Hi Team, I want to bring into your notice that MTS has taken over my heads now. They are charging unnecessary charges even after I made the final payment of 1214 for which I have receipt. I confirmed with them on call that if I pay these charges then only the account will be cancelled. Now they are saying that we have to pay Jun month due amount before the account gets deactivated. Can someone call me on [protected] to get this addressed under right compliance and regulatory act.

    Hi, My self Ashok, i applied for MTS broadband connection in May(Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur).Their executive installed land line device on 31-May-2014.But they did not setup modem and Internet connection till 13-May. I informed customer care on this and told them that my device was setup on 13 so I will pay charges post this date (Will not pay for the period 01-May till 12-May).They said please request for waiver after the bill generation. Now i have dropped them mail, calling on customer service...but they are doing the needful. Saying waiver is not possible ...I asked them to cancel this connection but they are not listening. Customer care guy gave me no of Mr Nitin, ([protected]) he is not picking the phone. This is totally harassment of a customer. I want MTS to take some action on this, they should waiver the charges for 01-May-2014 till 12-May-2014 and also provide justification for this Harassment. Also please take the request for the cancellation of this connection, i will not pay a single penny. Ashok Ajmera [protected]

      i brought mts tongle on 8/5/2014its cost rs .1000 ( one thousand rupees), its activate on 9/5/2014, same day called sales person usb tongle doesnt work properly, they said i will come and rectifify. they came after two days, they tried network but they couldnt solve the problem, they said you complaint customercare. i complaint on 13/5/2014 complaint no :MAY/3944, i wait two days nobody call me, i call customercare they said we forwarded to technical department soon call you, after two days technical person come to my home at around 7.30pm. he search network availability in outside the house, he said i will report to technical department tommorow. but didnt received any call from mts upto 30/5/2014, in between the time i call customercare regularly they repeated answer ( technical department will call you) 30/5/14 afternoon call from technical departmet, they said we search your area network availability is indoor speed : 0.213mbs, outdoor speed :0.429mbs, also there is more conjestion on your area. i immedietly said please deactivate my datacard. my deactivition complaint taken on 1/6/2014 request no:3854773. my datacard deactivated on 7/6/2014. but i received sms from mts billing department, your bill amount is rs. 833 due 18/6/2014
      i called customercare, said i not enjoying your network service then how i pay bill amount, but they said you must pay. after that one collection excutive called me on 17/6/2014 mr.vasanth ([protected]) in my business hours of 12 pm he using a rubbies words for the bill amount, i totally uppset. please consider my case how to handle this problem. thanking you

      they r the worst in behavior as well as in service. Now you have receive a legal notice from their side, that you have cheating him & force you to pay the bill amount. Please go on consumer court.

        Hi, My MTS account number is [protected] and MDN [protected]. Account name is ASIM RAVAL. I have made a payment of Rs 652 on 6th June through HDFC cheque 000038. The amount was deducted from my account on 9th June and also attached proof for the same.(my account statement). Today is 17th June and still your system has not updated the status yet.I'm getting calls from MTS that I have not paid yet. I have contacted several times to the person where I deposited my cheque. The location was - MTS store -Gurukul, Opp Swaminarayan temple, Ahmedabad. Payment of this month will be due on 18th, if still your system will not update it, I will be penalised for Rs 100 which is unneccessory as I have made payment well in advance. I have also made complaint to customer care and complaint number is 2023 . I'm highly disappointed with your services, please resolve the issue at the earliest. Regards Asim

        Issue resolved :
        I have personally visited Ahmedabad customer care office, did 20-30 calls to customer care and the guy from the centre where I paid the cheque. on 17th June at 9 pm I got the message that payment has been received. On 18th June, 4 pm the online system (selfcare.mtsindia.com) was updated.

        It took 8 days, 3 emails(no response from them), 30 calls to update their system. PATHETIC SERVICE

          I bought MTS DONGAL two months ago. My DONGAL number is [protected]. But still it is not activated. They said it will be activated in two days when i bought. its been two months now, and still it is not activated. I tried calling the person to whom I bought this DONGAL (SRINIVAS mob no: [protected]) but he is not responding to my calls. i somehow got MTS AREA manager number and channel manager number and tried to explain this issue. Even they are not responding to my complaint. I have paid RS.1500 while buying this DONGAL. And they are not returning my money also. I tried contacting customer care and tried to raise a complaint. But of no use. I work as an contract employee and I cant afford to loose 1500... please kindly take action against the persons who are not responding to customer issues...

