DEAR SIR, I PURCHASED MTS INTERNET DATA CARD BY PAYING INR.1975/- WHICH I COULD NOT USE AS THERE WAS SIGNAL ISSUE ,HENCE I CONTACTED MTS COMPANY FOR RECTIFICATION OF THE ISSUE WHICH THEY DID NOT LISTEN AT ALL AFTER SEVERAL MAILS AND MONTHS AFTER I GOT A BILL STATING THAT I HAVE TO PAY 2500/-(APPX) AS USAGE CHARGE.THEN I WROTE MAIL TO MTS AUTHORITIES IN ALL LEVEL INCLUDING CEO,BUT MY EFORT WERE FRUITLESS.THEN I GOT CALLS FROM MTS PERSONS STATING IF I AM PAYING THEN THEY WILL BE MOVING TO COURT AND THEN SUBSEQUENTLY ONE ADVOCATE NOTICE WAS SERVED TO ME FOLLOWED BY HARASSMENT CALLS OVER PHONE. I HAVE GOT ALL THE PROOFS OF MY COMMUNICATION, PLS TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUD ORGANISATION.

    I bought a MTS mobile no. [protected] 1month back. Recharged 150Rs one week back by easy recharge method. I didn't activate any value added services but the amount in my mobile got reduced by 60Rs. When I called the customer care regarding this problem. They said I had activated the value added service my self and since only one value added service was activated not before 24hours they will refund the amount for that only.(amount of 30Rs.).They Said the amount will be credited in my number within 10Hrs. And the complaint number is jun/2231. Within a few minutes after the phone call I received another message stating I activated another value added service and they have taken another 30Rs. Suddenly I called the customer care again. This time they didn't take my complaint. And keep on saying won't have any such problem in the future...

      CHEATED ME - sold me Mblaze and then closed down operations for Mblaze in my city


      I bought Mblaze as part of promotion MTS were running in one of the exhibitions. They sold me the USB device with one month subscription and this was prepaid.
      My connection got activated on 04-Jan-2013

      MTS was already aware that their operations will close down in my city and they sold their devices by making fool of customers and luring them with their offering.

      I contacted them on mail as follows (customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in , appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in , [protected]@mtsindia.in)
      28th Feb 13
      1st Mar 13 - they replied that I have to recharge every 6 months.

      14th Apr 13

      They replied on 15th March 13 with "Honorable Supreme Court cancelled 122 licenses including SSTL's Maharashtra licenses via judgment dated 2nd February 2012. Over the last one year, the uncertainties resulting from such cancellation have compelled us to conserve our resources and initiate the process to reduce our circle footprint.
      We shall close our services in Maharashtra Circle with effect from midnight of 10th April 2013 and your connection will be deactivated. Please exhaust your balance."

      21st Mar I get same response from appellate authority "Thank you for writing to MTS. With reference to your email we regret to inform you that 21 of SSTL’s licenses were cancelled by the Honorable Supreme Court of India in an order dated 2nd February ‘2012. Over the last one year, the uncertainties resulting from the cancellation has compelled the Company to conserve its resources and initiate the process to reduce its circle footprint. Company has decided to stop the services in Maharashtra circle. The last operational day would be 10th April 2013."

      AT THE TIME THEY SOLD ME THE DEVICE, THE CASE WAS ACTUALLY RUNNING IN COURT OF LAW AND THEY DIDN'T INFORM ME ABOUT IT. THEY WERE SURE THAT THERE LICENSE WILL BE CANCELLED, SO THEY FOOLED CUSTOMERS AND SOLD AS MANY DEVICES AS THEY CAN UNDER PROMOTION AND MADE MONEY OUT OF IT.


      I need immediate compensation for FRAUD BY THE COMPANY, cheating me, waste of my effort time and energy and also a written apology from MTS.

      sir i purchase mts mblaze ...companny saying speed up to 3.1 mbps but its speed is so slow approximately 40to 90 kbps...i contact to companny coustemer care many time approx 50 times in these time i lost 200 rupees in call to company ...i also take a two complain such as one is nov/93052 and another is dec/89047 ....in advertisement companny says buy a mblaze and gate reebok shoes .i am not found shoes ..two times i recharge of 248 rupees and these times comanny is cheated to me ..sir mts mblaze no is [protected] and my mobile no is [protected]//[protected]//[protected] email address is [protected]@gmail.com sir please help me

