In paramathi velur branch muthoot finance workers are cheated people those who are already paid their weekly dues perfectly. It has completed on december last week 2018. But now after a six month muthoot finance company workers asked people to pay again. What the hell is this that company workers should get punishment. Please help us. Actually we got loan from muthoot finance on 2017 it has ended on 2018 december. We paid weekly dues on every wednesday correctly. But last month june they had come to our house and threaten people that we are not paid the installment of loan money more than 5000 how it is possible sir after six month they asked us to pay again. We are very disappointed about this incident we are poor so that only we get loans from these kind of companies to full fill our life. But this activity hurt us a lot. What can i do i don't know sir. How can i help them. If we go and complaint against them we need money for processing but we have no money sir. How can we solve this matter without paying again.

    My gold loan with branch code 03175 mbl 2245 (Prashantangar vanasthalipuram) hyderabad - i have paid interest amount rs. 1110/- through web pay today i. E. On[protected] through idbi bank netbanking payment transaction = ipay/eshp/techpsl/[protected]/l64537_muthoot. After successful transaction at idbi netbanking suddenly the page is blanked and i have not received the muthoot finance receipt but my idbi account is debited.

    Please look into the matter and confirm the credit.
    My mom pledge gold and took loan of 4 lacs and while enquiring they told us that, we can relase the gold partially, but never spoke of the amount that we have to pay for each partial released, they have been targeting us, us in such a manner that, the branch people asking to pay two days early than the due date and if I contact they don't respond

        He is found regularly from 10:30 am to 02:30 pm at vennacodu aups school, kavannur after he logs in to his office. At office they create an impression that he is at work, he is at the above mentioned school, since he is one among the management members.

        As responsible citizens we are gonna catch him red handed and expose him on social media. With due respect for your firm, i request you to take necessary actions, check his daily attendance, cctv footage from the school and office.

        We have already made a detailed inquiry and collected enough proof, photos and videos to prove our complaint. Pls do the needy asap.

I got a job in your organization I am very happy and my family also but suddenly I got a news from HR sorry your not selected because your graduation is not in regular so we cant take that type of candidates, we only take the graduation in regulars only.
            I am so disapointed with that news.
            I requesting the muthootgroup please accept the people who complete their graduations through distance education mode, because there is a strong reasons behind that why they done in distance education..
            I am also had a strong reason why I am completed my graduation in distance education mode.. My father was expired when I was complete my Intermediate..I hope you understand the problem what i have mentioned..

                I have paid interest payment againt a gold loan throught imuthoot app. But interest payment did not reflected in the account. When approach one of your branch, they said it is not the correct head. I dont understand, why they are said like this. It is the correct loan account, i can see all the details in the app. In bank statement it is correctly mentioned that payment is against muthoot finance. I nee my cash bank as soon as possible. We paid the same interest with extra late fee in the branch also, so I need the interest back which i have paid through interenet banking.

                My loan no 17064109. I have close the loan and i need the closure statemtent.
                The loan i have closed on june 5th 2019 and i didnt get the closure letter.

                        I have taken a gold loan from muthoot finance, they told me i[censored] that under 50000/- loan will provide u 1% int. So. I have take schemc. My due date was 27 april and i paid on 29 may. Thay charge me double the amt. About 1.7% per month. When i asked them y, they said i[censored] don't pay on same day then ur%will charge for whole month. When i said u haven't told me this at the time of taking the loan that ur% will change i[censored] don't pay before due date. They told me it is written on the paper. I just want to say it is misleading to the client, at the time of taking the loan they should give each and evry details porperly. Very reducules... Stop giving add of 1 % int. Stop making fool to the people.

                          The sales executive of your company done a fraud. His putting 6 extra emi s to my two wheeler, when i am signing on documents he told i am putted 12 emis only. After 12 months completed i am getting message alerts and phone calls from muthoot fincorp that time only i know about 6 extra emis.
                          Now his phone not ringing and left his from living address. And i am went to my nearest branch of muthoot fincorp ltd at they are telling we don't have any responsibility about that fraud you have pay remaining emis. So please raise complaint about this fraud.

