Hello,
My name is Akash Chandrakar and i had issued a MTS Broadband # [protected].
When i was issued the MTS data card, it was not activated for more than 2 weeks. Then later on after several calls to customer service, it got activated and then i found that the internet service was horrible. I was getting a speed of 2-3 kbps with frequent disconnection because of which i was unable to use the MTS datacard. I had complained to customer service several times and after 2 weeks they did send there technical people and after several attempts, they stated that there is no network coverage in my area due to which i am not receiving signals.
During this time i received a bill of Rs.491/- from MTS.

It was notified to the MTS customer team and they said that there is an issue with the data card and hence they would refund the whole amount and make it ZERO. I had stopped the service of MTS from that day onward.
After 2 months, am getting a mail from MTS that I have to pay a bill of Rs.2468.95/-. After January's bill, i didn't receive a single bill till March and suddenly at end of March, i receive a bill of Rs.2468.95/- without any details of the usage etc. Obviously the company cannot generate a bill because i didn't use it.

Today, am getting a call from an Advocate from Delhi High Court stating that MTS had filed against me. I would like to bring this into notice and file a complaint against MTS Broadband.
Would appreciate if Consumer Board takes appropriate action against MTS and penalize them for a fraudulent act and provide me justice and compensation.

    i was using mblaze dongle for some months due to some issues i could not use it for 5 months and now they say that the connection has been disconnected.the dongle which i was using is of no use and throw in dustbin.i contacted them they said to buy a new dongle for 2000. is this a game of sweeping money from customers. i strongly reject this acts and request you to do a act of justice.

    Your MTS only got disconnected, many o[censored]s have received threatening calls from someone claiming to be advocate in delhi, and notifying us that MTS has filled complained against us in court for non bill payment.

      Hi, i'm fed up with the mts ppl's response... firstly i sent the port message in febraury, i dint get my porting id. i keep on calling to customer care always same reply wait for 24 hrs... and then again after 1 and half month i sent the porting id again in mid of march finally after scolding so much got my porting id... but they used cal daily and harass me to stay in their network so they'l credit 0 rs currency.. i said no.. bt stil they cancelled my porting id.. and after tat i kept on calling on them same answer i got.. then again in april i sent again the port message.. bt stil same wait for 24 hrs readymade answers.. their supervisor NAHIM mislead me lyk tis.. and also after so many calls, finally they said tat port message can be sent once in 3 months.. please do the needful and send the port message as soon as posible([protected])

        Iam having MTS blaze prepaid dongle. From last 2 3 few months i have not used it because i heard news about MTS that Company is closing in few months. In this month i want to use net so i called MTS customer care. They told me it is working in delhi and NCR region and also work in roaming.

        I recharged my dongle with RS 249 but it is still not working. Then again i called customer care and they took 1 hour and at last told me to download some software. I downloaded it but still my problem exists.

        Customer care are too slow , they receive call in 1 hour.

        I want that they should solve my net connection problem immediately or refund my money.

          I bought a MTS MBlaze connection ([protected]) few months back. They promised a speed o[censored]pto 3.1Mbps. I thought atleast sometimes it will work at a speed of 3.1Mbps. it never even goes up 0.5Mbps. How can the government let the company makes so fraud commitments.

          Since last few days...it is not working at all and when I try to call the customer care..the call keeps getting disconnected.

          please help

          MTS Broadband/ MBlaze — MTS is a Big Fraud

          I took usb data card(MBlaze) from MTS India(One of the internet service provider in india), They gave me demo at my home with their data card which was working very good with good speed and without any interuption. After having such a good demo, I baught the data card and took thier services, But it never worked after i bought it and called their customer care 100 times and also droped too many mails, But they did never helped me. Finally they told me that their is new tower work is in progress at my location which will take 6 months, So i have to wait for 6 months. I dropped them a mail for returning my money back because i can not wait for 6 months. Its been a month but they have not taken any action, I am helpless here.
          mblaze is a cheating business. I also purchased that and got maximum 400kbps speed. I think I have to file a case against them in the consumer court for cheating. you can also do the same. Thanks.