        I had purchased a mts data card on a postpaid connection,that time i was told that i could get it converted to prepaid whenever i wished,its been roughly
        two months ago that i called their customer care to change my connection type,they directly refused to provide any help,then i mailed them,in response to the mail they asked me to go to their retail outlets to again submit documents for conversion(even though i had already verified 3 times when i bought the connection and even had my email id given at that time),even then i went to their shop and there also everybody refused to change my connection type.i had to face so much of time wastage and problems because everytime time i went to their shops the shop would be closed and would open only after 1/2 hour or more and because of that i had to wait in outside in afternoon.i went to different shops atleast 5 times and was refused help everytime.Everytime i went i complained to them via mail and everytime they would ask me to go again.i was completely fed up of this and told them that i would go to consumer court,but instead of solving my problem they slapped last month's bill even while i had lodged a complaint for change of connection and didnt even used that for once in the month. Again i mailed them regarding these problems and instead of solving it they again told me to go the their retail outlet.I have wasted enough time and energy in all this nonsense and i simply want the connection to be closed and proper compensation to the problems i faced unnecessarily

        Dear Sir,

        I applied for a new passport in Passport office, Madurai on 24/Nov/08(in ordinary scheme). In the website the status saying that police report has not been received.But I completed the police enquiry on 30/Nov/08(sunday)itself.That police man told i will be send ur form tomorrow(25/Nov/08) and u will get ur passport with in 10 days.But more than 15 days to go, i never got my passport.
        Sir i have completed my engineering degree, so now i have a oppurtunity to go abroad, Due that delay i never go that.
        I want to know the status of application and the expected of date of delivery.

            I purchased MTS MBLAZE on 8 june 2013 with 10GB data. they offer me upto3.1mbps speed but till the first day i was not able to get speed more than 500kbps. i called customer care they asked me to uninstall my antivirus program i did. even i reinstall my window but the problem was same.
            they asked me to contact service centre but service centre was telling for 15 days. i have given this 10GB data for a month if i give this to service centre for 15 days i lost 20 days.
            i contacted team leader they also tried to make me fool. when i asked him to go consumer court they said koi fark ni padta company dekhegi hum to naukri kar rahe hai chale jao..
            was this a ood way to handle your customer????
            amazing but truth dont go for MTS while you have a lots of options.

            MTS — speed is too slow

            sir iam a mts customer that i want to tell that this mts is too slow when i calling to customer they would not respond

            MTS Mblaze — 3.1 Mbps is fake promise

            download on 30 to 50 kbps ! simply they are telling 3 mbps !!

              Hi Team,
              This is Jitendra Kumar Gupta here complaining against MTS BOARD BAND SERVICE PROVIDER .There modem is not working since March17 TH 2013, I have shown to their representative on location, Now all the time i ma getting over due bills from them and phone call regularly with threatening about court case for an amount of Rs. 582/-
              I have given them information on phone and personally visit to there office in KOTA, many times. I have registered my complaints. they were assuring us to replace or repair of the Modem .
              I am a seriously seek person and getting unrest call from MTS all the days.but they are not providing solution for the same. Even on 14th JUNE 13 also GET CALL FROM[protected] ABOUT THE COURT CASE FROM MTS SIDE.
              I m also not using this modem since 17th march, it is not functioning at all.

              You are requested to look my this issue seriously and EARLIEST.

              MTS — no working

              I bought an MTS MBlaze device (MDN:[protected]) on 30th APRIL, 2012 from M/S.TELIC INFOCOM,C-66,2nd floor,sec-9,noida-201301 , purchage in home delivery.Only mts mblaze delivered and mts bag no delivered.Starting mblaze is working but Date 6/05/2012 no working. I had complain but no response.I can complain consumer court.

                This MY MTS Data Card Internet Service Give Me an fake Internet which I Used in 999 Plan which is 10 GB and there is no Option to Find the data so far sued from my side using Internet connection log or by Balance Internet Which is SMS Mode..

                I Request to Help me by Provide Proper Service and since they are Totally Fraud..

                      HI,

                      I am Ranjeet Priyadarshi from bangalore.I am using MST datacard ([protected]) from two years.
                      I had recharged for RS 490 on 27th May.There was an offer that if I recharge for RS490 before 28th May,I will get 1GB extra after 72 hours.
                      But after 72 hours I did't get 1GB extra data.When I talked with customer care he told me that after 9 days you will 1 GB.But after 10 days still didn't get 1 GB extra.When I talked to customer care on 6th June he told that on 7th june you will sure get but didn't 1GB extra.
                      On 7th june I talked to customer care he told that 1GB data had been credited to your account . Again I checked my account that I didn't get 1 GB extra.Please help me get 1GB extra data.

                        Hi,

                        Today on 12.05.2014 i have received a call from Tis Hazari court that MTS has file a legal notice against me for non-payment of bill against usage of Net services.

                        That is very shocking for me because this is the first time i have received this kind of call because i have never been used any of the Service from MTS so why they have issued a notice against me.

                        As per law if you are going to issue any connection to any customer then home verification is mandatory and also customer has to sign a service form but i have never been approach to MTS for net services, So how they issued to services to me without verification home or phone.

