My device got faulty. I contacted all the customer service centres. They never even looked into it. I went in person to a few customer service centres. They were locked all the time. I have series of emails for all this. This happened 1 year back. Now, they are calling from Delhi with a rude tone claiming that they are calling from delhi court and threatening in a very unprofessional way. The guy who called is of name Pratap Singh with number : [protected].

    Friends please beware of MTS as it will make your life a hell. MTS has got the worst speed among all data cards in India. MTS is a fraud company. It promises speed upto 3.1 mbps with its MBLAZE but its a big advertisement hoax. I wished the company would have been banned in India. They are fleecing and looting the consumers. All I get is just 30-40 kbps and not even 1 mbps speeds. I loose a lot of time and energy with MTS  as its the worst broadband provider in Delhi. I had switched to Photon as its lot better than MTS. Here is my actual experience o[censored]sing MTS MBlaze in Delhi. The response by MTS highest body - the appellate authority is being shown for proof:

    With reference to your e-mail regarding MDN 9136XXXXX about speed issue we would like to inform you that as mentioned in our previous mail also the complaint has already been closed stating that the location is in the poor network coverage area and highly utilized due to which you are facing the speed issue. As per the network team 100-150 KBPS is the maximum speed which you will get. Also, we would like to inform you that if any improvement in your location our concerned team will inform you accordingly.

      Today i have received call from Mr. Sumit Mishra he is from the office of Adv. ranveer vats. they aske me to send the cheque of Rs, 1000/- without proper details of the bill. Please suggest. i have already made complaint MTC CC about fals bill arround 12 months back. n today suddenly got call for legal notice ,, what to do?

      The same I got from Ranvir Vats but I am in mood to fight with them legally. The service was terrible, even I could not send the email by using that card. I asked number of time to executive to solve this problem. All the time he used to tell me, "Sir We will look in to matter" and used to diny for giving me complaint because of servers are down and used to tell me call after some time for complaint number.

      Finally they gave me complaint number after long period but no solutions. I called them about my problem, executive told me with due respect, " Sir We have looked in to matter" there is no problem from our side, I told but I am not getting the service which you commited the n he replied sir it is now your problem, what will you do.
      I told him I will not pay the bill if my problem will not be solved and I did not pay it, because there was no meaning to pay it.
      After that they called me number of time and one "so called SHO" of delhi police also called me now they sent me legal notice but I am not going the bill because I have suffered a lot because that MTS data card.
      One day I was in need to send photo to my office executive for applying the VISA for dubai but I could not send it, so I called my friend, asked him to download a photo from FB and then send that to executive.
      IN 2011-12 I was worked with MTS distributor BANDHAN ( A DIV OF PINCON - CLOSED ON 2012 - KOLKATA )

      I worked as DISTRIBUTOR SIDE MIS and network engineer.
      as know this company better.
      This company at that time was so called super service.

      after some TM ZTM resigned, mts services are working like server breakdown.
      i was worked under two tm and one zdm and one ztm.

      after 2012 bandhan running in big amount of loss.
      4 packs(36*2)(26*2) = Data Card ( that time the wifi dongle not comming)
      premium and non premium type.
      8 packs of mobiles ( 36*8) = each mobiles priced 845.
      rs. 3 lac of easy rc.
      rs. 56k of rcv.
      and minimum 38

      shop owner are defused to buy them cause mts fraudly working.
      clients are facing connection error / network error / server down.
      that time bandhan faced 22 legal cases and claims due to mts issue.

      now my issue.

      my plan details:

      i have a dongle with wifi supported.
      my plan > 5gb day + 5 gb night limited costing Rs. 620 ( incl. all taxes ).
      mts fos (sales) promised me speed 7.2 mbps - 12 mbps.
      * i can not get extra balance to use, have to wait for next month.

      faced issue :

      1 ) first month i didnt get actual 7.2 mbps. not the minimum of 2 mbps.
      if i try to download 45 mb so, the time will b 50 minutes.
      i have to pay 620. because, my plan.!

      2) 2nd month if i use in night so, the balance cut from my day balance.

      3) 3rd - 4th - 5th month without using datacard mts billed me 1142 ?!

      any complain

      from my end 4-6 complains i done. every time ask for complain no. the customer exe. says due to server down wait for some time you will get a sms contain with complain no. i have the complain no.