            Hi,

            I got an MTS dongle([protected]) by early March. That did not work on my laptop even after infinite number of attempts. The company did not send any technical help to assist me in connecting. I complained but they paid no heed. They sent me a bill for the days until April 18th for INR695. After expressing my utter dissatisfaction with their services(my mail reached their appellate), I sought for an IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the postpaid connection.

            I had stated in my mail clearly that that was the last bill I would pay. But the company neither seem to have cancelled the connection nor offered any technical help meanwhile. It has just sent another bill via SMS for INR897 for the period until May 1st. I am frustrated with their attitude and crass unconcern to any business ethics. I request you to kindly intervene and help me.

              This is to Inform you all that MTS has one of the Worst customer care service, they deducting Amount from my Balance every Month. This has been Continuing for Past 3 Months. I have asked them to Unsubscribe that service but they didn't do it. I m informing this for 3 Months

              >> To add fuel to fire my mobile doesn't have FM but they are activating Big FM service to me.
              >> If we ask for Refund they say its not possible for us.

                I purchased a MTS Mblaze connection 10.10.2012 with a promise of 3.1 Mbps download speed and I paid them for 3 months in advance. After going through the service they give me the speed of 200-300 Kbps only. I complaint about this several times but they promised all the time that they are increasing and make fake promises all the time. At last they send their service engineer on 1.03.2013 and he confirm that I'm right. after quitting from there service they demand me another 2 months rent without adjusting any amount. Is any ISP can claim amount without giving service? Please let me know.

                  I took mts postpaid mblaze connection (mts no. [protected]) . The offer was if I pay rs 900 for data card I will have free one month service. But they even sent a bill for 5 days used in dec. By the way I paid bill for january and when I saw february bill they gave twice amout bill. I told to change the bill but they didn't.
                  March the connection was worst and numerous complaint didn't give any relief. In the end in april they disconnected my connection due to non payment of bill. I have the proofs of the complaints and took the screen shot of their speed I got at home. I will attach those complaints if it is required.
                  Today after such long time I got a call from [protected] and [protected] (in name of advocate Ranveer and Asst. Satveer) said to be from delhi court telling I have notice in my name. I didn't get any notice from them and they said I have to reach delhi tomorrow for damages for 35k. They said if I pay the bill of Rs 1396 they will withdraw the case.
                  The Rs 1396 was including for two months. Whereas I didn't use my net for a month. Accordingly they should be paid only Rs 864 (consider the above free one month offer and not counting the one month unused charges).
                  By the way I paid the money (transaction ID[protected], SBI Credit Card) and now I want to complaint against them for this harassment charges. I know that the number is not from delhi court. Please help me find the solution soon.
                  I want to know even if notice didn't reach me how can they ask me to reach delhi by tomorrow. If it is not from any court I want to take a strict action againt them.
                  Please see it as urgent complain to solve it.

                  SBI Credit Card — Cheating / Fraudulent charges

                  SBI Agent offered me a annual fee free credit card 3 years back. I made him strike out the portion talking about fees in the application form. Then to my surprise, annual fee was charged. I talked to their call center and thye lady informed me that it is not a free credit card. I asked her to cancel the card and in return, she waived the charge for the year. I still asked her to cancel my card as I don't want to pay annual fee from next year onwards. She said she needs to transfer me to some one else and the phone was put on hold/transfer mode (could hear music) for some time and then it got cut. I stopped using the card since then. Ever since I have send some 5 or 6 requests via email and mail to cancel the card. Still, they charge me annual fee and then montly interest on that and late fee for not paying. The amount has grown close to 20K now and I get calls from their reps time to time. I explain the things and the call stops. Today one "Arjun" calls from their B'lore collection office saying it is due now else he is going to call my employer, family etc. and 'screw up their happiness'. I just want to get this card cancelled!!!

                  this is srrinivas.I had SBI Credit card and outstanding balance is around 70000 rs.I could n't paid due to not having job.I got a lawyer letter from an Advocate, delhi saying that you need to pay total amount along with interest charges.When i spoke to SBI collection dept people, i told them that i will pay the amount in Sep 2008.they did n't accept it and repetedly calling on mobile.Fo r this lawyer notice what should i do??

