Hi All, I am hemant rathore from Vaishali nagar Jaipur. I had purchased MTS 3 G ultra dongle post paid plan in june 2014.Company promise that they will provide upto 9 MBPs spped but it is very ridicules the speed s only 200-700 kbps only and As per the company it is good I have a dongle no. [protected]. i raised the complaints in MTS 4 and 5 Time Executive did not called me and closed the ticket then I contact with Email to appellate authority...

Very very very very worst customer service

My data card number is[protected]. I bought this data card 25 may . this is activated on 28 the may. I am settled May month bill amt., Rs.225/- on[protected] recipt no:64289.But data card was taken back by your sales executive name as karthikeyan on the date[protected].still now he do not given back to me. So I am dicided to deactivate my data card and also I call costumer care port and give a complaint.they give a request number 3824569....

Worst service and commitments..... Dont not buy mts.

Recently we bought MTS dongle([protected]) from Mr.Srinivasan S in Chennai, his number [protected],

When we inquired in Justdial, he is only person responded and we did not make any calls to other either we did not received, he said that cost is 599Rs for instrument.

We requested him to collect the documents before 3PM to activate on Sunday. he promised he will come...

Delayed Activation . 9150402670

I purchased Mblaze ultra on 2nd July 2014 through online and the device was delivered on next day itself . Now even after the 7th day device is not activated . When I asked the customer care, on 9th July, what I came to know is the retailer chosen my MTS (K.A enterprise) has not submitted the documents till 8th July also MTS is not responsible for this as well. Now I regret for choosing MTS, which keep arrogant customer care executive...

Reference: Data card No - [protected] On 9th May 2014, I had recharged my MTS Data card with an unlimited Data Pack of Rs 999/- which provides unlimited high speed data usage for 30 days with a FUP(Fair User Policy) limit of 20Gb. I am staying in Madipakkam, Chennai and bought MTS data card on June. The data speed is in bytes/Second. When I call customer care, they are not responding properly. Even after 25 days, nobody has visited to fix the issue, Customer care employees say that they will be visiting today. But they never visited. Dont ever go for MTS. You will be disappointed at last. very worst service....

MTS offers lot of double data offer ( e.g for Rs 999 they offer 10+10 GB ) . However from the very beginning i noticed that i get a message that my data utilization is full and need to recharge . Couple of times i did it and the customer support team was keep calling me every 10th or 12th day to recharge . This makes me suspicious and i have decided to check this . We purchased a new sim which was activated on 10 june 14. MTS company deducted Rs. 10 from our main balance on 30 june 14 and deduce Rs. 5 on 2 july 14. They deduce our money unnecessary every time we purchase a new sim or we recharge our phone . And customer care executives also don't reply properly. They behave rudely . Please refund our money and stop these processes to deduce unnecessary money. Thanks....

MTS MBLAZE ultra wifi worst internet speed

MTS promised me a good speed of min 2mbps during purchase of data card. In reality I get only 0.5 Mbps where the MTS field engineer also confirmed that poor coverage in our area.
