    I got my bike serviced at your service centre muthoot motors cochin kerala vide invoice kl[protected] dt 6/12/2018.in spite of my request they failed to adjust front brekewhich is highly dangerous for riding. They say spare part kit mcb i. E. Front brake fluid reservoir is out of stock. What should i do for this? Will you pl arrange the said spare to the service center on a top priority for me.       My brother nagender chaudhary s/o sh. Nasib singh when lived in delhi they took a gold loan from paschim vihar new delhi branch. He took on that time a amount near about 2 lakh. I thank below than 2 lakh and in the avage of this amount he had gave jewelleries those amount on that time approximately 3 lakh 50000. Aftr that he lived on another place resides delhi in 2014. He got died in 11th june 2016. Its a huge tragedey for us and we forgot the jewellery. But when his wife rememberd that her jewellery in muthoot finance company paschim vihar as a surety. Now we demand that our jewellery give to us or how could we take this. Tell us about all steps related to this matter.

        My scheme is mkv elite gold1 (12 months) scheme code vmkv[protected] which on the name of nidhi khanna. I paid my full maturity amount i. E. Rs. 24000/-. When i went to redeem it as gold coin the executive given me gold coin & bill of it. There is a discrepancies in the bill. As per bill i will get 1000 rs which will be paid last month half of it from your side and 1000 rs which is extra paid by me. As well as they show rs. 840 discount. It should be 1000rs which i had paid extra 1000rs and you deduction it which is not acceptable. They told me they deduct i. E.[protected] amount it as i paid online instalment as when i paid online amount i charged me extra as online payment. So kindly reimburse my amount. Else i will do strictly action of it already it taken so much time. And i had all proof of it records. Kindly do not harres me so that i will take any action. As per rule i can case the file on the company to cheat the customer. You can also check how many times i call it centre (Vishwa nagar) and higher end (Ms. Palak). If you are not able to trace the call then contact me i had all the records.

          One of your agent have came here to collect money i never refuse to give money
          Im calling ur office in ballari from last 10days to come and collect money becz of some reson im not able to go and pay
          That person is coming here and speaking v. Irrespectively to me
          I'm ready to pay money then who the hell is he to speak like that to me
          He is not paying 1rupee also with his pocket then y this type of cheep behavior
          Just i asked him to get noc how much penanlty i have to pay he is telling go office and ask
          He cant give me that much information becz of this reason he spoke v. Loudly to me
          Where there is no need
          Please take a serious action regarding he cant disrespect the women lik this
          Till you take a strict action i wont pay the last emi..

            I was loan get from muthoot in kalugumalai branch from 05/04/2016. I paid all due amounts till last due.. My loan closed by last due at june 2018.
            But not return my rc book, noc..
            I am go to this branch for many times and not responding the manager about my rc book. Kalugumalai muthoot cheat me by staffs irregular response to customer.
            Please kindly check and give my rc book..

              I took a gold loan from muthoot fincorp (Ramesh nagar new delhi-110015 branch) in 2014-15 the problem started when i went back to repay my loan and get my gold back on 23rd oct 2018. Manager - nitin bajpayee
              Employee - priyanka
              They cheated and conned me. There were 4 different packets out of which one should have included bangles (40.5gm) chain (34.5 gms) ring (3.9 gms) necklace (19.9gms) the packet that dint have bangles which in today’s market is for a value around ₹1.5lakhs. The employee (Priyanka) that was handling most of my items except the bangles and while giving most of my stuff back since she did not give my bangles back asked me to come later and suggested they might be in some another pack hence requested to come back which her manager agreed to.
              Priyanka clearly told me that “there were no bangles in that particular sealed packet, hence will take some time to find it” to my knowledge since i did not know how things operate at such places i wasn’t aware they are trying to con me. When i went back the next day as they suggested to come priyanka including her manager stated the bangles were handed over to me! I was shocked. When i asked to check the video recordings.. Being a gold loan institution they should have top quality cameras which to my hindsight were of bad quality in fact poor should be apt. It dint have voice recording and the video quality of the poorest content. Being right my position we were still able to see priyanka handing me over 2 packs out of 4 the rest is still unclear. Those bangles carry a sentimental value to it. As per muthoot employees they are taking advantage of me being a mother of a 2 year old kid that can’t keep on coming to their outlet time and again. However it has disturbed me to a severe level. Would like to raise on every platform. Seeking your attention and help.

                  Dear all if you are reading this artical please do find muthoot finance ltd.in search section and then please invest or go or do job with muthoot group.

