Hi All, I am hemant rathore from Vaishali nagar Jaipur. I had purchased MTS 3 G ultra dongle post paid plan in june 2014.Company promise that they will provide upto 9 MBPs spped but it is very ridicules the speed s only 200-700 kbps only and As per the company it is good I have a dongle no. [protected]. i raised the complaints in MTS 4 and 5 Time Executive did not called me and closed the ticket then I contact with Email to appellate authority seniour manganement MTS jaipur. But They replied me on the Email The spped is good it will be upto 700 kpbs and sometime it will be 1 MBPS only. I lived in open area on second floor in vaishali nagar and the network shows full HSD.Connection is for 3 G but service is very bad I am getting speed of 2 G.If MTS Have server problem they have to solve it otherwise they should not sell connection in huge quantity.Can you please tell me is it good that on the time of connection they told us that you will get 3-4 MBPS Spped minimum but now as per them 200-700 kbps is good.Can any one help me to solving this issue my contact no. is [protected] (Hemant Rathore)

    Hi, Iam imtiaz basha chennai, one month back during sunday i bought MTS data card 3g plus postpaid connection from MTS by their executive name Nagaraj. His mobile number is [protected], he said it will get activated on tuesday but i received a call on wednesday that my internet is activated. When i checked for internet no connection established and i waited for another day.Then finally i called the guy nagaraj he said call customer care or else he will come next day. From then he came after two days when i was not available in home. I said why he bothers about me you have came home and should rectified that his service too.He said rudely that you complaint to customer care and i asked for payment back which he promised me 30 days money back guarantee while he given me data card. he said your money has gone to MTS head office and you should ask MTS only and cut my call. For more phone calls and mails to MTS head office i did not get clear response and they are handling only money.How to cheat customers with their fake promises. So people kindly note that executive name and his mobile number and never buy MTS data card.He is being there at ASCENDAS building and selling this fake product.so please guys dont waste money.. MTS is born to cheat.

      its been 5 days they took 2100 rupees from me..im still waiting for the activation...4days of verification and still im waiting for activation..when call tollfree no..they say your form has not reached yet...okay give my money back i want airtel...im fed up with mts drama..sent mails to customer care..but they dont reply

        My data card number is[protected]. I bought this data card 25 may . this is activated on 28 the may. I am settled May month bill amt., Rs.225/- on[protected] recipt no:64289.But data card was taken back by your sales executive name as karthikeyan on the date[protected].still now he do not given back to me. So I am dicided to deactivate my data card and also I call costumer care port and give a complaint.they give a request number 3824569. But their also cheating me. Because they won't to take any deactivate action.then May and June month bill also generated. I tried to speak to me Karthikeyan but his number is switched off.so I go to their office they are say he is already resigned.they don't give his address and alternate cell number. But I am settled two months bill in viivar basis Rs.1400/- on date[protected] and also give a surrender letter to Mr.Mathiyalagan - Collection Executive. He also give a acknowledgement to me., that recipt no: 78587. But stillnow bill has generatig for my data card. So I decie to go consumer court aganist ttrchy s office and me.karthikeyan.please do the needful action otherwise face this problem in court .i want to refund to me my bill amount approximately Rs.1400 and data card amt Rs .1000/- . Thanks

            To whomsoever it may concern,

            Recently we bought MTS dongle([protected]) from Mr.Srinivasan S in Chennai, his number [protected],

            When we inquired in Justdial, he is only person responded and we did not make any calls to other either we did not received, he said that cost is 599Rs for instrument.

            We requested him to collect the documents before 3PM to activate on Sunday. he promised he will come and collect on or before 3 PM Saturday. But he came to collect the documents at 4.30 PM. Even he did not ask sorry for delay. He simply said Monday will be activated. We handed over all documents and we asked again how much to pay. he replied 699Rs. We exclaimed and asked that you have told the Rs599 but now you are saying 699? He simply replied may be other could have told that amount and i told 699 only.

            Then i shouted who collected the information from him. The he accepted the 599rs.

            And we have noticed that he has given wrong information against internet market.

            Today we called from our mobile number he did not pick up. In another 30 mintues we called from land-line, he picked and says i am in bank so i could not attend call. THen how he attend call from land line now?

