Regarding the MTS datacard modem i'm getting some improper signals in daytime and my location is Tamilnadu, Tiruchirappalli.My MTS datacard is not working properly and its not been a year i'm using with this datacard and i recently recharged 2GB and whenever i plugin the datacard in my PC, it's seems to have an improper signals during the daytime.So i hope would anybody please help me with this problem soon!!!

    It was very worst experience with MTS. In there website and advertisement, they were given two customer care 155 and 955. They were saying 155 for mobile prepaid and postpaid customers. 955 for smart phone and data card customers. But as postpaid customer if you have call 155 they will direct you to call 955. If you 955 they will simply say this only for data card customers not for others. Like this they won't answer your question when ask about bill and payment details... Even I have tried to reach MTS Appellate Authority but answered once after two days but after they are not replying to my queries... I don't have record voice. There few problems with bill system by that they were charging more. Sample of last month bill... As per my plan all local calls free (unlimited) First two sms charged per month after that no charges for daily 100sms. As per there itemized bill look at how it has be charge but they charged more than 200...

      I have bought the MTS for my Father in law house on 19.11.2013.The MTS DATA Card no is [protected]‏. From the day one i couldn;t able to use the Datacard since there was no proper signal. I kept complaining to the concerned people but there was no response. Finally i gone to the MTS and blasted them and finally them came and checked the issues. Concluded Data Card issue by Technical Team. Now again from service team describing it is technical issue not device problem. By this almost 2nd month is getting completed. Now asking me to recharge so that they will come and solve it. By paying 1500 initial they have given me 10GB + 5GB free browsing. I hardly used since of the network issue. I would like to help me out to solve this issue.

        Hi,

        I'm Samir Ranjan Sahu, recently I purchased a MTS MBLAZE ULTRA WIFI but to my bad luck it's been 1 week, still I'm unable to get connect to internet, even if it get connected it takes an hour or two to open a web page. I spent more than 100Rs on talking with customer care people and with the agent. Every time I call to customer care they raise a complain but no luck of resolving it. The agent from MTS who sold this data card is now not responding my phone calls. His name is Malarmani and number is [protected]. Kindly resolve this issue.

          I recharged my Dongal with 20 GB paying 1498 online but my balance didn't reflect. I called customer service and was told that online purchase didn't work and your money will be refunded and was suggested to purchase the same from a retail shop.

          Then I went to a retail shop and paid 1498 for 20 GB, still by balance didn't reflect.

          I called customer service again and was told to wait for 3-4 hours. I also asked about previous purchase online and was told that it was actually successful and there will be no refund. I unnecessary paid twice and as per customer service the software doesn't show the correct balance.

          My Dongal # is [protected] and planning to goto consumer court, not for money but the inconvenience caused by MTS fault.

            No reply from any of the person from mts Hi there, I am unsatisfied MTS datacard customer writting this to all of you. I am not able to register the data card number in selfcare. It showing not valid number. I got message from MTS it will resolved in 12hrs and get a call from concerned team. But not received any call or resolution. When called to customer care they are telling it is application issue. So i really dont understand how many days required to resolve a issue related to loggin. That to number showing invalid. :( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :(:( :( I will not suggest any of my friend circle to get MTS.             Well i got the same problem for my mobile number. It took like one week for them to resolve the problem. And the problem was solved. it is a developing network so there are some issues with features like self care and so on. But to my opinion it has better speed in data card when compared to other network. My friends recommend MTS and i also recommend it to others. Don't worry your problem will be solved but it may take some time.

              Hi, My name is Santhosh from Tamilnadu, Vellore. I have recently purchased MTS Mblaze ultra after seen from the advertisement that we can get speed upto 9.8 Mbps. I now get speed only up to 1.2 Mbps, like from all the other service providers. I felt really disappointed that I have been cheated of Trust. I tried many times calling to the customer care, I really frustated with their answers, saying that my call is being routed to other states like Kerala, Karnataka and asked me to call back after some time. For the proof I attached my speed test along with this complaint. Before buying this I asked the salesman how much is the exact speed we can get in my area, he said that atleast you will be in the range between 4 Mbps to 9.2 Mbps. But so far this is like a dream to me.

