I have ordered cake on 13th feb for midnight delivery and still the cake hasn't been delivered till today 14th feb. No contact has been given to the customer after the payment. No proper assistance has been given by the flowertree even though i have raised a complaint regarding the order and even regardind the refund. Payment has been done.
The order id number is 628268.
Kindly take action against this as soon as possible. They are just stealing people

My fiance have orderd a red flower for me charging her 400 inr, and in the image they have put a very beautiful rose with pettles and finely styled rose and but firstly they provide me on the second day of del. And secondly the dlower is not even looking like worth 10rs. Its withered flower with very bad packing. Would like to ban this site as its just cheating people all over the world.

Firstly bad quality, secondly bad deliver, thirdly cheating everyone by putting images and giving them trash. Oh my god they have just destroyed the surprise and charhing 400 and something for thie single flower and a piece of craft red paper and a ribbon.

Okay i agree that they might have don styling and make it beautiful but frankly my younger brother of 5 years can make a bouquet better than this.

I had ordered a flower bukey for 07-feb-2020. It was supposed to get delivered the same day. But till now i didn't get it. Thanks to very pathetic service of these guys, everything is ruined.

I tried to contact using their chat service, email nd support number but there is no possible way, they would reply.

Since the order is not delivered on time, i want my refund.

I ordered roses for my fiance to be delivered on 7th feb 2020. I was given the time slot of 6am to 9pm on 7th feb 2020. My flower tree charged me with delivery fee for delivering it to pincode 384003 and also charged me extra under the head ocassion. For a flower bunch costing 399 rs i had to pay 629 rs. I tried to call them but the call disconnects automatically and i messaged them but got no reply. I am cheated. They have not only cheated me in terms of money but also have ruined my ocassion and played with my emotions.

It was a very close relative’s 50th birthday and we had ordered flowers for her.
But to our surprise the flowers did not reach her till now and it is very embarrassing for us!!!
This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and is not at all acceptable!!!
Our money should be reimbursed if the delivery is not done at the right time and we feel very disheartened and disappointed about this situation!!!

I came across my flower tree website when i google for an online gift delivery to my india friend.
Their website was very attractively made and most of their flowers/gifts are on the same day delivery which was impressive.
Please beware, this is a scam company!
They did not make the gift nor deliver it. Neither can they show you the photo of the gift nor the identity of the person they deliver to.
A genuine business...

They are not here to do business. Their intention was to cheat customers money.
When i ordered 2 personalised mug. There were no photos of the finalised product. I was concern about whether the photos were clear enough to print on mugs. But they were more concern if the credit card payment has been made.
Delivery was supposed to be 27th dec. On 26th they said they already delivered the item.
But receiver name was some unknown name given to me
It was a lie. They had never delivered anything.
My friend has not received the item nor received any calls.
They say their delivery man cannot enter the building so they deliver to the security guard.
But there is no security guard of that name given. And they say the telephone numbers i gave was incorrect, they could not reach the receivers. But i managed to call the numbers of my friend!
They cannot give proof of what they deliver, where they deliver and who they deliver.
When they made up so many untrue stories along the way, i am already certain what these people are.
This is obviously a scam website made up of crooks intentionally to cheat people money.

Horrible horrible horrible people and service. They ruined my fathers 75th birthday by not delivering the cake at the last minute. The order was place 4 days before and their site showed that it was under preparation on the destined day. But they never bothered to inform earlier that the cake could not be delivered and my guests were left with no cake. Moreover we spent one and a half hour on phone trying to get through to customer service. No one responded. Such un professional service and mental stress. If you check their chats i have clearly mentioned a number of times that i need this cake, as i have a gathering and if it was possible and they said no problem. After the mess up when i asked to speak with some manager other than customer service no one responded

They make false commitments. I ordered rakhi for my brother with some chocolates & flowers. It was showing same-day delivery. I ordered it on 13th aug 2019.
Now they kept showing status "in preparation". It was not delivered on 13, then 14, 15 (Rakhi day). It was delivered on 19th august 2019 and guess what without rakhi!. *my rakhi package was delivered with 6 day delay and rakhi was not there! *

Also, there is an option to contact them for refund or any other help.

Their support lines, chat everything is useless. Nobody is there to help you out. They will keep showing queue. It was my biggest mistake to order a package from this site. I will never ever use this site.

I want my money back for this delayed service & one of item was not there.

I had made online payment. Kindly refund my money. Its a hard earned money and frauds like these cheat people. Strict action should be taken against these people

I ordered a Rakhi from this website on 13th of August. It was stated that it will be delivered in 3 to 4 days but it has not been delivered yet. Tried reaching them but the number is always busy. They don’t respond on chat as well. I paid 499 for the same.
They are not just frauds but they are also playing with people’s emotions. Causing so much mental stress. Looting people.

I have ordered rakhi combo and one personalized mug for my brother on 9th august 2019 for raksha bandhan. It supposed to be reached on 13th august 2019. T but till date it is not delivered. Besides i paid rs.720/- i'm feeling guilty that i couldn't send rakhi to my brother in dehradun. You people are making fool and doing sins. I[censored] deliver after delivery date yet i can prove to my brother that i was not lying.

I was booked rakhi on 14 aug for delever to delhi address on same day but still my brother haven't got any rakhi, i also complaint on my flower tree website but no response given by them. I tried to call customer care number but all numbers are not working this company is totally fake please do something so that my amount will be refund by this fake company

I ordered rakhi combo on 15th august morning with same day delivery. It was supposed to be delivered till 15th august. I dont even recieved any call for address confirmation or any details. Order is showing delivered but its not recieved. I tried to reach out to the number provided on website but its showing invalid, also sent email but no response recieved. Please deliver my product or provide me with refund in my bank as i spent 500 rs on this order

I placed a order at 12:40 pm on 15th august on my flower tree website on the occasion of rakhi. My order no. Is 548352. They promised same day delivery before 9pm of 15th and charged extra rs.99 for it. Making the total amount to rs.694 and they didnot deliver the order.
Later they rescheduled the delivery date to 16th august without any prior information and order is not yet delivered.
They customer care no. Doesnot exist the customer support doesnot reply to any messages and mails.
If they cannot deliver order why do they take orders and additionally how can they charge extra same day delivery charges when they can’t do as promised.
Worst experience ever.

I had placed my order on 12 th august with full payement done in advance for rakhi to be delivered on 15 th august and it never reached.. I don't understand with so many complaints how can these fraudulent sites still be functioning and conning more innocent people.. Why is there a consumer care number and airway bill tracking number which dont work??? Strict measures should be in place to take these sites down!!!

Sir, i have placed three order for rakhi to be delivered to three different places i. E., bangalore, rayachoty (Kadapa dist) and tirupati. The orders were placed effectively to be delivered on 15th aug but left undelivered and there's even no proper response regarding the exact time to be delivered with the amount being paid in advance. Request to look into the issue and in case the product is not delivered to the specified locations even on 16th aug, 2019, please arrange for a refund of the amount alongwith a penalty for messing out the order and missing the celebration.

Same as i read others, even i had sent a gift to my sister in mumbai. The entire gift is not traceable and no customer service contact nor any web portal chat which works
How do i get to know when the parcel is reaching. Feeling ashamed in front of my sister as my gift didn’t reach. I still told her that you guys had called and it’s delayed and on it’s way today.

Request you kindly deliver it even though it is late.
