Good morning sir I need to file about complaint for kulu center . Center Id : ML0491S02C0047 this center Ro name : Mathesh he collected money for each coustomer but he did not give bill .I will ask several time for bill but he did notgiven any bill and i also ask bill for manager of Thiruvaiyaru branch . Manager also did not take any action and he didn't give bill . Lot of problems come in center .RO collects money from coustomer .Manger make call to same customer for pay loan emi . Plz take immediate action. Past 1 year he didn't give bill .If your loan card instructions bill not given you should not pay the money . But your RO not given any bill plz take immediate action

Dear sir,

Regarding conversation with rajeesh on 18/09/2021, he told to pay 2761 then we can waiver the additional balance amount as per the format given by the him, but unfortunately today another one in palakkad Mr. Gireesh from legal department palakkad told to come directly to the bank for noc collecting also it's your duty to collect all the documents only less amount to close given as example by him that if you have an accident you will emergency went to hospital like that it's your responsibility to come to the office directly and close the full amount, he use bad languages, if you want to waiver the amount I can only help, other wise you go to legally with out any hesitation . It's create me very disappointed, unhappy, mentally harassment in my working atmosphere.

This is my second loan in your bank, check my previous loan details and present loan details with your bank, because of my salary account change I told to change it but not changed so that I need to pay additional bounce charge and double interest with covid 19 situation moratorium taken, additionly three months extra premium and interest taken, all this payment closed even if Mr. Gireesh create mentally and physically threatened, my closing date December.

Any emi or additional payment pending to the customer we can get any reminder or message, email, letter, followup from the branch, not even any legal action didn't get it from the branch, i called several times even to get my details, after that two months over, while asking my noc the approach to the customer is very bad, I trust the muthoot but now I can understand that not even single reminder to the customer about his loan details, l never suggest your loan again in future to me and my colleagues. Worst experience from your bank due to this situation.

    Hi Team,

    I have an issue with the interest charged when the payment got delayed by only 1 day. I would request to reverse the charges as soon as possible. Due to some financial reason I could not make the payment for 1 month and in 2nd month I was trying to make the payment but it was showing an error and that day crossed and I was not aware that due date is being counted on the basis of no. of days in the month and hence due date and high penalty imposed so please reverse these charges and I will pay the valid interest for two months which was showing on due date.

      Muthoot staff give wrong information every time & charge Extra amount on EMI. When we talk to staff all time give different statement & misbehave with me.

        I (Aparna Imran) am the customer of muthooth finance branch titagarh, I have take a gold loan of Rs 1 lakh 9 thousand my loan no 03316mul9320 firstly he at the time of loan he told me the 1 Rs rate of intrest and he told mein Rs 1373 intrest you have to pay every month after that I have just asked him to increase 30 thousand amount that is total 1 lakh 38 thousand instead of 1 lakh 9 thousand he have done but without and rate of intrest information and after with increamnent of 30 thousand the intrest become Rs 2535 because now for the 30 thousand increamnent of loan he change the rate of intrest saying now it became Rs 1.83 instead of Rs 1. And this information is not given by muthooth employee he hide this and told me after my enquiry.
        employee in titagarh branch he is totally making fools and wrong direction of company policy not clear to the customer and even you can say for his growth making fraud to customer and using company policy.
        Kindly escalate and solve the matter and I absolutely go through RBI ombudsman for nbfc this behaviours towards customer.

          I was allotted 100 ncds of rs 1000 each of muthoot finance in the year 2016 through sbicapsec online. The ncds are matured and due for refund on 12 thmay 2021. But sofar I did not get the amount. I wrote several mails to the company. Also tried to contact over phone. But they are not responding.

            My name is siva, have a gold loan in Muthoot. I visited branch to repay whole loan amount and collect my gold back. The employee were forced me to pay only cash. Since I have amount in bank, I could not. After some discussion asked me to pay via app then I paid. But my gold was not given and I was waiting for hours. Saying transaction is under process. How these customer against firms are operating with out any fear of legal obligations and customer rights. Please consider, this was given me lot of mental stress on me.

                        Dear Team,
                        I have received the top-up facility on my existing gold loan today but by mistake i have selected wrong scheme which is highest scheme and now the interest rate is very high . please help to cancel the scheme and help to go back on previous scheme. i did contact the branch but i was suggested to pay interest charges and processing fee which is very high for a day. i have attached the document for consideration.
                        I am an old customer of Muthoot, please ignore my mistake, interest charges.

                                Hello Team,

                                It is really disappointing that I walk into for the service to the Chansandra Branch (Uttrahalli main Road) Bangalore.. The so called manager - Kashinath behaves rudely with the least level of respect and courtesy that could be shown to the customer. I don't understand why the hell I have to walk into the initial opened branch to transfer money via IME during the Covid situation.

                                I really want someone to take a disciplinary action or at least hire with some ground level of education and manners.
