Sir I have bought a Postpaid connection of MTS MYMBLAZE([protected])in may. My monthly plan was Rs499 3GB/month but my bill for first month came 1112. I talk to customer care about this then he told me that i have used my main balance and extra unit also. and said that the bill which is more than monthly plan was due to using extra unit balance. Sir when i was using my extra unit then they never send me any massage regarding this. While my 2 mobile numbers and a email id registered when i bought this. And then customer care told me that your usage details will be send to your mobile no and mail also but they never send any massage and mail.

    I Jainul Basar purchased MTS Data Card whose number is [protected] From S.M. Jalis ([protected] / [protected]). Who was a sales representative of MTS on 23 Sept. 2012 at Rs. 700.00 So my MTS Data card activated on 24 Sept. 2012. Due to some personal reasons I had to deactivate my Data Card on 02/07/2013. Last Bil No.[protected]. Few days back I got a MTS data Card bill of different number [protected] at my name on my address. Just to clarify you my Data Card number was [protected] not [protected]. So as the number was not mine. I enquired with MTS office but they refused to answer on it. So 15 days back I got a legal notice to pay the amount pending on [protected] of Rs 1472.18 The MTS office must have done an identity error by enclosing my name and address with the [protected] number.         MTS Company is cheating people very badly, I am really frustrated with them. I am without internet from more than 10 days and no one are ready to help. I got a Data card this month from a distributor and my data card number should be [protected] and I opted for the plan unlimited at Rs. 599/- 3GB 3.1Mbps speed, I paid around 1,700 in advance for the data card and for 3 months bill when the data card was handed over to me. My wife uses this as she is working for a AUS company (Work from home), We using this service for official; however, the speed has become very very slow after every 4 days of i recieved the connection. I called up customer care (pathetic is not the word for their English, very very tough to understand their English) to check this issue but no proper responce. Calling to the customer care started like this (atleast 4 calls everyday for more than an hour/call) and I used to hear all non-sense explainations. Today i called Venkat (Appellate incharge - Ambattur, Chennai) and asked about the status and He said that he will put a conference call with his Manager in next 5 minutes and am still waiting for his call(Its almost 45 mins am waiting), when I called him again no responce. I want a solution as quick as possible else need refund for the same. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ASAP. You can call me at [protected]

          this is the worst service provider that i have ever experienced in my life,i have been with an recharge of rupees 999 this month,its marked on my dongle that the downloading speed will be 3.1 Mbps but it actually is 1.2 Mbps and uploading speed is marked as 1.2 Mbps but it comes out to be 400-500 kbps,and after the 10 GB usage offer marked as the speed comes out to be 166 kbps but actually it is 30-40 kbps,this company have cheated me in all aspects,worst thing is that it took around 45-50 seconds to open the Google web browser and for Google instance it took another 25-30 seconds. Mts is all met to be froad.

            I am NITISH MANI i am a student , MY MTS DATA CARD NUMBER IS [protected]. i am using mts mblaze data card . My tarrif plan is MBLAZE LITE -DELHI 499 rs . I am using this plan from 3 or 4 months , in this the month of july 2013 the company charges me 3028.80 rupees extra amount for extra data uses of 7572 mb data, but i did not used this huge amount of data . I used my data within limit as given under my plan 499 i.e.( MBlazeLite 499 : 8GBDay + 15GB Night Upto 256 Kbps extra uses charge 40 p/MB) . The company charges me according to 40 paise /mb of 7572 mb extra data , but i did not use this extra amount of data . Company barred my service and pressure me to pay this huge amount which is like impossible for me i can not afford this amount i am financially weak . So many times i called customer care number they told me that you have to pay this amount no any option ,they did not file my any complaint .they told me that you have consumed this extra amount of data ,but i told them that i did not use such extra amount of data ,i used within plan limit . As i used mts mblaze from over 10 months and this plan of rs 499 from 3 to 4 months but this huge amount of bill never ever come . I am in very tension and in pressure and never think about such incident occur in my life . As i am financially very weak i am unable to pay this huge amount . please help me as soon as possible . my contact number - [protected].