                  Right now i dont have money to settle the amount but i will pay in sepetember.Please advise me what should i do????

                  SBI Credit Card — Fraudulent charges & Harassment

                  I was a SBI credit card holder which the Sales Executive litterally forced me to take with the guarantee that it would be a life-long free card with no annual charges. Within the first month o[censored]sage they charged me for an insurance that I never applied for.

                  After which I paid the amount that I had used the card for and then asked for the cancellation of the card. I was promised that the insurance charges would be revoked and the card would be canceled.

                  This was in January 2008.

                  Ever since, the card has neither been canceled and I have constantly been sent bills. Everytime I called the customer service people, they promised to close the card and the account which still has not been done. First I was told that the card has been canceled but the account has not been closed, which they said would be done but was never done.

                  Now they refuse to close my account and constantly harrass me to pay for a card which I do not even use.

                  Please register this as a serious complaint against SBI and do something about it.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had applied for an SBI Credit Card way back in 2002-03. SBI people claim to have sent me an SBI Credit Card but I never received it. I don't know who received it. I never used any SBI Credt Card but they charged me Rs. 700/- for not using the SBI Card.

                  This came to my knowledge when I recently applied for a car loan from SBI. Credit report shows Rs. 700/- against my SBI Credit Card A/c for no fault of mine. As a result SBI people have refused to provide me car loan which has shattered my and my family's dreams. These people claim to be with us ar every step but the fact is otherwise.

                  I am a Govet officer. My all credit ratings arebest, without any fault. Just for Rs. 700/- I am being denied car loan by SBI.

                  SBI Credit Cards, please guide me what to do so that before deadline of 31st May 09 for 10% car loan I may get the loan. We want to give business to SBI but its attitude is very indifferent, even for genuine people.

                  Even i have faced the scenario today, same people whom you mentioned above called me and threatened me of facing court cases and forced me to pay the amount which I'm not supposed to pay. Airtel is playing these kind of cheap tricks with its customers to collect the money, I hate Airtel, I will disconnect the 5 connections next week.
                  Yes the same number called me as well today. It is a definite fraud call. I tried to inquire from them, but i was kept on an endless hold. It is a fraud call.
                  Exactly same thing happened with me today. I googled the contact number and found this complaint.
                  I have cleared my payment and have no dues whatsoever atleast 14 months ago.
                  Now all of a sudden some mad guy calling and talking about the case.
                  Would like to know from Ramakrishna what he did afterwards and how it got resolved.

                  MTS — Data speed

                  I am using 999 10GB day 10GB night pack. After i consumed 10GB night data it stopped giving net speed in day time though i still have 5GB day data.

                    Today I got a call from Satveer Singhrana ([protected]) and he said I got a case in Delhi High Court and asked to call his senior for clarification, Mr Ranveer([protected]). When I called he said you have Rs.1399 bill payment left, which is another story. I asked for night plan and they gave day plan which was much more costly and fired up a bill of Rs.1399.

                    I think they are from MTS only and trying to scare me so that i pay up. Anyways, I am not going to pay and wait and see how far this goes. My email-id if any one of you want to contact me--- [protected]@gmail.com.