            He replied you number will be activated evening only. But he said Monday will be activated. finally he said i will call you back and tell details once i get confirmation from office. We replied before he hang up call that if you do not call back we will send email to MTS.

            Then next 15 Minutes he called back and said that you will received call from him and saying that you will received confirmation call by today evening but you can able to use by tuesday only.

            And his final statement is if you want to sent email to MTS, you can send and i dont worry at all...

            Still we are facing lot of problem in all the aspect with MTS. we became mad to talk with them

            MY POINT IS: MTS is emerging in this field. but if you sell your product by this kind of persons, MTS will get negative remarks in public. Even i too have on MTS now.

              I purchased Mblaze ultra on 2nd July 2014 through online and the device was delivered on next day itself . Now even after the 7th day device is not activated . When I asked the customer care, on 9th July, what I came to know is the retailer chosen my MTS (K.A enterprise) has not submitted the documents till 8th July also MTS is not responsible for this as well. Now I regret for choosing MTS, which keep arrogant customer care executive and Ignorant retailers

                Dear Sir/Madam, we have use MTS dongle from last 2 month and we have facing very poor network problem. Also we have try customer care no [protected] but sorry to say very poor response from your customer care executive.MST is a good brand & very good name in market but service very poor. So i request to you please send your network engg.as soon as possible and resolve my problem My MTS dongle no is [protected] my resister no is +91 [protected]. And other alternate no +91 [protected].                 I got my Mblaze ultra wifi data card on 2nd Feb-2015, Since that time i am facing problem regarding network issue, complaining frequently from that time also, In the starting period they said that we are trying to solve you problem very soon but after 3 months they said there will be no any network improving symptoms we found, so you can't get the speed as prescribed. Now after 5 months i am paying the bills only, cuz after that the data card will be out o[censored]se. so please any one can solve the problem, help me in this regard M no [protected] Mts no [protected] Name sukant mishra

                  Reference: Data card No - [protected] On 9th May 2014, I had recharged my MTS Data card with an unlimited Data Pack of Rs 999/- which provides unlimited high speed data usage for 30 days with a FUP(Fair User Policy) limit of 20Gb. Post 20 Gb the speed is revised to 64kbps(As claimed by the company). Owing to certain amount of work pressure, I had exhausted 20 Gb worth data by 18th May, 2014. Upon hitting the FUP limit, the dongle almost stopped working; even a single webpage wasn’t loading. Forced, I recharged my data card with the Rs 999 pack again on 27th May 2014 (Via Transaction No:[protected], using SBI Debit Card); but even after 1 hour of recharging the data card, there was no revision in speed (the dongle still couldn’t load a single webpage). I then contacted the Customer Service Helpline of MTS, who told me that as per the company policies, I could not enjoy the benefit of the present recharge until the validity of the previous recharge was over. They assured me that I would be able to enjoy the benefit of my recent recharge (done on 27th May) only after 8th June, when the validity of the 9th May Recharge expires. I was hurt, but still there was assurance that I would be able to enjoy the benefits post 8th June. When on 9th June I tried accessing the web through MTS Data card hoping that services would have been resumed, I found that there was no improvement in the situation (No net speed). I again dialed the MTS Customer Service Desk but to my shock, the attendant replied that I had exhausted my balance of 20 Gb from the recharge done on 27th May. I was angry and I instructed him to check my Data usage after 27th May. The truth came out and he agreed to register my complaint. But since then, only registration after registration of complaint has proceeded without any actual resolution of my complaint. The Details of the complaint tickets raised by me are as follows: MAY 149672, MAY 144360, JUN 26641 I contacted the MTS Eastern Circle Appellate Authority only to find the concerned officer repeating the words of the Customer service Desk Personnel rather than actually taking note of my complaint and trying resolving it. The entire Customer Service department as well as the incompetent Appellate Authority of MTS has made me feel helpless! Everyone there uses comments as “We regret the inconvenience caused to you” and all they actually do is regret, shed tears for my misery, that is all they have learnt and that is all they have been appointed for; to loot the customer’s money and then put up a empathizing face rather than solve the customer’s problems and value his money.

