected, MTS continued their cheating actInspite of writing to MTS many times, the data card is not working. It appears MTS has started their operations only to cheat Indians and it is unfortunate that enforcing authorities are not acting at all. and all those have to be hanged. Following letter is self explanatory. Telecom as well as Enforcing authorities shall be ashamed for granting unified license to a cheat, STILL I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULDNTT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM I AM READY TO GIVE THE DEVICE BACK
