I have ordered for same day delivery on 3aug but still not delivered. Not able to reach them through any support system. Order id:687775.
Everyday status of the order getting changed to attempted delivery but nobody tried to contact.

Ordered cake on 1st aug for delivery on 3rd aug. The delivery did not take place, on 4th aug around midnight get a message saying delivery has taken place, which did not happen. They just took the money and no delivery took place. Fraudsters and big scamsters. Cheaters!!!

Hence give refunds.

I dont want next day delivery.

Secondly, your customer care service is non responsive. Inspite of repeated messages, no call came from your end. This is highly unprofessional and shows that you are only interested in deceiving us and making money by false promises which a cheating with us.

So refrain from such acts. A customer can show you what she is if you are still unresponsive.

Give refunds to me immediately.

I have 6 orders from you but none of them got delivered it is so disappointing that no one is receiving the call in given contact num. No is responding on chat
The fake report is given by courier boy that we had not received the call which is done twice am sharing my order ids pls respond to it i request you.

My order 689722 not delivered till now as schedule for same day delivery yesterday 3rd August 2020 but not being delivered till now. Day second Cross but no update received. No response on mail chat and not able to connect with customer care. Worst experience and pathetic service.

The company did not deliver my ordered product yet. It's been 2 days already and no response to my email/calls. Not receiving any response from customer support. Worst service and they mentioned the order will be delivered by today. But still it's not been delivered. There is no way to contact to them.

I have ordered a rakhi pack and a mug on 31st July which was showing the delivery date of 1st Aug, but the package has not been delivered yet. Today is 4th Aug, service is pathetic, customer care no. is not working (disconnecting in between), I have raised a ticket multiple times but no response. I think I have made a big mistake by ordering my important stuff from My flower tree website.
Now I want a refund for the same order.

I have placed order (order id 682594)on your site on 2 Aug 2020 which was for family member's birthday.as per your website order should be delivered on 3rd Aug 2020 but it was not delivered. after 6 pm on 3rd Aug i have started trying to connect your team on live chat but get no response after regular follow up also when i have tried customer care number it is not working. first time on 3rd Aug after 9 PM i get false information of that they have attempted to deliver but it was not true because all family were at home so there is no chance to miss it..again from 4th aug morning i have tried more than 50 times on your live chat but there no response. now after 3 pm website order tracker is showing order deliver but we have not received any order. also i have received call from vendor delivery guy he told me truth that he just got order information on 4th Aug after 2 PM, he told me that there was no such order send by mayflower tree on 3rd aug so how can i attempt to deliver it..i have call recording of that guy...again when i called the delivery guy and ask where have you delivered the order then he told me sir i have clearly say no to myflower tree ..why every time your team is gibing me false information and now shwoing order delivered which was a big lie. it was a pre paid order... there is no way to connect you over phone or chat

I have placed an order on august 1, they mentioned it will be on same day delivery.
Today its 4- august and the product shows it still in preparation.

I ordered a snake plant and i didn't get the plant i ordered. I got something else, and when i reached out to customer service the lady is soo rude and did not respond me..

I ordered on 2 aug 2020 for my friend she lives in kanpur i ordered a cake and chocolates. Order no is 684641. And it is not delivered on 3 rd aug 2020. So i want refund.. As you have not delivered so i ordered from zomoto it was gift.. If i am not getting the cake on birthday then what's the use of that.. It is not any material that if you deliver late then it will be ok.. It was birthday cake.. So now i want my refund..

My order with myflowertree is 679663 order of rs.2500/- but still not delivered.. No response to chats.. No response from customer service.. Call automatically gets disconnected after 2-3 rings.. No response to mails.. No call backs.. No response on social media like facebook & linkedin.. Fraud company.. Cheating customers by taking money in advance & does not deliver as per commitment.. Please cancel the license of this fraudsters..

Just see the no of complaints on facebook.. Linkedin.. Instagram about this fake company..

Ceo-sumit chhabra is a fraudster using emotions of the customers..

I want compensation of rs.25 lacs from myflowertree company for my emotional & financial loss & harassment.

We ordered cake on 2 aug order number 682268.
The tracking showed it will deliver on the same day.

However, my friend never got the cake.
The next day i tried emailing them, calling on their contact umber but there was no response.

They have taken money but not delivering items we have paid for.

I was order rakhi 31st july and my product not deliver yet, this guys said they deliver same day they are scammers, cheater's, and i already paid amount, they not answer any call and msg

I had ordered rakhi with chocolates yesterday i. E on 02/08/2020 and they claimed that it is a same day delivery product. The order was not delivered in the given time frame. They are not responding to my calls/texts either.

I want this rakhi delivered by tomorrow morning anyhow! This company has made fake claims which it cannot fulfill.

- Its been a very bitter first and last experience for me with this utterly unprofessional website.
- While placing the order I was in an impression of availing the receiving of my order by 21:00 IST as stated by them during order placement but now its been more than 2 hours to the expected time of order's delivery and still not been delivered.
- Would take it as an eye opener and won't suggest people around me to ever deal with this unprofessional site

My Flower tree is an absolutely useless website who doesn't take any responsibility of delivering goods on time. It's been 8.40pm and they haven't been able to deliver my product yet. The website says "in preparation" stage still.
