I have purchased a MTS MBlaze Wifi dongle as per their plan of 40GB Unlimited and after 15days after about 15GB usage the speed gone damn slow. After contacting their customercare they promised that they gonna fix the problem and told me some troubleshooting steps (those where completely useless and I lost my saved data on my browser) After one or two days the called me and asked for an appointment, I left my office early for that. And nobody came or called me regarding the cancellation of the appointment.

Since about 10 Days I am getting slow network. On full strength signal I was getting good speed at my office. Now a days they decreased my download speed on Torrent. And now when I called them they are telling a new condition that they are putting a limit on the most used downloading option!.

Totally disappointed with their service and started hating them!

      I purchased MTS MBLAZE ultra wi fi for 40 GB data. The speed was supposed to be 9.8 Mbps. But after usage of only 25 GB, the speed has dropped to 64Kbps. The customer care is not registering the complaint and is stalling the matter. I have been completely harassed as we have our exams coming up very soon. Please do something about it.

        Sir my mts number:- [protected] and my registered number is :- [protected].. sir i have purchased the mts mblaze data card on 2nd MAY 2014.. and it got activated on 3rd may 2014.. since the day of activation, im not getting the speed. im getting 0.11 to 0.23 kbps speed only.. regarding this i have gave a complaint on 3rd may and they closed the complaint with resolving it on 8th may.. again on 8th may i have given requested them to reopen the complaint but again they closed my complaint on 21st may and again i have given complaint on 21 st may and i have continuously giving the complaint but today date 26/05/2014.. till now no person had came to my house to check for the problem and still they dint clear my problem.. daily when i call customer care they just say that they will resolve but till now they dint solve my problem.. sir i kindly request you to clear my speed issue or else im not gonna do the payment of my monthly billing and past a 25 days im waiting and still no one cleared my problem.. so please at least now clear my speed issue.. im not at all satisfied with the service provided ny MTS.. this is the worst service i have ever seen.. clear my speed issue ... sir please help me from this issue.. thank you..

          The MTS Mblaze Post paid data card promises to provide 40GB of Data usage per month and in the begining they said the monthly charges will be Rs.999/- and then when the bill came for the first month and it was well over than what the said me and it was just above Rs.1100( yea you heard it right it is Rs.1100 per month) .. On top of this every month in the last 8-10 days i'm not able to download anything but i still can stream videos @480p without Buffering but not able to download...At the beginning of the month usually the download speed will be around 180-200kBps but in the end of the month it will not even touch 80kBps, i still have plenty of data balance left for that month and it will be wasted...And here is no proper response from the customer support either... So i sincerely say that do not buy MTS for 40GB ADD its just a trick to have customers that's all... IT WONT WORK...

            may5712 may/8143 this is my complaint number which is given by concern person from MTS customer care .i have done recharge of 1298 last month and 999 for this month .this is the unlimited packs ..this last two month the speed was just 120 to 150kbps .i dont know about some device but mine is like this .temporary browser history cookies everything clean .i called up twice in a day .almost 15 days over .and also very very worst service .everything will be first 5 to 6 months after that they will show ..feeling ugly to use this MTS mblaze ..and also feeling through my device towards dustbin ..

              I had a MTS dongle connection for 3G with number [protected]. I asked MTS to close it as I was not using it any more. Even after I asked to close it, MTS sent 2 bills after this and I got a court notice to pay those. As I did not wanted to be part of court activities, I was ready to pay them. But again MTS lawyers troubled me by asking to pay 3000 amount which was actually more than the bill, i normally should receive. I paid this amount and reported the MTS customer care. They promised me to pay me the amount by cheque. Even after repeated email conversation with them I have not received my money back. There is no cheque sent by MTS. I am attaching the mail conversation which took place between me and customer care.

