Hi i ordered on 13th feb for delivery of flower and chocolates to my husband. The delivery was to be done on 14th feb. I paid for it online and my order no was 626492. The order was never delivered, however in the website it is showing delivered. I have called multiple times and every time they tell me they will mail me or call me back with proof of delivery. Its being 3days chasing them however no use. I request to refund my money.

I booked for valentine's day gift on 14nth feb in myflowertree sitei didn't get the gift that day no one is called me till now i called their customer care no response from then i tracked my order yesterday and it showing the product is delivered but i didn't get product and i called them no response from them. I need my amount to be refunded rs. 1043 rupees and because of them my valentine's day destroyed so i need compensation for that day.

I placed order on 14th february today it’s 18th february till now i haven’t received my order.. The people are cheat these people are doing fraud.. I’m trying to call these people since 4days they are not receiving my call i’m not getting any mail or anything.. Now i’m losing temper.. I want my money back that’s all
These people are fraud.. Every time they receive they say i’ll be getting a mail but till now no mail no call i just want my money back

I have ordered a chocolate bouquet on 14th february but it is not delivered yet.
I am following up with my flower tree support team but there is no reply from their end.
Tried calling them 1000 times but nobody answers
I have all email evidences which i have shared with them & there is just an auto reply from their end
This company is fraud they don’t have any delivery person neither any call center they have
Simply they have created an fake website
I need my money back

Horror story 1:
I booked flowers and chocolates and teddy with late night delivery option. But to my surprise the delivery guy came at 8pm and i told him that delivery time is after 11pm but any way i took the delivery and i got one more surprise i got only flower and rest of the things are missing and the delivery guy called his contact and he talked to me and promised me to delivery in same day. To my horror even after two day passed still he did not called or delivered the product and i filed the complaint. And worst the flowers and not way which i ordered.
Horror story 2:
Next day they called me, and i said refund me the money which they not delivered, which is undelivered product price plus the extra delivery charges and the flower they promised is 30 and delivered only 25 that prorated value. To my surprise they said they only deliver to valet and i refused it but they said it’s there policy. And later agree to deliver partial which is not acceptable.
Now:
Now i have no choice but file the compliant in consumer complaint and post ads in newspaper about this fraud company.
Don’t fall for this company.

I ordered product from it on 14/02/2020 for home address around 1 pm. After ordering around 7 i called, msgs, mailed several times but no response from there team and product not delivered even till this time and date today.. No response or any conversation from their side
The.. Product is of no use as occasion not served and after that it's no use. They also charged occasion fee other than delivery fee

It's very highly unprofessional from their side they do not communicate at all.. All their phone calls are in auto cut mode

Kindly provide me refund for same

I ordered a gift to my friend on feb 12, 2020 order no. 624520 which was supposed to deliver on feb 14, 2020 at midnight for which they have charged extra from me. After taking online payment they are not responding to e-mails, messgaes, chats, calls etc. Without making any attempt to deliver the product they have rescheduled it to deliver on feb 15, 2020 by giving a single message they have rescheduled my order and now without giving any information or any attempt to deliver the product they have again rescheduled it to be delivered on feb 16, 2020. I am feeling cheated and now i have no hope that they will deliver the product. So i will request the forum to ask them to return my money. My order no. Is 624520. Please take action against this fraud company

I ordered one combo from it on 14/02/2020. On office address around 1 pm. After ordering around six i called, msgs, mailed around 50 times no response from there team and product not delivered even after 7 hrs.in morning they mailed just your order will be delivered today.. No response or any conversation from their side
The whole combo delivered in office now office is closed for 2 days sat sun.. Product of no use as occasion not served and after that it's no use. They also charged occasion fee other than delivery fee

My order no is 626055 i ordered a combo of cake n flower bouquet to give surprise to my husband as its his birthday on 15 feb 2020 i oreder it on 14 feb 2020 after placing order i was continously calling them but no response i want them to deliver at day time but no call no mails i complaint it every fb insta emails but they have no concern they r just saying we r forwarding ur mail they r fraud now the birthday is over now i dont want any delivery i want my refund at any cost i am filing the case in cyber crime also. And if they will say because of some inconveince they did not deliver it on 15feb they will deliver it on 16 so plss birthday was on 15 feb now u only cu the cake n give my money back fraudstersssss