      1640175 :> for stop for forever to the connection of dongle [protected] after payment of 1142.

      now my question is

      1) if i had a limited connection of amount of Rs. 620.
      so, how the billed amt is 1142 ?

      2 ) i faced every time server issue why am i pay for?

      3 ) after my last requested for stop the connection( with the request no. ) why you guys continue my connection with out my permit. how the bills was generated after my complain & request.

      4 ) all advocates are working for mts ? where mts creates illegal jobs.

      5 ) using fraud websites / email addresses for advocates

      Hi All, I think this people are unnecessary troubling customers, 1st they don't give proper service and then they are troubling with this threatening.       My case - Agent asked me 3 month advance money to give free wifi dogal/device. I paid. After few time service too bad, and after month end i got bill to pay. I informed that already paid 3 months advance.
      Device not working, i switched to other network.. Now receiving legal notice. What to do. please suggest.

      MTS AGAIN MAIL ME

      " inform you that SSTL has launched an “Amnesty scheme” for subscribers who have defaulted in payment of their dues towards usage .Under the amnesty scheme, the SSTL is waiving off 70% of the outstanding dues recoverable from you and you would be required to make payment of INR 253 towards 30% of the outstanding dues as on. and same shall be in full and final settlement of all accrued dues towards your account with SSTL. The amnesty scheme is open for the period from 5/5/2017 to 5/31/2017 ."

      A FRAUD TELECOM COMPANY LAUNCHED A FRAUD SERVICE & NAMED IT AS “Amnesty scheme”

      THEY GIVE ME an opportunity to avail the scheme and clear your account by just paying 30% of the total outstanding, i.e. Rs.253, within seven days of the receipt of this letter.

      Why should i pay that money. i didnt get my service.

        i henry nerella, from hubli, with contact no [protected]. had taken a mts dongle, on 16th april 2012, from mr daniel, with contact no,[protected], but the device was not activated for around 20 days. then i went to mts office, met mr vishwanath the then asst manager, and got my no cancelled, but i was not given any acknowledgement by him, and now i am; getting calls that my bill is pending (1000 rs). YOU CAN SEE THERE IS NO USAGE AT ALL. IF I HAVE TAKEN THE DONGLE FOR BUSINESS WHY WILL NOT USE, THAT ‘S BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED. DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO CLOSE MY BUSINESS, AND IN RETURN YOU ARE ASKING ME TO PAY.....

          Hi, My Name is Varun Sharma. I am using MTS Data Card for more than 20 months. Now, I want to switch to pre-paid option as I am not using it regularly. But They said that They don't have policy to do it. Moreover, If I disconnect, I will not have any option to re-activate my connection again.I need to buy again their new dongle device of Rs[protected] to use their service. They will not re-activate the dongle, I am already having. So, Either I keep on paying bill to MTS even If I am using it or I just deactivate it and bear the loss of amount(Rs:[protected], I spent to buy their device. In both cases customer is bearing the loss. I want to file complaint against their this ridiculous policies that forcing the consumer to pay for the service they are using it.               Sir, I recharged my MTS mblaze modem on 20.09.2013 at around 20.40 hrs. The recharge was not successful as an error message was displayed after debiting my account.                   hi, i have taken new connection during dec 2012 and immediately surrendered the same around 14th Jan2013 since the dongle has some problems & it gets restarted for every 5 mins & got very low speed. when complained it in MTS customer care, they said i can keep it in safe custody (safe custody req no: r[protected]) temporarily till i get a new dongle. But nobody ever came till 1 month so decided to surrender the same. so i called them again to surrender the same(surrender req no:C[protected]). despite giving surrender request, i started recieving bills & legal notices. This is absurd. When i called the customer care people, they are cheating that no such request no is available for surrendering. But they can identify request no for safe custody. This shows that they are not interested in surrender policies. they just wanted to cheat people by billing them & torturing with legal notices. Now i got a bill for rs.1028 which i never used. Without eating, why should i pay for them?? My MTS number is: [protected], A/c no.[protected].                     i am Raghavendra Achari i am using MTS mblaze broadband from last 1years know they creating problems on every recharge..
                    Last 10days back that means 5th of September 2013 i got message from MTS customer care there they written if you recharge with 299 i will get 3GB data instead of 1GB because of that i recharged with 299 but till know there are not credited it..i called to customer care about 7 times and also given compliant regarding my problem but there are simply telling that within 24 hrs ur problem is going to solve , ur compliant as been transferred to higher department they are give call back to you..but till know i didn't got any call & also my problem is not solved ...please take immediate action on them , they simply making money from us...

