I have not recharged the said number for last 3 months for some unavoidable reasons. However, I wanted to recharge it now. On being checked, the customer care dept. informed that my data card cannot be recharged as its registration has been cancelled due to non recharge for last 3 months and I will have to buy a new device.

Call Disconnetion & Not Provided Resolution

False Information provided to get customers

Very Bad MTS services

Hi, I would like o suggest everyone to don't believe to MTS. No one there to listen costumers. If you take connection I have requested for disconnection of my services on 5th Apr 2014. Still didn't received any response from their side. I have talked to your call center they are telling that this is under process and will take time. I don't know why this is taking so long time? What a bad service in India that take 1 day for activation...

automatic balance deduction

Harassment call by the company and non availability of service

MTS wrong promises

After keeping lot of phone call finally I was able to discuss with the executive again for this. She again said that the connection has been activated on Sunday (30th March 2014). But the device with (actual MDN) with her. So she will be delivered it today. I am waiting for that day but no one came to replace my broken device.

I don't know why your department telling lie always. I am sharing some of the thing from them...

4 months back, MTS had activated a service called Bikini babes without my consent (on my mother's number which is [protected])and when i realised it i deactivated the service two weeks back and also said them to activate DO NOT DISTURB service. but three days back again the same service of Bikini babes is renewed even after deactivating it. Unwantedly monthly MTS is deducting my balance of Rs.25, even after calling them several times....

Fake Balance Deduction

I have recharge my MTS mobile([protected]) with 121 rupee on 09 march2014 and getting 100 as main account balance and 25 rupee as promo balance with validity April 08 2014. Now on 16 March 2014 when I check my balance, it displays 76.14 rupee in main balance and 0 in promo balance.
