The resident of C 45 Kalkaji New Delhi 110019 are covering the entire setback of the premises and local thana police is not stopping them from carry on this unauthorised construction

written complaint was given to D.C Mcd central on 17/12/2013 and on 18/12/2013 officials visited the site and went away without taking any action against the unauthorised construction carried out at C 45 kalkaji

Please consider this as my official complaint against O-40 Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi - 110065 resident Subhash, He has illegaly encroached area front of his house and near east of kailash pullah for his commercial purpose (Dumping the building materials) which is causing lot of problem for resident to park their cars and even walk on the footpath. Also building material is causing serious health concerns. He has also illegaly instally mobile tower on his terrace in a residential area which also serious health concern to resident like us. Request you to please take immediate and strong actions.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of sheikh sarai phase-2. There are lot of street dogs ( around 15~20) in our colony . They used the bark and bite to the people those are passing through the way . due to construction of house no.M-385, guru harkishan nagar, paschim vihar, new delhi-110087, there is gathering of garbage, dirty water in service lane. Hence, there are too much mosquitoes. The sweeeper also comes one day in a week. But nobody care. Please check the service lane, you will find garbage there. There is chance to grow of dengue mosquitoes.

Hi, I would like to draw your attention towards the Do Menace that we are facing here in Krishi Apartments, D Block Vikas Puri, New Delhi - 110018 There are 4 to 5 stray dogs in the apartment that go around shadowing and scaring people all the time. There are children playing in the apartment park who are completely unsafe due to the Stray dogs in the apartment. We have tried to scare them away however they keep coming back. In order to avoid any of the residents to be attacked or bitten by the Dogs I would request you to please arrange for taking away these Dogs which have become a nuisance for all the members/residents. Sir, i am a 60 year old women living here in pandav nagar with my son and daughter in law, but from past 1 month i am suffering from the serious problem of noise pollution a bike repair shop named as (deep d-65 ground floor pandav nagar near mother dairy ) illegaly running his bike repai shop in my area, you can come any time to inspect this problem its seriously hazardous for my and all the peoples health who are living nearby Its my humble request for you to take strickt action against this illegal shops ( pls do not reveal my name as these people are very dangerous they can harm me ans as well my family members )

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your immediate notice that we are facing with the big problem of Stray Dogs in KG1 – Road Near Temple [Behind Kangra Niketan Gate] Vikas Puri, New Delhi 110018, their population has increased enormously. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of some houses. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. I have also got bitten by one of such dog on 19th November 2013 and going thru rabies vaccination. Also their loud and strange noises during the evening / night disturbs scares passer byes and children and it’s very difficult to cross this lane to buy grocery and any item from market. It has become a big challenge to cross this lane in evenings / nights due to such dogs who are not owned by anyone and even having belts in their necks. One of such dog sits most of the time opposite Dr Banerjee [Homeopathic] home in front of pink flats [Dog is yellow color and have belt in his neck but nobody owns him]. He is the one who has bitten me. Most of the maids who work in houses to earn their living also facing hard time to cross this lane. Request you to please take some immediate action to remove those dangerous dogs from this street .Please help us to get rid of this stray dog menace and take immediate action by sending MCD Dog Squad to catch them. I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which Jagriti Enclave, Delhi - 110092 areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities. During night they keep on barking, creating nu-sense in a residential area. There are couple of stray dogs living in the colony area being fed by residents and deliberately they have been tied aet tag, but are stray. They jump on the block evident either day or night causing scare and it's not fair to live in a society in fear. Please send a squad to catch them up and let live the residents in peace.

The, - MCD comissioner, Delhi, Subject: complaint regarding water logging. Respected sir/Madam, As an aggrieved and overharassed member of public . I wish to complaint against the wrong drainage system of the resident c-6/199 yamuna vihar. They cemented their own drain and now their own drained water is spreading in service lane everywhere. As a result mosquitos are breeding alot there and as dengue is spreading . Though the defaulters have been approached many times, they have not heed to any request. It is therefore, request that the officials should punished the flouters. I hope you will take necessary steps to control this drainage water as early as possible and take strict action against the flouters. I request you to kindly keep my identity as secret. Sir, I am a resident of Defence Enclave (Vikas Marg) and wish to bring to your notice the increasing menace of stray dogs. They have been frequently biting people without any provocation. I have been bitten twice. And as you know that the RABIES VIRUS is not something that should be dealt with lightly because it is lethal and capable of taking lives. Dear Sir,

We are the residents of ASHA PARK, NEAR JAIL ROAD, NEW DELHI-110018. Attached please find a photo of road. In this regards we submit as under:-

That some mischievous person has constructed pillars in the middle of the road, Lot of roads and violations have been blocked by erecting gates & pillars in between, Just to block vehicular traffic in front of their houses. This has been done in violation of traffic rules and is meant to encroach upon the entire road and govt. land for personal use with ulterior motive. This has caused many accidents in the vicinity but the authorities failed to remove it so far mentioned that some MCD functionaries are hand in glove with these persons and does not give any heed to the complaints and hence no action is taken. As the roads remain blocked throughout day and night, is not a clear violation of High court orders which states that the gates should remain open for 5.00 am to 12.00pm for public.