                        I am not having any information regarding connection i just got number which has been registered in the name of me "Rahul Bharti" and that is [protected].

                        Even i have never received any call from any of the collection agency for non dues of bill and also i never received any bill or statement on my email id.

                        That is quite frustrating stuff by MTS and now i am going to Consumer Forum and also in TRAI to file a complaint again MTS because without verification how they will issue any connection to anyone and without check whether documents provided by the user is original or fake.

                          I have purchased MTS data card No. [protected] on march 2011 I have been regularly paying and using their services. i traveled to banglore and lost my data card Mblaze which was in my bag. I called the customer care to stop services and also asked them the payment amount. I was told that their service person will visit to collect amount which did not happen that month.

                          form then onwards MTS has been constantly calling and harassing me for bill amounts of 4041/- which is ridiculous, They are asking money for service which i requested to be stopped. Also asking money which is not even the actual bill was. i repeatedly told to send my actual bill to my email id which they did not do till now.

                          today i got a call from a so called advocate who shouted at his pitch of voice and told my case will be presented to the delhi court. his number is 91-[protected] , when i traced the number it is from madhya pradesh and he said he is advocate calling from Delhi court .

                          if i dont pay 4041 /- by 1 hour he will fiel a case against me and i will have to go to Delhi and pay court charges and also pay huge fine upto 25000/-

                          i want clarification when i did not receive nay notice form court how can they file case against me for the amount which is not even the service i had taken. please take of this notice. after this also i am harassed for payment need action as a citizen of India.

                            I have purchased MTS data card No. [protected] on march 2011 I have been regularly paying and using their services. i traveled to banglore and lost my data card Mblaze which was in my bag. I called the customer care to stop services and also asked them the payment amount. I was told that their service person will visit to collect amount which did not happen that month.

                            form then onwards MTS has been constantly calling and harassing me for bill amounts of 4041/- which is ridiculous, They are asking money for service which i requested to be stopped. Also asking money which is not even the actual bill was. i repeatedly told to send my actual bill to my email id which they did not do till now.

                            today i got a call from a so called advocate who shouted at his pitch of voice and told my case will be presented to the delhi court. his number is 91-[protected], when i traced the number it is from madhya pradesh and he said he is advocate calling from Delhi court .

                            if i dont pay 4041 /- by 1 hour he will fiel a case against me and i will have to go to Delhi and pay court charges and also pay huge fine upto 25000/-

                            i want clarification when i did not receive nay notice form court how can they file case against me for the amount which is not even the service i had taken. please take of this notice. after this also i am harassed for payment need action as a citizen of India.

                              Thanks for sending me notice and unexpected torcher. I wanted ask the clarification, You guys send me notice as i dint paid bill of rupees 1599. My question is did you noticed my complaints i made for not paying the bill. You send me notice, some one called me from delhi and asked me about the court case, and fine of rupees 36000 and all. I am a middle class person struggles for monthly income and i got notice from you as well as the person stated on phone that you need to come to delhi for case and if you loose the case you need to pay fine of rupees 36000. Is this the service you provides? Why dont you gone through the complaints i made. Also, you guys closed your services in Maharashtra, can you please tell me what i can do the data card device i am having. Can you pay me back for the device i am having. You are rich and you having capacity to raise court complaint and all. Rupees 1599 is nothing for you but its value for me. I wants to know can you pay me back for the device i paid to you. Where i can complaint against you for the device. I feel its a fraud, you sold your devices as well as you closed your services and you put court case against common people like me.

                              I paid the money coz i dont have much time as well as i dont have capacity to fight against you and also i can afford fine of 36000. Now my concern is what i can do with the datacard device i am having. Can you pay back to me for the same? I know now you will not reply to me.

                              iam an customer of relince, but bought a data card & new conection from your wab world but still the date conection not in working mode, iam call at your customer care severl time but all the advisor take me only complande nomber but not not take any action, iam very up seet from your service again call your wab world, he say yur adderes is not varifid so your coection is not start, then iam said to advisr what is donig me further, he say u go any wab world & again submit your address froff & all the eligable things iam going two time at your wab world & submit my froff but not even at the day my conection not start & bill genrate 45 ruppes my dat card no is [protected] pls take action .

                              my name is remya .im working in uk.in india we got BSNLnet cnnection.but we coudnt use the net properly because most of the time there is a connection problem.onces we r paying the money for the plan i think its ur responsibility to provide agood service to us.it i inform to the local office they dont wants to do any thing .or they wil do it when they are redy.the last few weeks there was no connection we hardly get it back on few days ago,now the same problem again.we r nearly fedup with using the bsnl most of the family change there connection alredy.so im wriring it for all the family whos work in abrod.so

                              My name is sarathy with past postpaid data card account.I have purchased MTS data card with promising of good speed, but after using for 10days i am not satisfied with the speed and i informed the customer care to stop my service anymore. i have mail copy also to corresponding with concern person to stop my service. After 5month i get the notice as i didn't paid the sum of Rs.1850/- with plus other charges.Kindly help me to Fix the issue.

