Dear Sir,

My name is R K Jha. I use MTS datacard bearing no. [protected].

I have not recharged the said number for last 3 months for some unavoidable reasons. However, I wanted to recharge it now. On being checked, the customer care dept. informed that my data card cannot be recharged as its registration has been cancelled due to non recharge for last 3 months and I will have to buy a new device.

This is complete cheating to a customer as they have not informed about such co. policiy of MTS to me via any communication mode.

    I'mnew MTS user yesterday i bout your MTS WIFI DataCard, I was unable to use yourinternet service on very first day it was really very bad expe. that i wasunable to use internet service on very first day. I called up to your CC fourtime. One of the girl picked up my call twice and she disconnect my call boththe time without providing any resolution. Worst, it was realy worst, then Imade a call again to your CC to talk to your higher management person, thistime i asked your executive name he was Ajitkumar Chaudhary. I told him totransfer the call to his supervisor or manager, he said that manager has lotsof work & he is not here to take your call, this call duration was 30minutes and your executive put me on hold 10 to 12 min to check whether TL or Managerwill take the call or not. I asked his TL & Manager's name who denied totake my call, he assured me that I will arrange you a call back within 30 min.at that time it was 11:21 AM and believe me till the time when i m writing thismail i didn't get any call back. Not even provide me the name of that girl who disconnect my call, however all the time i had paid for each of my call because it was chargeable call for me. MANAGER NAME : Nasir Hussain TL NAME : Imran Khan Executive Name : Ajitkumar Chaudhary Names are as informed by your executive. It's really worst exeperience on very first day of MTS purchase. Believe me i'm notgoing to continue with MTs anymore from very next month and will not suggest anyoneto go with MTS (if anyone asked my exeperience now on).       Hello all, my problem is this mts gays are making me mad because of then i am not able to concentrate in my higher study. after giving so many complaint regarding the disconnection they just making the bill payment and also i am getting some calls from delhi court( making jok with me).so please try to make this company some rules.. so all customer dosnt suffer..         On April 2nd I bought an internet dongle for rs.1800. The sales representative have is the details of the plan, he said I will be getting 10GB data at full speed (whatever that means) and fair use policy will be applied. Initially I got 1GB data and after repeated calls I got the rest of the data. Now after consuming 10GB my single is refusing to connect to internet. When I called their customer care at [protected] a representative is along me to pay another 999 to get the connection active. So I asked to connect to her manager and somebody spoke at length and nothing happened. He even admitted that the sales representative had given false information. And again he wanted me to pay up for restoring the connection. The manager even asked me to go online complain. This is worst customer support I have receive, where people blaming each other and not solving a problem. Is this the worst customer you have received? Or are there even worst customer support people should be awareof?

          Hi, This is regarding data Card Number [protected].I have brought the dongle MTS Blaze in the month of Feb and wanted to know information about MTS Blaze Wifi. I had been forced to take the normal MTS Blaze, because of wrong information provided by MTS Shop executive situated near Moodalapalya, Magadi main Road. Below were the wrong information given by the executives, (1) If I select plan 899/-, there would be a corporate discount of 75/-, If I go for Just MTS Blaze. Actually 75/- was normal welcome gesture from MTS and was available even for MTS Blaze Wifi. (2) MTS Ultra Wifi will cost 1800/-. But it was actually 1499/- same day and I am forced to take wrong decision of taking normal MTS Ultra.(3) Min. speed I would get is more that 3 mbps and will better than wifi dongle. All these wrong information landed me to take MTS Ultra. On the very next day, I went and asked about all these information and they started to act aggressively and I felt, I have been cheated with 1200/- which was spent on dongle. Hence, I have not paid the bill for 1 and half months and not going to pay in future as well. Please let me know, How to got about it further. Thanks, Mahesh

            I would like to inform you that I want to register a complaint against MTS mobile company and my mobile no is [protected] in the name of aravindamohan .
            I have requested to change my plane to INR 666Rs monthly plane to INR 499 RS monthly plane written doc and submit at T-nager office on august 29th 2013. Reg the same I contact customer care several time . I send mail to Appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in, [protected]@mtsindia.in February 1st 2014 it self . and I get the call from customer care on 6th February 2014 they say it is change as per my request . BUT STILL NOW I NOT GET ANY CHANGED on my plane . all most 8 month I am wasting more than 1592rs and my mental tension .