You are requested to verify the matter and take action in the matter to avoid accidents in future your kind indulgence is immediately required

Sir I would like to highlight the MCD Toll tax booth in Badarpur Border while coming from Faridabad The Booth is located in the lane and is just wide enough for a large truck to pass through at a given point of time. Yesterday, I met with an accident at the MCD Toll booth because a truck entering Delhi was suddenly stopped for toll, a car behind the truck had to apply sudden breaks but hit the back of the truck. I was behind the car on a 2 wheeler and hit the car due to the unexpected stoppage of the truck. I have injured myself. The Toll officers present there seemed un disturbed by the accident and said "Iss truck ko toll ke liye roka hai, aapko dhyaan se chalan chaiye". This is not the 1st time that such an incident has taken place. I would request your interference in this matter so that the vehicles that have to pay MCD Toll Tax are alerted well in advance or a boom barrier be set up for the collection of the tax. This will avoid many accidents and traffic snarls that the toll booth, which is placed in a very narrow road, creates

dear sir/madam i am a resident of Sec 6 pocket d-8 Rohini delhi working in attached office of delhi high court but since last two months we all resident of pocket d8 facing problem of street dogs near by delhi jal board/D8. they barks all the time and they started biting the people. we all the resident are fearing to walk or going outside the houses. Due to above said reason I could not concentrate on work. You are therefore requested to take action at earliest.

This building is approved from MCD, but later on the builder of this building has sold the roof to other person . He constructed two rooms on the roof, which later on demolished by MCD and it happened twice. In 2012, again this roof was sold to a person and he has constructed 3 rooms on it. And this person keeps telling to the whole area that this time MCD cannot demolished it, since he has bribed JEs, Chief Engineer and Dy commissioner as well properly. Sir, This building is not designed for carrying extra load and this illegal construction may bring the danger to the life of residents of this building as well as neighbors. As you know Delhi has seen some building collapsed cases in recent past . So please look into the matter as life of several people in danger. There is stagnant water body just behind Rakshakunj Society where cows and buffaloes can be seen dipping in water.
There is also dampness in the Rakshakunj Society premises which is also helps in breeding of mosquitoes.

Fogging needs to be done within Society and just outside the boundary wall on the back side of the Society.

A few days back atleast three cases of dengue were reported from Rakshakunj.
The facts could be verified by deputing MCD officials to Rakshakunj any time .Will MCD wake up now to take corrective action .

It is not understood why MCD has started this online complaint filing when there is no responsible person who goes through the complaints They do not even bother to read it.

I happen to speak to OSD of DHS on his mobile number last Sunday ( 20.10.2013) .When he was asked when he would take action for fogging in around Rakshakunj Paschim Vihar where dengue mosquitoes are definitely breeding, his immediate reply was that it was the duty of MCD.

On further persisting with him when he was intimated that it was his phone number given on the web site of Delhi Health Service that he relented but even then he said that he would take action on the following Monday( 21.10.2013) .He also intimated that the person going through the e-mails is someone else and he does not go through the e-mail himself.

So far no action has been taken by MCD/DHS to carry out fogging within Rakshakunj Paschim Vihar. It is not understood why DHS/MCD is bearing the burden of such irresponsible officials who have no feel for the health and safety of residents of Delhi.

My request is that besides attending to the immediate fogging of the Rakshakunj Paschim Vihar and behind it, please sensitize your officials holding responsible position at higher echelons.

My earlier online complaints were filed on 5.10.2013 and and on 12.10.2013( Complaint no.GRV/WSZ/2013/00154 )


Kindly take action and acknowledge that my complaint has been read by MCD's responsible officials.

Respected Sir/Mam I live in A-45/46 Gandhi Vihar, Near Mukher Ji Nagar, Delhi- 110009. I regret to say that here are no park or play ground for playing children's . My house outside is huge traffic or public passing road. Every evening children's are so sad for nothing for play outside like park or play ground. I am so worried about that, I am humble request to you plz take some action for open park or play ground for playing for children's like some swings, sea saw, some bench's, fountains, etc.as possible .
