I am here to inform you that our office staffs behaviour is not good enough to customers because they are busy in there phones making unnecessarily call in front of customers and not treating customers in good manner.
Your team can check this information and then take any action against staffs.
This is very bad impression of muthoot finance group to the customer they openly ask for commission to customers and cuts if they are want any type of loan this how they are making only money by doing this bad impression to customers this very bad manner.
Staff are not any particular time for lunch they are going outside for lunch in office hours and some of the staff are very bad behaviour with female staffs they are doing any thing in office what is this going on is this is office or any kind of other place for romance.Â
Looking at some girls with very eyes gossip about customers. this all sounds like i am working in hell.
Sorry for my bad behaviour but this is very important to me that why i am asking you for help.

I had joined in mkv scheme and completed all emi's. Total 30, 700 i have paid. On last payment day 24 carrot gold price was 30, 400. According to that price i have to get gold coin of 10 g. Approximately. But the branch manager is saing that i will get 9 g. Of gold. Plz clarify this. If you give 9 g. What is the benifit to me for my investment?

Now you are objecting to issue the NOC by telling that i have to remit the fine again. My name is miron michael. Before 2 years am applied vehicle lone 23 months.16011907 is my id. Last april the lone was completed. And april 6 i applied noc but i didn't get yet. Manytimes i visited your muthoot kollam umayanalloor office in kerala. They are said already sended noc my address. I asked post office staff they didn't know about this. And last week i completed your kerala head office one your staff said they will send my noc in kollam umayanalloor branch within 3 days they will give me my noc. I waited they requested but no positive response your side. And yesterday i called your kerala head office the same concern again they said within one day they will give to me. Hence i didn't get any positive response. Am very dissatisfied your service. My friend said to register a complaint the consurmar court. I think thats a good idea. I have been trying to pay interest amt against my loan but payment got failed thrice.
But the amount has been debited from my a/c everytime.
My loan ac no. Is 1772/mdl/125
My customer id is [protected].

Have wrote you twice on cc. [protected]@muthootgroup.com but your customer service is pathetic and i get no revert.
Why should i bear extra interest or penalty as its a failure at ur gateway.
I need a clarification as to why my amount is still not being credited to my account and why i have been charged everyday due to your payment failures.

I am having a gold loan at bangalore t dasarahalli branch, jalahalli. I want to take the facility of top up. But due to nonavailability of my account at the concerned branch i could not get the facility as i am away from concerned branch now. I visited one of your branch here and handed over the bank details for updation purpose. Your concerned officer tried up to his level best but finally, he could not add my account. But for updating the account, the otp is coming to my mobile. Kindly intervene the matter and sort it out at your end at the earliest so that the customer will get the benefit from anywhere.

Hi team,

I had a transaction done by muthoot app and there was an error message as transaction failed and when i asked the branch personnel at krishna nagar hyderabad branch they said it will be reverted back by 2 or 3 days. I am worried since it is a huge amount of (19419.52 +19419.52) with a total of 38839.04. Hdfc had sent the confirmation message like "we would like to inform you that, the referred transaction has been successfully processed at the bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant.."

So further i request the muthoot merchant team to resolve my query soon as i am in very much need of money.

While i was working with muthoot finance ltd., i was required to open a salary account with my customer id[protected].

Since i was receiving regular salary i had given ecs instructions for debit of my kotak life insurance premium payments.

But now after my retirement i became a senior citizen and i requested your mth compound indore branch to convert this account in to pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna scheme, do not respond to any ecs through this account
I was told that no charges for minimum balance will be debited and other charges will also not be debited since this was converted to a zero balance account.
However you have debited rs.350/- twice to this account.
I shall be highly obliged if you reverse these charges as i am not earning any salary and have attained 66 years of age.
