I have bought a connection of MTS postpaid 999 plan and Rs1500 for device, first two months speed was Okay, but after then
that I was getting speed of 50 to 300 Kbps, not able to watch videos, download movies even taking so much time to open
Gmail, I called Mts care for help, they said wait for 3, 4 weeks we are optimizing your are I live in ashok vihar gurgaon,
I said okay I will wait, after 3, 4 months I called them they said please wait for 5, 6 more weeks I said I want to talk to
your supervisor they put me on hold and hold and hold, then no supervisor available, all resp are like 10th passed boys,
what they know is how to say sorry that's it, I called back again asked for supervisor they put me on hold and hold and
hold and hold, no supervisor again, ( I think there call center is in village supervisor always in field) I complaint
about my internet speed'N" number of time no response always wait for 3, 4 weeks from past 2 months there, reps keep on
saying wait for 4, 5 weeks or else you will going to receive waver off on your bill, I said okay, bill date came I asked
for waver off, marked a mail to them I got a mail back that you will not gonna get waver, and funny thing I have only used
7 GB out of 40 GB plan, at very first sales guy was like pain in my A** to purchase this, now I am getting Crap in return,
even you can't get refund of your device,
then today I called them again you know what again same thing wait for 6, 7 weeks:P, even my wife tried to contact them via
there chat service which never work, the representative took her number from database and messaged on her whats

sorry for inconvenience, I asked for supervisor agin same funny thing no supervisor on the floor he was [censored] outside(
sorry for my bad words) I am using this language because of frustration, if you do not pay the bill they will harass you
you going to receive recovery calls and mails from do kodi ka advocates, that's why people do not believe on indian
brands, STAY AWAY FROM MTS, EVEN DO NOT USE INTERNET IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION BUT STAY AWAY FROM MTS

As a part of my work, while once visited Koratty, Thrissur, I was able to get good speed, like 4.3Mbps. I have given a complaint. After a guy came and had a check, he assured me that the problem will be rectified soon. After few days, while it was time to pay the bill a call from customer care asked me about the complaint. They told it cannot be rectified soon, and i have to cancel my complaint. I asked how can i cancel my complaint, which is not been rectified, the reply was again the same.
And I still cant get a speed crossing 1 Mbps, while staying at the heart of Ernakulam City. Its really a shame.