              Hi,

              I bought new Postpaid data card on 24/07/2013. The data card is activated on 27/07/2013. After activate when i connect to internet using MTS data card i am getting "Remote server does not respond" message. When i contact to MTS customer care, they told me to reinstall the MTS Application and change mode of connection to broadband. I tried all, but no solution. And also i tried to more than 5 computers. But no solution. Can anybody resolve this issue

                MTS Company is cheating people very badly, I am really frustrated with them.

                I am without internet from more than 1.5 months and no one are ready to help.

                I got a Data card in March from a distributor and my data card number should be [protected] and I opted for the plan 12GB unlimited at Rs. 999/-, I paid around 3,800 in advance for the data card and for 3 months bill in March when the data card was handed over to me.

                My wife uses this as she is working for a US company (Work from home), We used this services for 3 months; however, the speed used to be very slow after every 10 days in a month.

                In Mid of June, Data card was deactivated. I called up customer care (pathetic is not the word for their English, very very tough to understand their English) to check if the bill payment was pending and found out that my 3 months payment in advance was still available and no need to pay, but they dont know whey Data card was deactivated and asked me to wait for couple of hours.

                Calling to the customer care started like this (atleast 4 calls everyday for more than an hour/call) and I used to hear all non-sense explainations. Almost 10 - 12 days later when I started blasting them, Finally they sent a technician to house (he was a nice guy), he checked with some software and got to know that my Data card is been mapped with some other number [protected] which belongs to some guy called Syed and my number [protected] is mapped with Syed's Data card (Syed is using Rs. 750/- plan which is only 3GB, and this is the reason my Data card speed was very slow after every 10 days).

                After this again I started calling customer care (complaint no. is C[protected] and I told the issue but still ended up with no answers or solution.
                I found out the escalation matrix on their official website and sent a two page escalation email to "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" on July 1st 2013 and a followup email on 2nd and 3rd July and again ended up with not even a courtesy reply.

                I found the next level of escation matrix on web site and forwarded the same email on July 19th to "[protected]@mtsindia.in" copying "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" adressing a person by name "Viad", Till today I have not received a single reply or a call from any one of them.

                Today July 29th I somehow found the CSD number and called [protected] and spoke to somebody called Vignesh (Appellate incharge - Ambattur, Chennai) and blasted. He says they have received my email on July 1st and have forwarded to concerned department, when I asked him that don't you have a courtesy to call your customer and talk about the resolution, he has no answer. Now he told me that he will put a conference call with his Manager in next 5 minutes and am still waiting for his call(Its almost 45 mins am waiting), when I called him again somebody said he is busy he will get back to you. WHEN WILLLLLLLLL IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII GET THE RESOLUTION???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

                Between all this issue I get a call from some one from MTS in July begining saying that I have an outstanding bill amount of Rs.5000, please pay this immediately else your Data card will not be activated. WHAT KIND OF ORGANISATION THEY RUN....

                Like I said above, my wife uses this to work for a US company (she works for night shift) and she gets her salary every month. from Mid of June to till date she has not received her salary as she does not have a net for working. WE HAVE LOST MORE THAN RS. 40,000 IN THE WAY OF HER SALARY.

                I want a lumpsum compensation for this loss and I want my data card to be reactivated ASAP for next 3 months (with free of cost as I have already paid in advance for 12 GB plan and I have never used it.).

                CAN YOU PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HELP ME ASAP.

