How come he has authority to seize my vehicle... He spoke rudely with my mom as well... This video i ll upload in social media let this go viral.. My name is sapna chavan i have account in bank of india kalamboli branch done my online transaction through bhim app to muthoot fincorp ltd kalamboli branch on 6/6/2019 my amount got deducted from my account. I have sent my all proof like bank statement bhim transaction screenshot and mail came from bhim app. But muthoot fincorp ltd is saying it has not yet come and not ready to give my amount refund.

This is abhi narayan mishra, my brother name is narahari mishra is unemployed and cultivator, one of your agent had called and said to loan disbursment of 2 lack and asked to deposit 3000 thousand as processing fee and he deposited it respectively. Again agent had called and asked to deposit rs 10256.00 for paper works and he did it. After few days later he said your loan is ready and we are going to deposit in your account but you should deposit rs 10000.00 for three monts e. M. I.
He deposited total rs.23356.00 on the account sbi bank dendra kumar sahu. A/c no [protected] ifsc code sbin0050324.
Hence deposit above amount again asked to deposit rs 10000.00 agent service charge. But my brother ignored to deposit it amount and as of now contact less.

Sir i am gagandeep from gurdaspur punjab. I am existing customer of your company. I was doing gold loan amount one lakh. Thereafter i was paid amount fifty thousand. Pending amount was fifty thousand. But your branch had loan amount for fifty thousand seventy rupee. I said that ur branch head i will pay seventy rupee but they cant. They told me we had rate of interest for ur settle for one percent. Till time complete three months they can't inform they can't pick the phone. So kindly do strictly action for this complaint.

I applied for businessloan..and they verifed and said that they wl give approval and they wont give the complete answer before 10 days they ignored.. And spoke unnessecerily.. I complained in zonal office about that no answer for them too
And today i went to realease my jewel on tat tym i asked about this loan and AM said that we wont give u loan give approval is our choice and dont come here He said

Applied for muthoot careers (Reference hr08877). After investing 2 lakhs and receiving confirmation and signing bond papers. They advised me to pay security amount for opening my salary account,
Hence i demanded cancellation and refund of two lakhs, unfortunately muthoot is asking 40000 as gst just to cancel and refund. This is fraud.

Today i called to silvassa branch on 9.10am and i have called recording as evidence. They said loan can closed after 11am. Is this rule in written by muthoot? Or unnecessary harding customer. As well as you silvassa branch head behavior is not good. I camplained on tweeter as well as consumer form regarding this. If your branch open on 9.00am than why loan close start after 11am. Please understand your employ, people are paying interest than they are getting salary to please sever service harassment less.

आपकी फाईनैंस कम्पनी से मेरा एक लोन नं0 4087 mul-3247 चल रहा था जो आज दिनांक 19/10/19 को मैं आपकी नारायणगढ़ ब्रांच में अपने लोन का ब्याज देने वा कुछ रकम वापिस करके अपने गोल्ड से कुछ गहने लेने गया था। जहां पर आपके कर्मचारी जिसने अपना नाम हिमांशु बताया ने मेरे साथ बदतमीजी से बात की और मुझे कहा कि अभी रकम भरने के बाद भी आपको आपके गहने नहीं मिलेंगे, इसके लिए आपको अगले सप्ताह आना होगा क्योंकि हमारा सर्वर डाउन है।और वह ऐसे व्यवहार कर रहा था जैसे इस कम्पनी का मालिक वह ही है और उसने ही मुझे अपने पास से रकम दी हुई है। लेकिन दुसरे कर्मचारी ने मेरा काम कर दिया क्योंकि वहां सर्वर डाउन जैसी कोई समस्या नहीं थी हिमांशु ने मुझे झुठ बोलकर गलत जानकारी दी।
इस कार्य से आपकी कम्पनी की छवि को नुक्सान है क्योंकि आपको पता है कि मार्किट में icici finance के जैसे अन्य कम्पनियां भी समान ब्याज दर पर गोल्ड लोन दे रही है।
अतः सुधार की जरूरत है।

Worst experience by taking a gold loan from muthoot finance. I pledged my 6 gram of chain. The gold i had kelp was hallmarked png 9.16 (22 carats) costing near about 19000. First of all muthoot (Kothrud branch) gave me only 10000 on this gold, which was quite less. Second…while processing the loan they said that you will be charged 1.83 % per month rate of interest but at the time of payment they actually charged 2.25 % and started arguing me that you need to check the document. Most important - thay taken out some part of my gold chain and replaced that part with with pital. Feeling extremely cheated.