                Mts Broadband absolutely not recommendable.Its customer-care is worse than even Airtel's.Airtel Customer care does not help.But MTS Customer - care is worse!!! It misguides... On 14.Dec.2013, I was assured by the MTS Customer care that my Mblaze Broadband would have to be initially recharged with Roaming STVs for continuation of my internet services in any MTS-Roaming-circle and when the initial roaming STV gets exhausted then whatever remaining data-usage is available in my account due to Home-circle-recharge that would start getting used up. Now I am in a MTS-roaming-circle and day-before-yesterday when the initial roaming recharge got exhausted, my internet services stopped.When I checked my balance, I have 3GB of remaining usage in my account due to a recharge of 575Inr done when in my home-circle. When I called up MTS Customer-Cirle yesterday, Mr Syed who spoke to me informed I can not use my home-circle recharge in roaming circles. Heights of taking the customer for granted !!! Effects of my internet-services getting disrupted [protected][protected][protected]-------- 1.Wastage of 575Inr since I would in this roaming circle beyond 12.Jan.2013(the date on which the validity of the 3GB data-usage I got due to the 575Inr recharge when in home-circle finishes) 2.All my work got stopped.I could not send across two of my write-ups on-time causing me a loss of another 1500Inr.

                  I did MY MTS MBLAZE DATA CARD [protected] Rechanged on 23rd Dec2013with amount of 798-. but the same amount was deducted from My account and Not recharged on My acccount. the same i rasied Compliant to Customer care they told we will resolve in 20 working hours and expected resolution time is 27th Dc 2013. i am using this data card for Connecting to my work purpose but Yetarday i am not able to connect my client Server. so please have look at this Complient and do the justify to me.                     To Whomsoever It May Concern, This is with regard to my data card number : [protected] I presently reside in Bangalore and I have had a recharge done for 655/- INR on the 13th of December 2013 which as per your website was mentioned as a roaming pack for Gujarat circle devoid of the states being mentioned in it. Post the recharge being completed, I was able to have the pack used for the next two days. On calling the MTS Customer care service on the 15th of December 2013, I was informed that I have used my entire 2 GB package in a matter of two days time. I asked them to reconfirm on this bit as I was sure regarding the fact that I have not used the package as said. On reconfirming the same, it was informed the package is of 2 GB, however, I have utilized 200 MB and due to certain technical issues, the remaining balance has been voided. Athey informed me that the remaining balance would be added back to my account in the next 12 working hours. They also assured me that the concerned backend team would reach out to me in 12 working hours. Thankfully, I had the callback received and I was informed that the issue has been resolved. But, voila! It's not yet fixed. I was provided incorrect information over the issue. I had made another call on the 16th of December 2013 and I repeated the same what I had mentioned earlier to your consultants and they again re-assured me of the callback to be done. However, I received no calls during this period and I had to make another contact on the 20th of December 2013. Now, the whole story has changed as your consultant informed me that I was wrong in having an incorrect recharge done. I had asked them as to why wasn't this informed earlier to me, for which the consultant informed that it's my mistake that I never asked him over the issue. I had asked to transfer the call to one of the superiors on the floor and the contact was transferred to a senior executive named Madiha. Post a 30 minute conversation, I was given an assurance that the issue would be fixed and a contact from the back-end would be made over the issue. No calls made for 12 hours and I was forced to make another contact on the 22nd of December 2013 and one of the consultants by the name of Afreen ill-treated me with the way she spoke by asking me to disconnect the call in a rude and commanding tone when I had requested for the contact to be transferred to one of the superiors. She kept informing that the callback from the superior would be done in the next half an hour and due to persistent requirement from my end, it was finally transferred to Mr.Pawan, the floor manager. As per Pawan's requirement, I am having this mail sent out. I had asked him to share his mail ID for reference, but, he rejected the request made citing company policies. As a result of which, I am forced to have this mail sent out to the organization. To cut the long story short, the pack was recharged in order to be used wherever I go, since, I was under the assumption that you can provide better connectivity and services across the nation. I have spent an entire week calling your customer care centre and they have not assisted me with any feasible solutions. As per my understanding, this is a counterfeit issue with regard to false information on the website. I am unsure as to why have you mentioned etc. in the list of states that have been provided. Moreover, please have cultured consultants answer calls made by customers. They should be aware of customer ethics that are to be followed. I would request to either transfer the entire amount paid for this package back to my source, else, transfer the remaining data left as per the recharge done to my account.                       this is shivaprasad from bangalore, i had purchase a datacard of mts,
                      i raise complaint against speed issue in their customer care, but what they did is simply closed as their decision they not taking any feedback from customer, from beginning i phased the speed problem but they have not taking any proper action for that against this issue i have send mail to higher authority which they are mentions in their website but i had not getting any call from them, they closed them self which is logged a complaints in mts, please put case against them, they have simply cheating a customer and making money, if they dont have a serve better ask them to close company why they cheating us.