                MTS Internet MBlaze — Lack of speed

                I purchased a wireless Mblaze internet connection on 09Jul for Rs 1900 from Mr Kumar. Number of connection is [protected]. Before purchasing, I asked for a demo at the place I was staying at the Officer Mess college of Air Warfare, near Secunderabad Club. He however refused and assured me that the speed would be excellent. Trusting his word I purchased the connection.. I was initially told that the speed would be very slow for one week till my connection is activated. My address was checked by a person who visited my residence on 13 July. The speed remained very slow. Thereafter rang up the salesman who told me that he would come to my residence and solve the proble.However he was lying as he never came. I then rang up the helpline and my complaint No C11C5855270 attended by Aparna, was registered. She assured me that the problem would be solved by 29th July. In the next few days I was rung up on two occasions by MTS reps who ascertained my address> I told them to come after 6pm after I was free from work but never came. Due to the urgent nature of my work I finally had to further spend Rs 3000 and set up a BSNL connectionas there was no response from the MTS representatives. the salesman Kumar stopped attending my calls. I now wish to recover my money and damages, for harassment,denial of services and also embrassment as i could not complete my official assignments. Please advice. Colonel Anil Raman

                MTS IS REALLY BAD IN THEIR SERVICE.
                I too have the same experience with MTS, don't know how Indian government will give licence for the people like this. The speed was very slow, i had given a complain and the rep did not visited my place but the complain got closed. When i checked with for escalation procedure the call center guys do not aware of it, how do they run this organisation? ban these people from India.
                Such a worst experience with MTS. Group of are sitting as customer service executives. I bought my wireless Mblaze 1 week before and it is not yet been activated. I contacted them more than 10 times, every time I am getting the same scripted reply that some1 will call me back in certain time frame, but I received 0 call back from them. They cant even talk in a good English or they cant assist me to find out the solution.

                If the customer care people cant assist customers, then what is the meaning of having such a team. Instead you can have a voice recorder phone instead. Customer care people Know only one reply that, some1 will contact me in 24 hours. Excuse me dear Customer service people, you have any idea what is 24 hours means, because 10 times you said this in these 7 days but I received 0 call backs. You guys are mentally retarded or what..

                Recently, I took MTS connect and its working only for 20 days with slow internet.. Initially they said its 40GB in 3g and unlimited in 2g and during activation its changed to 20gb until midnight and from 12AM-8AM 20gb.. Now i lost some GB internet 3g..

                From Dec 30th interenet is not working and I raised complaint -dec/13886 and its resolved for more than 10Days after that they closed the ticket but no one looked to the problem to my knowledge and problem still exists. I called again and created another ticket Jan/2854 again they closed the ticket but the problem is not resolved...Again now I create another ticket Jan/3182...

                I also emailed to "[protected]@mtsindia.in" and "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" but no use..

                Now I'm not planning to pay my bill(760rs - include 2 internet not working ) as I already paid 1000Rs. can any tell me how to take this from here..
                This was my mail to the customer care MTS and rest of rest of the senior ***ES working nothing but drinking customers blood, I don't understand why Indian Gov. don't take action against all these crooks, I am doubtful if the corrupt governance in the sarkar is breeding and feeding on MTS.

                Hi Vijayalakshmi/ MTS Team,

                My number “Account Number: [protected] / MTS Number: [protected]” I had put in your notice a month ago with the MTS customer care team for cancellation of this connection, 1st of all its very difficult to get thru the customer care number, minimum 30 – 40 minutes any time a customer wants to reach MTS customer care number.

                And when you get them on to tell your problems they put you on hold and come back in every 10 minutes, reason is each time they go to their supervisor and ask them what to tell the customers, the people are not equipped and educated enough to solve query of any customer timely.

                Basis on the conversation with the customer care person I had paid the 1st slot as the person told me to pay till date amount and the connection will get canceled.

                I don’t see that’s happening here, I am working for an IT company and there will be times when I have to go to onsite projects or different reasons, since I will not be in Bangalore for long and will be moving out to a different location, I had requested for a cancellation and paid the amount.

                If you see my account I am not using the data card from a month and I have no obligation paying for something which I have not consumed. Since I have intimated this with the MTS customer care people, it’s your responsibility to cancel the connection and settle-down the payment.

                I urge you again that I am not entitle to pay for the bills which the consumer have not consumed and after repeated calls for cancellation of this connection at your customer care center.

                My number “Account Number: [protected] / MTS Number: [protected]” I had put in your notice a month ago with the MTS customer care team for cancellation of this connection, 1st of all its very difficult to get thru the customer care number, minimum 30 – 40 minutes any time a customer wants to reach MTS customer care number.