                    I am staying in Madipakkam, Chennai and bought MTS data card on June. The data speed is in bytes/Second. When I call customer care, they are not responding properly. Even after 25 days, nobody has visited to fix the issue, Customer care employees say that they will be visiting today. But they never visited. Dont ever go for MTS. You will be disappointed at last. very worst service.

                      Hi, I have started using MTS connection from Nov '13 and continued till Feb '14 on MTS data card Number [protected]. I had raised a complained to MTS that I am not able to use the dongle after Feb 15 because of MTS software issue and need their assistance is resolving the same. MTS had not responded to my email and I have taken another MTS connection from Feb '14. Now MTS is sending me bills for the month of Feb and Mar '14 where there is 0 usage. I started getting calls from MTC customer care where I have tried to explain them the situation and asked for a revised bill for only Feb '14 where I had used the connection for 15 days, but them have not accepted that. I got another mail from Postcare.[protected]@mtsindia.in on 19th Apr '14 asking for Rs.1660 whereas my monthly plan was for Rs.730/- .I clarified my situation and asked for a revised bill on 21st Apr '14 on reply mail but no response came. On 7th Jul '14, I am getting calls from someone, stating calling from MTS Delhi recovery agent, asking me to travel to Delhi to pay Rs.1660/- or to pay immediately by MTS online portal in next 30 Mins otherwise they will submit the case file to Delhi Court. Requesting you to please advice on the Legal step forward as I am willing to pay half of my monthly rental Amount based on my usage.

                        I purchased mts data card from a MTS service person and the service person informed me that they will activate the next day. Next day the same service person informed me that my account is activated. then I tried to use MTS data card. However I could not open even a mail. Then I informed this to the same service person. However after repeated phone call he came to my residence and checked the signal. Then he discussed with his higher official and informed me that he will com back again, However he did not return. After that I stopped to use MTS and instead I used BSNL 3g data card. In the mean time they send their 1st bill. Then I phoned him and informed the bill. I also sent an email to discontinue my account. After some time the serviece person again came to my house along with another gentleman. They both checked the signal availability at my residence. Since I did not paid their bill they blocked my account. Then they activated my account and again checked the signal. Since there was no signal they informed me that they will bring their own computer and will check the signal strength. In the evening they visited my house and again checked with their own computer and concluded that there is no signal at all at my residence. They both informed me that they will inform to their higher official and cancel the account. However to my surprise MTS is going on sending their bill every month and now they are sending court notice. I tried to use their data card for two days and after that I never tried and never used their data card.Without giving any service, they are asking bill payment. I really don't know and what is going on.

                          Respected Team, I got a new MTS MBLAZE internet connection o[censored]pto 9.8 MBPS on 14 June. Plan - SUPER UNLIMITED REVB-999 MTS Data Card Number - [protected] and Account Number - [protected] From the day I bought it, the internet speed has been very low. They promised the download speed to be at 2 mpbs. The download speed initially was only around 300 Kbps. Placed a complaint with the MTS customer care on 16th June with complaint number - JUN/5213. A service engineer came, checked the connection strength in the house, did some analysis with his laptop and clearly told us that the speed is very less and it should come atleast around 2 mbps as our area had good signal coverage. He then told us that they would check the issue on their network and server side and get the issue resolved within 2 days. After couple of days, not sure what they did, the internet speed dropped very very badly and now the download speed is only around 100 Kbps and the internet connection is very slow and my internet browser is not even able to open the websites sometimes. I have attached the photo below showing the download speed. Inspite of repeated phone calls, the people say that the service engineer would come but nobody seems to be coming. Please help us with the issue getting resolved at the earliest as its nearing payment time and i dont want to waste my money on something which i have not been able to use properly.                           Dear Team,

                          I got a new MTS MBLAZE Internet connection o[censored]p to 9. 8 MBPS on 12th May 2014, Plan - SUPER UNLIMITED REVB-999 MTS Data Card Number - [protected] and Account Number - [protected] From the day I bought it, the Internet speed has been very low. They promised the download speed to be at 2 mpbs.. But the current speed is only 240 b/s, Even we cant open google itself.

                          I called many times, (more than 10 times), It will take 10 to 15 mts always. But still the issue exist.

                          Very poor customer service. Please take the necessory action.