            I have been using MTS M blaze there is no method by which usage can be confirmed even after 10 days of moderate use they say full 3 GB has been used . No details were provided even after request on customer complain . There is fabrication over data usage earlier i WAS USING BSNL BROADBAND THERE WAS FAIR BILLING and dat usage can be monitored

              I am a customer with MTS for almost 2 years. Switched here from Tata Photon, which indeed was a good option. Up till now there was no problem with my a/c. But all of a sudden, I got a bill of 2880 RS for a plan which of 749 Rs. The reason company officials are giving is over usage of data though as per my bill, it shows total of 15144 mb consumed. And as per my plan, I am allotted 15 Gb for Day and 20 Gb for night. A total of 35 GB. Registered a complaint with the company on 5th June, got no reply from the billing team, then again filled a complaint of 7 and 11th June, again no support from the company. Then finally on 14th got a message from the company that dear customer your complaint has been resolved thanks for being patient. Then finally i made a call to customer care and those fools simply say that Sir you have consumed extra data, a total of 14 GB so now you have to pay it. I mean WTF cant u guys do simple calculations... 15 GB - 14 GB = 1 GB left. So I left 1 GB unconsumed and for that I was charged 2800. My MTS no - [protected] my complaint no - 354810

                MTS had activated a service called Bikini babes without my consent (on my mother's number which is [protected])and when i realised it i deactivated the service two weeks back and also said them to activate DO NOT DISTURB service. but three days back again the same service of Bikini babes is renewed even after deactivating it. Unwantedly monthly MTS is deducting my balance of Rs.25, even after calling them several times. please help me out.. i want my 25rs, to be credited to my number which is [protected]. and also the representative of MTS should apologise me!

                  I purchase MTS MBlaze ultra wifi data card on May 4th 2014. For the first one month the speed is around 4-5 Mbps. After the first month the speed is reduced to 0.3 - 0.5 Mbps. For the last 2 weeks I got only the low speed. MTS limiting the speed after the first month. I am using the data card in same place and I have same signal points as earlier. Please dont purchase MTS

                    I was signed on for MTS Datacard based Internet WIFI Postpaid service on 31st May. I was in the process of shifting my house and told the sales person to wait, but he continuously persisted and told me to buy it right away. He visited me, asked me to pay 1000 Rs and signed me up. I repeatedfly told him I need to test the activation, connectivity but he promised that he would ensure pucca activation and also refund me if at all there were any connectivity issues right away. I moved into my new residence on 1st June. The connection was activated only on 4th June after repeated calls to MTS Customer care. But even After activation, there was no connecitivtity at all.

                    I tried to reach the sales person, but he stopped attending my calls. I raised a complaint with MTS Customer care and atlast by 5th evening, the internet started working., But the speed was completely slow. As per the contract I was promised speeds uptp 9.8 MBPS till the 1at 15 GB; But i Never got anything more than 0.33 MBPS. I even sent MTS customer care speedtest proof of this and spoke to them repeatedly. Emailed them. Finally a engineer arrived at my house on 7th. He left saying I was too far from nearest tower, so connectivity would be low. He also promised resolution within 2 days. Till now the problem hasnt been resolved. I have written repeatedly to MTS customer care and Appellate authority asking for resolution, but they have just given me the standard response.

                    Finally In frustration, I wrote that I need a refund of the 1000 INR as promised by their sales person and also that I should not be charged for this period, as the connectivity was activated only by 5th evening and also even since then the max speed I had received was not even 25% of promised. I had taken the connection to work from home, but this has totally upset all my plans and I havent bveen able to work even one day! Its been a hellish ride for me with MTS and they seem to playing this game with other cuswtomers too just to sign them up. Now MTS appellate authority have written to me telling me that they cannot do any refund and I would also have to pay charges, I have replied that I wish to cancel the connection and also that i will not be paying them. Request the Consumer forum to help. The Dongle/MTS No is [protected]

                      Hi, I was using the MTS WiFi MBlaze connection [protected]. The device had some connection issues since January 2014 and I had called the MTS customer care and logged a complaint. HOWEVER, THOUGH THE DEVICE WAS NOT WORKING, I MADE THE MONTHLY CHARGES OF 860/-. One guy from MTS came to my residence in Kodigehalli (KR Puram) to analyse the issue and confirmed that the device is NOT working. He immediately mailed to the concerned MTS department requesting for a replacement device. However I did NOT receive the new device. Later, everyday, there are atleast three calls MTS teams nagging for the monthly charges (for two months). The worst thing is - I have to explain the problem to each one of them, that I am waiting for the device to be replaced. I fail to understand how come they are not maintaining the customer issues for tracking purpose. Upon it, now I am getting SMS from MTS team that they will take legal action because of non payment. I will appreciate if MTS can please look into this and resolve at the earliest.