                And when you get them on to tell your problems they put you on hold and come back in every 10 minutes, reason is each time they go to their supervisor and ask them what to tell the customers, the people are not equipped and educated enough to solve query of any customer timely.

                Basis on the conversation with the customer care person I had paid the 1st slot as the person told me to pay till date amount and the connection will get canceled.


                I don’t see that’s happening here, I am working for an IT company and there will be times when I have to go to onsite projects or different reasons, since I will not be in Bangalore for long and will be moving out to a different location, I had requested for a cancellation and paid the amount.

                If you see my account I am not using the data card from a month and I have no obligation paying for something which I have not consumed. Since I have intimated this with the MTS customer care people, it’s your responsibility to cancel the connection and settle-down the payment.

                I urge you again that I am not entitle to pay for the bills which the consumer have not consumed and after repeated calls for cancellation of this connection at your customer care center.

                I will not be paying any further bills and please cancel the connection with immediate effect. If this escalates I don’t mind reaching out for help from “Consumer Forum or Court” to put forth my difficulty and issues with MTS.

Unfortunately all that he said about the shouted and service was incorrect. I complaint to him about the issue, he assured me a refund and for a did not hear from him. I called #MTS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT they took a complaint DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE BUT CLOSED MY TICKET SAYING I AM NOT REACHABLE they had my best time to contact but they did not check that. then i raised 4 tickets in 2 months... They dint fix but all tickets were closed as resolved i tried email support They. i mention my contact details address I DID THE TROUBLESHOOTING, SENT SCREENSHOTS...                 It a Mental pressure which MTS has given me [New Customer], dealing continuously for 2 months now
                Just trying to make it work on my brand new laptop but MTS ill-treated me all the time and I am still struggling to talk to someone who understands.
                I have crossed 2 due dates – issue is not fixed and I have not paid. Please tell me if I should pay for such kind of service and support?

                I bought a dongle at early December based on the advice of the sales person who assure that at my location it will work fine with a good speed.
                I clearly set expectation of what my requirement is at the time of purchase and also told that I would return the product if this doesn’t meet my requirement – he agreed.
                I tried work on low speed for few days – it did not get better, then I informed salesman about this and he suggested me to call MTS.

                I called the MTS support – they had me do troubleshooting – I did EVERYTHING – still same issue IT DID NOT GET BETTER.
                They wanted to send a tech home to check, I gave my contact address and best time to reach details – they never contacted me and they closed the ticket saying that I was not reachable

                I tried email support - they had me do the same troubleshooting – I did everything – send them screenshot’s – MTS wanted to send a tech home, I gave my contact address and best time to reach details – I did not get a reply from anyone - still same issue.

                Then I contacted the sales man who sold me this product and told him what happened again - he agreed to process the refund request from there on he moved on to different location and now says that he is not with MTS.

                By now I called the MTS support more 20 times at different occasion for same issue and requested for a manager – they had me on hold for 15 min and then disconnect my call

                I got a chance to speak to a L2 he promised that he will waive the fee and gave a word that service will not be discontinued as the due date was near and he wanted me to call him the next day – when I called No one would connect my call to him, I was disconnected multiple times while I was on hold for 10+ min.

                The customer service/technical support females are RUDE, HOPLESS – I felt they were hired from a Market. They don’t understand any language, they dint understand the issue, they only wanted money.

                I have raised 4 tickets in 2 months for the same issue.

                I should not have gone through so much.

                People at MTS will close a complaint with a reason 'customer unreachable' if the problem doesn't get resolved automatically. They dont have a system by which right Engineer can work on a problem. When customer calls up and says the problem is still there, they will open a new complaint giving us a new deadline.

                If things work miraculously, its your luck. If for any reason, you get into a problem, your life is doomed. The organization has built a shield(customer care centre) who will not allow any customer facing issue to reach the right team.

                In my case, due to wrong billing, I am unable to terminate my services ([protected]). I have mailed and talked - put together 20 hours of effort to explain my problem to 10 customer executives and 5 appellate authorities. Not a single soul owns the problem and takes responsibility.