                        I have an MTS MBlaze connection bearing number [protected]. which was requested for temporarily deactivation on 13 march 2013. All the payments were done against this data card. I called the customer care again on 1st november 2013 and asked to activate the same they gave me request number 86706. Without even intimating me, the request was closed. then a new request was raised when i called again on 24th november 131804 for the activation and still i haven't got the activation done.                           This is Sunita Jiban Dash.I am a customer of MTS staying in chennai.MTS service is very worst in chennai.Net speed is very slow.just one month back i bought MTS data card but its service is too worst.i am planning to take Airtel.I am just done with MTS.The worst service provider.The company is cheating consumers.You should provide good service.You are promising to give 9.5mbps but you are not providing the same.Now onwards i am giving suggestion to my freinds dont go for MTS bcz i dont want my freinds face same problem what i am facing.You are a cheater company.Please just think about consumers.You are not providing free service, just give respect to consumers.

                            I use an MTS internet dongle rated at 3.1 Mbps. Despite that I rarely get speeds of above 512 Kbps. I have sent emails regarding the issue with no response. Any calls made to their customer service go unanswered after the IVRS puts me on hold. And as if that was not enough, they constantly call me with some offer or another despite me specifically asking them not to disturb me with advertisements, especially if they cannot respond to my complaints. What's more, the STV I recharge with, 999, promises 12 GB of high speed data on the website but gives 10GB. Their 'high speed' is around 500-700 Kbps, their 'low speed' is abysmal, around 32Kbps (they promise 144). Do NOT use this company EVER, people. They're just completely incompetent and worthless.

According to them my device which was activated by my name and document was at Surat, still not with me. Pathetic service and very casual behaviour of Mr Vishal or Vikas (Don't know) Area manager,