I applied muthoot hospi cash insurance in muthoot finance, chinnamanur branch on 13th december 2018. After 5 month i had accident and i admitted to hospital undergone surgery on 25th june 2019. So i applied for claiming my insurance amount. I provided document (Aadhar, letter from hospital, my bill amount, bank passbook, cancelled cheque leaf). But they didn't claim my amount. Every time i went to that office they said some irresponsible answer. So please claim my insurance amount.

I have a gold loan ac no 00888/mol/000458 at pune-s. V. Chowk branch. My name is rajeev m bhatkar. Today in 30/09/2019 i went to pay my gold loan full payment for my outstanding loan at s. V. Chowk brance i was told our server is down and audit is going so kindly come after 5 days i asked them i will be charged with interest rate for 5 days then?? They said we cant help you.. So this is a unprofessional business done by them now i have to pay the interest.. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful i'm going to update this on social media.. Because while giving loan they behave nice but for clearing they dont support or help..?? My request to you plz look into the matter and do the needful thankyou

I have a gold loan at nalhati branch. The interest the are charging is 26% anually. When current rate of interest is 1% per month. I had renew my loan on 2nd september 2019. So the interest rate should have 1 % pm. I am looking for making the full payment and take my gold back. I had a word with the branch and they stated they can't give it now before 10th october as audit is going on at their branch. Please arrange something to get my gold back as soon as possible. This is really frustrating service you are giving to customer. They don't event take money in cash in front of security camera.

I used iMuthoot app to pay the money for the gold loan that i have (0277/MSL/19531).

The transaction went through, but at the end its said transaction failed and money also got deducted from the account.

Kindly check and reverse the amount or credit the amount to the loan account.

This is really frustrating. I have attached the receipt.

I naushad alam husband of bilkish bano want inform u that my wife has taken a gold loan from your muthoot, molarband branch badarpur newdelhi 110044. The loan no is f26611 the amount was sanctioned rs.19627.00
Due to address and financial issues we were unable to get back our gold. One day we went to your muthoot branch to get information the told that your gold loan have been aucted u will get your extra money after auction gold as a cheque. We had given our mobile no. But no any call came. The auction has done in march, 2019. Today is 8/9/2019. Till now i have not rcvd my cheque. We went to muthoot office to know about cheque then they gave one postal no rl[protected]in and told that go to post office and check that where is your cheque. I went to post office to know the status they told that we don't have any record. Now i don't want to go anywhere. I need my cheque with penalty interest. Because i have paid also so many times the penalty interest to muthoot. For 15 days i have paid 3000.00rs extra as a penal interest.5 months have been passed, now muthoot ask with post office that where is my cheque because u will have that receipt which would be given by post office. Please short out this issue as soon as possible and revert me.

When i took loans branch manager told me to deposit 1 day before due date & now i came to know 30 day's cycle of interest . So it was total misleading by them .

Another thing i always pay through muthoot webpay instead of by visiting branch . Now they were suggesting it could be waived off if i visited in branch before paying even after 2-3 days later ... but now you paid nothing can be done which is i think not fair .

I agree needy person can not do much with these kind of issues But if you can check my account & the thing of misleading by your branch my extra charged interest should be waived off may be with condition of first & last time as i was not well informed by your staff & i have not the habbit to delay things which can be finish today .

Looking positive with a positive approach towards my issue .

I called my superior head to update my exit date and reason as well but now i'm not able to withdraw my pf amount due to date of exit and reason is not mentioned. Please kindly help me out with my pf as soon as possible and it will be helpful for my treatment.

Helo sir i have taken a gold loan from kaushambi gzb branch and i paid all interests on time from last 5 months due to some health reasons i deposited the interest of this months 5 6 days later. And the branch manager asked me to deposit 50% extra amount what is 7800 per month but he ask me to deposit 14000. Is this the behaviour of muthoot towards a costumer.

My name is mary irgulala customer of muthoot fincrop.i mortgage gold at 50000 n interest was 1.5.so i paid til jun 7 by online 1696 since 15 april to 7 june its was 53 day den i paid interest while renewal at rs 996 rs for 29 days.bt it should b 720 rs.i asked to staff they said online didnt consider correct ammount dats why they tok nw.even same ammount 50000 by d renew they 1.8.and it wasnt since.the slot is 1-30=18%, 31-60=21%, bt they wasnt listen.they said 61 how it come. i am really disappointed with goldloan. when i said to make complaint for these they said not possible by the renewal tym it wil b closed old account pledge no.isF455 and CIN No.U65929KL1997PLCO11518