                Every month, they add penalty and monthly charges to my account - though I do not use it. Any suggestions from any of you will be of great help to me. I am fine with marching against their company altogether.
                MTS- Worst service provider I have ever seen.

                MTS had started to create problem from day one onwards.

                I am by explaining this full story to help others not be cheated by MTS again. There should not be any more person who is getting cheated MTS.

                First they offered me a plan of 40GB for 999 with 9 Mbps speed. Once I paid the amount for the dongle they called me and told they don’t have that plan now can give only 20GB for 999. I fought with them very badly and managed to get 40GB plan at last.
                After that when I started using the dongle I noticed that my 2G plan sim card (for god sake not MTS) was giving me more speed that MTS data card. MTS gives me a speed of 28Kbps. I For 3GB I paid 300rs and I requested them to wave off the remaining amount. They are not ready to do that and they just disconnected my connection.
                I called to the customer again to explain the whole story but they were telling they raised multiple complaints on this. All the time they closed the complaint stating cannot be reached. With this speed the max I could use for the month was 3GB . When the bill came they charges me as per my plan. I called the customer care and I told them the whole story. I informed them clearly that I am not going to pay total of that bill because my usage is only 3GB out of 40GB because of MTS speed issue. can’t reactivate the connection until and unless I pay the balance amount. I don’t know what these people are forcing the customer to pay for the service which he had not received.
                Yesterday I raised a complaint in the customer complaint forum to resolve this issue. Let me see what the solution I am going to get.

                MTS is the Best example for Worst or negative service. They dont consider customer problem and customer care dont have power to look at the solution as well. They are ready to do anything for money, Usually they make money by cheating customer.

                I recharged for my Prepaid data card number [protected] @ Rs.499, 5GB data for 28 days validity. I hardly used 2 days, maximum i used 500 MB, 2 days down the line, balance shows 0.00MB. I escalated this issue via customer care and mailed to [protected]@mtsindia.in but no one responded.

                I claimed to refund which is simply deducted 4.5GB data but they are not ready to take complaint itself. They simply bark.

                Due to lot of ignorance and negligence towards the customers issue, MTS will definitely gonna washed out in this market.

                I would like to say, MTS dont have power at all in any aspects. MTS loosers.

                As promised, MTS had not provided 3G speed for my location so I closed the connection by reporting customer care please take back my data card and give money back..In reply they giving me threatening emails and calls.

                After long followups, MTS technical team told me that sector -100 noida comes under weak zone... I asked them why didn't MTS has realized the same while address verification and Why MTS took a month to find out sector -100 is in weak zone.

                I have made request numerous time that please take back my use less MTS data card and give money back. however I always got reply that Company has no norm for this.

                I am one more bakara for MTS i would say i used this pathatic service in the year of 2012 .
                I was using 899 unlimited plan suddenly i got an email saying my plan got changed to advance rental plan of Rs 2399.22 and i was charged more than rs 3000.I have called the customer care more than 20 times repetedly explaining the same issue.They use to tell that it has escalated to next level ...my connection was disconnected.I sent a mail to customer i recieved the response saying that you have activated 2399 plan thats way i got the bill of 3000.

                I bought MTS dongle last month. Number: [protected]

                When I started using after activation, the speed was just around 300kbps. I called MTS customer care and registered a complaint and they told me that it was due to network traffic. I told them that there was only 3 signal bars outta 5, but they didn't listen. They wanted me to use. But still I was facing the speed issue round the clock. After repeated complaint, they sent a person to my home and he concluded that I'm living in a congested area where speed will not be more than this(it will never be more than this in future, they told me). I asked for a refund, but they refused my refund saying that I had crossed the threshold data of 1GB!!! I was asked to use the dongle by them, and now they are refusing to refund. On the worst, for the past few days I'm receiving only 20kbps(TWNETY). When I raised the complaint, they told me that I'm in a congested area, and it was the peak hour when I tried to connect with the internet and hence the speed issue. They asked me to ADJUST!!! CHEATERS!!! The solution that gave me is, either to use the dongle from some other place(I don't understand whether they want to roam in the streets while using) or to pay the bill till date and get disconnected from MTS(dongle will be sleeping in my house which is a loss of Rs. 1200).

