Its been 5 days and my order# 677948 is still lost. Order was placed on 31st July and was to be delivered on 2nd August.

It was a Raksha bandhan gift which has long lost its significance now.
I dont have any updates from myflowertree and it is pathetic customer service.
Their chat responses respond after one hour with a standard - "we are looking into it".
They have a call back - but no body has called since 5 days.
They have a complaint link - but no body responds to the complaint.
There is no option to even cancel the order which clearly they have not even started work on. I am completely blocked and dont know how to proceed.
For a site that advertises dame day delivery - this is completely not ok.
In these days of trusted delivery from Amazon and others, this site is not relevant anymore.
I just want to cancel my order and get my refund.

Hi, I had ordered a Rakhi combo on 3rd of August'20 from myflowertree.com site since they were providing same day delivery. However they are failed to deliver the order and updated a false status in the tracking system that "Delivery attempted".
First of all I would like to inform you that it is very very difficult to connect their support team. However we are able to connect them on 4th Aug'20 after a long wait.Call center support guy assured us that order will be delivered on 4th Aug'20 before 9 PM. Again a false commitment and wrong status update.
When we again made a attempt to contact, they are started fooling us saying call is not reachable. While we have provided 2 different contact numbers to them. How is it possible that all 2 numbers are not reachable and did that delivery guy only made a single attempt to all 2 numbers??
I again tried contacted on 5th August 2020 and the answer from support team was due to COVID-19 there is a restriction in delivery so it was not delivered.
Two different answers from support team one saying delivery attempted but not reachable and another saying due to COVID-19 there is delay in delivery. I had received a call on 5th August 2020 evening saying that product is not available and the person is saying they will not refund the amount. Upon trying many times customer care person told he will assure that correct product will be delivered. But Delivery didn't happen on 5th August 2020 and received an email stating that Successfully Delivery attempted but no delivery attempt was done on 5th August 2020.
On 6th August 2020, upon trying many times the customer care person listened issue and told she will check and come back and kept my call on hold but she disconnected; tried again the same person answered the call and disconnected without hearing anything.
Refund the amount if you are not able to deliver the same product that was ordered.

The website charged me an amount for a product and they show the product to be delivered, however it has not been done. Moreover, there is no customer complaint number that can be reached out to. This feels awfully like a scam.

I have booked rakhi to ghaziabad vide order number 679991 on 1sr august. They indicated same day delivery. They neither delivered it on 2nd neither on 3rd aug 2020.
They failed to deliver rakhi on the auspicious occasion.
Even there is no proper customer care. On one picks phone calls. They neither reply the emails.

It is requested to give my refund in addition to rs 5000.00 against emotional harassment.

Highly pathetic service by myflowertree. They have been cheating. I have placed an order on 13 july and today is 4 aug 2020.. It is still not delivered.
Order placed was 3400, i have been following up on status everyday, but no one is responsible enough respond or update.

I booked a same-day delivery on 02/08/2020. I was assured delivery the same day and it showed packing in process. However it never went ahead and on 03/08/2020 the status showed payment received and no progress. We expected that by mid afternoon at least you would deliver the rakhee with gifts but no update received. We sent messages twice to your team for a call back but no response. Moreover we even called on your number 3 times but were kept on hold and call disconnected. We have audio recordings of it and screenshots of all our efforts. Today your message shows still in progress. Now the occasion is over and we don't want the delivery. Refund our money and send an apology letter of failure of your organisation.
I repent ordering from your site and shall place negative comments on all social media on your poor service and cheating
Refund my money immediately and stop the delivery.

In spite of submitting this complaint on 04/08/2020 at 12:26 pm the company has not even bothered to call refund or release the order. This company is fake and cheats people on name of express delivery heavy charges. Even till date the product shows payment received and packing in process. I paid a huge amount of inr 2343.00

Dear Sir/ Mam,

This is to inform you that I have ordered online Rakhi parcel delivery through Online Shopping App Myflower tree on 1st Aug 2020 by paying 499 Rs., where it was confirmed that it will be delivered on same day but today I came to know that they have updated status and sent me sms that rakhi is delivered now on 4 th August 2020.
I checked it multiple time with my brother in low who is serving to the Indian Army Delhi cantt office. No one has confirmed for the receiving of Rakhi parcel.
I am totally not satisfied with this fake updation on website for delivery which is actually not done.
I tried a lot to be in touch with the team of Myflower tree but still no one picked my call and also post registering multiple times call back request no body bothered to call me back.

It is clearly seen that these guys are earning with such huge scam fraudsters team and playing with emotions of Indian people's.
Just want to know the status why they did this fake delivery.
I want to sue this company in court for this act of fraud with Indian citizen and for Army Personal.

I had ordered for rakhi and chocolate combo for rupees 645 and personalized cushion for rupees 345 on 25th july 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered on 2nd august 2020. But the item hasn't been delivered yet. The customer service is worst class no one responded to my calls. Their main funda to make people festival worst.

I really want to sue this company in court as my brother in law still not received the rakhi which i ordered on 01 aug 2020 saturday and post 4 days they showing on website that rakhi has been delivered on 01 aug only. My brother in low who is serving to the indian army and currently posted in delhi rashtrapati bhawan is still waiting for rakhi from his sister.
These people's are doing online fraud. I am in a icici bank as a branch manager and i can find them now as a online fraud racket.
These guys will have to pay to all indian citizens for playing with their money and emotions.
These guys are so fraud that not a single response you will get from there website. They do not response in mail or calls and never gets call back as per their online calling system.
They all are running fake website and doing extreme illegal work in india.
I urge to authorities to take immediate action against these online fraudsters.

Fake delivery attempt, fake message regarding order delivered. I ordered rakhi which needs to be delivered on 3rd august 2020 as it was in category of same day delivery but not yet delivered till date. Fake customer support even in chat section they don't bother keep you irritated by not providing information for order id you are asking for but talks on some other order. No revert on mail even after poping up number of times. Kindly help me in getting refund for my order as there will be no use of rakhi after two days of rakshabandhan. Simply no value for customer and spoiled our occasion. I have already lodged complain against them in national consumer forum.

Everyday status of the order getting changed to attempted delivery but nobody tried to contact.

Ordered cake on 1st aug for delivery on 3rd aug. The delivery did not take place, on 4th aug around midnight get a message saying delivery has taken place, which did not happen. They just took the money and no delivery took place. Fraudsters and big scamsters. Cheaters!!!
