I have a MTS Mblaze Internet Connection since last 5 months in sector 16, Faridabad. My Customer No. is [protected]. I must say that MTS is the worst Internet Service Provider I have ever seen. I have spent Rs. 1000/- for dongle and I have opted for a plan of 600 Rs. In which I suppose to get 5 GB 3G Data, after that it will be unlimited with 2G speed. But I have never consumed my 5 GB Data and my speed automaticly gets slower after 12th or 15th of the month even after not using any internet. I am facing few more issues with my internet connection like Speed gets slow after half of the month pass. Many times I have called for soft copy or Hard copy of my bill but never got it. Actual Browsing speed is way slower than the mentioned speed. In my bill I got charged for Roaming charged, but the truth is my dongle not even roam outside of my room. I am writing this complaint to make people aware of not getting cheated by the lucrative offers shown by MTS. “MTS 3G PLUS ON Wi-Fi. BECAUSE TH INTERNET GENERATION SHOULD NEVER BE TIED DOWN.” is of no use if your connection does not work, and when you plan to diconnnect the connection then there is no use of the Dongle. With the mix feeling of Frustration and Anger I have called MTS Customer Care many times regarding the issue. All they would reply is just “Sir You have used your 5 GB data” dosent matter either its 2nd of month or 31st of month. If I ask them to arrange a call with their senior they will say ok the call has been arranged and our senior will call you after a few hours. And trust me you are never going to get any call from their side. I has also asked them many times to send me usage detail also but they have never sent me that. The only option I am left with now is to ask them to cut the connection and to throw the dongle in dustbin. I am going to take Airtel which is a little costlier but have a far stable connection and better customer service than MTS. I would recommend that never ever try to even think of taking MTS.

    Sir, my name is amit kaliya and my mts mblaze data card no. Is [protected].I have recharge my mts data card by the amount rs. 999 and ensured by the dealer as he conformed by the customer care that i have received 20 gb high speed datafor 1 month.But before that amount of data used by me and the time also avaliable i.E. Aproxx 11 gb. Of data used by me and aproxx. 10 days left for its usage.My mts homepage prompt the msg o[censored]sage of 80% of data used by me.This is fairly cheat by the company as they given the data amount not used by me and time of its use also left.Sir kindly help me because this type of cheating is done by mts company.Sir, After Notified By You Mts Company Has Not Solve My Problem.They Restricited My Data With In 14 gb. And Now I Get 56 Kbps Speed.Kindly Help Me To Resolve My Problem.So That I Can Get What For I Pay.Sir Please Help Me.I Have Already Give A Complaint To You Before Dated 27 Aug, 2014.

      I have never registered for MTS dongle or any of their services my entire life. I got a call 3 months ago to confirm MTS number. I said I never registered and told them to cancel if anyone has used the number. Apparently these have failed to do that because I started getting messages from MTS on my mobile regarding balance every since. After a month the data usage messages became more frequent and annoying. I went to the MTS customer care in my city and they made me wait for over 30 minutes after which the in charge there met me and I explained the situation to him. i showed him my ID and told clearly that I am not this Syed person that your have registered my number with. He said very well I will look into it (but he hasn't clearly). Two week ago I get a message "Your MTS connection is disconnected. Pls pay ur bill of Rs. 935 at any MTS store or any Bangalore outlet". Last week I'm on a business trip and I get a call during my travel. This guy says "were calling from MTS. When are you going to pay the bill sir". I say "When are you guys going to take my complaint that you've got the wrong number?" and he is like "Sir don't joke we know its you". I'm totally freaked out that this guy bothered to call me and disturb me. For nearly 5 minutes I tried explaining that he has the wrong number and he kept insisting that he is right. Its highly disturbing esp. during my business trips. Now he calls me when I'm taking a break at work and starts annoying me again from a land line number. I tell him again that he has the wrong number but he says no. I am really furious that MTS bothered to register my number without confirmation. Is there any way that I could perhaps sue them for misconduct and creating annoyance or the lack of procedure to confirm customers? I have my own self's proof and number is also listed at my service provider as registered under my name and my name is clearly NOT this Syed.

      I still continue to receive these irrelevant recharge messages from MTS...! It's like customer support and service doesn't even exist.!

        I purchased a wifi dongle from MTS about 3 months back. I had been promised 40 GB plan with a speed of above 9mbps while I purchased the connection. I have lodged several complaints with MTS customer care as well as written to appellate several times. But the response is so bad that these people a almost shameless against the voice raised by their customer. It seems there is no fear of laws and regulations made for customer protection.I feel very helpless.

          Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] Bill Number: DLHIND[protected] Bill Period: 01/07/2014 to 31/07/2014 I was contacted by MTS sales-executive/agent ( same guy who delivered MTS data card to my residence after order was placed online) on 13-14 july and I was informed about a scheme. I paid 3 months bill totaling 1122 x 3 = 3366 for (june july August) in cash. no receipt was provided on the trust that its the same MTS sales executive who delivered the device. I was intimated of submission of Bill for june on 16 july, but there was no intimation whatsoever regarding payment for July and August. Recently on 06 of August I got intimation to submit bill for July, which as per sales executive should have been considered as paid. As I wanted to continue my service, I had to pay the post paid bill for July on 18th august. During this I contacted both customer Care and Appellate authority of the company. No cooperation whatsoever was provided. Company refused to provide information on Sales Agent even after purchase bill was provided to them. I mentioned time and again that it was the same sales executive but company still refused to do anything about it. details of purchase bill as given below.             Hi, I am Ashvin Patel, using MTS from last 4 months. I bought his plan of 999 INR per month which will give 40GB usage of Internet in 3G speed. It works properly in first 2 months, but now from last two months they reduce speed very badly. I am using bit torrent to download movies, software and games. Now they said that it will have lesser speed in torrent download. I am not getting why this is happening, they continuously says that it will happen. Please do not purchase it just by watching its add in which new born baby starts using internet. Very poor company, cheat with customer. Spread this message as much as you can so that people can stay away from this company.

            I am also facing the same issue. This is a rediculous answers from customercare. ie we have 40GB plan with 3G speed than why we cant use full data in torrents. This is cheating. If MTS continue this kind of service, it will going to shutdown shortly..

            Am also MTS 40gb plan customer, Now without informing me they changed My plan to 20gb day and 20gb night, MTS is a perfect cheater .Actually MTS is Russian Based operator cheating all Indians .We must not allow Russian operator to cheat Indians

                I had a mts connection number([protected]) for data card.but one day a mts representative came upto me and said that they have launched a new wifi data card, so I asked him to disconnect the old one and he issued me a new connection number([protected]).he took the previous connection dues from me in cash and the charge for wifi data card in cash too. after 2 months they sent me the bill for the old connection, I refused to pay it as I was already paying for the new connection which I was using. they started to threaten me giving me dates to appear in delhi high court and giving me case numbers later they even started sending me false case notice to appear in Calcutta office.

                    MTS Complaint No : AUG/6013 I had registered a complaint regarding speed issue on August 13th. Also, mentioned that I won't be able to pay the month's bill unless the issue is solved(last date for bill pay was Aug-18th). They replied stating it will be resolved in 22 hours. They planned for a technician visit to my home by Aug-16th. However, no one showed up on that day. On Aug-18th afternoon I called customer care again and they promised for technician visit on Aug-19th. Neither technician came nor any updates on issue status. On Aug-19th I sent out a detailed e-mail stating the issue and my pending complaint. In mail also mentioned that I won't be able to pay the month's bill unless the issue is solved. On Aug-21st got a mail from MTS support stating issue will be solved in 48hrs. No email or updates on the status till today except a message received on Aug-25th stating the issue will be resolved at the earliest. Meantime (on Aug-25th) they disconnected my data card without letting me know by call or mail.

                        This is to inform you that I, Pramil Ranjan Sutar, a holder of MTS Data card holder numbered [protected], recharged my MTS number with Rs.999/- on 22/08/2014. But I have not got even 2G speed. After that I contacted to customer care where I was informed that I have already used my 20GB 3G Data with in 8 am to 11.59 p.m. as a result I am not getting 3G speed. But in this period I have not used any data as my Data Card was disconnected. Is this a joke? Am I being a victim of fraud?                         1. completly agreed with you because same happened with me. i did not used dat much data and my high speed balance reduced. and its not first time that MTS doing.

                        2. MTS is small company in india and trying to establish its image but problem is that MTS do not have quality professionals. Reason: policy deficiency. and i am sure this company can not win hearts of people because of its dishonesty and rules.

                        3. Japan is using 200 mbps speed in throught the country and this non-sense company MTS is giving 32kbps after FUP. even 32 kbps is also people are not getting after high speed data finished.