                Do not buy MTS!!! They will sell with what all lies they can and they will not support when there is an issue!!! ALL THEY NEED IS JUST MONEY!!! NEVER BUY MTS just because they have cheaper plans(they have cheapest customer support ever)!!! Customer support people knows nothing about what issue you are talking about, all they know is when is your next bill date, how much u have to pay, what are all the plans available, and nothing more than that!!!

                Conclusion would be DO NOT BUY MTS!!!

                I was using MTS wireless Internet. I have asked to deactivate the data card on 10 th still now MTS didn't deactivate the card but ask pay 2502 rs and i have cleared my payment as per my use-age from MTS. Now they are asking to pay 2502 extra which i dent used at all.

                Since 2 Years i am using this worst Network

                Every month i use to get reminder call about my Due date the same way 5th Dec i got a call from MTS([protected]) @3:21 Pm One of the Executive remind me about my Expiry date and asked me to go for recharge

                @3:25 PM i made my recharge to carry forward previous balance but when i was shocked to see My Complete 8 GB of Old balance has gone

                The same i was complained about But these Worst Serice providers without giving any kind of resolution they closed my Complaint and Send me an SMS

                When i wrote few emails to Higher Authorities Also no proper response

                No proper communication ...No proper Service ...No proper network

                Completely i was fed up of the way MTS Treating their customers

                  I have purchase on MTS Postpaid data card, When i purchased the executive told me you will get 5 GB with 3.1 Mbps speed after that 256Kbps unlimited. I have given 2 month advanced rental for that.Bur when i was used its giving only 40 Kbps download speed and only till 3GB data and after that 65 kbps unlimited its very big joke by MTS.

                    Internet speed issue still not resolve from 4, July-13.

                    All the friends you never buy mts data card because you never get speed and mts customer support.

                    My data card number is [protected]. I recharged with 1545 recharge voucher for 15GB of download, but I am amazed to find that I was getting a speed of 1KBPS or 10KBPS max, and it was not location issue, checked it at Banglore Airport, Mumbai Airport, Delhi Airport, and various places across India but no speed.

                    The customer care is all fake, they resolve customer complaints by themselves without even consulting the customer, Even in roaming I waited for 20 mins to get connected to the customer care, but all fake promises and no help. No one called to resolve the issue.

                    I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THAT DO NOT BUY MTS AT ALL. BUY any other wireless connection which will be at least professional in their approach.


                    I has first complaint on 4-july-13 regarding the internet speed issue and then after many time. Today(29-Aug-13) itself not get any resolution, i was talk many time in customer relationship service.

                    I complaint against this issue on 4 july, 13 and get reply "Your issue will be resolve till 30 july". This is too much time.

                    Just to inform all that I am myself an computer engineer from IIT, so I tried myself first to boost the speed but it is the problem with the data card...so it will not resolve.

                      i want to share a very serious problem with you that is:
                      one of your executive mr ravi [protected] (mts sales executive) one day he came at my office and said me about services and many thing also shared some proposals then i had choose a two plans and received four connections but i did not satisfy with your services then i called to ravi then he said "i am coming" and he did not come here then i was calling him again and again but he was not picking my call and didnot replied me anything. neither call nor sms then oneday i called to ravi from another number then he cut the call and send a sms i am coming at ur office till eveining but he didnot came then i went to your c scheme office there i meet to mr yunus [protected] i shared my all problem and i said him "please disconnect my devices" then he call to someone then mr yunus said i cannot help you.

                      then i call to customer care and there i was get a good suggestion that is, your executive said that you just go to nearest bro office then you have to create a hot bill and pay that bill then you have to proceed a request for disconnection then we can easily disconnect your numbers but mr yunus said I cannot generate your connections hot bill without the permission of mr jasveer([protected]) then I call to mr jasveer then he said β€œyou have signed and mou with me and now you can’t disconnect your connection before three months and if you want to disconnect these connections the you have to pay generated hot bill and 10000 rupees that is claim amount otherwise you can’t disconnect your connections”
                      the important thing is that we did not signed any type of MOU with any anyone in terms of MTS internet connections or MBLAZE Connections.