                I have purchased an MTS BLAZE ULTRA data card and has never been satisfied with their service. First of all, they neither send any mail nor any SMS whenever the data usage expires. When the data usage expires without any notice, the net connection goes off immediately and I am left in total confusion, whether any problem with the net connection or the...folllowing e-mail to MTS on 15 May following their fake promises saying that the Data Card will give upto 9. 8 MBPS. But its not even giving 1 or 2 MBPS. Sometimes it goes to kbps. Very slow Please find the below E-mail which I sent to MTS.                   I have purchased an MTS BLAZE ULTRA data card and has never been satisfied with their service. First of all, they neither send any mail nor any SMS whenever the data usage expires. In fact, it would be useful, if they resort to some system so that the customer is always shown in the display about the balance data usage available at all times. In this connection, I talked to them and they are helpless. The company does not at all maintain transparency with the customer. In case of monthly subscription, it would be difficult to remember the date of renewal. To add with the misery, the company’s website never serves any purpose, if one wants to know the balance usage available. I therefore, suggest the readers, not to opt for MTS BLAZE ULTRA for their Internet requirements. U.K.S. SRINATH

                    Dear Sir / Mam, I sent the folllowing e-mail to MTS on 3rd May following their fake promises saying that the Data Card will give upto 9.8 MBPS.. But its not even giving 1 or 2 MBPS.. Sometimes it goes to kbps.. Very slow Please find the below E-mail which I sent to MTS. After so many follow ups and call to customer care, they are not bothered to listen to me.. they once closed the complaint ticket without my approval. Still I am follinwg up with them for getting my money back and I wanted to surrender their data card.. Small mistake on the date mentioned in my e-mail which I sent to MTS. It was 3rd may Hi MTS, MTS # -- [protected] I bought your MTS Mblaze 3G on Saturday 26th March 2014 and started using from the next day.. This is the worst Data Card I have ever had.. The signal strength is very poor and I am not even getting 2 MB. Some times it goes below 2 mb... I have done a various speed test but this data card is very worst in terms of speed... Please take this forward and return my money. I will surrender this data card. you can come to my address and collect the data card. Please do not delay the process.. Regards, --Nivas

                      Dear All We are having a horrible experience with MTS.. Purchased a mobile phone in October 2011 and received a MTS Datacard as gift from Sangeetha store. The data card was never activated but we started receiving bills for two months. Repeated calls to MTS customer care informing them that the card was not used or activated did not yield any response. We stopped receiving bills after two months and we forgot about the card thinking that the issue is closed. Periodically we get threatening calls from their agents tp pay up the bills or else we would be issued notice from Delhi High court. This morning my father got a call from [protected] and was asked to speak to Ranvir Dutt on [protected] ( Supposed to be a Delhi High court lawyer). He was threatened and ask to pay up within one hour failing which he would be produced before the Delhi highcourt judge. High time MTS stopped playing such cheap tricks with consumers. Get your services in order Guys before harassing hapless customers

                          recently i have purchase MBLAZE ultra wi fi (i have purchase it online ) i have purchase it on 14/05/2014)it was a post paid connection and ibgive all my detail and id which is necessary, but my connection is not yet started...when i make call to that person who deliver it to my home...he cant pick my, even he has also not give me the bill of the product, when i ask for the bill he said i will give u the bill 15/05/2014...i give him complete payment in cash and now he is not respounding to my call and my connection is not yet started... phone no of the executive..[protected] please solve my problem tanveer khan [protected]