                        Please provide as MTS IS TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY. I THE THE CONNECTION 4 MONTHS BACK AND USE THE INTERNET FOR 10-15 DAYS, BUT DUE TO NETWORK PROBLEM I STOP USING IT. AFTER SECOND MONTH I START GETTING CALLS FROM MTS TO PAY THE BILL. I SAID OK PLEASE STOP THE CONNECTION, THEY SAID I NEED TO PAY BEFORE I CLOSE. I SAID OK PLEASE DO THE FULL AND FINAL AND SEND SOME ONE I WILL PAY MY BALANCE. AND I DO THE SAME AND PAID RS-1250/- EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT USE IT AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF FULL AND FINAL. BUT TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM DELHI POLICE NO:[protected] THAT THEY HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME.                           Just now I got a call from MTS and they confirmed they cannot fix the issues. So I requested the connection cancellation. Posting the customer care mail chain: Date: 9/5/2013 Dear Mr. Praveen, Thank you for writing to MTS. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. With reference to your e-mail on Thu, 05th September '2013, regarding MDN [protected] about bill dispute and VAS deactivation, we would like to inform you that we have gone through your account and found that your VAS services has been de-activated in your account and as per charges details of last 3 months we have gone through your account and found that every month you have got the waiver of Rs.135 for VAS services in your account hence you are not eligible for the same. Let us know if you require any further assistance, we would be pleased to assist you. Regards, Anant Dwivedi MTS Customer Care - KL [protected][protected] Date:9/5/2013 Disappointed again. MDN [protected] This month also (like last three months - please see history) there is a wrong billing of additional Rs. 135/- for some service which I am not subscribed to. 1) Please do the refund 2) Please check and disable any additional service Last three months I made same requests and you promise this wont happen again.                             I am using MTS connection of data card since 1 year at Kolkata, when you given server they said the billed amount would be 713 per month, which I received couple of months but later its increased to 813 and for 6 months I paid that and now last 2 months my billed amount 913. If you will not pay amount they cut off the connection.

                            The Marketing peoples are real chor in other words they all Chor top to bottom, Regarding speed the advertisement you see on tv nothing like that, no page even open smoothly - 0Kbps - 6kbps speed they are giving. they know hot check cheat peoples and take money.

                            Please pardon my language I must say this company running by [censored]ing a**holes only. Please never take internet services from them, from marketing to management all are [censored]s. I cant switch cause here in my location Airtell not there. I am trying to get connected with some good services.

                            I have recharged my dongle on 18th of March 2015, and it was for 499 and 5 gb balance was there, suddenly on 7th April I saw balance is 0 Mb, I saw Statistic of MB used in dongle, it is sawing I have used only 3917203.521 KB which is nearly 3.92 GB only (Picture is attached as proof)but my balance went zero and company customer care executive says dongle statistic is not accurate it depends on time and location of the dongles data used, but I says dongle is machine only given by your company in which you are not believing consumption of data, then how would we believe to your companies computer or server which shows data has been consumed earlier. this is really cheating of company they just consume data of thousands of their customers and makes money by fooling people of their Usage, we even doesn't have to surprised here, what the hell of role of dongles statistic here when you don't rely on it...Suck of MTS all the Internet companies are really chor (big thieves)

                              i am using mts prepaid data card number [protected]..on 24thof august i got a msg that mentioned recharge with 399rs and 2gb instantly and 3gbwihtin one week..i recharged on the same date..and i got only 2gb and 1gb thereafter..as it was the previous promotional offer..lots of time i mailed and called to customer care executive all the time they said please wait and i still waiting..oll the time they told me u r not eligible for this..i told them about the message but they are not agreed that i have received message in this regard..apart this i have not received my credit points..lots of time i chatted online some customer executive said they don't have info about this..some gonna irritate me i kept whole matter in front of them but again and again they are asking which point and reacted that they dont know about this and session get ended coz they don't wanna help...i hate this attitude this hate mts..don't wanna suggest anyone to use..please be away mts..they are sending wrong messages and not agreed that they have mistaken..one proof as stated under...if i am not eligible why i got message as there was no mention data card number mentioned..if i got i thought that would be for me...even i confirmed before recharge they told me that i[censored] got definitely u will get the same data as mentioned and said we are not having info for this..so without worry u can recharge it..and now having this attitude fo mts