            I am using this for my business purpose I can’t able to change the portability also I strangely regimented please don’t buy MTS number any more .

              Hi, I would like o suggest everyone to don't believe to MTS. No one there to listen costumers. If you take connection I have requested for disconnection of my services on 5th Apr 2014. Still didn't received any response from their side. I have talked to your call center they are telling that this is under process and will take time. I don't know why this is taking so long time? What a bad service in India that take 1 day for activation of new connection and more than 5 days to disconnection of the connection. Please note that Billing should be closed from 5th and I should not receive any of bill after this date. I will not be paying for any bill after 5th Apr 2014.                 I had recharged from RS110 at 01/04/2014 in my MTS network and in evening I had called 15minute37seconds and charged was 14.06 and next day when I talked 7minute44second and charged was RS6.96 and my balance was 58.99 I had not received any message about the deduct balance and when i had checked my balance at 08:06 balance was RS 28.99 i did call to customer care they could not give any sufficient answer and 03/04/2014 i had call 1 minute 1 second cost was 0.92 and remain balance was RS 1.07 so i request to you help me

                  I had purchased a mts data card post paid service for the number [protected] last year in september 2013 rajasthan. The dongle was working ok till 2 months but then suddenly it stopped working or connecting to my pc. I spoke to the call centre people but they said it will start in few hrs . But it didn't work. After a month I got a bill of about 805 rs which was not expected as the fixed bill amount is 550 only and above that there was no service by the datacard. I stopped using it because this was not expected by a company like MTS whose connection are their with my family members from past few years. I tried contacting the call center people but they said you need to deposit the bill only then the service will start which make no sense as it stopped working within a day after the last billing cycle of october was paid. Few days back I got a severe threatening call from 3-4 employees or I don't know who they were from uttar pradesh zone back to back from different numbers to pay the bill or legal action will be taken. He said the notice was sent to me but no such notice has reached me. I am getting different unknown calls on my number from people who are mentally harassing me and my father also as I was not in the country for few months, which I never expected out of a Big name like MTS. I will be paying the amount today itself as I have returned from dubai today. But in future we are withdrawing all our connections with mts in our family and close ones who are using mts service as this was the limit. Getting a threatening call that also from many people who are from some other state through their personal mobile phones without any prior valid notice from mts is an inappropriate behaviour to the clients.
                  Please look into the matter as the behaviour is very inappropriate towards a lady from different men calling on the number.

                    After keeping lot of phone call finally I was able to discuss with the executive again for this. She again said that the connection has been activated on Sunday (30th March 2014). But the device with (actual MDN) with her. So she will be delivered it today. I am waiting for that day but no one came to replace my broken device.

                    I don't know why your department telling lie always. I am sharing some of the thing from them you can check all are true or not as i have checked already.:-
                    Your executive told that this is the last date of this Plan (999 40 GB UL).
                    Your executive told that the device will be activated on Sunday (30 March 2014) because of that will be our working day.
                    When i have checked the device and found the cover of that was broken i requested to replace that than they told that they definitely replace that on Sunday. I am still waiting for this.
                    I have talked on Sunday they told me your connection will start on today without physical verification due to Financial year ending.
                    After that i have talked many time always she telling me your connection was started on Sunday already and I will replace the device today.
                    But i did'n receive device yet. I just want to ask that if the connection started on Sunday than who will be paying for this. who will be the responsive for this.
                    Please have a look at all the above comments and promised by your executive and check which one is true.

                    Finally I just want to say only one thing as i have already told that i don't need this connection now. If there still activated that than i will not be paying the Bill.

                      4 months back, MTS had activated a service called Bikini babes without my consent (on my mother's number which is [protected])and when i realised it i deactivated the service two weeks back and also said them to activate DO NOT DISTURB service. but three days back again the same service of Bikini babes is renewed even after deactivating it. Unwantedly monthly MTS is deducting my balance of Rs.25, even after calling them several times. please help me out.. i want my 25rs, to be credited to my number which is [protected]. and also the representative of MTS should apologise me!