                      My MTS Data card number is [protected]. One month back, I had recharged my balance by Rs. 3600 that was an unlimited usage plan with a validity of 6 months. But, I am not being able to use the data card as the services of MTS have got terminated in Maharashtra since 10th April 2013. I tried calling their customer care numbers in Mumbai/Maharashtra , but all their numbers are non-functional. I called their Karnataka customer care number and was told that there is no way that they can give refund to their customers. I think this is absolute loot of Customer's money and complete non-professionalism on part of MTS India. They should never have let their customers recharge their balance if they had to close down their operations. And now if they have done so, then they should have made complete arrangements to refund their customer's money or provide alternate arrangements for them. I request all people facing similar issues to come together and take this matter forward so that we either get our refund or are provided with alternate arrangements. We should not let any Company take the people of our Country for granted in such a manner. Suggestions and opinions are highly welcome.

                      I am facing a similar situation. I am a andhra pradesh mts mblaze customer. I called the customer care of kerela to talk to them as the andhra pradesh number is deactivated. They told methat my data card is now rendered "dummy". When i asked for any refund on the data card, they said its not possible and for more infomtaion please walk into mts store in andhra pradesh. My request to raise the level of complaint was also turned down. As you said this is a loot, and a strict action must be taken against mts for such unprofessional behaviour.
                      Can you please update about the status of your complaint...all MTS stores in Maharashtra are closed...I think all stores in Andhra Pradesh will also be closed...so how should we take it further now??

                        Brief History
                        I R.MUKESH GOEL received several calls in month of March 2013 stating that the services of MTS is going to close and we have good offer and pl contact at our nearest branch.
                        Response to these call
                        First Instance
                        I approached on 12th march when was at Secundrabad I went u r branch near to west marridipally first he told it is not possible than he said if I go for unlimited plan then he will consider , for which I said I want unlimited plan local but not std. He said not possible then I returned.
                        2nd Instance
                        On 21st I went Gajuwaka branch they have offer 300 plan station Tata to Tata free and 600 local mints and I have accepted and then I submitted my proof for which they have refused saying bank a/c we will not accept u go to town branch and that u go on 23rd on the same day they will do job
                        3rd Instance
                        I went on 23rd morning and requested I want porting from MTS to Tata and the person refused stating we don’t accept prepaid then I said what ever it is I want my no to retain and I am ready for post paid and was asked Rs 500/- towards post paid deposit refundable at the time of retuning the sim and I paid and took the sim and assured by Monday morning or late early Thursday this card will be activated and accordingly I accepting thinking that matter is completed. When I called Mr. Vijay the person whom I paid he expressing some technically PROBLEM I did not understand. But till date my problem was not resolved.
                        All say we are for customers but every body is busy in sending pillar to post.Mahata Gandiji mistakenly said the customer is most important person but he should have said the companies are most important and they can play with customers
                        I once again request to solve the matter as it was connected with my bank a/c business and so on. My work got stand still. Had if Mr. Vijay expressed any doubt I would have change my cell no with the banker and resoled the matter then itself. Now I once again request to resolve the matter failing to do so I have no other alternative to approach all the dept concerned as . Consumer court

                          Sir,
                          I am a customer of MTS Data Card Service who has just upgraded my MTS normal data card to MTS 3G Data Card (Card No. [protected]) on 03/04/2013, under the recommendation of your Direct Sales Associate Mr.Dheeraj Rajput of Sistema Shyam TeleServcies Limited. Mr.Dheeraj was so desperate on his sales promotion that he did the entire task the very same day. On 05/04/2013, I received and sms on my mobile stating that I will receive a verification call and then after 24 hours my MTS 3G Data Card will be activated. Accordingly I received a verification call which I attended. But when I tried to use my MTS 3G Data Card on 16/04/2013, it didn’t worked at all. Instead, repeatedly it showed the message “The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed”. To escalate this matter I called your toll free number but it was of no use as every time it says at the end that “we are transferring your call to the service person” and then immediately the call ends up. Then I called Mr.Dheeraj Rajput on his cell no. [protected] but for the entire day he just fooled me saying “I am just coming”. The promptness which he showed during his sales promotion suddenly disappeared.