                  It has worst reviews and worst service and worst work culture i[censored] do so then its only your responsibility. They show you like they are the only one in the market and without them no industries will run but its all myth... Don't get affected with it rather go to your nearest jwellery shop and get money and work in junk yard rather than muthoot finance

                  Good review which i could not able to write u posted in simple language. Post it on all social media i. E. Twitter, facebook, linkedin, youtube, apple, everywhere...
                  If a customer is having problem with any employee please do not blame poor employee for it. It has worst work culture and system in the universe they can not do anything about it.. And see their mentality they even do not post their mail id to any place thus we can communicate in written or complain.. If anyone find corporate and head office people e-mail id please share it in ([protected]@yahoo.com) share all mail id with designation i want to complaint and i will give 0* (Star) out of 5 to muthoot finance ltd.                       I had taken a Debenture Certificate from Muthoot Fin Corp Of Rs.2, 50, 000/- for 66 months in the redemption Value of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- until 08/07/2018 with all the documents formalities especially the PAN Card ANR PP7939B
                      but after maturity of Subordinated Debt MFL deducted Rs.15345/- by the reason says " Lack o[censored]pdating PAN Card " so far.

                      The Individual PAN card is already submitted MFL and the same updation is the Job MFL, this is an injustice and fraudulent activities of Muthoot Fin Corp.

                      Requested to recover the Rs.15345/- Unauthorised imposing amount on us please

                        I had taken a debenture certificate from muthoot fin corp of rs.2, 50, 000/- for 66 months in the redemption value of rs. 5, 00, 000/- until 08/07/2018 with all the documents formalities especially the pan card anr pp7939b

                          i am esha kanda, r/o: gh6/311, prachin apartment, meera bagh, paschim vihar, new delhi-110087.
                          on[protected] i have booked (leaf design ladies gold-diamond ring) through muthoot fincorp sunder vihar branch, new delhi-110087, and we paid our 2nd emi also but any our personal issue we doesnt want to buy that diamond ring,
                          so then we goes to muthoot branch they tell me wait for 3rd emi date crossed, then they mail to head office and they give me amount which i paid but nominal penalty they charge and then they give me cheque,
                          but today they change our words and told me that you pay last emi then we goes to karol bagh branch and sold as a old gold ring, but why we sold as a old ornament, we want cancelled that contract, not a purchase.

                            My name is mallikarjun chandrashekhar kattimani, mira road my bond number : 1014-sd-78 i have invested in this bond as doubling and for long term for 5.5 years, but my maturity was on 19/9/2018.
                            On 19.9.2018 when i went to mira-bhayander branch for redemption of bond service of executive was good but there was one problem i came to know that my tds was deducted rs. 868/- in the year 15-16 but on time muthoot has not paid tds amt to govt.in time so for that also they paid interest on tds i. E, rs. 269 so total come 868+269= 1137/- this amt was recovered from my investment and i got rd. 98863/- instead of rs. 100000/- know they are telling we have paid rs. 868/- to govt.in 15-16 and interst on tds is also recovered know from you with tds. So i asked to nandini madam how can you deduct tds for more than 5.5 years as long term you can't deduct tds and even you have wrongly recovered interest on tds please pay me my amt otherwise your companies goodwill will be bad. So i reuest to solve m uery

                                I have taken a two wheeler vehicle for loan. I have paid my first installment directly on branch from kalamassery, kochin. From the branch they told that from next installment the amount will take directly from my account. But later i knew that the bank account was not verified due to incorrect signature. But i was late and i didn't got any call or any information regarding this. I knew this only on due date. So i couldn't pay directly on branch on time. Currently it seems to be that i have to pay a penalty of 750. I hope you understood my situation and do necessary.
                                Its been more than one year now am requesting change my mobile number which i have given while taking my bike loan, have contacted my branch as well concerned executives for the same but still no action taken on it
                                I debited money to loan account in i-muthoot app through sbi internet banking but the after paying when the screen returned to the i-muthoot app it showed that transfer was failed. The problem is that the money was gone from the bank account and was not refunded

                                  Hi Nagaraj Sir,

                                  Myself Deepu from Gudalur – I have obtained two wheeler finance from Muthoot (Loan Number 16161628 – Name Deepu Balan) for 18 months duration, currently I have repaid all my EMI’s and still from Gudalur branch they are requesting me to pay 1551 Rs for getting NOC, this is my issue right now. Let me explain in detail what actually happened:

                                  I am working Coimbatore, where I couldn’t visit the gudalur branch and pay my EMI’s on the specified date, so during loan processing I requested Muthoot gudalur manager (Shinoj) that ECS payment mode is required for me. He said yes its available, we are also encouraging ECS mode to our customers, so I have signed all my documents including ECS forms everything and my loan got approved and I took the vehicle delivery, 1st month EMI message came to my mobile along with another message that my ECS has got rejected, so I got an call from your customer care mentioning that ECS is rejected please pay at branch, I paid the 1st EMI in branch and asked manger whats the issue? He said, We have some internal system issue because of that only it got rejected next month it will automatically get ready. So I thought it may be due to some technical glitches. 2nd month I have received same message, and call from customer care stating payment has not received and ECS rejected, I said i have already given all details for ECS deduction, they said some internal issue, then I asked whether you will be charging me late payment fee for this ECS rejected, at this time they confirmed me no we wont since its our internal issue (Please hear the customer service call recording available at your end) I went to manager and asked whats this again same message came, he said this month also please pay in branch next month will get ready, with him also I checked on the late payment fee, he said no, its our issue, Like this 6 months I follow up with your branch they didn’t give any resolution for my issue, I have also paid all my dues in branch.