                        Sir/Mam, Yesterday I bought a mts data card from your Represendative Mr srinivasan (working as a direct mts staff ). He send a person (Mr Shankar) to our place. It’s our new house last week only we shifted here so didn’t have a address proof for this house, We already communicate this to your staff Mr Srinivasan. As per is advise we produce a address proff of our previous house and passport size photo to Mr Shankar. But he refuse to accept this. So we told the full conversation between us & your staff Mr Sinivasan to Mr Shankar. But as per his statement Mr srinivasan just a staff all are giving false report for marketing purpose. So arrange a address proof or give me Rs 150 I will arrange the affidavit for address proof. So we gave Rs150 for affidavit & Rs 1000 for data card (also we gave Aadhar card with old address, passport size photo, votter id card with old address). Finally Mr Shankar confirmed we will submit all these documents on monday (24-Mar-14) morning & activate the card before 11.30. But still now it’s not activated so I called to Mr Srinivasan but am very upset from his rubbish speech. Your peoples are don’t know about customer handling, Then how can they are working in marketing field?????? As per Mr Srinivasan's statement i need to fight with him in his office for my card activation. Also he used some rubbish words. So request you to take a severe action for their activity otherwise kindly inform us we will file a complaint & will take some legal actions. Magar mene yeh number kabhi bhi purchase nahi kiya he. Mene MTS ki service li he magar uska number he [protected]. Jiska bill paid he. Mane kae baar MTS ko inform kiya he ki mene [protected] ka number nahi liya he phir mujhe call aate the. Aur mujhe abhi advocate se call karake damaka rahe he ki bill pay karo varna court me aana padega. Mujhe is number se call aa rahe he "[protected] (Jasvant Rana) & [protected] (Raj Thakor) " Meri aapse request he ki aap meri help kare. Mera contact number he [protected].

                            Hi I got new data card connection from MTS and i am getting messages from them to pay amount, But i didn't received the bill and i paid the amount, still now am waiting for that Sending so many mail to MTS but am getting only acknowledge receipt and no response from them. I am feeling very bad and planning cancel my connection

                            i got message from MTS it say's my problem was solved
                            complained no - MAR/4900.

                              ASHMI TELECOM, NO.73/90, MEENAMBAL SALAI, KRISHNAMURTHYNAGAR, CHENNAI-118 Ref acc no: [protected] Data card no: [protected] Sub: Dissatisfaction with service I had purchased MTS 3G PLUS data card with the tariff plan corp MIFI-REVB unlimited 799-12 GB plan on 26/10/2013. I had complained several times both through the dealer and the customer care ( Complaint no: OCT/4887 & NOV/1600 ). Almost a month has elapsed but the problem has not been resolved by the company. We have not even used it for a single day despite the fact that we brought it on the first day of launch seeing a two page advertisement in TIMES OF INDIA.I cannot understand how the company could issue such an advertisement regardingthe speed of 9.8 Mbps when we couldn't get even 9.8 Kbps. Before launch they should have tested the instrument in all major areas of the city so that customers would not have got cheated this way by false promises. Even in the showroom in M.K.B Nagar, the speed was not more than 1 Mbps(2G). This is a clear case of cheating/fraud and causing unnecessary mental tension and giving false hope to the customer.I don't know how to rectify this.Daily we are tortured to pay the billIt has Caused a lot of mental tension to us.we are not being able to use internet for a long time for we kept belief in Mts 3G+. I Want full refund of Rs.2500 along with compensation of Rs 25000 for unwanted mental torture and tension

                              A small correction, I had bought the connection in Oct 2013. But as stated already, instead of "19 MBPS" i could not receive even "19 KBPS" which is surely deficiency of service & defrauding the customer by misleading ads in Tv & Newspapers(TOI). The card was used only for test purposes to see if the internet speed was ok. But I was sent 2 bills charging rental for 2 months which i objected since the promised service was not given. My connection was then cut.Till date even after complaining several times to Their customer Care, Several emails & even a letter thru Courier, the company is keeping mum about the service & restoration of the connection but is speaking loud to recover 2 months rental for the connection which could not be used satisfactorily. Now they have sent me a legal notice from their Delhi Office(Sri.Ranvir Vats-Advocate, Chamber K-126, Near gate No-2, Tis hazari Court, Delhi-110054) stating that I am to be charged under Sec 420 among other sections for non payment - I have not cheated -it is only the company who has cheated not only me but also many customers like me by selling this Bogus data card & then charging Rental for the data which cannot be used thru this data card. Morever the data card was bought in Chennai Then the Court jurisdiction should be Chennai & not Delhi- This is again a clever way of cheating the customer & forcing him to pay up.