My anniversary was on 14th feb. I ordered the half kg heart shaped cake on 14th morning for same day delivery to surprise my wife.. Nobody called on the recipient's phone no. But at night got the auto msg that delivery was attempted but couldn't not connect and it will be re attempted on 15th. 15th delivery boy brought 1kg came and delivered at home. Some time later delivery boy called on my wife's no and asked for more money (Inr 350) as he delivered 1kg instead of half kg by mistake. And said photo cakes can't be made in half kg. If it is not possible why did website allowed me to order. Also if the bakery couldn't make it in half kg why didn't they call me before making it and delivering. How can you make half kg cake into 1 kg cake without my consent and ask money after that.
350 rs is not something which is huge to pay if he would have asked me before preparing it and also if it was delivered on the same date.
Firstly you didn't bring the cake on the anniversary date and the you are asking extra money for your mistake.
Secondly delivery boy confirmed that he got the mail from myflowertree on 15th itself for such order then how come i and my wife got the msg of delivery being attempted but couldn't connect.
What logic and customer service is this.

On 14/02/2020 i ordered (Order number: 637946) a dairy milk bouquet for same day delivery (Quantity:1) from the website named myflowertree.com worth rs. 599 to be delivered in patia, bhubaneswar. For which i paid using my sbi debit card online. My order hasn't been delivered till now. The customer service numbers displayed on the website are of no use and on one other number ([protected]) the customer care executive when asked about the delivery is being rude and isn't responding.. Please look into this matter and do the need full sir.

I ordered one cake and customised gift costing rupees 1818. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but that did not happen. I have been keep on trying to numbers that was available on site also searched customer care number none responded. Dropped mail tried chatting on their chat window no answer. The cake never got deliverd rather after 3 to 4 hours of me trying to reach out to them i got one autogenerated message we tried attempting delivery could not happened will try again tomorrow. Till now no call no message nothing. From 6 to 9 yesterday i was waiting to connect with them bt nothing. I can't even send message as it's autogenerated. I am really frustrated it's not about money but they spoiled my day and they do not have that much courtey to at least call the customer.

I have ordered 2 products by paying rs 2108/ on dated 8/02/2020 for delivery on 14/02/2020. Order is in the name of parul pandey and address is 535/192-b aliganj sec-b, near radhey lal sweets, kapoorthala, lucknow, up pin -226024 and status on tracking above order is showing delivered but yet it is undelivered. It is totally a fraud site. No one is picking the call on customer care number.

This is fraud company, they reschedule delivery saying could not connect but they never try to connect. Please take strict action against these. They are playing with sentiments.

I ordered cake and flowers but they diwdeliver yet, also they are not receiving calls, feels like it's a fraud company.
Its tracking mechanism is also not right, i selected slot berween 11-12 still it was showing it attempted to deliver at 5 pm and nobody is receiving it.
I paid 250 extra for delivery and now i am knowing that it is fraut.
Please take my complaint seriously and resolve it.
This company is fraud and it has lied to many people.

I ordered bouquet with some chocolates today i. E. 14 feb 2020 at 9 am and did the online payment as cod wasn’t available. It showed that it will get deliver between 9 am to 9 pm. I started checking the order status nothing was showing and no one even responded on the given no. I called more than 20 times but nothing happened. I specially ordered this for my husband but these guys took money and then cheated. I messaged them emailed them but it’s like hell not a single person responded. I am very much disappointed coz they r cheaters.

I have order for valentine's product of 3955rs plus they charged me 49rs. Express delivery charge also charged me 240 rs occasion surplus. Total 4233rs.
They were supposed to deliver order till 2100hrs i tried to reach them 100 times or more on phone no.[protected].. Customer care pick calls and disconnect after i ask about order which i placed. And most times no. Is not reachable even it doesn't connect from no. We have posted...

Order number 629922 which wad to be delivered on 14th feb between 6am to 9 pm, did not get delivered. I also payed a surplus charge for delivery on this day.
They received my call once and straightaway told me that refund can not be done even if my order can not be delivered today and cut the phone immediately. I tried reaching out to them again but there was no response on the customer care and they are simply not contactable through any channel. They ruined my day and are completely fraudsters.

Inhave ordered bunch of flowers on 13th february 2020. For delivery on 14th feb 2020. No contact has been given to the customer after the payment. No proper assistance has been given by the flowertree even though i have raised a complaint regarding the order and even regardind the refund. Payment has been done.

I made an order for the delivery of the flower. However, there is no response on the email. Their numbers which are given on the website are fraud since nobody responded. The email support are useless without giving any response to the customer. They have taken money from me and from last 8 hours it is just showing as preparation process. The are not receiving the calls nor replying on the email. They have just taken the money and then blocked me. My order number is 633441 and i need my refund.