                      When I talked to to mr jasveer then I told him β€œplease give me written document or E mail for the same” but he replied me in very abusing language(me tere connections nahi katunga tere ko jo ukharana h wo ukhar le).

                        I, vishal gupta had purchased MTS (HUWAI C8511) on 18/sep/2012 with one year warranty. I have found touch problem in mobile phone. So i submitted phone at mts service centre on 02/apr/2013. They said that to come after 7 days to collect your repair cell phone. When i went there for collecting, they simply said to come after 2 days i will definitely give your phone. After that i go there 2-3 times in a week, they always say to come after 2 days. Now 3 and half month have passed, they have not got repair my cell phone. Please suggest what to do.

                          I'm using MTS MBlaze Prepaid Internet package. i am facing internet speed problem last 1 months my internet plan is Rs. 1545/- quarterly &

                          I was complaining for MTS Internet speed around 12 days, and today itself not get any solution, i was talk many time in customer relationship service. you have recorded calls of conversation between me and customer service,

                          I complaint against this issue on 4 july, 13 and get reply "Your issue will be resolve till 30 july". This is too much time. today 15 juty,13, nothing done. I can't wait more.

                          Please Please Please Please resolve my internet speed issue or refund amount.

                          Pathetic Service and a company full of CHEATS

                          I purchased the so called "High Speed Internet USB" on 30 aug 2010 and They boast of high speed when the same is not available. I have been trying to use this stupid stuff for the past three to four days but am getting a speed of max 512 kpbs????

                          I even complained to the call centre who gave me a TAT of 3 working days??? Cmmon, at this age of competition these guys are far far behind.

                          The service engineer came and said that this is the max speed I can get here for whatsoever reason.

                          I have taken a prepaid connection and now I want to return this stupid item and i wanted these guys to refund my money... How can they promise 3.1 mbps when they dont even give 1/10th of the same????

                          seems these guys are the most unprofessional people we have in the industry... CHEATERS is all what I can say... all MTS Pepple...............
                          you are very lucky you getting that much of speed atleast sir... i'm not getting that as well... its worst in my case... and these ppl have no solution to that problem... you never know if they turn out to be fake...

                            MTS offered me Mblaze at RS 100 and rental charges of 500 per month.
                            I said person who came to me to sell device that if speed will not b 3.1 mbps than I will return your device.

                            After using it for 3-4 days in Noida,Sector 44,Village-Challera, I found that speed is very very low. I called the person who sell device and he said that due to network issues your speed is slow. Wait for 1-2 days than I will check it again.

                            Again after 2-3 days i called them that in Delhi speed is good but here speed is very bad. I asked him to take his device back. But he didn't came and neither he received call.

                            After few days MTS generated bill on my account.Now they sent court letter to me that your amount is pending and you are failed to pay your due amount.

                            Amount is just Rs. 1320. But why should I pay. They gave me poorest service and their service providers who sell devices is not picking my call to take back their device. Broadband speed was too low.

                            Ravindra vats is the advocate who sent this letter to me. I am just sharing this post to tell all you guys that MTS service is the worst service in broadband.

                            They Do false commitments to you before selling device.
                            They do not co-operate with you.
                            They produce false bills to you.
                            They harass you by sending court letters.
                            They never listen to their customers.

                            mts data people from compant are calling and scaring me for a bill payment wich i have already told the issue . on 30th june 2015 some mts employ called me on my mobile and said he is calling from Delhi court and he is going to put a case on me . to avoide the case i have to go to mts office in hubli, karnataka with in 15 mins . i was in hospital but got scared when i heard about case so i rushed to mts office and called my layer there . after making me wait for 1 hour they told me sorry that it was compant people who called you . i could had meet with any accident or any thing could go wrong with me by there call . they make a joke of the court to by telling they are calling from court .