                                Dear Friends, I just wanted to share an unpleasant experience I had with MTS mobile (No:[protected]). 2 and 1/2 years before (since It has happened long ago I doesn’t hold any exact dates, but it will be in MTS database I guess) i got a Postpaid MTS data card with a monthly plan of Rs.899 and paid in Advance Rs.1999 for data car. After getting it i understood that it is not worth it. Though i was living in Palakkad Town (Kerala) their bandwidth was awful. Every month they were calling me for the payment. I used it for 4-5 months. One day they rang to me saying the bill is due. As i was moving out of town for couple of months, i said i want to disconnect the same and asked them what i have to do further. The representative who called me said it’s Okay and they will take the disconnecting process. i paid them the previous months money and all the dues was settled. Since the representative instructed me nothing more i assumed that’s all i have to do. I have stopped even plugging the dongle into my system and not a bit of data was consumed. The problem started after that. After a month another representative called me saying the bill is due. I was not happy hearing that and I have already left town. I explained her everything and she said that she will take care of the same and will forward the case to concerned officials and they will contact me for disconnection process. AGAIN, I got the due reminder for the third time. I explained again to them everything, asked them to check my usage and it will show 0 kb usage for last three months. Though the addition to the bills have stopped, at last I was liable for Rs.2822 /- in which I haven’t used a kb of data. The real problem is not one of the customer care representative asked me to give a written document to any nearby service center, which I could have happily done since I don’t intend to use their services any more. Every 2-3 month I used to get a call from MTS asking to pay the bill of Rs.2822 /- . I said it’s not a big deal for me to pay the amount, but I’m not ready to pay for what I have not used. Whenever I demand an explanation, they will be saying a concerned person will be calling and taking care of the issue. NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE to actually solve the issue. The final call was Before 8 – 9 months and it stopped. The whole story was told again on that call. By this time I have really fed up with MTS. I said them at last I will pay them one month’s rent, since I felt there were some mistakes from my side as well (my mistake was I should not have completely trusted their customer care people). After so long, today 11:25 AM I got a call from one Mr. Vikram Singh (from mobile no: [protected]) and said he is from Delhi Court. He said his code no is 4 and from chamber K126. This person just gave me a heart attack in the morning itself. This person does not even say one hello, he asked my name, said my address and asked to confirm it. I confirmed the same and when I asked who he is and whom he is representing, he said there is a case against me in the Delhi court. He also said that they have send a legal notice before 15 days and have I received it. Obviously there weren’t any, so I said no. When I asked him who have given the case against me, he said it is and URGENT TOP SECRET case file and he does not know who has given the case against me and could not open the file it seems (I even guessed it will be in a strong iron box with keys in the locker, since one needs a KEY to open the file). As a business man (even having lots of dealings in Delhi and throughout India) I was bit worried since to my knowledge there were no such issues with my business. I was trembling not knowing the reason. Mr. Vikram then said that there is only 10 minutes time for me to call Adv. Ranbeer Vaths (his chief advocate he said) on mobile no: [protected] before he send this MYSTERIOUS case file to the court for further legal actions. I immediately rang up to this Adv. Ranbeer Vaths and when I said my name and said that I’m from Kerala, he asked me to wait with a note saying there are lots of cases from Kerala similar like these. Finally the mystery was over and he said it is regarding the MTS bill payment. I even taught the mic on my phone was damaged since the 2 people whom I spoke for last couple of minutes have not even considering what I had to say). Atlast he said there are two ways to close the case, one outside court and another option paying Rs. 50, 000 in delhi court. I believed everything and said what option I have to settle outside court, they said you pay the amount Rs.2822 /- on mts website (gave me a link also) and the case will be withdrawn (the whole conversation he was giving me pressure like anything). He asked me to do it immediately (within 30 mins he said) or the case file is going to the court. After that he asked me to leave a mail on lawsolutions.[protected]@gmail.com the receipt. I started to become suspicious because of their attitude towards me, and the mail they given me, it’s not any professional or anything and I don’t want give any kind of details on that. They gave me a deal line of 12 ‘0’ clock in the afternoon and if the payment is not done they are going to send the file for legal proceedings. Anyway, I immediately went to MTS website and initiated the payment process for the complete Rs. 2822 /-. To my horror the MTS did not render me any transaction code for the same the connection to the site was lost. When I checked my mini statement, the amount was debited from my account as well. ( I can provide the screenshot of my mini statement if you guys want) At 11.55 am Mr. Vikram again called me, I told him what happened. Without even considering value for my money he said to make the payment again. Even though so many times I said him that I will send the screen shot of the payment I made, he was not agreeing to that and said he is forwarding the case. Before I reply him anything he disconnected the call. It was so rude. And here is the best part, after couple of minutes Mr. Vikram has again rang me and asked whether I have made the payment again, I said how can I? I have already paid once. He asked me to wait a second to check my details, he returned to the call and said “Kannan I have checked your payment status and it was Failed Transaction “. Wait what? The person who don’t even know what was the case against me in the morning suddenly has full access to MTS database? I said to him it is not my fault and the money has already been debited from my account (by the way it was from my business current account I paid the amount). I said him even if it is a failed transaction, I will wait for a day for the payment to come back to my account to attempt the bill payment again. For that his replay was “Kannan Trust me, you will not have any problem. Just pay the money again and the previous debit will be credited back to my account”. YES, when I said I’m ready to pay the money and made an attempt, suddenly he became the GOOD GUY. But not for long. When I confirmed I will pay him only after me getting the payment back, he just disconnected the call. How and why should I trust him? After all he gave me pressure for more than 1 hour with false claims and treats, and I should trust a person with only a mobile number for on my record. Never. After the incident I checked on the internet and found so many similar details. I even read most of them paid their money, and I can clearly understand the pain they could have gone through. And by reading all this you could have understood weather the call I received will be from an attorney’s office or not. So MTS people, this is not a right way to treat a customer (even if it’s not a customer, you guys should not treat them in this treating voice). I’m not going to attempt the payment again after all this dramatic trouble you gave me for this full day, let any MTS local representative call and attend to me before I make the payment. I need Justice in this case. If there can be any legal action taken against the company for giving such mental stress, I want to join your hands and please let me know. Let everyone know how MTS treats their customers.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam I've bought a MTS Mblaze prepaid modem 4 months ago for Rs. 799 (modem cost alone) in a Reliance digital showroom located in Chennai. I was using the same with my Dell inspiron laptop windows 7 (licensed version) with out any issue and services were great. I've bought a Mac book Air with Mountain lion X 10.8 iOS and it was working fine without any issues for 2 months. Recently (2 months ago) my MAC book's software version got updated to 10.9 Mavericks iOS and the Usb modem was not supporting and it gave me a error message that says "Need to update the Firmware". I've checked with my friend's new MTS mblaze post paid with the new version its working fine in my laptop. I'm sorry that i don't have that error message with me and now USB modem didn't even got recognized. I've called 5 times to the Customer care number and they are not really helpful and they don't even have an answer. One executive told me that MTS will not support MAC iOS. I wonder how they could say since the advertisement were showing with MAC book's. Kindly investigate with the concern person and advice me to proceed further in this regard. I'm used to mts data card my card number is [protected] since andhra pradesh circle is not working and I have paid advanced amount of rupees 3000 and till now I didn't get my any refund from you guys... Please help me out to get my refund thanks in advance.