                                Hi, Today I got a call from some one from delhi police head Quarter and a case has been registered against you and you have to come to delhi court and pay some money.They said i have a arrest warrant. also the caller who identifies himself as delhi police tells me to out of court settlement and the advocate who he referred me says me to take him and deposit money . I know it us prank call but it is very disturbing . He use abusive words and irrelevant statements to me.and mentally harassment Delhi police should do something..caller numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Please save innocent life Thanks

                                MTS IS TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY.


                                I THE THE CONNECTION 4 MONTHS BACK AND USE THE INTERNET FOR 10-15 DAYS, BUT DUE TO NETWORK PROBLEM I STOP USING IT.
                                AFTER SECOND MONTH I START GETTING CALLS FROM MTS TO PAY THE BILL. I SAID OK PLEASE STOP THE CONNECTION, THEY SAID I NEED TO PAY BEFORE I CLOSE.

                                I SAID OK PLEASE DO THE FULL AND FINAL AND SEND SOME ONE I WILL PAY MY BALANCE.
                                AND I DO THE SAME AND PAID RS-1250/- EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT USE IT AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF FULL AND FINAL.

                                BUT TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM DELHI POLICE NO:[protected] THAT THEY HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME.

                                THEN THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER OF SOMEONE AS ADVOCATE NUMBER [protected] HE SAID COME TO THE COURT WITH DOCS.
                                IS IT THE THE PROCESS OF REGISTERING COMPLAINT -ANY ONE CAN REGISTER COMPLAINT WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING.

                                I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF FULL AND FINAL FROM MTS.

                                PAYING THE DUE AMOUNT I.E 1200 AS INFORMED BT MTS IS NOT A BIG AMOUNT FOR ME BUT WHY SHOULD I PAY, ITS TOTALLY
                                ILLOGICAL AND UNETHICAL AND HARASSMENT BY MTS COMPANY.

                                  Hi All, My data card number is [protected]. I recharged with Rs. 1545 recharge voucher for 15GB of download, but I am amazed to find that I was getting a speed of 1KBPS or 10KBPS max, and it was not location issue, checked it at Delhi Airport, and various places across India but no speed. The customer care is all fake, they resolve customer complaints by themselves without even consulting the customer, Even in roaming I waited for 20 mins to get connected to the customer care, but all fake promises and no help. No one called to resolve the issue. I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THAT DO NOT BUY MTS AT ALL. BUY any other wireless connection which will be at least professional in their approach. I has first complaint on 4-july-13 regarding the internet speed issue and then after many time. Today(30-Aug-13) itself not get any resolution, i was talk many time in customer relationship service. I complaint against this issue on 4 july, 13 and get reply "Your issue will be resolve till 30 july". This is too much time. Just to inform all that I am myself an computer engineer from IIT, so I tried myself first to boost the speed but it is the problem with the data card...so it will not resolve.                                       Hi, My Mother who is 65 years old has been using MTS mobile connection for the past 3 years. Mobie number is [protected]. Whenever we recharge for Rs.100, we get to talk only for Rs.25. We get Rs.85 talktime for Rs.100. Then, Rs.60, is being deducted for value added services which she never opted for. On other connections a value added service is activated only by sending a SMS or by the customer calliing the customer care and activates. Whereas in MTS, they just call us like the way we get addvertisement calls and the moment we answer the call they activate the service. I recharged Rs. 100 on 27-Aug-2013. The moment i rechared, i called the MTS customer care to make sure that there is no value added services activated. The customer service representative also confirmed that there is no value added service activated on the number [protected]. And on 28th Aug 2013, i was surprised to see the mobile balance as Rs.24. When i checked messages, i there were two services for Rs.30 has been activated. When i checked customer care, they are telling that i attended the calls for those services and hence they charged for it 1) When i get a call how will i know, that the call is personal or it is for such services. How do MTS activate a service just by answering the call. 2) 'DND'(Do not disturb) is activated and still we get such advertisement/service calls 3) My mother just knows to answer a call. She doesnt even know to see SMS. It will be really great if some action is taken against such frauulent service providers.