                        I have been promised by MTS, 7.2mbs Internet speed and they sold me a data card for Rs1500. The MTS Internet service is so bad it is not even giving 54kbs Internet speed in most parts of Coimbatore. Moreover the Internet get disconnected every few minute make you to do nothing on the Net and end up downloading the same thing again and again. In a month i am not able to use even 2 gb of the 10 gbs i purchased. When i wanted to carry over the balance to next month, they ask me to purchase another 10Gb. What a fraud, you will keep buying which can not use. So i end up thronging the data Card. Ragu

                          1. False Commitments by company : I purchased an MTS mblaze seeing their add " 9 mbps speed " but its offering not more than 1.2 mbps (with fluctuations not stable) . My home is middle of the cochin city (Ernakulam, kerala). if they cant offer only 1.2 mbps speed there what we can expect in other areas.

                          2. Post sales service: there is nothing like that!!! neither the one who delivered nor the customer care executive want to involve if we register a complaint . if we call the local guy he says to contact customer care. if we call customer care they says they registered complaint and technical person will contact. its a dead end.

                          My recommendation: Use any other net service provider but never ever go for MTS.

                            I have purchased MTS Mblaze datacard 20 days back. They promised me that i will get minimum 2 MBs speed or will get refund the amount. But i never get more than 250 Kbs speed and they are not ready to refund the amount also. I have raised issue with Customer care, Team lead and Manager level. Still nothing happened about my issue.                                 Hi i bought MTS Mblaze 3G plus sim with Handset (ZTE 799 D) (No. [protected]) which has 100 GB data free with it. and the main purpose of buying this handset is their data plan. As we know that one can not consume this much data in a month so they instruct the customer to recharge by 197 and Balance unused data will be carried forward to next month (this can be done upto next 10 month) . And always receive a message after each data session like Your last data session usage is 93733.32 Kb. FreeFlow_GPRS_BALCAR_FWDAccount charged is 91.537 MB. The remaining balance is 86641.532 Valid till 06/06/2014 (above is the real message i received) here note the date givenis 06 june 2014. one june 6 I recharged by Rs197 before noon so balance data will be forwarded to next month. But Nothing is carried forward. When I called their call center, The reply was according to us 06 june is Midnight of 5th june when 06 june started. and you were supposed to recharge it on 5th june. And all the data is gone now. They said nothing can be done you have nothing left now . I am not able to understand how can they deny services and withdraw net on this basis ( as they already mentioning june 6 in their every sms) . There is no information on their website about definition of date. I am supposed to recharge within a month of last recharge or by date mentioned in their sms. This is clearly a mallpractice. I am feeling duped now. The handset became a toy now. Please help me to get my data back (more then 80 GB)

                                  Hello All, As per my bad experience, I would like to suggest everybody to not buy MTS Blaze Data Card. I have purchased the MTS Ultra Blaze - Company claims speed up to 9.8 MBPS. But Actually it never delivers the 9.8 MBPS never... even sometime it creates very hectic problems... Some time - I think daily it not works for 2 to 4 hours... and I have registered so many complains on MTS customer care even sales person who has sold me the Internet connection... Even after facing a one day Internet cut problem, i personally visited the MTS Office at Thaltej, Ahmedabad. I was very surprised to see the company management, there is no responsible person in the company. The Company is really cheater, very POOR Service... DON'T BUY MTS BLAZE - this is my personl experience, and review about MTS Blaze. Thanks

I didn't get the parcel till date. And when I track it on Indian Post site it says only Article is booked and dont show the exact status of my Parcel.                                       I bought a new MTS Mblaze Ultra dongle on May 1 st. Since the first day my wifi is not working. I raised multiple requests and sent many emails to customer care. but did not get satisfied response. the primary reason for my to buy the wifi dongle was to use wifi, and that purpose was not solved. I also have an airtel connection that I use for m y internet purpose. MTS technicians who saw the problem, understood it to be a technical issue from their end, even then, my complaint as closed without proper communication, and I have to keep raising complaints. Please help me get the issue resolved at the earliest and provide me a suitable compensation for the numerous calls and email and my time over the issue.

                                        Sir, I recharged my mts dongle ([protected]) of rs299 on 28/05/2014 it was the last day recharge my net balance was something 8gb leftover after the recharge if recharged on 28/05/2014 i would get a balance carry forward 8gb+1gb data . I recharged 299 but i did not get balance carry forward but i only got 1gb . i contacted mts many times but they dont reslove the issue. I request you to resolve it.

                                        MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My MTS number is [protected]. I was having 18 GB on Nov 13th 2014. So I recharged for STV 499 package on 12th Nov 2014. I should have got 5 GB + previous 18 GB. But I have got only 5 GB. My previous balance is lost. Please advise asap.
