i henry nerella, from hubli, with contact no [protected]. had taken a mts dongle, on 16th april 2012, from mr daniel, with contact no,[protected], but the device was not activated for around 20 days.
then i went to mts office, met mr vishwanath the then asst manager, and got my no cancelled, but i was not given any acknowledgement by him, and now i am; getting calls that my bill is pending (1000 rs).
YOU CAN SEE THERE IS NO USAGE AT ALL. IF I HAVE TAKEN THE DONGLE FOR BUSINESS WHY WILL NOT USE, THAT ‘S BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED.
DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO CLOSE MY BUSINESS, AND IN RETURN YOU ARE ASKING ME TO PAY.....
