I have a MTS Mblaze Internet Connection since last 5 months in sector 16, Faridabad. My Customer No. is [protected]. I must say that MTS is the worst Internet Service Provider I have ever seen. I have spent Rs. 1000/- for dongle and I have opted for a plan of 600 Rs. In which I suppose to get 5 GB 3G Data, after that it will be unlimited with 2G speed. Non confirmation of Mobile Number

I have never registered for MTS dongle or any of their services my entire life. I got a call 3 months ago to confirm MTS number. I said I never registered and told them to cancel if anyone has used the number. Very poor internet services

I purchased a wifi dongle from MTS about 3 months back. I had been promised 40 GB plan with a speed of above 9mbps while I purchased the connection. I have lodged several complaints with MTS customer care as well as written to appellate several times.