                                  Now why you are collecting or asking me to pay late payment fee because of your internal issue.

                                  I was trying to explain this issue to your new manager who replaced Shinoj – really I had a very worse experience with your manager, I wonder how your recruitment team has selected him as manager, no customer service mind set, no patience in resolving or understanding the issue, instead routing - go to Coimbatore head office / Ernakulum Head office. I have taken loan in Gudalur branch but when I have issue I need to go and seek help from different branch what a logic.

                                  Finally I met Ravi Sir, really a deserving man for that AM post – who heard my issue completely guided me to you. I hope you to will help me. Kindly help me in obtaining the NOC & wavering my irrelevant/unnecessary charges.

                                    Hello i am customer of muthoot finance in kotla mubarakpur new delhi.
                                    I have some serious issues with your employees name mansi singh and piyush motwani they are working in same branch office muthoot finance kotla mubarakpur south delhi.
                                    There behavior with employee and customers are not good use of abusive language in office in front of customer and ignore the customer for long time and busy in there mobiles and making fun together in office this how your company treat to your clients i have already complaint to the manager and ask for sorry letter with these to employ individuals for their behavior to me and my husband.

                                    The situation is when me and my husband visited branch for gold loan they ask me for extra money as there commission for make my work essay and fast when i refugee for giving them money their behavior was changed and start using abusive language and making make financial condition for their fun subject. Is this is your employees are doing.

                                    There many other customers in same branch for complaint but they where gets calls from mr. Piyush motwani asking female for meeting and booking in hotels and blackmail for cancel the loan if we complaint about it.
                                    Please take a serious action against them immediately otherwise i am only one way i have to proceed with some legal action to your staff and company managment to because i already call customer service and file my complaint about it many times.
                                    Please take this note seriously.
                                    I attached my details of my loan agreement.
                                    Please check and don't call me it's irrelevant call just asking about this and doing nothing contact me when company take some step against them.

                                      On 06/06/2018 i have paid the gold loan of rs.5, 000/- through phone pay upi, but payment failed and the amount not reversed yet, co contacted phone pay they informed amount credited to merchant ref no.[protected] to [protected]@icici.

                                      I contacted my standard chartered bank through which i made the payment, on 25/08/2018 they informed the amount processed from their end and credited to party. Informed to contact merchant for refund of the amount.

                                      I am trying to follow up with the muthoot fincorp customer care, from 2.5 months, they are not ready to refund amount, this is a loss of interest for me for 3 months on 5, 000.

                                      Please help me to get the refund of my amount.

                                        I am piyush motwani working with muthoot finance kotla mubarakpur branch its worst part of my life. It is a company with least employee satisfaction. Ask any of its employees, and they can tell you a number of bad things about it. They will tell you that they have done much for the company, but there is no one to put value of that. They feel like they are sitting at any laale ki dukaan.

                                        - the company is making profit comparable to many nationalized banks (Even more than many of banks), still most of its branches are devoid of ac and good infrastructure. Difficult to work when temp. Is at around 44. C during peak summer. Quantity matters more than quality for them, when it comes to branches.
                                        - salary given to employees are very less (Starts from as less as rs. 14500), and they call them itself a bank. Even call center employees earn more. But the work here possesses much higher risk than other, with handling gold, and cash. That even in company whose chairman is among richest indians


                                        - if you are having any problem, may be at workplace, or with co-workers, or boss, it is most likely that nobody is there to listen to your problems, forget about solving it.
                                        - even many months after working with the company, they don’t settle-up with or give clearance to employees and give back their academic certificates. The reason for this is lack of timely audits (Both gold and accounts).
                                        - employees are not supposed to work at single branch, but they are being frequently sent to other branches, sometimes even at those at distant places.
                                        - no specific parameters for incentives, only god knows how they decide about it.
                                        - even their training programmes are also not effective and are of poor quality.
                                        - lot o[censored]nnecessary paper work and registers, looks like still living in stone age, when they have everything in computers.

                                        Although, they are good at their products, whether it is gold loan with lesser interest rates, gold bonds with really impressive deposit schemes (Up to 13% p. A), gold coins, or any other products. And that’s why they have a meatier market share, with good customer satisfaction. But why they don’t understand that its due to their employees contribution also that they are at this position. May be they think of their employees as liabilities, instead of assets.

                                        So, i suggest people to not join muthoot finance, a company which does not care for its employees. Better join a call center, where there is good work culture, working environment, caring employers and increments are much frequent.