                          Till date I am not able to access my MTS 3G Data Card.

                          Data Card — extension of free use

                          i purchased a data card no. [protected] on[protected]. I used it for three days and it didn't work further due to mistakes made by reliance web world (RWW).beside many oral reminders, sms, visits, written applications, it took approx. twenty five days to remove the error.now i'm using it.But i want you to extend free use of my data card as given to me at the time of purchase. If you don't extend, it will be wrong legally as well as commercially from your side.Please grant me free use and inform me at earliest.

                            Myself Sanjay Jamnik and my complaint is regarding the MTS dongle money refunding or any other solution.
                            Detail:- I was purchased MTS dongle for net use and used it for long time but right now high court stop MTS services in Maharashtra circle area
                            so my complaint is regarding what to do with this dongle which is purchased for 1800 Rs and who will refund my money or any other solution like
                            mobile number portability but how to send and get the MNP code through the MTS premium dongle which is not provide facility of sending or recieving the message
                            so will you please resolve my issue as soon as possible

                              I bought MTS MBalze since 1 month ago. my no. is - [protected]..after 2-3 dayz my net speed went down which is now approx 30-40 kbps avg on 3.1 mbps plan.and my usage data is abt 10 GB.

                              I complained several times.last time complaint no.-C[protected]

                              DATE-11/04/2013

                              but nothing happened.they are least customer friendly company i have ever faced.plz do something.

                                i had purchased a mts mblaze data card but due to poor service i stopped using it. i got call from the customer care that they are deactivating my mblaze no. [protected] but its 06 months gone but they have not yet stopped sending sms to my mobile phone no. [protected]. my inbox is filled with their sms. my mobile is on dnd. i am not geeting proper response from the company
                                please help
                                i have got one sms regarding recharge offer for 90 days @ Rs.1499/- and get 33% extra i.e. 20GB in place of 15 GB for my MTS MBLAZE no.--[protected] at Asansol, WB and accordingly charged within the validity date yesterday 23rd Sept 2013 but till now i have got only 15 GB and thus losing 5GB which is against the ethics of business. Photograph of offer attached for ur reference and resolving the issues otherwise MTS is cheating by giving fake offer.

                                  After so many trials, I finally talked with the customer care and I came to know that MTS is shut down n Maharashtra.
                                  I have recently recharged my MTS data card with the amount rs 998 and the dongle too is new.
                                  I need my money to be refunded ASAP as I have paid MTS for its service till 23rd May and i also want the price of the dongle to be refunded. As it will be of no use from now.

                                      This is Praveen from Pune. I am MTS customer for the past 2 and half years. I bought my datacard from bangalore ITPL and then shifted to Pune 2 years ago. I am using MTS for 2 years now in Pune with broadband speed. But now I am facing problems, I am getting only 1x speed in Pune. So I contacted Bangalore customer care and they said supreme court has banned licenses in maharashtra. So what should I do now? I recharged on 21 March 2013 for 3 months for Rs. 2445 I ussually recharge with rs. 999 for a month but this time it was a good plan for Rs. 2445 so I recharged it and I got trapped. Now customer care is saying they will not give the money back and also there is no alternate way to get broadband speed in Pune. What is my mistake here. I got to know this today only, nobody informed me that services are going to be banned in maharashtra. MTS was knowing that I am in Pune as it reflects in their system but then also they never told me. So what I have done wrong ? Why should I suffer ? I cannot use 1x for my work. I believed in MTS and this is what I got in return. If somebody buys device from karnataka then that doesn't mean that they should be in karnataka for life time. But the customer care person was saying this is how it works. IS THERE ANY LOGIC IN THIS ??? HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND ??? THIS IS A FRAUD CASE AND I AM BEING CHEATED HERE.

