Dear Sir/Madam,
On 31st July 2020, I have placed a prepaid online Rakhi hamper worth Rs/- 699, with an additional delivery charge of Rs/- 200 from MyFlowerTree e-commerce portal, order number- 676259. The delivery date was on the same day, 31st July 2020 by 9 p.m. At 9.45 pm on 31st July, I received a message that the order is delivered but no product delivery had happened till now. The company did not attempt to deliver the product and no call was made to the recipient contact number. I have tried to contact the customer support but they are not responding to my messages. There is no option to contact them over email and phone calls, the only available option is to chat and submit compliant from the portal which I have tried several times and did not get any suitable response. My request to you to look into this and take immediate action against MyFlowerTree. This company is fraud and many customers faced similar issues. As I did not get any response from the company, I posted the complaints on Facebook MyFlowerTree page but they removed my post without taking any action. I would want a full refund of the paid amount: Rs/- 899. Kindly look into this.