                        4. you higher authorities of MTS guys, i do not know you are Indians or rusians or IIM pass out...etc all of you should be shamed on you because think can you stand against your main competitor's like ie: airtel, reliance, tata tele., local broadband isp's etc...
                        do you have stamina like those giants...? ask yourself.
                        your level is limited with Internet dongles only and only in some metros. do not you want to grow...???
                        you people are such a dishonest who are calculating data with wrong and lie way...

                        5. Sistema Tele... listen carefully this... its not time for 32kbps... as per your level min to min 512kbps after FUP you should provide and if you are here in my india just for time pass then do... i do not care... maximum to maximum i will pay bill and again shift with other isp.
                        just think... i am taking 2gb extra high speed data and then downloading 866mb movies only and as per your record my high speed data reduced upto 349.5mb remains only... ha ha...
                        what will happen...? i have one more MTS Data Card which i bought in 2010 and closed due to your cheating. again i came and same thing happens...? what rubbish sir...

                          I have purchased a device MTS Blaze and during filling the form i was asked how do you want the information regarding your bill so i told that i want it through post...but my device was activated on 11 July and its 20 August even till now i have not got any post from the MTS Company such bad service i have never seen before...if you tell to do something than complete it. I maild the customer care to ask for my bill payment date and it was than when i was replied and told that is 18 of every month when i have to pay the bill. Isn't it your responsiblity to send the post when you said it ?? I have a post pay plan and now i paid my boll myself and told that Rs.100 extra charge will be taken for the delay of bill payment but as it is not my fault i am not going to pay any extra money. So i request you not to add that 100 rs to my bill.

                            Hi, I am using MBLAZE 4.5 mobile ([protected]) purchased 3 months earlier due to the DATA plan, So far i have carry forwarded each & every month promptly. Today[protected]:57AM got a automatic SMS o[censored]sage details ("Your last data session usage is 1075.10 KB, charged 1.051 MB. The remaining balance is 92883.353 MB valid till 23/08/2014") Today is 23/08/2014. Before recharging i contacted Customer care the said that my DATA validity expired on 22/08/2014 itself. For more than 5 times, they said that senior officer will call me back within 10- 30 minutes. No on responded for my issue, promptly. What is the mistake from my side? I got valid till 23/08/2014 !!! That is why i waited till 23/08/2014 today !!! Even if i recharged a week earlier MTS wont give me the benefit of 7 days??? MTS will say that when i recharged RS:198 from the day 30 days validity for DATA carry forward??? Kindly solve my issue and kindly re-initiate the DATA carry forward plan for my reamaining 92883.353 MB. Why i am asking is i have received a wrong update from MTS that my DATA valid till 23/08/2014. It is not my mistake to bare the loss. Kindly do the need full. Once u have re-initiated let me know. I will recharge Rs 198/- and continue my data service. Waiting for your reply.                             I bought a smart phone with a Internet plan of 100gb a month before. I used 1st month of its plan. yesterday I recharged with 351 for upcoming two months. The last notification I got is " the remaining balance is 93556mb mb valid till feb 1, 2015. i recharged with 351 on feb 1(yesterday). here the problem is that the data is not carry forwarded, i lost my entire internet data(having balance of nearly 90gb). i contacted customer care but they were saying like "you would have recharged a day before the last date. but it is not my mistake since i didn't aware of that and moreover i didn't get any notification like what they mentioned. it is a one day delay, hence you can give me a solution. i am having balance of 93 gb. i cant even imagine to lose such bulk data.. so it is my request, please give me a solution.

                              hi this is vyshak from Tumkur, karnataka.My mbalze number-[protected], 6 months back got this mblaze ultra with wifi, they claimed for mblaze ultra you will get speed upto 9.8mbps but here i'm getting only speed upto 300-450kbps and in rare cases that to at night time once a week i'll get 1.5mbps.I complained to customer care but they didn't respond properly and gave some irritating reasons like ''that is also a good speed and all''.here i'm paying for 9.8mbps speed and getting only some 300kbps speed! what's all these?So please take this complaint seriously other wise it'll be better i[censored] give atleast 50% of your money and take your mblaze back!!!