                                      MTS MBLAZE PREMIUM DATA CARD — THE PLAN OF RS 999

                                      DEAR SIR/MADAM,

                                      I AM FACING PROBLEM IN CONNECTIVITY WITH MY MTS MBLAZE PREMIUM DATA CARD . I HAD RECHARGED FOR RS999/-, ON 24TH OF 0CT AND SURFED FOR 12 GB OF DATA THAEN AS PER PLAN MY SPEED SHOULD REDUCE TO 1X AND I AM SUPPOSED TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER 18 GB OF DATA BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE BECOZ AFTER SURFING FOR 12 GB MY CONNECTION LOST AND WHEN I REPORTED THE ISSUE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEN THERE IS NO ACTION BEEN TAKEN AND ON 12TH NOV 2010 MY CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM STARTED LAST ON THE FINAL DAY OF VALIDITY THAT IS ON 25TH NOV 2010. AND WEN I RECHARGED FOR ANOTHER 198 RS THEN IT WORKS ON 25 TH.
                                      SO I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT THAT AS MTS IS CLAIMING O[censored]NLIMITED DATA USAGE FOR 999/- BUT DID NOT COME UP TO THERE PROMISE AND I WANT MY 14 DAYS OF DATA BACK i.e. 18 GB OF BROWSING BACK FROM THEM

                                      MTS — M Blaze data card bad service

                                      I have purchase 2 Mblaze connection 1 month back. from an MTS Retail outlet in Delhi. Now since I am using it it is getting some problem in MAC OS, as well as connectivity problem in Bhubneshwar/kolkota/haowra , when purchased, it was committed by the same retail outlet that it will working perfectly in MAC OS as well in all above location. Now I have called 2 times and requested same retail outlet 2 times to check, but I am not getting appropriate reply from his side.

                                      Then I mailed 2- 3 times in MTS customer service , called 3-4 times, but not getting any response - neither positive nor negative.

                                      MTS Data Card — Broadband Speed is too little

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I already complain for speed related problem but MTS customer care do not take any action. MTS Team closed my complain without any information. i call to customer care many time regarding for that. But he said, speed is good so that i closed this complain i found speed.

                                      Below 10 days i found speed : 128 kbps
                                      and right now i found speed : 149 kbps and downloading speed is 5 to 12kbps.

                                      MTS promised and advertise that : 3.1 Mbps Speed but i can't never found this speed..

                                      So that please help me for that..

                                      i don't get speed well

                                      MTS — No service

                                      i am using M balze mobile 3.1 mbps internet service, which I purchased four days ago. Itr was tols that it is broadband and will be at high speed. But I am getting only 35 to 48 KBPS. It is much less than other service provider non broad band service which comes to 128 KBPS. Are they cheating the custome...company said 300 to 400 kbps download speed...
                                      I have similar rather worse speed and Cust Care doesnt realy Care to take Care of such issues, dont know what to do, this is only 2nd mnth with MTS and i think it was wastage of apx Rs. 3000/- adding to the agony and frustration while working online,

                                      I purchased an MTS datacard on 25th Dec, they had promised me high speed till 12 GB, But I'm really worried now that the speed is not up to the mark as promised, More over the speed varies or becomes very slow when I’m on the move. I think I've made a wrong choice. Or is there any way to get this better?

                                      SLOW SPEED WITH Mblaz ultra @ Rs. 999 per month plan

                                      I just bought the device 1 days back the speed I am getting is 400 kbps in the evening time. During sales, the sales man assured me minimum 2 MBPS in our area, though MTS is claiming that the speed can go up to 9.2 MBPS.

                                      They are giving me bills, telling lies on phone and mentally harrasing me by giving me warnings. Initially they gave me some offer and after one month they started asking me to proove that this offer was there

                                        My complaint is regarding to what to do with this device and who will pay me price of my mts device, so will you please take some action against my complaint as soon as possible and resolve my issue