                            Hello Sir, I had purchased MTS Blaze 3G Plus 9.8MBPS (Postpaid) in the October month of 2013. Due to dissatisfaction of the network I forced to surrender my postpaid account & they asked to pay concern bill amount., I did the same on Jan 2014 (with clearance) & Account has been disabled. But Still that guys keep sending a messages & Giving Calls by every week to pay the overdue with Rs.14, Rs, 75, Rs.200, Rs.400, & 1001 now it's giving me a final message to pay the over due of Rs. 297. Today they sent a legal Notice from their advocate to meet on 30th May 2014 at Madurai & pay Rs. 297. Unnecessarily they are making me to distress & Spoiling all other works.                                 Respected sir, my self Dr.ashish rai, i have a MTS pre paid 3G data card registered to my name, and the registration no are [protected]. Sir as per a plan by mts mblaze company i get my card recharged with 798 rs for unlimited 3G Internet services.according to the plan i had to get 5 GB unlimited Internet at full speed that would be up to 3.1 mbps, but instead that i got only about 100 kbps speed. After my usages of 5 GB i get 5 GB to 8 GB data at speed of 144kbps, but instead i got 3-4 kbps speed for downloading as well as browsing. Sir i called for the same on company's helpline and complaint no [protected].from where 1st i talked to a lower rank employee and i told all my complaint in details to him and he straight forward refused to help me in this regard and when i keep on asking him he just told me some absurd way to follow and when i asked him to register my complaint in this regard he straight forward refused to register any complaint, after that he offered me to transfer my call to his senior, and i waited for the call transfer and after 3-4 min wait they transferred my call to a senior employee, where he did not listen my complaint and was emphasizing all on how i can check my Internet speed and he disconnect the phone in the middle of my talk. Sir now i want to register a complaint in this regard in consumer court against this company, and i want a compensation of almost 20 times of amount the company charges from me so that the company got a message that they should respect the customers and do not fraud with customers.and in future they stick to details they are offering a customer at the time of recharges.                                     sir my MTS Mblaze number:- [protected].. i had purchased this MTS MBLAZE data card on 2nd may 2014 and i was promised that i will get guarenteed speed o[censored]pto 9.8MBPS but i am getting only 0.68kbps to 1.0 mbps.. its working very slow and i am unsatisfied regarding this.. and i have complainted to MTS customer care they registered complaint on 3rd may 2014 and they said they will proceed in 22 hours but till now no response from them.. they still dint clear my speed problem... i request you to help me in getting my MTS speed as soon as possible, .. please do contact me on my registered number and clear my problem.

When I opted for change On 18 mar 2014 after paying the bill I called again to activate the data card. Then after making several calls subsequently on 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25 march 2014 for activating the data card. How many calls do you’ll need to do your duty? Do you think that this was required? Example of bad services. No, very very bad service.I spoke to customer care support for more 3 hours in all calls. Who is going to pay my phone bill for MTS not doing as required? Surprisingly the card was active on 25/03/2014 after 7 days of continuous calls but one more surprise, I was stunned that the same old plan which I didn’t want. I did request for change on 28th Feb 2014 and you / your team missed that. Again I made calls on 25, 26, 27, and so on till 6th April 2014 to inform about activation of wrong plan. But it did not stop here, more surprises on my way; I was told the change did not happen because the plan does not exist.Than why was it proposed to me?? I lost my temper and requested to cancel the card on 7th April, 2014. After 2 days I again made a call and asked the status of cancellation request. The card was de-active but not cancelled. On asking the reason, I come to know that I have to make the payment of Rs. 140 to cancel the card. Do you really think I should pay the bill? For this kind of poor services—no – never. Anyways to your satisfaction, I haven’t used the data card apart from checking it, approx. 10 mins I received bill of Rs. 140 on sms For 10-15 mins, Rs. 140 – bit expensive!! Request no. 256002, 295405, 328106, 326106 and few nos. missing Complaint: MAR/1311 and many more but not recorded in your system Additional bad services: · I was supposed to receive a call from your back end team for 5 times from 21st March to 06th April but I did not receive any. Shameful ---- I received 1 after cancellation of card that is after 7 April 2014· At initial stages say from 18th March to 25th March, customer care executive told that there is no request / complaints in system. MTS needs to improve the system· I was also told (twice) to go to customer care center to get this resolved –( is it really – after making so many calls) · More over your team members expect me to pay the bill for getting the card cancelled. HA HA HA · 2 times my call was disconnected by the customer care executive. (for your information I never gave any bad words to any of customer care executive)· I did not checked much, but I think I did not got the speed, which I was promised Conclusion: I am not going to pay the bill of Rs. 140/- in any case. You are also requested to stop messages, emails, phone calls, etc . to me for bill payment. Or I will be forced to approach consumer court.                                         i am using Mts for last few months, , my doungle no-[protected], , last mont they came to me with mblaze ultra and said its better in service so they will upgrade my data pack along with a better doungle, they charged me Rs-1000/- for that, and promised that i will get only one single bill, , but now i got two bills and they charged for the both doungle !!! its a complete cheating, , they made me fool, , , ,