                                sir i purchased one MTS postpaid data card from sanjai infotech([protected], [protected]) on 2 months before they charged Rs 1100 but still my mts is not activated and they dint pick my phone so i purchased airtel data card i want to refund my money my mts data card number [protected]thers is some serial numbers in that pack A000009E131D6 AND [protected] Thanks syed basheerudeen.f chennai [protected]

                                  ontact Us Careers Show more.. menu akosha logo search #976877 My MTS Complaint Filed on: 23/08/2014 | Loss amount: Rs. 1000.0 Hi, My mts device was faulty and I made a complaint on 25th july with complaint no Jul56367. I repeatedly told the customer care people that my device is faulty but they filed a complaint for connectivity issue which was autoclosed and I was not intimated for the same. When I got to know about the same I asked the customer care to file a fresh compalint for faulty device they again filed a complaint but still the customer care filed a complaint for connectivity issues instead of repeatedly telling them of faulty device. Their engineer for the complaint came to my house and checked the device and found it was faulty but he did not have a replacement device. I got the replacement device on 19th august 2014 and I asked for a waiver for the bill for the month of august the customer care is saying that complaint was not registered for faulty device and also device temporary deactivation was not requested in written (for which no information was provided in all my calls with customer care as I asked for bill waiver earlier also in my calls) Mdm no of the device is [protected] and is registered in the name of my wife nidhi khanna. I got the replacement of the device yesterday 19th august 2014 from their mts shop in sector 22 gurgaon. Please get the bill reverted/waiver for 26 days as the device was not working after the fault and their engineer took so many days to replace the device and customer care is not listening even after numerous calls. Also they are charging me maintainance charges of 75 rs without informing while purchasing the device and also after numerous calls to get it reverted they are still sending me bill with 75 rs added. Also they have charged me a late fee for the bill of june which was filled on 20th june which is the last day for the bill payment as per their sms. But they are saying it was a late payment which is wrong as bill is paid before last date and have deactivated my device. Please help me get the device activated and bill reverted from mts.

                                  MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  The complaint against MTS service by many customers is true. If you want to lose your money, you can opt for MTS services. These people will suck your money. Their service is very poor.


                                  They are the biggest cheater and block mailer to the customer by raising a legal notice even before the due date of our bill. MTS thinks that the Indian Laws are constituted by them.


                                  Please don’t lose your money from your hard work and don’t get cheated or block mailed by them.


                                  They will commit one thing at the time of taking connection and the MTS representative will come to your home and he would fill the monthly tariff by himself. Then he asks you to put your signature. But the first bill will make you to realize why have you not checked the tariff which was wrongly entered by MTS representative who will put the monthly tariff on his own interest so that he would get better commission by MTS. Don’t get cheated by them because there some good service provider like ACT, BSNL, etc.


                                  If you are not willing to continue their service and when you request for disconnection, they will never disconnect the service easily, because they need your money. They will disconnect after 1 or 2months of your disconnection notice. NEVER NEVER OPT FOR MTS.


                                  Aware and beware of service provider like MTS.

                                  We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#976877). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.

                                    Dear Sir, My data card stop working from 16th august 2014. Initially I thought it may be network issue. But it failed to connect for longer period. Latter I realized my Services may be stopped because of non-payments of bill. I Paid Rs. 1000 (Transaction ID: 1749088) On 19th august and contacted your customer executive to get my data card activated. The information given by your executive is confusing and misleading shocking he said “Sir your payment is not updated in the system and so u need to pay again to activated your account. When I asked about the payment that I already maid he said “it will be credited into your account within 7 working days”. He hasn’t provided any answer he keep repeating the aforesaid two lines. I got frustrated and leave it for next day. Again I contacted customer executive on 20th august he register a case (Request no 748965) and said your data services will resume in 14h. I waited for next 24h but my services are not activated. Again, I contacted your customer executive on 21st Aug. 2014 he said “ u need to pay 200 more” I paid (Transaction ID:[protected] and log a case(request no 754528) again and got assurance that my data card activated within 14h. Due to misleading information given by your executive I suffered a lot. So kindly look in to the issue and get the things right . Thanks Chandra [protected]

                                        Dear Sir/madam, Few days before i bought new mts data connection with 10 gb data which need to be carry forward for next month, but as one month is over al data lapse and remaining data was also not carry forwarded. when i called in customer care they told me when u do new recharge before new month start then only your remaining data will be carry forward. I was completely betrayed by them before they told nothing like this and i paid 1500 for new connection, and it over in one month, Everyone tried to make fool to customer, this is limit in India. kindly look into the matter and try to solve this problem as soon as possible. I am thinking to go in consumer forum and file application in court .