I am in a problem.in the month of November I purchased a data card from wetlands that is mbalze - [protected].I used it for days aprx and I was suppose to get unlimited free usage for a month.on 20th or 21st I have that data card and I made a request to customer care to stop that one.I was informed that I have to purchase a new one. I called the agent to whom placed the order earlier.I paid again rs 1499 and took a new connection on behalf on my mother's name.suddently I got a bill in the month on Jan of rs 1572 which is of 2 months rental for which I did use as I did have the data card.on 7th of Feb I received an intimation letter of payment.this is really cheating with the postpaid customers.please please help me.mithun nath. contact no - [protected]/[protected]

                                  I subscribed a post paid broadband connection of MTS MBlaze last month. They offer a broadband speed of maximum 3.1mbps in the city. I didnt expect that speed but expected at least a 1mbps. But my connection speed is just 200-400kbps only! Is that a broadband? Why should I pay for broadband and get a 2G speed connection? Also paid 1100 Rs for the device too. I called their customer service many times but they couldn't fix the problem. If you plan for MTS broadband, please stay away from them.

                                  I am using M balze mobile internet service, which I purchased two weeks ago. Itr was tols that it is broadband and will be at high speed. But I am getting only 48 KBPS. It is much less than other service provider non broad band service which comes to 128 KBPS. Are they cheating the customer? How can I complaint to TRAI and get the refund for the same

I ordered the Disney children's books for my granddaughter. I paid with a check. The check was indorsed however I haven't received this purchase. This was approx 2 years ago.                                       I have disconnected a connection of MTS MBlaze of Mumbai location about a year back.
                                      Today on 16th may 2013, I received a call from “Anand Mishra” Claiming to be advocate for Delhi court.
                                      He informed me that MTS has filed a case against me for non bill payment of Rs1450/-.
                                      He asked me to come to Delhi court for non bill payment.
                                      Such calls are really a harassment for customers.
                                      All the customer care numbers, posted in MTS India website(www.mtsindia.in) are unavailable.
                                      None of the mails are being sent to the mail id’s posted on their web site.
                                      Kindly look into it.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      The same incident happened with me as with Nitin. 3 months back I purchase the MTS Mblaze Internet connection service but because of bad service, in next 4 days only, i requested for the disconnection of Internet service to customer care and also informed to the employee of MTS and confirmed with them.
                                      Yesterday I received the register note from delhi based advocate that I need to pay 1162 rs in next 8 days otherwise they will take a legal action.
                                      for proof i have emails which I sent to MTS regarding disconnection and MTS employee of pune is supporting me for this.

                                      Reuquest you to please look into this issue and guide me for the same.
                                      check this . i am also not able to understand the level of harrasment

                                        I had purchased a prepaid Mts dongle connection few years back just on the promise made the Mts representative that I would be getting a good speed of 3.1mbps and I bought the connection and after purchasing I was not at all satisfied with the service of the Mts and when I contacted the Mts customer care and then after constant requests made by me and then after two weeks the mts representative tells me that there is no proper network in my area and he puts some antena for good signal and still there is no change in the dongle signal. i never got a good speed at all and was never happy and i still got a speed of 50 Kbps and when contacted again I am not at all addressed properly from the MTS side I had to get rid of the connection and MTS SEND ME BILL STATEMENTS TO MY NUMBER FOR A PREPAID MTS CONNECTION AND I AM INFORMED AFTER A FEW DAYS THAT THE MTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE HAD ACTIVATED THE MTS POSTPAID CONNECTION BY CONING ME THAT IT WAS A PREPAID CONNECTION ACTIVATED IN MY NAME and after a few days there is no response from the representative mobile phone number to whom I had paid an advance of 2000rupees ON ASKING FOR A RECIEPT HE GIVES ME AN assurity of the MTS BY SHOWING HIS MTS id he had.now I keep getting harassment calls on my number [protected] saying i have an outstanding amount of 2251 (for a prepaid connection )from number saying we are from the high court (the number the [protected]) and I have the number which was used by your MTS representative [protected]. Is this what MTS IS FOR PROMISING CUSTOMERS A GOOD SERVICE AND CONING PEOPLE BY RENDERING SUCH A DISGUSTING SERVICE.if you are in the intention by doing this you can con people and extract money I will make sure that there are no other people go through what I have gone and I will approach the consumer forum and have a legal decision and I will post this on the consumer forum list so that this does not happen to any innocent Indian citizen like me and I will make sure that justice is done.i request a fast reply on the matter from your side.