                                      Dear All, This is an Email Regarding the Port Amount of MTS Which is given below MTS No is : [protected] I have visited to MULTANI DHANDA MTS STORE NEW DELHI 110055 on 4th December, 2013 and applied for Porting (Number Transfer) They have provided me the Porting which is given below 6 month MTS to MTS 100 Min to Local+STD (Any network, every month for 6 month period) Rs 60/- Balance will be given as FRC They have charged me Rs 200/ - for All above Services Now it is activated but Main Balance is still 0.00 and I have confirmed with customer care executive today (Supervisor: Nitu) They have provided me information Porting charged is Rs 19.00 and Porting charges is coming with above all services. Hence they have deducted 181.00 extra. Store Seller is deducting more than Schedule Pricing and which is violating he Rule of TRAI as per Para 19 A no Further Resolution will leads to Consumer forum.                                         Sir i am a shopkeeper who deals in mobile recharge coupons and easy top up services with the provided by all services provider's Demo Connection (Laapu Ac., or E-top). Just for that we have to purchase value from the service provider through the Distributor. After that we can recharge or transfer value or top up in customer mobile. Like these all service provider i had also MTS Demo (Laapu Ac., or E-top) in which i does purchase value trough my Distributor "S. A. Enterprises" (Saif). Due to what ever legal TRAI'S (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) Issues you have pack-up your Services from UP EAST in April 2013. At that time I had almost 2000 value left in my MTS Demo (Laapu Ac., or E-top) which could not be transfer in any form. When i contact MTS Customer Care they were respond it will be refund to your Distributor. when i contact my Distributor he respond MTS yet not refund that amount in his account. Since April 2013 i regularly contact my Distributor Mr. Saif But he says as the same sentence. So Please do me some thing in favour to refund my money from you or Distributor.