                            I have made payment in my MTS Dongle ( [protected] ) but 1200 payment was taken from the bank but not updated in my account after that once again they ask for payment and I have been given TAT time 7 working days and payment will be refund but the TAT has been finished they don't take initiative toward my concern always try to neglect me so kindly take the action and let me know.

                              Hi, Spoke to customer care person many number of time and they are not good, whenever it comes to complaint regarding my network, they are not listening and worst part, making my call on hold. Very Very bad customer care support. related to network, Worst network i ever experience as net speed is very slow. not even able to surf facebook. Downloading coming as 15kbps.. equivalent to my 2G speed. Device info. MTS wifi donge no. [protected]

                                MTS offers lot of double data offer ( e.g for Rs 999 they offer 10+10 GB ) . However from the very beginning i noticed that i get a message that my data utilization is full and need to recharge . Couple of times i did it and the customer support team was keep calling me every 10th or 12th day to recharge . This makes me suspicious and i have decided to check this . Once i got the message that data limit of 20 GB is full within 15 days and i called their call center . The person told me the same and i asked him how much i have utilized . As expected he confirmed i used only 13 GB and after my arguments with him he did some thing and it started working . On next recharge also happened the same thing . This time the representative told that my utilization limit is over and to my surprise it was utilized only 9 GB .Again after arguments he accepted his mistake and told sorry for what he did . I have complained their customer care and then to appellate team . Both of them not ever checked the case and when ever there is a conversation without any basis he keeps telling its my problem . There looks to be no responsible managers also . Last time there chat support person disconnected without answering my question and the on cal person put me on hold without my consent when i was taking thinking that i will disconnect after some . They keep cheating millions of customers and nobody worried about anything within MTS as the managers are looks like sleeping There is no way to reach their higher authorities beyond appellate team and appellate team playing / showing their ego with customers as they know no one else could touch them and feels supreme authority . I am planning to switch the data card rather wasting money with such cheaters .

                                  We purchased a new sim which was activated on 10 june 14. MTS company deducted Rs. 10 from our main balance on 30 june 14 and deduce Rs. 5 on 2 july 14. They deduce our money unnecessary every time we purchase a new sim or we recharge our phone . And customer care executives also don't reply properly. They behave rudely . Please refund our money and stop these processes to deduce unnecessary money. Thanks.

                                    Hi, Iam imtiaz basha chennai, 10 days back during sunday i bought MTS data card 3g plus postpaid connection from MTS by theie executive name Nagaraj. His mobile number is [protected], he said it will get activated on tuesday but i received a call on wednesday that my internet is activated. When i checked for internet no connection established and i waited for one day.Then finally i called the guy nagaraj he said call customer care or else he will come next day. From then he came after two days when i was not available in home. I said why he bothers about me you have came home and should rectified that his service.He said rudely that you complaint to customer care and i asked for payment back which he promised me 30 days money back guarantee while he given me data card. he said your money has gone to MTS head office and you should ask MTS only and cut my call. For more phone calls and mails to MTS head office i did not get clear respo

                                      My MTS connection got barred from June 22nd. I called MTS customer care every day from 23rd to till date and they raised several tickets, forwards to my mobile number by SMS and still the issue is not resolved. Whenever I call them, I have to wait for 1min and they says that the issue is forwarded to backend team. But the backend team never responded or enabled my connection back. Once when I called customer care, the person handed over to escalating team. He said this needs to be escalated to financial team as barred because of not paying the bill. But they found that I paid bill in proper time and got reflected in their database. But they didn't enable back my connection. Simply I'm paying my monthly bill without no Internet connection.There is no contact between customer care of MTS and MTS backend team or financial team. The backend team never see the tickets. They no only to close it without rectifying.This is the worst experience I ever had. Next bill cycle is about to reach and now how can I pay next bill without activating my dongle? They will force me to pay. But no connection and they never enable back. I'm planning to throw this dongle. This is how MTS will loose customers. How can I get the contact of authorised person of MTS? Customer care donot have any contact with them.

                                        MTS promised me a good speed of min 2mbps during purchase of data card. In reality I get only 0.5 Mbps where the MTS field engineer also confirmed that poor coverage in our area. Now customer care is telling they can't take back the data card and refund the amount as it has been consumed some usage already. My data card no is [protected]. Request you to please help me with the return of the data card and refund.