                                Sir i have mailed at mts customer care on 11th of march 2014 mentioning below... ..., ..., ... Sir, I have a MTS data card of 10 digit no. [protected]...I gave my data card to someone else for use...recently I got my data card back..after that I recharge my data card of rs 299 dated 8-2-2014..my MTS data card is successfuly recharge but I m unable to use it...I think may be there any technical issue and not give much attention..after some day when I call to MTS customer care, they said that my no.is permanently disconnect due to regular unuse nd advise to visit nearby MTS retailers shop...I visit MTS retailer shop in Najafgarh with my documents nd request to reactivate my MTS card...but he refuse to do so...well I call back to MTS customer care then I come to know that my data card permanently closing date is[protected]...now my complain is that 1..when I successfuly recharge my data card before deactivation then how can u deactivate it permanently 2..secondly if it is in temporary deactivation mode then how u allow to recharge my data card while company is unable to provide that service to me. My humble request is that my hard earn money give me back i[censored] cannot provide me that service..I think it is very minor issue for shotout other vise my last option is TRAI...thanking u After one day of complain i received this mail from mts Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to MTS. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. You have been an esteemed customer of MTS family. You have expressed your concern in the email dated Tue, 11th March '2014 regarding MDN number [protected] about account status, we have gone through your MTS account and found that your account is permanently deactivated on 10-FEB-14. We would request you to kindly share the address of MTS branded outlet along with date, where you visited for document submission. So that we would able to investigate the matter and resolve your concern. Let us know if you require any further assistance, we would be pleased to assist you. Thanking you, Megha Sharma MTS Customer Care I reply mail on the same day, but they dont respond after that...even i mail again two times but still they are not resolving my problem...plz help me..thanking u

                                  I have recharge my MTS mobile([protected]) with 121 rupee on 09 march2014 and getting 100 as main account balance and 25 rupee as promo balance with validity April 08 2014. Now on 16 March 2014 when I check my balance, it displays 76.14 rupee in main balance and 0 in promo balance. Within this 7 days I call hardly for 70 minutes and my current tarrif plan is 1paise/2sec. I don't know how they deduct such big amount. When I contact with customer care they told me that fm gold service is activated, but I don't know who activate this. Please take some necessary action so that I can return back my actual balance.

                                    I have taken mts no-[protected].We are unable to call or receive.I have contacted to customer care many times but unable to get any response from them.My no is deactivated from mts.Since i am using mts from long days, i want the same no.
                                    So we request yo to please look into the matter and activate my number [protected] so that i can use it.

                                      sir i have taken mblaze wife on jan27 2014 whose no is [protected], it has been activated on date 31 jan, when i have taken it from your exicutive PASA ([protected]) who is working under mts bangalore techinical dept. agent srinivash(mob-[protected]), informed me that this dongle have no roaming charges in anywhere in india and its speed will be minimum 6.5 mbps.At that time i have asked him to give written commitment what he was telling but he told that the next person who is coming to your house he will give you this written aspects. but till now nothing i have got. rite now the problem is i have got a massage on on 10 th february that i have cross my 80 % credit limit, so i have to pay 3146/- .where as i have taken 875/- ullimmited packege, so according to PASA i have to pay only 800/- at the end of every month upto 10 months.so regarding this i have enquired to customer care several time, and several time they also convinced me its a dispute amount that coming to you by sms, but it would not add in bill. you have to pay 800/- at the end of the month. simultaniously i have given complaint against the speed issue which is not solved till now, but i got a massage 2 days back that my bill is generated and i have to pay 3202 by 18th march, so regarding this i have made a complaint (complaint no-MAR/2369)FOR REVISING THE BILL, but they people telling that this charge has came due to roaming charges (which was completely opposite commitement of the excutive PASA AND HIS collique told in my home ). one more thing in month of feb i have never gone outside of bangalore, so where this roaming amount coming ?and if coming why they did not give the bill to my mail till now(already given request whose no[protected], pls kindly take the the necessary action and if roaming charge will be added to this dongle pls inform me becoz i will not prefer this sevices which i have already informed to pasa at the time of activation of this data card. becoze i need only roaming less dongle if it is possible. please give the solution so that i can pay this bill as soon as posible. thank you sanjeeb

                                        I am mayank dabgar. i am use your mifi ultra device last 6 month. my datacard number is [protected]. i have one complain network disturbance error and it can't connect to my pc since last 6 month. but it can't solve by your eng. and support team. it is very bad service. so pls solve it or other wise i am take the legal action against your company...

                                        also your field eng. can't visit at my home and directly close the complaint...