                            I am following up your customer care people from past two months, but no correct response from any one of them...My loan account number is F13170
                            which has been closed due to your bad services amount paid 3620 on 4th feb 2019 10.29am my first complaint number is GL[protected] which has been closed without resolving. your customer care people told that they have sent the voucher to branch people but branch persons says that they have not received any voucher... till date no one is bothered to solve my issue.. i have made the payment thru paytm. paytm has confirmed that they have given the payment to merchant and the order id is [protected] reference number :26017172
                            this is riduculous noone is bothered to clear my payment...

                              I have taken the gold loan on 20/09/2018 vide no. Mws-561 of rs. 94, 500/- from your tinsukia branch. Whereas, i have finalised my balance due on 06/05/2019 and take possession of my ornament. While taking it i found that my necklace and ear rings were defect which was fully noticeable when i have pledge them my ornaments were in good condition and looks glazed (I do have the photo of my ornaments before and after in the branch desk). I along with my husband immediately raise issue to the manager at the branch desk. The manager was clueless and tell us that he is newly posted in the branch. Then we have given a written complaint to him. He then tell us that he will discuss the issue with his senior within few days. Yesterday 15/05/2019 i asked about the issue with the manager. He tells me that his senior official didn't give any solution.
                              So i request to kindly rectify the defects as early as possible. If you send me the link where i can attach my ornaments photo. I will send them. And keep the faith of customers. Otherwise i will bound to post the photos in social media, print media and national news channel and to your competitors about your service. And will also complan to his excellency president of india and governor of rbi.

                                I have received cheque of axis bank bearing no.190856 dated 04/05/2019 from mutthot fincorp for amount of rs. 1, 00, 000/- which i have submittd to sbi branch khamgaon. However the cheque has not been cleared and bounced. Which resulted to penalty of rs. 1, 77/- to me. Accordingly i have visited branch of muthoot fincorp at khamgaon where the manager advised me to again submit the same cheque on 08/05/2019 accordingly i have submitted the same cheque as advised by the manager of muthoot fincorp brach khamgaon. But again checque was not cleared & bounced and i was again penalized for rs. 177/-.
                                As i was not responsible for the bouncing of cheque inspite of i was penalised it was the sole responsibility of muthoot fincorp in case of bouncing of cheque. It is therefore, i request to please give me justice being harassed for rs. 354/- for financially & mentally.

                                  Hello sir this pandiyan p [protected].[protected] i was apply 25 lakhs home loan feb 2 nd week in villuppuram branch. They are came and verified my home and documents. Kyc. It paper last 3 years. Then they are verified my business in chennai. Including my working site chennai airport. Metro station. Zoological park... After that we have march ending we need some more time told by area manager mr. Munusamy at tambaram. After one month he says we give only 15 lakhs. Because this is my limit i[censored] want more than that your file be rejected by our ceo. I said i need 25 lakhs otherwiise give my files. He said wait i will try. After 0ne week i call him he is in another call by one hour. Then he call me and he spoke to me do u have manners are u educated... Like rubbish this is way speech u company manager. Then i had loose my control. This is the experience from muthoot. They take 3 months and response of manager like this... Very worst... Experience for me
                                  I paid interest online through muthoot app today morning but its not showing the transaction while my money has been deducted from my account . I used debit card option for payment. the amount paid is 617 rs. plz check and refund it back as soon as possible.

                                        This is to inform you that i have recd allotment of 200 bonds amounting rs 200000/- as my folio no is [protected] in dmat mode.
                                        But unfortunately my address is changed and my bank details is not updated at the time of maturity so we mailed to your registrar and they mailed us to update your bank details so that they can me send my maturity amount. I send my updated master copy of my dmat account and send it to register post on 3rd april 2019 and they have recd on 10th of april as per their information.
                                        Now my complaint is that they have not sending my maturity amt even after 25 days are gone after they recd my documents and today they told me that it will take another 15 days to complete.
                                        Sir why this happening, is that your company not having enough fund to pay me. Take immediate action and give me my matirity amt.