                              I bought the MTS Mblaze data card on 5/06/2013 and got very bad speed .
                              I have decided to cancel the connection , so today (7/16/2013) i went to MTS India (Sistema Shyam Teleservices) bangalore salarpuria touch.
                              I have given the request for canceling the connection and wanted to return the device, but they said they will take the money but not give the money back for returning the device and they said they will accept the device in some terms and conditions and i asked what is that ? then they explained if customer wants to return the device then after purchasing within five- ten working days we need to report to customer care regards bad speed and usage should not be more than 500 MB.

                              I am not able to understand about this terms and conditions.

                              Now they just want the money for closing the connection .

                                I made the mistake of buying MTS post paid data card. I have submitted all the documents and MTS promised me activation in 24 hours. Its been more than 4 days and I am still not able to access the data card. Called MTS multiple times and they behaved in very unprofessionally and arrogantly. They simply refused to help me saying that I have not submitted the documents and I need to follow up with the reseller. Reseller saying he submitted the document and I need to check with MTS contact center. Later reseller stopped answering my phone. MTS charged me Rs1400 and now just refused to help me and they even refused to connect my phone to any senior or floor supervisor. This is nothing but a clear example of CHEATING.

                                  I am facing issue with MTS data card , 2 days ago I received a legal notice from mts to pay the bill which I have not used.
                                  Its like I had a MTS data card and which never worked good, I always have to submit complaints regarding that but they never resolve the issue.
                                  I have launched so many complaints for the issue , still they were not ready to fix this , and after few months I stopped paying the bill by saying that I am not going to pay in this condition. they de-activated the data card after 4-5 days. but still they were sending the bills of 1150 INR every month on my mailbox, I haven't replied them and they keep on sending the bill every month, don't know for what.
                                  I already have lost so much work because of the pathetic services provided by them, and now they want me to pay the bill for which I haven't used.
                                  They have used the section 403,405, 406 and 420 in the notice they send me.
                                  Please tell me what to do.

                                    My Father is using MTS Mobile number [protected] from past 4 years. It's CDMA mobile connection from MTS Service provider. He has submitted his ID proof to get this mobile connection. Now he got the message saying Registration failed. When we enquired it with Customer care they are telling this mobile number is registered to some other name.

                                    My question is how would it be possible to give same connection to some other name when still that number is up and running ? Since the mobile number is shared across our family and relations. Kindly requesting the MTS team to address this issue ASAP.

                                    My Father Name is Rangarayappa V, The Mobile Number [protected] which he has using from past 4 years. It is not working for a week now.

                                    Could somebody assist and look in to this issue.

Till now when I cut the call or make call end my amount deducted more 3-4 seconds always. I have 1/2 p/per call plan. Is this plan specially designed so that always afetr call end more amount cut down. Why we always pay for 4seconds call amount more.                                         I had purchased as data card and the card was used for one month and i was not satisfied with the performance. So i paid my bill to a Executive by Name Peter who cam and collected my bill after 15 days after i asked you to collect the bill. By that time my connection was cancelled and also. I had informed him that i am not interested to continue the connection with this tariff so i had asked him to cancel it and he informed he will call me from office but he did not. during this proceedings of change of my tariff or to prepaid my another bill got generated where i has already stopped using the connection. And i had got a call from billing department i also informed them to cancel the connection.

                                        This happened 3 months and no body was working on my request.

                                        Later i got a call from one of the team lead or manager from billing department (Shivkumar ) he asked me to send him mail and i sent which is the trial mail. Even after that i have not got any confirmation .

                                        But today i have received a Lawyer notice with ref no: CS/NOV1940 from Advocate Ranvir vats asking to contact Mr. BP singh. 91-[protected].

                                        I am okay to pay if there is any outstanding amount of my usage if there is any. And not the false billed amount where my connection was not active.

                                        Please let me know the revised amount and i will make the payment today only
